    @EE no signal now all-day😡you don't know from one day to the next whether it will work. Not good enough!!

    @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

    Hi @EE. Been a customer for almost 20 years. You sure sending me a text essentially saying “we’re doubling your bill and if you don’t like it, leave” is good customer service? Plenty of other providers who are offering me a better deal.

    @EE Can you please put reliable 4g into rural locations ahead of rolling outlet next upgrade... some of us have suffered poor connectivity for far too long.

    I ******* hate @bt_uk Now @EE are in the BT Group, I was sold BT broadband again. Nothing changed, even my EE router was working. But then: I plugged in the BT router which meant reconnecting all my devices and just to really ******* off, the BT email account stopped.
