    @bt_uk They say that they are trying to fix a problem but cannot give an estimated time for it to be resolved. Will check later if it works otherwise i will DM my account number. Thanks

    @bt_uk Hello, I am still trying to buy the Jake Paul event and you guys have done nothing to really help me sort this, it comes up only as Jake vs Tommy and it doesn't work... FOR CRYING OUT LOUD lol

    @bt_uk No idea if i am a Halo customer. There was no bag with the Hub anyway so i have no clue as to where to send it.

    @bt_uk Considering if I have any legal rights to sue BT for not helping a disabled person buy the fight of Jake Paul and giving a link thats for an event that has changed and it comes up as not working. Discrimination not helping people and not serving me as needed.

    @bt_uk Also I didn’t ask for it. It was sent as part of the automatically process when submitting a complaint. I did explain to the agent that it probably wouldn’t work very well. I was able to do email for a short time, however 4g is very poor where we live.
