@NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

@EE I'm not impressed at all. Selected the 25GB for £12 additional line offer on the website. It's gone through as 5GB. Thought it was a glitch so gave you the benefit of the doubt. Customer service are claiming there is nothing they can do as outside of 14 days. 1/2

@EE I'm sure the 1.8 billion pound profit posted would help fund that, rather than profiteering from already squeezed consumers, made worse by coperations like yourself ripping them off on a day to day basis with entirely unjustifiable price increases.

@EE email to say mobile contract is going up nearly £10 per month mid contract increase of 15% yes it’s in the contract. Definitely will be leaving & my piss poor broadband when ends. #Ripoff

@EE Wow really that long ago? So many questions on this… Was there a press release explaining more detail? How would you know whether usage was legitimate or fraudulent? Every other U.K. network still has this feature, with this in mind I’ve not see anything about fraud use?

@EvanyaParker @EE Yeah they said for me to dm them. They wouldn’t help as it’s “the same for all customers” and that it is based on previous inflation not future. I asked if they would decrease the price if it went down and “it might be looked into”.

@EE There isn’t really. You’ve halved my bill, even though I can’t get data.. because a mast is broken. You could arrange for the mast to be fixed quicker?

@EE my monthly bill is £138 - please justify 14.4% when phone reception in my area GL2 7 is almost non existent. My yearly bill will rise to £1,900 Surely I should be getting discount until EE can provide a suitable service in my area? Def time to start looking elsewhere
