Glenn Hoddle and mcmanaman both on @btsport for the #TOTLIV match, fair enough player from each former team but 2 of the worst commentators on the television across any tv station.

@itsalgordon @virginmedia @bt_uk i feel sorry for you, atleast go with a company that gets leased lined from BT, i'm personally with plusnet business and haven't had an issue with them personally ever, the only issues i've had really was with BT hardware in the telephone exchange

@bt_uk Not yet I'll try and call them tomorrow (assuming I remember) It's only mobile contract sub £10/month SIMO so not a major problem! P.S. I wish you didn't increase my Broadband contract that I only took out a couple of months ago by 14-15%!

@Ofcom why is @bt_uk allowed to raise my bill from £29.99 to £42.30 but still advertise the exact same package for 29.99 on its website? In December I signed up for £29.99. Now I’m locked in, they can just hike up my bill while offering the cheaper rate to everyone else. Very bad

@btsport have the nerve to charge a fortune and then choose god awful commentators for a clásico.

@janie07 @bt_uk It’s ridiculous isn’t it? Spoke to at least 10, friendly, trying to help but can’t, BT staff. No ownership of problems. Apparently my landline was cut off when Openreach installed fibre. Why?! So it’s had to be installed as a new connection. The drop outs? Infuriating.

@bt_uk Can I just give a shout out to Dan from the sales support team. After 12 days, and 7 cancelled orders for broadband, I was put through to Dan. He finally managed to sort it, and the hub arrived today. Absolute legend 🙌

@bt_uk I resigned 4 months ago and agreed to £29.99. So now I’m locked in you have just hiked up my bill! It’s disgusting and pure greed. Will a new customer sign up for £29.99 and then end up paying £42.30 a month within 4 months? I’ve been with BT for as long as I can remember

@bt_uk My WiFi 6 whole home discs reset themselves tonight to factory settings. We didn't touch them. Lost 40+ device config, network details. Tried to restore from a backup and it won't. You messed up a firmware update presumably?

@bt_uk can you please explain this in the DN35 area, there appears to be a problem but I cannot get a straight answer from a BT adviser and this has been going on since the weekend, not good enough as depend on this for work.
