@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE Setting up a new contract with you is what happened. Terrible mistake

  • SwarveStudios SwarveStudios (@SwarveStudios) reported

@AEWMike @tescomobile @EE Bruh EE is the biggest scam.. They say they have the most 4g coverage, theyre not lying, but theyre not telling you whether the quality of that coverage is good. So many areas it will say 4g but you'll have no signal so its a massive loophole and marketing ploy with kevin bacon

  • hryan1989 Helen Ryan (@hryan1989) reported

@tescomobile Yeah but to be fair with @EE I actually get signal, I’d rather pay more for a phone I can use!

  • MrsB6574 Mrs B💙 (@MrsB6574) reported

@EE It was only last night but I’ve never done an upgrade online before just want to make sure it’s not stuck or anything I would really appreciate it being delivered tomorrow lol

  • Crakey_Snr Mark Crake (@Crakey_Snr) reported

@EE is there an outage or drop in signal strength in Ex38/EX22 areas as our 4gee hub broadband has crashed and the mobile@strength is down to 4mbps 😩

  • mattyhighamZA Matt Higham (@mattyhighamZA) reported

@EE Secondly, very nice of you to help the vulnerable (honestly) but why pass that cost onto the customer? What are profits for? Sick of MASSIVE companies guilting their customers when they ask about price increases after having company costs passed onto them. It's a nonsense.

  • jsan1972 jsan1972 (@jsan1972) reported

@EE I have been told refund has been issued on 04/03 and can take up to 14 days to receive it. Why 14 days? Is this meant to be down to the Bank or EE, because most are 3-5 working days. Imagine it took that long for you to take a payment.

@Cashamusic @EE 3 signal is rubbish. 02 hands down for me. I'm with ee but my contract runs out shortly and can't wait to get away from them.

  • xJFCHx Jax (@xJFCHx) reported

@EE @mattyhighamZA Worst phone company out there!

  • Matthew_JC Matthew (@Matthew_JC) reported

@tescomobile Sadly Tesco Mobile uses the @O2 network, which is pretty poo compared to @EE. EE is expensive, but you tend to get what you pay for.
