@bt_uk @btsport my BT Sport hasn't come back on since I paid the bill this morning. I then agreed to upgrade my package to the VIP with broadband and fear this is causing it to not come back. Please help

@btsport @bt_uk I set up BT Sport on my Sky at midnight,and it said it should be on in 15 minutes,but could take 4 hours. Its been nearly 15? Please help

@bt_uk @btsport please cancel my agreement to change my broadband and tv to you. I'm staying with Sky. Absolutely disgraceful service. Over 3hrs on hold yesterday and nothing was fixed. And then told today the app would start working and I'm still getting the same error message!

@bt_uk I only have BT Sport on 1 box and I can't log into the app. You have taken £65 off me today and I don't have full service. Please sort it!!!

@bt_uk Only on my iPhone as everything else connected is working normally and I don’t want to refresh the channels and cause any other issues. I’ll probably reboot the hub later when it’s a convenient time 🤓

@bt_uk I was assured the issue with receiving mail re cancellation for someone who doesn’t live at my address would be resolved. Today I’ve received a cheque for said person. Can I be assured you’ll sort this please? And what should I do with the cheque.

@bt_uk Joe f thanks for private tweet. Happy to do this publicly so all can see they are not alone in receiving horrendous incompetent service. It really would be great for CEO to learn of my experience personally. How quickly you could up your customer experience to 1/10.

@bt_uk hello. Having problems with the tv the sports channels and package channels are working but the signal for the the freebies channels is very broken…. There’s no signal cable to the tv all through the Bt box thing

@bt_uk I don’t understand what you are saying or where to find those things as the app doesn’t give you that information. Also I have never changed the password.
