@bt_uk @btsport my BT Sport hasn't come back on since I paid the bill this morning. I then agreed to upgrade my package to the VIP with broadband and fear this is causing it to not come back. Please help

@bt_uk @btsport please cancel my agreement to change my broadband and tv to you. I'm staying with Sky. Absolutely disgraceful service. Over 3hrs on hold yesterday and nothing was fixed. And then told today the app would start working and I'm still getting the same error message!

@bt_uk @halcyonsong It says no known issues in the area but I can assure you none of us are lying. We can’t wait until Wednesday for this to be resolved. We have people that work from home and also we have poor phone signal and rely on internet to contact people.

@bt_uk hi there. There has been no broadband in headcorn in Kent since last night. Do we know when this is being fixed. It’s affecting three villages. Headcorn. Sutton valence and staplehurst. Total outage.I have an engineer booked for Tuesday.but issue not at my house.

@bt_uk another day my business has to go with out Internet and a phone line this service is disgusting, our business phone and broadband was cut off 4 weeks ago and still nothing, it's costing our company money time and customers. Any other BT customers having the same problems

How crap are @bt_uk: 1) They send me an offer to renew my fibre broadband 2) I hold on the phone for over 30 mins - no answer 3) I use the chat bot to answer pre-populated Qs & it tells me it doesn't understand my answers! 4) I go online to deselect my landline but it doe Useless

@bt_uk @SarahHar256 Same thing, same place. Needing an engineer visit is just bluff. VDSL is up and fine, slow as ever, but PPP won't start so no IP. They need to restart some central network services so the delay is just there as a way to show their commitment to excellent customer service.

@bt_uk Done all this. Earliest is Tuesday. But as no one seems to understand. There’s not a problem at my house. There are three villages entirely without broadband. I’ve texted. Phoned and emailed. All with the same result. No one is listening.

@bt_uk been waiting for you to answer the phone for over 30 minutes still no answer. Looking to sort out my broadband contract this is making me want to cancel it completely
