    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    @EE still no signal day 5 now, tried online chat but got cut off during the chat, really need the phone, I've tried to contact you 3 times on twitter, no-one gets back, very disappointed as I've recently changed to EE as the signal was supposedly good in my area

    @EE Morning, I got a messsege from EE saying ive got 80% of data left for the month, just looked at my account and it says I get 60gb of data a month, but my contract and what I signed up for is 80gb, Can you help and thanks for your time Rob

    @EE I’ve been on hold for over an hour trying to get a replacement trade in pack which I have never been sent as you’re telling me in two days you’re going to charge me £495. How do I send something when I never received the pack? Can someone come back to me ASAP

    @EE Hey @EE guess what? I still don’t have the @bt_uk broadband you sold me! It’s been a week since my activation date and three weeks since you talked me in to changing! And they aren’t calling me back even though I’ve raised a complaint!

    @EE hi - I arranged an upgrade over the phone on Saturday which is due to be delivered today. However I have received no correspondence regarding delivery and have not been supplied with an order number to be able to track it. Help?!
