I’m on their unlimited fibre extra broadband at £26.99 a month and they are great.I also got cashback by going through topcashback.

Admitted to accidentally switching off our broadband and my elderly boss and his son were up till 4am at @OrionCinema trying to find an alternative way to keep our business running. Even recalling any part of this mess will make me lose my temper and I’ve already spent hours. My monthly bills have gone from £125 to over £500. Why? BT has no answer.

I guess its another day on the mobile phone (thankfully Vodafone) chasing the elusive BT Cloud Voice team, for another update. why do BT think this is acceptable?
