I don't know if anyone needs to know this, but... If Wifi Calling on @EE is Just Not Working for you when it "should", try enabling (or maybe disabling) IPSec Passthrough on your router. (Hey, EE, perhaps put that on your dang web page about wifi calling?)

@EE Tried to get an EE sim only, credit score refused even though I have a perfect credit rating. Also EE site claims I already have an account even though I have never had an EE account or phone.

@EE I've been trying to contact you in regards to my Amazon voucher every number I call says invalid and even tried 150 which doesn't work neither does the emails? Can you help me to try and get this sorted or give me a number that actually works?

@EE I’m in America . Cudnt get through to get a pack . The phone won’t work . I’ve been on and added roaming for America but still nothing . Aaaargh please help me I can’t phone my kids !

Gobsmacked! yesterday i called @EE to complain about my appalling Broadband, it took less than 10 minutes to get my call answered, line tested & engineer booked for today. Previously its taken over 40 mins to get someone to answer & then even longer being told why they can't help

@EE upgraded iPhone and SIM arrived on Sunday. Still no text, calls or iMessages, and latter refuse to setup. USELESS SERVICE
