@EE @BowenLlinos Well our 4Gee internet is more or less unusable at present. Upload of 0.05mb! I messaged help yesterday, no reply. Sadly I'm looking for alternatives.

@0ldmanGlen @IanCutress @EE Never had any of those problems in Finland, and I've never heard of it from others. If they did worsen the service, that'd be grounds for canceling the contract without penalty, on my end.

@mathertim @Ofcom @EE It’s difficult. You enter a fixed term contract on a mobile phone and not a fixed line and therefore your service can and will vary between locations. It’s annoying when you have a poor signal at a location that’s important to you though…

Wife on phone complaining to @EE about the treaties he got in one of their shops. Went in for some help, as recommended by support, and had to spend half an hour saying she wasn’t interested in upgrades or offers. Ended up having to just leave with nothing sorted

@anybassdrum @Ofcom @EE My point is the costs keep rising and and I'm not getting a great service. Why pay for a product when your not getting the coverage as EE keep saying.

Anyone else also had news from @EE that they are raising prices by inflation plus 3.9%, meaning mobile phone bills are increasing by 14.4%? Just imagine the uproar and name calling if ordinary people asked for such rises in pay…oh, hang on…#ripoffbritain

@mathertim @Ofcom @EE Do you have home broadband? Most phones support WiFi calling which solves the issue of indoor coverage. I live in a house with thick walls and get zero in the house so have to use that.

@mathertim @Ofcom @EE …might be worth trying another network when your contract is up but very often indoor coverage issues are cross network.
