  @EE no signal now all-day😡you don't know from one day to the next whether it will work. Not good enough!!

  @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

  @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

  @EE I'm 54 only had a orange phone when it first started and binned the phone after a week ,there customer service was awful, so now EE/BT thought I'd give you ago , on o2 and since virgin owned it it's been the worst ,even there broadband is broken , I'll go into shop Saturday

  @EE Never ideal & always frustrating - it’s 2100 in the evening & I’ve got one bar of signal strength so I’m not dialling a number to speak to an automated person yet again or have a response via this forum using a bot. Your service is woeful at best.

  @EE can you please inform me why BBC and ITV won’t work on my TV? By far the worse TV and internet provider I have ever dealt with. Never again.

  @EE I’m not very happy with the deal I have currently and didn’t get anywhere with customer service. The only way for me to get a better deal apparently is to sign up with EE home broadband and I don’t want to do that.

  The worst network customer service i have ever seen @EE . I made an order and customer service said they can’t do anything because the order is still at @parcelforce . the worst courier service in UK. I will terminate all services from EE.

  If anyone is paying @EE for Game Pass Ultimate be aware they are ripping you off. Game Pass Ultimate is currently £16.99pm however EE are charging £22pm. Hit that cancel button and buy direct from @XBOX
