    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    @EE can someone call me as getting seriously pissed off with incorrect orders, cancelled subscriptions and generally just really bad customer service from EE and BT

    @EE I seriously doubt it works for anyone. Please do as I have asked and log a fault on your network in NE65. I’m not the only one experiencing problems, the area Facebook page has many similar reports.

    @EE So what happens with my 7 days of data for 30 pound do I get reimbursed for that aswell considering I’m no able to use.. and surely if it’s worldwide I’m no the only one with this issue

    Dear @EE, why does my new fibre broadband installation not work all the time? It's down in the evening, early morning, and sometimes in the afternoon. Not every day but it is annoying.

    @EE still waiting for the extender hub to resolved. Don’t say call customer services on 150, it doesn’t provide anything other than a rubbish text message service using a BOT.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I was in the West Midlands at the weekend. Reception ranged from patchy to awful. Countless billions wasted on high speed rail instead of reliable hi-speed mobile / Wi-Fi connectivity.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Canterbury has dreadful mobile network coverage too. Wherever else I go in the world, it’s not a problem.

    @EE Thank you for sending a newer improved router but why is it so hard sending the old one back. Qr code not working and now got to try the post office tomorrow.
