    @bt_uk No I will not DM. I did yesterday and an advisor was no help at all. I was even promised a call back which did not materialise. Don't know how many hours on the phone I have wasted wasted this. I'll be awaiting a response to my complaint ticket.

    @bt_uk Ive rescheduled the appointment myself to a more convenient date for myself. And managed to raise yet ANOTHER complaint. So that 2 by you and 1 by me. They can call me if they want to. But after this debacle, i know the moment Virgin is available, i'll be moving.

    @bt_uk sick of this now, moved house 2 weeks ago. Said our hub would be active last Friday (19th). Still no internet, 6 hours on the phone and haven’t called us back to update us once like said... awful customer service. Nearly half term and need to work from home!!!
