    @EE It’s one location my home postcode, but I was never informed of the problem. Apparently a postcode check for coverage is no real indication of quality of signal. Just a marketing ploy

    @matts864 I’ll give you shocking service pal! 2 years ago upgrade phone @CPWTweets and @EE they put ‘add on’ my a/c for international calls £8.33 mth! I DONT MAKE INTERNATIONAL CALLS!DID NOT REQUEST ADD ON! Both keep passing blame to other! I’m £200 down both of em not do anything to help

    @EE It has been removed now! The problem is, I never requested it and was unaware I was paying it for 2 years.

    I got in touch with @ee twice in the last two weeks because 4G doesn’t work in Central London on weekends and in evenings. All I got is “there are too many people on the network”. Extremely bad customer service.

    @EE I spoke to customer service and they informed me of the issue and offered me limitless data until is solved. You guys are very polite and helpful. Thanks so much and I hope you are doing well too Bob ;)

    @lochvue @EE The best thing is, I have service, I just can’t use my new phone because @EE can’t organise a piss up in a brewery. So I have to use my old phone, I’m just down 4 hours of my time due to no fault of my own, which I’m sure I won’t be compensated for.

    @EE Hi folks I was in Bournemouth and Poole yesterday. I have a A22 5G phone but couldn't use 5G, 4G was OK. I read 5G was available in Poole. Can you help please

    @MrJamalam @EE They keep switching my SIM off and sending out a new one. Been going on since October. I agree with you about the brewery! Hope they sort your issue out soon, but I wouldn't hold your breath.

    @EE ever since you downgraded me from pay monthly to pay as you go my mobile signal has been absolutely rubbish. I get 1/2 bars of 4G signal in a 5G area
