    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    @EE “upgrade” the network. Does that mean the signal is down due to 5G coming to Bourne? Also, I’ve not had a signal two days this week. Not good.

    @EE one person on shop floor a during a lunchtime with no acknowledgement when we walked in and other staff couldn’t help as they are in a meeting… which should come first, customer or meeting?!?

    @EE I tried to preorder a new iphone13 but was told by phone rep that I am not able to do this, and have to phone back next wee. That’s not right l, surely? Web site says I can preorder, but the site is down
