    @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

    @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

    @EE no signal now all-day😡you don't know from one day to the next whether it will work. Not good enough!!

    @EE you're taking this p*** my wife was informed that she was in arrears. She sorted this issue out and now she's received another message from yourselves saying she owes £50 again. She had her service suspended. What kind of operation are you running. Think I'll be leaving.

    @EE @draft_tokyo And the sooner people start looking at it like that, the sooner we can start fixing these issues, we can't fix anything if we're constantly arguing about which side is the villains because each time we make progress it will take the slightest gust to cause a massive setback

    @EE actually appalled at the recent service I’ve had. I got mis sold an upgrade, where they set up a new extra contact instead of the free upgrade I was offered. I then cancelled that and it took 3 weeks to get a label to send the phone back 1/2
