@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE Latest update is that it’s proving more difficult than originally thought, fix date is supposed to be tomorrow but they have sent me a mini EE hub as they are expecting it to take longer 😩

@EE New iPhone not working. Took into Perth shop. Say they can't help as I ordered online. Go home, go online to book help...up comes a repair appointment at my nearest store...Perth! What an utter shambles and waste of my time 😒

@OpenreachHelp @EE @BTgroup It’s Openreach and EE that are most at fault here and only Openreach who can now fix this mess. Typical Openreach sloping shoulders, hiding behind process and SLAs rather than fixing your own mistakes.
