    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    @EE The second broadband outage in under twenty four hours in LE12. This is not good. Only recently switched to EE broadband too.

    @canido_steve @EE Tell me about it. You add a plan that has no mention of iPhone and clearly states up to 6 exclusives and I didn't notice the "iPhone" on check out and when I go to chose an exclusive I have one choice. Out n about on hols & signal is sketchy. Tough to get a steady signal to call.

    Just upgraded my deal with @ee. Part of that was a Honor X8a tablet. Set up done, including copying the stuff off my iPhone. Can't find any of it on the tablet. I've accessed @ee "Help", waded through 20 pages of problems and found nothing relevant. Waste of space!

    @ThreeUK Unable to make or receive calls for the past 4 weeks indoors or outdoors. Promised for last four weeks with each phone call, will be resolved in a few days and still no improvement. Anyone else experiencing the same? No issues with @ee in same places; time to switch?

    Worst customer experience I've ever had has been with @EE over the last few weeks. Ordered BB and Landline for my mother only for them to LOSE her landland number and unable to re-establish a new one for a few weeks! This means no one can contact her, even in an emergency! Wow

    @ee These were serious Qs incidentally. Particularly the 2nd Q. Octopus, for example, seem to have no issue just emailing the bill as a PDF.

    @EE How can I log into my account so that I can contact EE to report that I have no service if I am unable to receive the one time passcode that you have texted me that I obviously will not get due to having no service?

    @EE Its awful really, when you've to get your bank to investigate fraud on your account. Christ am I going to be some pain in your ***! If there's a set of beuracrats I can throw you to the indifference of, I'll find them!
