  @barnontherun Yes, though I confess I laughed at the 'warrant out for your arrest' part. My mum was recently confused/fooled by the Amazon scam & pressed 1 but realised, didn't share anything & put the phone down. @EE & @AskNationwide brilliant at double-checking her phone bill & bank account.

  Reported a fault in my property and an engineer was booked for today. Engineer identifies fault 7 miles away, fixes said fault and cancels my appointment saying issue is resolved. @EE miraculously fixed my broken ethernet wall socket from 7 miles away 🥳 magicians out here.

  @EE I have just DM'ed you regarding the lack of #EE service for yet another day in #Teddington #TW11. I am working from home, I have a call scheduled for this afternoon. Please give your customers AN ACCURATE idea of when it will be fixed. Yes - I have turned it off & on again!
