    @DaveLaChouffe @EE Interesting... I'm not sure what, if anything, @EE could do about this, but it's very frustrating when I'm paying what I am - and the handset was on their recommendation for reliability of signal - it was one of my must haves

    Awful customer services from @EE they make mistakes then try to charge excessive amounts to put it right… I’m out of contract soon so I’m off…..

    @EE Upgraded my contract DPD decided to pocket the phone rather than deliver it to me. EE trying to set up a new contract but there is a hold on the account has been for 9 days despite me not having the phone. Escalations tried to set up a new account but systems gone down no idea
