    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    @EE hi,Your agent hanged up, no call back. When I eventually got through again I was informed your systems are down and to call back. 25 min on hold and no answer. Please can a experienced EE agent get in the touch to resolve an easy SIM upgrade task?

    @EE Hi Jenny, done & text confirms full allowance as it should be so it’s just the EE App that has an issue & that doesn’t show full allowance.

    @EE I put in a pre-order for a Samsung watch 5 pro about a week or so ago and haven't heard anything about when it's gonna be delivered. I know some people have already received theirs so it's got me wondering what's happening with mine. Can you help??

    @EE I’m very clear on the situation. 1 of 2 things happened. 1) advisor didn’t read my message properly. This is all too common or 2) they fished for personal info when they shouldn’t. Either is a poor customer experience. Something I’m often and annoyingly vocal about.

    @EE I was told it would be 7 to 10 days which has been and gone, unfortunately samsung as a company dont care about their customer or their product. May I ask why you are bothering Rach?
