@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE What is going on with internet - both regular & Wifi being Very slow & Intermittent. I do not pay for slow and intermittent connection & I use for Work. Signal bars show 3-4 but browsers are showing no connection. Issues over couple of days and previous. #EE #Wales #Cardiff

@EE As I said to them, I do this automatically but with Vodafone. But, it's always YOUR customers responsible for unsolicited, spam, smish, scam or dodgy. ENFORCE YOUR DAMN RULES!

@EE Sadly it’s not about the cheapest deal it’s about the way I’m treated as a loyal customer. At the start of the pandemic you started giving extra deals to CERTAIN essential workers but not others. 1/2
