    @EE no signal now all-day😡you don't know from one day to the next whether it will work. Not good enough!!

    @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

    @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

    Hello @EE, we’ve paid £10 for a roaming pass for NZ, and it’s not working! We have no network provider at all & now you’ve blocked the account! 🇳🇿

    @EE You can’t help, as per original message it Has to be done over the phone and no matter when I call you’re always too busy to answer. Customer service basics is hire enough staff to answer the phones

    @EE I am trying your PAYG SIM before committing to a contract and used your Christmas extra data offer however after topping up we can’t see the extra data promised. Can you help please?

    @O2 . Dear o2, this is a thread on your customer service. I have a contract with your for £10/month. I recently activated a USA travel bolt-on and travelled to the USA for 5 days where I utilised it (I note it included a shockingly bad 0.5mbps speed cap @EE are much better here)

    @EE help - iPhone 14 pro max complete blank when I woke up - had to plug into laptop to recharge it. Updated to 16.2 & now NO SIGNAL - NO DATA - NOTHING! Tying to call but can’t obviously! Having to use someone else’s phone but YOU AREN’T ANSWERING!Been 1/2 hr at mo still waiting

    @EE Hi, I’m trying to find out when my current broadband contract with EE comes to an end? I’ve logged in to my account and looked under my Plan Summary but it just says my Plan is active and it is a 24 month contract but there are no start or end dates? Can you help?

    @EE Thanks, it's more of an FYI, I tried to buy on a MacBook, a Windows PC and Laptop and on my Phone. I've given uo now purchased elsewhere. But maybe it's worth telling your IT dept thats there's broken links when trying to buy a S22 Ultra.

    @EE would be nice to have my wifi when you randomly stop my service at 10pm when I require it for my baby monitor
