    @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

    @EE no signal now all-day😡you don't know from one day to the next whether it will work. Not good enough!!

    @EE Omg!! I have no other phone!!! I cannot connect to 150. It is not possible. This is the problem otherwise i could have done it myself!

    Is @EE broadband absolutely crap everywhere in the UK or just in this corner of Scotland? Started off fantastically (700 Mbps) but now 12, if it is working at all. Many engineers/chats but still bloody awful. Anyone recommend a 5G based system?

    @EE Contract cancelled…… 0 out of 10 for customer service here… Tried for 3 hours to get through to someone at @BTOpenreach1 Went back to @EE for further assistance and no one could or would help resolve. Cancelled contract with immediate effect..

    @EE any news on when the issues in the TS25 area will be fixed? Broadband has been off completely for at least 4 hours, can't even log into the website to check the area status

    @EE Wish I had never ported from BT, after 18 mins get through to engineer, call fails and I have to start again. Absolute mickey take

    @EE I am in Germany. PAYG does NOT WORK when leaving the UK. The App doesnt as i cant login without a passcode which is sent to the number that is no longer accessible because I am outside of the UK. I cant call 150 as it does not work with PAYG. I CAN'T call other number. No PHONE!

    @EE @Ofcom For decades the broadband with @BT never was a problem - since May 2nd when you took over and installed your tacky Digital Voice the engineers are now visiting on a regular basis - don't you think you should have sorted out the technology before rushing in in order to enhance your profits.

    @EE Please sort out your rubbish website and app - cannot load my contract on website and app will not send me a text to log in. I would like to cancel my contract, please tell me how I can do that without having to call you and listen to hard selling....
