@NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

@NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

@peterd1974 @O2 @EE The ‘ Dunham dip’ everyone has problems but I’m getting increasingly dissatisfied with the lack of 4G in the WA14 area - I know it’s first world problems but when you rely on good mobile data it’s frustrating

@EE Any chance of sorting the problems out around SY11? Absolutely no network for days now and "we will next update you on 4 October" is just not good enough

After years with @EE their constant failure this year to resolve an issue I was having I have left and joined @ThreeUK I may lose some coverage in parts of the country but what good was coverage when my calls wouldn’t come through to me!

@EE How are you so damn awful as a company. I cannot contact you at all. Trying to change my contract. You leave me waiting on a call for 30 minutes then cut me off. Your website prices are a rip off. I want to speak to A REAL PERSON to get a reasonable price contract.

@EE why should I have to pay £7 to return your crap equipment?

@ThreeUKSupport I would understand if I had a phone on the contract as there is something that needs to be paid for. I've been thinking about moving to @EE as the signal with yourselves seems to just keep getting worse over the past few years.

@EE Your online support portal is a joke. Your home broadband app is worse. Our service drops out 4 times a day minimum. We accepted your 'it may drop out occasionally in the first 10 days' line but now it's getting silly. Please, I just want to discuss this with a human.
