    @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

    @EE no signal now all-day😑you don't know from one day to the next whether it will work. Not good enough!!

    @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

    @freddy0047 @EE Their app is AI and is absolutely useless. We've just had full fibre broadband installed from them. The installation is causing our neighbour problems but I can't get to speak to anyone to get them to come out and have a look. BT & EE playing tennis with it.

    hey @ee why is your website so ****? no I don't want to "use the app" sitting with laptop - bigger screen, can have tabs with other providers open - compare prices etc for a phone, & broadband provider your website is amateur at best - pages don't load or redirect on clicking

    @EE I waited one day and no one came to pickup and just said sorry. And want to come another day and time slot is 9am to 5pm. What do you think we have nothing to do all day and we wait for them to come and collect. Which courier service give a time slot of whole day πŸ€”πŸ€”πŸ€”

    @slexify_ Been with @EE for 3 years, yes they're slightly more expensive but I've never had a single drop-out and their Gigabit internet has rarely dipped below 900Mbps, which is great considering how many devices we have connected! I pay on time, every month, never missed a DD & customer service is top-notch!

    @EE just moved from plusnet to EE today. Had to ring EE ( only minor issue ) and he couldn't have been more helpful . Credit where its due ! I spend my old retired age moaning about most places ! Well done EE. πŸ‘ πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

    My grandfather has been having an issue with EE since February of this year & has been repeatedly fobbed off & is still being charged for a tablet & sim, which he returned as received, that has since been lost in transit, despite having proof of postage! @EE

    @EE It’s a moto E13 I think but it’s no good trying to guide me through it as I’m not with her again until next weekend. I am trying to find someone who can go with her to the shop in the hope that they can, at the very least put in some emergency contacts for her
