    @JaneCouchMBE @SkyAdamSmith @btsport Can’t agree with that Jane, ok Warrington v galla is ok but the rest is so poor it’s unreal. Hopefully the lot are scrapped and then they will see how much they have all ****** this up

    @bt_uk Now on a full week without broadband. We were promised it would be fixed by midnight last night. I can’t spend any more time on hold to support or waiting in for an engineer that doesn’t show. My husband’s had to go away so he can work - I’d really like him home please!

    @bt_uk You even sent a tech expert engineer to our house yesterday to help setup equipment even though there was no service. So you’re wasting other people’s time over this, too. I could have got another provider in this time. Sincerely wish I had

    @bt_uk Oh dear - A WiFi hub connects EE does not help me in this area… Alreacy been offered that when this all started weeks ago!

    @bt_uk Hi, I upgraded to a bundle that includes Netflix last week, however I haven’t received an email to link my existing Netflix account to BT, and there’s no link to do it in the TV & Sport section in my account. Please help as this is why I re-contracted in the first place.

    @bt_uk I am trying to reach BT on the contact number but it has been 22 mins (and counting) I cannot talk to any. I am moving homes and website does not work. Any help?

    @Carra23 Totally agree. No idea how @btsport have MOTM to Isaak. Harvey Elliott clearly the winner there. Stupid decision they must have been watching a different game and just picked the new boy

    @bt_uk We have a fault on broadband, down for 2 days which, apparently you are fixing. However we have a EEmobile hub but that doesn’t work either. Your ‘team’ member tells us tough we can’t have another. Very poor service
