    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    @EE is there an issue on the 150 number? All 0800 customer service numbers failing from my handset. Literally no way for me to speak to CS dept.
