@EE No she’s had to move in with in-laws with no work or money coming in,my other daughter is moving into a house in September but it’s in Falmouth and we are told that EE reception down there is not very good and they need a strong WiFi as they are all students

@matts864 I’ll give you shocking service pal! 2 years ago upgrade phone @CPWTweets and @EE they put ‘add on’ my a/c for international calls £8.33 mth! I DONT MAKE INTERNATIONAL CALLS!DID NOT REQUEST ADD ON! Both keep passing blame to other! I’m £200 down both of em not do anything to help

@ee.co.uk Has to be one of the worst companies I have had to deal with. Really bad service, a charge taken for a unreturned box, that was returned and confirmed by EE. Terrible reception means it is difficult or impossible to watch live TV.

@EE so disappointed with EE,sservice, my contract expired, for 2 weeks I tried to renew &upgrade online, only for the-site to have technical issues & can’t checkout, my nearest store has shut down & no one answers the phone .looking at other options now,Ibeen with EE 15 years

@EE just had appalling customer service from your call centre staff trying to arrange a broadband installation date. I spoke to three people, none of whom could help and was eventually cut off. How do I escalate this and talk to someone who can take ownership of the problem and help?

@EE any hope of working internet today? I understand you've had a network outage nationwide. When was it you planned to tell your customers? Or is your plan only to impart information under duress? Seems like an odd way to run customer service
