@EE your service in Kidbrooke is so unreliable. When will it be fixed? It’s been too long now. You’re not the cheapest provider so surely you can do better with all that money.

Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. @EE has been amazing for phone signal, but todays customer service has been the worst… Almost had me in tears, eventually 2 managers in they saw it was their fault. PAC acquired, but now where?

@GingertrevTrev @EE They send me a text when the service is down. Of course I don't get it because the service is down. I get it at the same time as the text telling me the service is back up. About as useful as a chocolate teapot.

@EE Ok, but I need to confirm firstly if the reply EE techs gave me, saying that we can not guarantee service if you're at home, moving, or stationary is correct. Otherwise EE have no responsibility to provide any service for the money they take.

@EE is your app down? Says my password is incorrect but it’s not. Tried logging in online too and same message!

@EE @bt_uk As both a BT Broadband and EE mobile customer; what's the difference between Coverage Boost and the BT Wi-Fi app? Do I get access to more hotspots via it compared to the automatic connection provided by CB? Or is it redundant on my iPhone as CB will handle the same?

@EE are your systems down. I am trying to transfer a BT mobile number to EE and your website is very slow and not allowing me to log on?

@EE Unfortunately, I've had to put a complaint in and request a manager callback. The time given, has been and gone. Displeased.
