    @EE no signal now all-day😡you don't know from one day to the next whether it will work. Not good enough!!

    @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

    @EE abroad for 3 days. Still no roaming despite active in my account. Online help says a start conversation button will appear. Does not. Can’t call as no service. Do you have a Skype help?

    @EE I was called the next day to say that the engineer had an 'access issue', which I'm afraid must be false - we were present all day and even had other tradesmen come and go. Now I can't get online til Thursday which is affecting my work schedule.

    @nigelwalsh @EE I should clarify, it wasnt the only metric. The key one for agents was around NPS and customer satisfaction, that is just what the workforce management team used to monitor staffing levels.

    @EE It's not underground WiFi. As far as I'm aware, even in 2022, @TfL still doesnt have it on the Tube. It's public WiFi that just never works on this phone.

    @o2 I'm glad I'm not a pay monthly customer of yours. Only got the sim because @EE have started to charge for EU roaming and I'm still in contract with them. Never had any technical issues with @EE.

    @nigelwalsh @EE Another one you'll love is the Legal Ombudsman. I filed a complaint about my incompetent conveyancing lawyer in around Feb last year and I still just get a quarterly email updating me on their backlog...
