@EE It’s one location my home postcode, but I was never informed of the problem. Apparently a postcode check for coverage is no real indication of quality of signal. Just a marketing ploy

@matts864 I’ll give you shocking service pal! 2 years ago upgrade phone @CPWTweets and @EE they put ‘add on’ my a/c for international calls £8.33 mth! I DONT MAKE INTERNATIONAL CALLS!DID NOT REQUEST ADD ON! Both keep passing blame to other! I’m £200 down both of em not do anything to help

@ee are you having any problems? my laptop don't want to connect to my Wi-Fi box, it was ok early this morning before I went to bed, it showd as on, but google won't connect thanks

@EE Hi Chris Thanks for the reply, because I paid my bill last night I thought it would be ok, because my laptop that uses my ee wifi was not connecting, so I then put my phone on ee and found the problem out of data so put £15 on and it worked it was fine yesterday Thanks

@EE without question the worst ISP I've used - consistently slow speeds; high latency; connection drops (at least 3 a day. Utterly horrific. They also screwed up the xfer from BT which is now resulting in major hassles. Avoid EE at all costs if you value your sanity. #EEsuck

@EE Hi. Experienced lots of service disruption in DT5 since moving back to the area. Seems to be most weekends. No signal yesterday and again this morning. Can I claim anything for the losses? Thinking of switching as contract is due for renewal.

@EE just wanted to Big up an employee for their excellent customer service. His personal service. And use of his product knowledge to help sort out a new handset and return of a order I messed up. Please bless Alec Harmeston with some vouchers, a raise a day off. Very happy.
