@bt_uk once again you have failed to ensure a disabled boys alarms can work to save his life. 1 call in 5 days and still no help. No call back, no engineer, no accountability for putting someone life at risk.

@bt_uk So once again you are refusing to sort out this issue. Putting a disabled childs life at risk again. Absolutely appauling service and completely disgusted with this. This matter should of been rectified 14 days ago abd yet no one give a damn in bt

@bt_uk make it quite impossible to claim the reward card. None of the links work and as a new customer I have to say making contact with BT is also a huge battle. One new link after another Not really impressed already !

@bt_uk Hi Aled & team. Apologies for not replying sooner, I seldom use Twitter. Yes the issue is still happening in fact some of the buttons on the controller now sometimes don’t work. I honestly wish I’d never “upgraded”.
