  @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

  @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

  @EE I spoke to your under trained business customer service, who said my line was cut off for non payment on October 11th yet the direct debit was not due to be collected till the 24th of that month, so that doesn't add up does it.

  @EE Hi, the issue isn't the offer, which was an EE One discount code, which I obviously can't share on an open forum. The issue is that in the trade-in section on the app and your website, Samsung Z Fold 7 is not listed, so I'm unable to trade my current phone in and use the offer

  @EE Hi. Was talking to a Kate or Katie but the call cut off as i'm on the train (she rang me) is it possible to get a message back to her that it was the signal dropping for the call ending and not me being rude. I feel so bad. Many thanks.
