    @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

    @EE no signal now all-day😡you don't know from one day to the next whether it will work. Not good enough!!

    @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

    @rawker28 @EE I have same issue, logging in online also shows issues with my payg pack not displaying. There appears to be technical issues at EE end, can #EE confirm?

    @BradOwl @EE I've reinstalled the app but I still can't get logged in. I've just looked through the comments on the Play store which does show a lot of similar problems. I use the app to top up but I can't even log in to change a password. Hopefully this will get resolved soon.

    @rawker28 @EE I know we can top up by other means but I still want see how much data and call times I have remaining. If it's not sorted by 13th November I'll be changing network provider.

    @EE Samsung Galaxy A20e WORST PHONE ever upgraded to this last March just as pandemic hit and had nothing but problems, texting a nightmare as keys jumping,try text takes you elsewhere been with you many years tempted to change,help other things wrong too

    @virginmedia I can try although very difficult as i do not have 4g signal in my homevas I use @EE Another thing taking my money at the moment and not providing what is contracted. I am stood in the garden sending this... 😭

    @EE still after 6 months getting a poor reception it is really painful regularly getting only 1 bar, nightmare yet constantly told over the last 6 months we are fixing I have been very loyal too EE 4 phones way should I pay you?? Fed up with constant excuses
