    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    @EE @SarahWhe78 @EE you’ll lose loads more customers just for the fact you can’t take criticism. It doesn’t all of a sudden cost you more to give us the same service you always have , you’re just *************** out of your customers .

    @EE When are you going to fix your website. I login and get immediately get logged back out. Also MyEE App no longer works on my phone but you're happy to take my money so far.

    Upon setting up a new sim with @EE I discovered that @VodafoneUK suddenly declared I was in a contract with them! And they now wanted £250 to end a contract for a substandard service that is intermittent and sometimes I cant get a signal for 3 days at a time

    @MichaelMellen7 @EE You don't understand, they need that money to advertise how great their network is to the customers who can no longer afford this supposedly great network.

    @SarahWhe78 @EE This is the reason I switched from EE to Tesco last year. Tesco never put the price up mid contract. Never agreed with payments going up mid contract.

    Mate **** @EE you’re possibly the worst in the game rn! Stop giving me late fee every month and stick to my direct debit I agreed too you money grabbing plebs. *****
