  @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

  @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

  @EE no signal now all-day😡you don't know from one day to the next whether it will work. Not good enough!!

  Shocking customer service from @EE After months of data issues, I’m told they don’t guarantee a working data service. So what am I paying for? Happy to take customers money but dismiss genuine concerns instead of fixing them. Overpriced with poor service. AVOID @EE @Ofcom

  @EE Hi I’ve done all this and been happening since Thursday last week. Everyone else in our area is back up and running. I need to speak with someone right away texting isn’t resolving the issue.

  Why is it on iOS there’s no ui change to say you’re on 5G+? @EE & @VodafoneUK both say they have 5GSA or ultra 5G but you never know if you’re connected to that and not just the normal 5G.

  @EE My son & I called you yesterday. You are charging me for a tablet I didn’t ask for and that never arrived either. We were told by your team that I will have to continue paying for it even though he could see by looking at my account that I’d never activated nor used it, u thieves
