@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE But I can make calls on it so very confusing. Reading the Samsung help site and going to reset watch. Only had it a10 days and having to factory reset :(

@EE Hi, I"m having issues with my dataplan, it was giving me incorrect figures on the myee app, I also purchased extra data this month, and it ran out of data even though the app stated I had 10gb data remaining, it is now showing I have 15gb but also no data

@EE Jason, when the support was so bad and they tried to fob me off with a £30 comp, post holiday; I told EE then that I’d leave. Oh, I’ll be very vocal too, telling everyone and anyone. Even now you don’t care. Those companies are usually the ones that whither and go!

@EE return process is peak "Please be aware that whilst you're waiting were gonna repeat the same message every minute until you get sick of hearing it and hang up" This entire process has been a joke

I had a response before to contact @EE but as stated previously, due to bad experiences with other companies when calling & then not accepting what was said on a call, I’ve emailed you & await your response. I’m seriously now thinking should I stay with #EE for broadband & phone!

@EE I’m messaging you on behalf of my mum who is paying way too much for her internet. Its slow, always buffing and disconnects at times. She is not happy with what she is receiving for the price she has to pay. Is there something you can do about this as an unsatisfied customer?
