@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE No errors messages and confirmed the code.... Merely submitted and repeatedly told the number cannot be transferred because of “an error” ! 😦

@EE promise after promise the issue will be fixed and told it will be fixed when my next bill is produced. Guess what still not fixed. When I get home today I regret to say I will now be cancelling my contract as I am fed up of chasing around for a simple issue

@EE why does my daily phone call on my commute always get loss of signal on the m56 (one of busiest motorways in Britain) by Bowden turn off????? Is this really something that should happen still in 2022????!!!! Please sort this and get us out of the 90s!!!

@ee have to be the biggest chancers going. Used their trade in service and was quoted £176, now telling me they’ll only give £53. The photo they sent doesn’t even show damage… last month my watch was quoted at £100 and the offered me 1p. Con merchants
