    @EE no signal now all-day😡you don't know from one day to the next whether it will work. Not good enough!!

    @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

    @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

    @EE Thanks Chris I've moved one line to O2, will move others as they expire. I've been trying to get a copy of call records from EE for one of the phone lines I have. In two + a half months I've filed 3 forms and got stupid reasons after a MONTH why they can't process. Awful.

    @EE So ilwhat your saying is youve increased my tarrif to cover other peoples issues My bill has increased by over 10 pounds. Yet you are able to offer the same package to new customers for much less than I'll be paying.

    This price change in my bill with this March increase is stupid. Think I’ll look else where when the contract is up, price increase seems unreasonable @EE

    @Click2Respawn @EE @ThreeUK I never use to mind, when the increase was like a quid. But its raising it more than i think is reasonable, plus im barely using my contracted allowance to really warrant to being more as well

    @EE I don’t disagree with that but I don’t think a 14% rise can be justified- you managed to maintain and improve the network when increases were much less than that

    Finally spoke to someone at @EE sounds like there's infrastructure damage in the SO51 area and the internet should be restored by lunch time ish.
