@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

Hey @O2 why is your coverage so terrible in Weston-super-Mare? I struggle to get a data connection yet you ask me to upgrade yo more data??!! Should I switch to @EE or @VodafoneUK for better coverage? I pay £35 a month for crap coverage at the moment.

@EE Dreadful network. Don't buy a new phone. Automatically put on a high tariff + vat. You can't change it. Avoid.

@EE I think I *finally* added it on the website, despite trying to activate (and being told I was successful) several times via text. Judging by Internet forums I am not the only one with this issue and it has been known about for months. Maybe fix it?
