    Watched the first half of #GENLIV on @btsport , commentary team hadnt a clue what was going on, second half on @VMSportIE and @DaveMcIntyreIRL , what a difference... BT truely awful...

    So it has been already a month with no wifi at all. I've spent a total of 11 hours on the phone to solve a problem that still is not fixed. Never hiring @bt_uk again. Worst broadcast company I've even seen.

    @Switchtobetter @virginmedia @mrpbarrington @bt_uk It's funny as 6 months before that a virgin worker came mine for a repair and said god help you as things are going to get worse as there moving most call centre jobs abroad.. He said he would never have virgin media or mobile

    @Switchtobetter @virginmedia @mrpbarrington Yes when your complaining and there script don't show a response, you hear them panicking, you say put me through to uk, they say it's no longer there then hang up.... Can't wait for @bt_uk to get full now TV so I can record sky channels I'll be leaving virgin then

    @motomatters @Booya007 @SimonHbikes It’s frustrating that I can get the BTSport app on my Amazon Firestick but can’t get a log-in as I’m not a BT Broadband customer. If they sorted it I’d sign up. I get free BTSport on my phone with EE but is cleverly done so I can’t cast or screen-mirror to a TV set. 😏

    @bt_uk The excitement starts soon ! We’ll that’s what I was told 30th October Then yesterday it was our engineers have been delayed Today it was we may not get them there until 22nd November #Service my goodness No #Broadband !!

    @BTCare all I’ve tried to do is cancel BT & Sky Sports on my TV package & extend my broadband contract, & you’ve cancelled ALL of my BTTV. I also have 12 emails about receiving kit, returning kit & my phone line. I need to spend another hr on the phone tmrrw sorting this out!

    @bt_uk I want this sorted this week and make sure never happens. Also manager said you received a transcript of the call and she said it 3 times not hearing me saying i did not. When finally listened she said she did not say that and I will receive it in 7 days. That is too late!
