  @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

  @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

  @MsVespertilio @EE EE are awful they charged me 270 pounds for a supposed breach of contract , they admitted that they have no proof but I had to pay in protest!! 15 years as a customer down the drain never again with @EE

  Appalling service from @EE who have TWICE in the space of 4 weeks dispatched equipment to addresses I don’t live at. Including today two hours after being assured no equipment would be sent. After years of recommending service I am now doing the opposite. Avoid!!

  @EE I transferred my phone to another provider, you sent me a refund cheque, and have now sent me a bill for what looks like a whole month. I am confused please help. I left with about 14 days on the contract so how can I owe a whole month? And why refund then ask for money?

  @EE @WeAreOpenreach Neighbour was connected via the post today we have now been told to cancel and re submit the order and have to wait yet again till it can be sorted after waiting two years the whole street has it apart from our property after being on the list two years !

  @EE can you please inform me why BBC and ITV won’t work on my TV? By far the worse TV and internet provider I have ever dealt with. Never again.

  @WeAreOpenreach @EE so someone comes out today at lunchtime and since then my broadband doesn't work. It wasn't actually broken before you broke it and no one bothers to inform customers either. Non existent customer service as per usual. Charge a fortune for no actual service!!

  @EE @Ofcom Finally sorted c4 hours later. Quite simply this is why people lying to sell is wrong and why online chat doesn't work. Time she will never get back unfortunately.
