@NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

@NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

@EE The texts were never sent as the number was never cancelled. It was simply handed over to someone else and then obviously taken from my daughter’s sim making it useless. The staff I spoke to were shocked & had no clue how this could have happened as apparently it’s very unusual.

@EE @clairedonoghue Don’t hold your breath - there’re not interested! Forced to leave after being a customer for 26 years!!!! Needed a SIM only contract, offered £2 discount a month…not competitive at all. Loyalty means nothing to #EE Grab your new contract elsewhere!!!

@Tr3vski @EE @EE 4 months later, bit my partners having the exact same issue. Tried it on 3 phones and upgrade button won't work. And if you go to the shop instead and try and click on a phone it says "sorry, can't find the page.."
