  @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

  Just had an abysmal call with @EE customer service - absolutely terrible, I want someone to listen to the call of the handler who I just spoke to as they are about to lose a customer!

  @Farmeronecow @O2 That's why I left. Well that and when I complained about the signal I got told I needed to buy land and get planning permission myself and then they would look at putting one up. Moved back to @EE and normal service resumes.

  @EE Oh my days. Ordered a phone its all messed up now cancelling and going to Tescos to buy the said phone that was ordered the service has been abismle. Service of the year ? You must be joking ! Primary school children could do a better job 😒

  . Has any @EE customer who has @tntsports as an inclusive extra actually managed to get TNT to work on @HBOMax_UK ? Constantly comes up with ‘get access’. Worked absolutely fine on Discovery +.

  @EE please get your s**t together. I spent 90 mins last week on the phone for two calls in the same day to diagnose a fault and now you’ve forgotten to send one of the items you said was faulty. Of course I can’t speak to a human!! Dreadful. Can I terminate my contract?

  @PolemicTMM @EE Obviously not totally automated but I did use AI to help her. Quick 2 minute query written up in a way that she could understand how to change within the EE app. Sent the output to her and it worked a treat

  Kind of weird that @EE have a shop willing to sell you phones in Stroud at GL5 1RR when for the last 6+ weeks you can’t even use their network there. No calls, no internet. Any chance of sorting your network in this postcode ? Or shall I start looking for another provider?

  @TheWobblyGamer @EE I had that same problem, tried calling the customer service. No answer. Hours on hold. Cancelled the DD in frustration. They slapped a £600 termination fee on me and sold it to a debt collector for £100. EE is a sewer.
