@EE I have just migrated from @bt_uk and this rapid system is utterly useless. I want to speak directly with an advisor and just keep having to call 150 and then choose from a list of options that don't apply to my specific issue. Just going around in circles. 😭

@EE worst customer service ever received! My son and I have made several phone calls and spent hours on the phone going nowhere. Currently on hold or around the sixth time today. Will be switching contracts as soon as able.

Hey @EE, any idea why I'm supposedly getting a 5G signal or at the very least a full 4G signal in Guiseley, Leeds but have no internet? It wasn't like this a few weeks back but I can now barely use my mobile internet here and in other places... Having to connect to pub's WiFi. 🤨

@hwallop @EE EE refused to waive a cancellation fee on a broadband contract no longer needed because my friend has to leave her house due to ill health. Never been less impressed!
