    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    @EE @PhilMitchell83 Try providing a decent phone signal to all your customers expecially one like me who pays £154 a month for 1 phone and 2 iPads and leave lecturing people and focus on doing your job properly first 🙄

    @EE just gotta say that the way your customers have to get in contact you is so bad. Do you have an email address or number i can call instead of having to text a number that charges me to do so? I'm getting only 43mbps as opposed to the 72mpbs i was promised on purchase.

    @EE I have had no phone signal now for 2 days. Is there a reason for this. I’m in PE19 area
