@matts864 I’ll give you shocking service pal! 2 years ago upgrade phone @CPWTweets and @EE they put ‘add on’ my a/c for international calls £8.33 mth! I DONT MAKE INTERNATIONAL CALLS!DID NOT REQUEST ADD ON! Both keep passing blame to other! I’m £200 down both of em not do anything to help

@EE I've been trying to upgrade my handset with nothing but excuses as to why I can't have advertised offers. I wouldn't mind but its not even consistent messaging. And staff putting the phone down is not great.

@EE well thanks very much EE. I've been a customer of EE / orange for 23 years never mist a payment. Took £92. In addition to my monthly DD. Saying I called an American landline for 30 minutes. This did not take place. Offering me a discount of a %. I'm Bubbling.
