    @bt_uk Hello urgent , had a call from engineer , they say fault cleared , but their SNR reset didnt work and that you could do that, as theres still drop, but you could fix with SNR rset.

    @bt_uk nope. tried retuning multiple times to no avail, and in the process has removed channels, and have checked the tv signal quality and it’s zero.

    @bt_uk My mum’s BT Broadband and Fixed Line stopping working since @CityFibre has been digging outside her house in Reading. Can this issue be investigated ASAP?
