@NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

@NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

@EE Really poor signal all today 4g keeps coming and going, have to turn my phone on and off again to regain signal, other users on EE in my area experienced the same symptoms. Why is this? And is it being resolved? So frustrating!

@EE They replaced the router; no help though. I’m convinced it’s a poor BT copper line install, which just cuts off the broadband regularly. We have fibre running in our front lawn which is the frustration. @WeAreOpenreach refuse to connect us as we’re not a ‘community project’.

@EE Hang on. The letter I received clearly states "you can switch to receive all future bills online at My EE". Now you tell me I can't. So you're calling Mark Carberry a liar? How many other people has he sent this letter to?

@EE I’ve been a loyal customer with EE and t-mobile before that for over 20 years, why do you not offer loyal customers good rates when due an upgrade? Only new customers get good deals

@EE Thank you David. We have an engineer booked in for Friday but we’ve been here many times so it won’t get resolved. We need fibre in to our property; @EE is being let down by a poor #Openreach copper install.
