@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE hi EE. I need to speak to a customer service advisor on the phone. Every time I ring your helpline, your automated message tells me it’s too busy, and hangs up. Totally unacceptable. Please provide an alternative number.

@EE Honestly we only reset the router about 40 mins ago and the speeds are still at about 70mbps at the min so they’re good, but since the speed kept dropping randomly throughout the day before we reset it, I’m not sure if the issue will happen again yet or not?
