@EE It’s one location my home postcode, but I was never informed of the problem. Apparently a postcode check for coverage is no real indication of quality of signal. Just a marketing ploy

@EE is there any update on the broadband being down. Openreach have been trying to fix for a week. I appreciate this is a nationwide fault, but I hope we are not going to be charged for the bb when we can't use it for days

  • BeccaWillz BW✨ (@BeccaWillz) reported

Just received a random cheque from @EE yet never been with them and it’s been written in my name.. confused

  • McGuinnessKevin Kevin McGuinness 💙 (@McGuinnessKevin) reported

@EE No thanks I’d rather be with a network that doesn’t charge for roaming in the EU.

@JennieeBCUstn @EE you could cancel the contract and go elsewhere, or get them to deliver it to your house, and make sure that they do not charge you for the days that you have missed.

  • McGuinnessKevin Kevin McGuinness 💙 (@McGuinnessKevin) reported

@EE No thanks I’d rather be with a network that doesn’t charge for roaming in the EU… also you are owned by BT so that’s an another reason I wouldn’t be with you lot.

  • UoMEandD_Sarah Dr Sarah Mohammad-Qureshi (@UoMEandD_Sarah) reported

@equalitywarrior @EE @Apple Husband had this issue with his new Samsung, had to drop another load of cash to buy the corresponding plug. It’s so annoying how many unnecessary add-ons are sold separately, creating more obsolete phone-related items to squeeze the consumer for more 💷 #NotABusinessWoman

  • thespencerlynch The Scouse Prestigitator (@thespencerlynch) reported

@EE hi EE, do you use an automated telephone service that cuts you off instead of default connecting to speak to a person if not option is selected? They way @VodafoneUK do?
