  @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

  @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

  @EE The app is awful. Why won't you just come out and admit you're having major issues with it? I can't even manage my home broadband through it. It worked fine a week ago.

  Spent 30mins trying to log in to the @EE app. Asks me the same questions like password, pin and it will text me a code, but errors out. I checked their tags and seemly I'm not the only one with issues. Tried their service checker but the link takes me to the app... Why?

  @EE That’s no good I can text and it wants me to respond to texts that I get. I’m exasperated you have a horrendous use case for you users specifically geared to less people on the phones help customers. Disgraceful

  @EE Your Spend Cap tool has failed. My app shows £0 (attached), but you let a call run up £34 and only texted me after it ended. This is a clear breach of @Ofcom rules on preventing bill shock. I have a formal complaint (C10001911500) and need this credited. Please advise.

  @EE think you should think about changing carrier you use #DPD been wait for the iPhone 16 i upgraded. Driver was running behind. Got someone from DPD rang saying spoke to driver and will deliver parcel this afternoon 10min later got a text saying sorry we missed you. Went on DPD chat they said driver came to my house at 1:08pm never did as was in my chair looking out the window. This was yesterday. Got a new time slot today and hoping the iPhone 16 gets delivered

  @EE TV more expensive than the subscription channels. And you can’t Cancel for 24months! In brief I have EE TV. Have tried to reduce package to lowest, but tied in till end of 2027. £22 a month for; NowTV incl HBO and Netflix Basic. I realise is independently it cost 15.98

  So I have people who sometimes can’t connect to me. Says number doesn’t exist. I then have people calling me and saying they have a missed call from my number when I haven’t called. @EE how do I actually get this resolved? The number has a routing issue that no one will help sort

  @EE I’m looking for some help with regards to my old contract phone, we’ve given it to my daughter, set up a new Apple ID but it’s went into activation lock. Contacted Apple and they need proof of purchase, we don’t have that as it’s been 2+years Is this something we can request

  @OnSamps @EE Jeez look at all the scam accounts you attracted lol. They are all reading off the same script, the least they can do is admit there's a problem
