@matts864 I’ll give you shocking service pal! 2 years ago upgrade phone @CPWTweets and @EE they put ‘add on’ my a/c for international calls £8.33 mth! I DONT MAKE INTERNATIONAL CALLS!DID NOT REQUEST ADD ON! Both keep passing blame to other! I’m £200 down both of em not do anything to help

@EE It’s one location my home postcode, but I was never informed of the problem. Apparently a postcode check for coverage is no real indication of quality of signal. Just a marketing ploy

@EE thanks Olivia. Is there some sort of network guarantee like @VodafoneUK have where if i dont like it i can leave. Last time i was on EE it was PAYG and my phone was regularly on GPRS or Edge which is obviously not good

@EE Tbf @ThreeUK ive never had problem with them in Shropshire and always had great signal in town. I live in the rural area and get just enough signal to use indoors. Where as EE my tablet S7+ can't get EE in ldoors at all, and drops several times in Shropshire

@EE I got an email from you about an unpaid bill which is.. odd, I’ve tried calling customer services on your website but I can’t get through to anyone. I’m no longer an EE customer, didn’t call the number on the email cause scams are getting pretty elaborate these days
