@NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

@NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

@EE, @BTSopenreach I have been without WiFi for 3 days, my phone shows excellent signal but an exclamation mark which prevents connection. EE say its Openreach needs to check connection. I have nothing from Openreach on sorting problem. I pay for service and get nothing. Help!!

@EE I received a letter today from a company called Lowell, claiming that I need to repay an amount that I owe to EE. I have never had an account with EE, and I owe you nothing to my knowledge. Is this a scam?

@EE Fantastic customer service! 1 1/2 hrs in Nottingham branch to sort an upgrade, and counting. Nice staff but the company is an absolute disgrace. Staff literally running between branches to find phones. You're a phone company. Stock some bloody phones!

Had to go into the @EE shop twice this week in #Newarkontrent to upgrade our deal and apply some discount codes. The staff were brilliant and couldn’t be more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I wish all customer service was as good as this.

@EE can you cancel my monthly contract due to broken sim which I am still waiting for a replacement which you are going to charge me £1.50 P&P for and still takes 3 days to arrive to me. Not been able to make or receive calls/messages for a week now and it’s my only phone line!

Here’s a sneaky one. I had a @bt_uk mobile contract. Last month they told me I had to move to their subsidiary @EE but I now discover roaming in Europe (including the Channel Islands) is £2.29 a day where it was free before. But if you were a customer of EE before

Planning to switch from @EE to another provider due to their absolute absurd prices and lack of respect for customer loyalty. Also worst customer service in store at the Trafford centre!! Any recommendations for decent providers?
