@NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

@NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

@EE The girl from upgrades kept going off to see if she could do any better and couldn’t. Apparently that’s the absolute best price for me even though I don’t need 100GB data. I shouldn’t have to keep calling so that you keep me as a customer when I can get a better deal elsewhere.

@FullSen70316301 @EE @O2 you made mistake joint then i been with them long time they don’t care about customer service they will take ur money if u don’t say nothing they won stop if u call them they will say it was technical fault and return money in 7 days i’m leaving dem when my contract is done

Thank you SO MUCH @EE for Scheduling Maintenance on the very same day as i need to take a call for yourself about how shite my internet has been! I couldn't be contacted, and now i have to somehow arrange to cancel the new arrangement for tomorrow, as ill be working!

I still don't understand given the current climate of financial insecurity, and having gone two times through to collections and they've refused to help me in the past...why can't @EE do anything to help? Easy enough for them to get you to spend more money and price increases
