@EE Yes and it works fine. We have already had three different engineers out to fix it. The 1st got the broadband back on, the 2nd got the speed up a bit (not to what we we're getting) but it dropped. The 3rd same but not as high as the 2nd and told us (1/2)

@EE That basically the best connection they could get us on still had 80 errors and our speed is never going up to what it was, so we are stuck with speeds like this and you consider it fixed (2/2)

@EE Yeah thank you. He was very helpful but it seems tech support just told him to tell me go and unpair and try again using mobile data, when in reality it was solved today quickly on the phone. Anyways, have a nice day

@EE Broadband is something many rely on at the moment as we’re all being cautious given the current circumstances and with your network always cutting out we find it hard to get many things done. My partner works from home and without the internet he cannot do his job. [1/2]

@EE @richard__ellis Hi. I’m getting stuck on the line, 30+ mins to spk to technical line. I had this issue last two new watches. The resolution IIRC is replacing the IMEI associated with the eSIM for the new Watch cellular being t/f to. This was done by the tech guys on your system.
