I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

Rachel James 🍓 (@moosemousse) reportedWas looking at upgrading my phone with @EE and it said to log in for better deals. As a new customer the phone I want is £45 a month with £50 up front for £10GB a month. As an upgrade it's £49 a month with £70 up front for £10GB a month. That's not better.

Adam Brady (@AdsBrady) reported@ee So on the 8th time of chasing, after you added a second line to my account instead of upgrading it - I’m told the resolution and refund was essentially invented by the last person in customer service I spoke to. Ridiculous.
