@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@botrash @EE Watching this with interest for my own renewal. If you can't get the same deal as a new customer after 20 years custom, then I'll be considering my own options.

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@ashdominey @tonywaters @EE I've always found the service great and worth paying for in the past - they were really good during the identity fraud issue that I had. Plus every upgrade they offered me something competitive so there was no need to go to the hassle of looking. Not feeling that now though!

@EE Hi, I am extremely frustrated to find out your network has issues when setting up Apple watches to data plans. When is there getting resolved please? Apple series 6 watches via the Apple Watch app doesn’t receive the data package to select after signing in. Please advise

@oneplus @EE I have a OnePlus 7 pro T and WiFi calling never works. I've had replacement sim cards which haven't helped. I changed my phone briefly and had no problem. Can you help me

  • botrash Peter Bennett (@botrash) reported from Leeds, England

@tonywaters @EE Exactly. I'd happily pay the extra £2 a month if that was the going rate, but I'm not being ripped off to fund cheap deals for people who bounce network every year. I've shown I stick with companies that treat me right, so if they lose me they'll never get me back!

@BAFTAGames @EE Hilarious you should do stand up. Or maybe I just have my own opinion, and you are the child here by attacking my stance. **** off

@botrash @EE 15 years mate, t-mobile payg all the way through to EE contracts at £50+ a month. Sent me an email 2 weeks later telling me I could upgrade!! Garbage mate. Moved to Voxi and get free social media allowance. Costs me 10 a month. As long as you have WiFi passwords you’re golden

  • sophemmX Sophie👸🏼 (@sophemmX) reported
