    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    @EE We've had no internet data or phone signal at our property in Liverpool for almost a week now - we use your 5G broadband router for Wifi at home so have really been struggling to work. Any ideas when the issues will be fixed?!

    @budgei1969 @EE Yep have made my kids heart broken. I couldn’t do more than I did but I tried , pointless registering interest like 5 months ago to be met with this treatment lol smh @EE disgraceful service

    @EE was pressing buy now on the PS5 a couple mins before 8.30 and until the site went down but it only ever sent me back to the shop home page 😭
