@bt_uk Can you help, please? We are traveling in Canada. My wife has received a message on her mobile to say she had a voicemail. Your systems tell her she has reached her spending cap. I cannot increase it using your systems (max £40). How can she access this message, please?

@bt_uk Maybe you would be gracious enough to start to provide detailed service information publicly. I’m sure that I’ll still be charged for this 24hr of downtime, so maybe providing a little clarity as to why it’s down would be the bare minimum of customer service one would expect.

@EE broadband is down but as you only have a service level agreement with BT no one can give me a time to fix. Been told BT might call me in 4 days (maybe). We cant work tomorrow and have no idea how long for alternatives. How is this acceptable? Should have gone direct to @bt_uk

@bt_uk Really appreciate you doing absolutely nothing to fix my fault and billing me for a service l can't use, then being ignored on here.
