@EE Oh enjoy long changed to u guys a after having issues with BT pretty much all the time it’s sitting at 2 just now which is no use they have changed the router and still no use paying for something that won’t even open a SC shocking

@EE Was trying to get a new Apple Watch, but I’m convinced your website was designed by a rival company that doesn’t want you to make sales. The people at your customer service are great, but I didn’t fancy waiting for an hour on the phone.

@EE Another text, "MyPlace update: Just to let you know, we have a problem near home which may be affecting service in the area." Trouble is, EE has zero signal strength in West Berks to start with. Outage makes no difference. I've complained before but they EE simply closes case
