@bt_uk Yes, everyday, still nothing, day 4 of no services this time. In total 28 days of no service in the last 4 months. Unable to work from home. Mifi device reset 3 times, still doesn't work. Ill try cust. service again for next few hours as I've obviously got nothing better to do

@HelsS19 @bt_uk Good luck! The trick is to make it very clear you are neither backing down nor walking away until they sort it and you expect to be compensated. They truly are awful at customer service, you need to keep demanding a supervisor until you get one who listens.
