I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

Lauren 🌻 (@Kola_komaii) reported@EE Honestly we only reset the router about 40 mins ago and the speeds are still at about 70mbps at the min so they’re good, but since the speed kept dropping randomly throughout the day before we reset it, I’m not sure if the issue will happen again yet or not?
