They know it’s in dispute with @MicrosoftUK but despite it being escalated, weeks on with no resolution. Merry Christmas to both organisations 👍🏻

I DONT MAKE INTERNATIONAL CALLS!DID NOT REQUEST ADD ON! Both keep passing blame to other! I’m £200 down both of em not do anything to help

I checked their tags and seemly I'm not the only one with issues. Tried their service checker but the link takes me to the app... Why?

Spoke with someone, put on hold whilst they looked into the mistake made by someone 5 days ago, left me on hold for 40 minutes, then transferred me to a different call centre who were very confused. Now told you are closing.
