@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@Matt_H_UK @EE You just don't get it! We DON'T have a mobile signal. During power cuts NO wifi so no WhatsApp. Using an old style plug in phone we (have so far) ALWAYS been able to make phone calls - those of us who ( currently are not digital) BT changed me to digital plusnet changed me back

When you are on hold for so long and the messaging service has a 2 hour wait I am wondering if @ThreeUKSupport can sort me a deal in the time @EE take to answer their phone. iphone 13 Free phone Plenty of data Around £50 a month (EE cheapest is £61) 👍🏻 Been on hold 30 mins..🤦🏻

@EE Can you tell me why today I've had (so far) 11 messages saying there's a fault in my area that may affect service, each time followed 5 minutes later saying fault is repaired. 11 messages and all obviously not valid if they were fixed inside 5 mins!

@Jolawrence66 Sad news, it's too late to go back to @EE 😭 I tried today. Turns out, you can't go back within 30 days, which is beyond the 14 day cooling off period with @virginmedia. So I'd get hit with the early exit fee. Terrible policy really, because I would have gone back if I could.

@EE has your user App gone down? Trying to log in I just get a Server Not Found code. On both devices
