@bt_uk @bt_uk terrible customer service. Waiting times over 45 mins, then transferred to another department only to be cut off. Second call of the day waiting for over an hour only for my BT handset to die. Now on my 3rd call of the day! why have I stayed with BT for 20 years!!

My 88yo Dad is home alone, his landline has been down for over a week and we have no way of contacting him. My bro @MartinHowitt has rung @bt_uk every day and despite their promises, still nothing. Dad is recently out of hospital and we are worried. @bt_uk WHAT'S GOING ON?

@bt_uk Its the worst service I’ve ever had. Have had a complain open pretty much since early last year and then they randomly closed it without talking to me. I’ve since reopened it and now it’s just being ignored. The customer service is almost as bad as the broadband itself!

@zenpartner @BernRobMidd @bt_uk Never had a problem since having Zen Internet A couple of reboots after power cuts in the local area but that is not down to the Internet ISP👍🏻 keep up the good work and the great customer service 💞

@bt_uk Wow perhaps you’d like to deal with my complaint @bt_uk no broadband since 16.1.21 absolutely no ownership from your customer services team. 3 missed visits 2 engineer visits who still haven’t fixed it

@bt_uk hi, we’re receiving an intermittent signal in Horley. Please can you let me know when this might be resolved? We’ve had a large number of scam phone calls recently so hung up when we received a call about it

@bt_uk Hi I work for a local council dealing with addresses. I've had a customer who has been told their address doesn't appear correctly with BT & they need contact the royal mail & council. I've checked both these they look correct. Would someone be able to check at your end?

@bt_uk Hi Laura. Thanks for getting back. I've had 10 hours of uptime now with no drops so I assume it was a temp issue which has resolved itself. Thanks for the support.
