@bt_uk @btsport my BT Sport hasn't come back on since I paid the bill this morning. I then agreed to upgrade my package to the VIP with broadband and fear this is causing it to not come back. Please help

@bt_uk @btsport please cancel my agreement to change my broadband and tv to you. I'm staying with Sky. Absolutely disgraceful service. Over 3hrs on hold yesterday and nothing was fixed. And then told today the app would start working and I'm still getting the same error message!

@bt_uk Good morning. I’m a BT900 customer w/ Halo, phone, Sport & Mobile. Pay £72 a month. I’m unhappy that I am now subsidising new customers to get a free year of Gamepass Ultimate. If I take out a new 2 year contract, could I have the 1 year’s free Gamepass code too? thanks.

Hey @bt_uk what’s going on with my BT tv box? When it records it now misses the last couple of minutes, this is happening on multiple channels and it’s bloody annoying! Hope you can help.

Hi @bt_uk how do I make a complaint against BT Mobile? There is no option to do this on your website. I have received shocking service from BT Mobile over a prolonged period. Broadband you are great, for mobile you have been shockingly poor. Thanks

@bt_uk my new account doesn't seem to be linked to my email address in the bt app. It shows my old account if I click track order it errors. Could you fix this? I've sent you a DM
