@Apple 15.0.2 has killed 5g on my iPhone 13 pro max on @EE looking at the Internet i don't seem to be alone. Network reset won't work nor will restarts pls fix this ASAP even doesn't work on @ThreeUK sim not happy

@EE Please please please don’t order a phone from EE after waiting 4 weeks I’m now told my phone still have no delivery date and if it doesn’t come by the weekend 5 weeks just cancel it. What a joke of a company avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid

@EE @EE I have paced a order for a I phone 13 pro there is a delay which I understand but I have taken the trade in option that give discount on rental that I need to return old phone in 9 days time and I can’t get to talk to anyone even your shop will not help about this

@EE I understand @EE and others are having issues with supply, but they is now clear evidence across social media that new customers are being prioritised. They were one such yesterday where she order the device a week after me but yet as a 24-hour dispatch notice. (1/2)

@EE What does one have to do to have their issue resolved? 12 calls,4.5 hours on the phone,4 complaints cases and still no response about the 12 months Xbox Game Pass Ultimate worth £130 I was meant to get with my new Z Fold 3 on release day! False advertising. I can smell a suit
