@bt_uk @btsport please cancel my agreement to change my broadband and tv to you. I'm staying with Sky. Absolutely disgraceful service. Over 3hrs on hold yesterday and nothing was fixed. And then told today the app would start working and I'm still getting the same error message!

@btsport @bt_uk I set up BT Sport on my Sky at midnight,and it said it should be on in 15 minutes,but could take 4 hours. Its been nearly 15? Please help

@bt_uk @btsport my BT Sport hasn't come back on since I paid the bill this morning. I then agreed to upgrade my package to the VIP with broadband and fear this is causing it to not come back. Please help

@bt_uk I'm looking to upgrade my current broadband package which now comes with digital voice, but can't see any information on call costs when using this service. I have tried calling customer services but had to give up after over an hour waiting. Could anyone help please?

@bt_uk good evening - quick question I have full fibre 900 with Halo 3 but one problem with the service you are charging for! Mini-hubs are not capable of reproducing that speed so 90% of my house is running at 250 as are my wireless devices - DM please
