  @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

  @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

  After getting a new 🆕 phone and iPad from @tescomobile recently the signal around Wisbech is non existent, I’ve put in my @EE SIM card today, actually getting two bars and a working signal, next to sign up to @Starlink tomorrow. 👍🏻💯

  @EE hi I have a new broadband provider and I was told when they took over the line it would cancel my EE one. How do I check thats actually happening as my EE broadband is still on and nothing showing on my billing. Need it cancelled otherwise im paying twice. Cheers.

  @EE how do I make a complaint about your door to door people? 7pm. Presses the ring doorbell. Doesn’t wait for a response. Hits the door like he’s coming through it. Just as my 10 month olds had gone to bed!

  @ee Why do you make it so hard to report a fault? Your mobile network in NE65 has been atrocious for the past few days. I have a business account with you and am currently unable to work. Please log the fault and restore service.

  @EE no connection in my area for several months. Problem acknowledged but my complaints keep getting closed. No sign of a refund - I am owed months of refunds. No contact from any customer care reps. Absolutely appalling behaviour.

  @EE I was also promised a call by Tuesday at 11am and that never happened. Im cancelling the service, but I wish to speak to a manager, as its now becoming a legal matter which I am trying to avoid.
