@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE Hi Jess, the moment she got handset she has never bn able to use her data, however the main issue is the phone isn't holding the charge, she has deleted all her apps yet has made no difference

@mitchthompson @EE That’s disgusting from EE they tried to get £5 a month from my miss saying her old pack has ended then cut her call time and data down but my miss is on the same pack she’s had for years yet you can still buy this pack wow ee are con-artist.

@EE What a waste oftime of a Comany they have just not got time for loyal customers I have been Orange/EE customer for over 22 years or more since they have started and made a complaint and the guy just didnt want to know just wanted to close the complaint wittout sorting it out

@EE I've had my account suspended for an unpaid bill of £500 that I only got the statement for yesterday. No idea what the £385 charge is and I'm unable to contact anyone by phone or live chat to get my service back up and running. Any help?

@DrFernsby @EE Openreach connected us to fibre & I pointed out cable was threaded thro trees but they said it was "robust". It lasted 2 wks. They had so little interest in repair it was only complete for 2wks in 1st 6 months. Why would we give up 4G for a service that dies when the wind blows?

@EE your customer service reps have cut me off saying they will call me back and ive heard nothing. i a not waiting 45 minutes in a queue for you to put me through again. why has she not called me back ?? 😤
