    @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

    @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

    @DinaGlyphs @EE MSO is an OpenReach issue. It means you, and likely any neighbours using OpenReach, are affected. EE canโ€™t speed it along. OpenReach will fix it, but itโ€™s up to OpenReach to fix unfortunately

    @EE Furious and appalled with customer service. Your employee gave my phone away to the wrong customer after leaving it for a battery repair yesterday. Went to pick it up at 5pm, for them to have no answer on what to do next!! No, I cannot call, because I have no phone. Please DM

    *yawn* Currently on hold with @EE...6th ๐Ÿ“ž call 2day but it's still early. When there system runs well its grand & I have zero issues but trying to solve a problem is wretched. I have repeated 6+ time 2day "as a deaf person of over 2 years now...emailing might be a better option

    @EE trying to connect my new smart hub to the EE app and it keeps saying it canโ€™t. I keep having similar issues like this with your app. Frustrating please help

    @Benleo Had very similar with @EE utterly useless & even one year after itโ€™s meant to have been sorted (thrown back within 14 days) they are still billing me per month for a non-existent broadband service. They are not just useless they are shysters too! They deserve to go skint!

    @EE @nickduval Not everyone has either of these, so what you are basically saying is we donโ€™t want you, I suggest they go elsewhere where there is better customer service.
