@bt_uk So that’s Monday, Tuesday and now Wednesday. I guess with your companies track record it will continue. Am I going to be compensated this time because last time I raised an issue like this I was told I was but I was never compensated. Beginning to think BT promises are just lies

@BTCare @BT_Openreach haven’t had the decency to answer the tweet I tried to Diem them because a complaint should only be between the person complaining to the company involved not everybody in the world needs to see it but if they don’t reply I don’t know facility for me to DM them

@bt_uk appalled at BT’s inefficiency and customer service. Been chased multiple times to return equipment which has been returned with proof of posting using BT’s own returns service and I have been informed I’ll be charged £115 on my next bill.

@bt_uk This issue is, I’ve upgraded to Halo 3, or whatever name you’re calling this package, on Monday because I was told this would guarantee stable internet connection. This guarantee is a lie! I was also told I would receive 2 discs on Tuesday, it’s Wednesday now with no discs

@bt_uk Oh, I meant internet problems. Since I’m only a tenant, I don’t know the landline number. The wi-fi signal works fine so I assumed it could be a general issue?

@bt_uk hi , I have a dialling tone but I am unable to recieve incoming calls or make outgoing calls. Please can you help
