    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    @EE We are almost an hour without internet signal at home the Hub has already been changed, I have several records on the same subject and it is never resolved.@EE I need resolve it.

    If a broadband company can’t service people in a certain area they shouldn’t take our money saying they will do so. @EE
