    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    @EE hi, is there a problem with signal in rossendale? I’ve had no signal or 4g for over a week now and have to stay connected to WiFi at all times!! So does my friend

    @EE it says I'm already registered...login with my password (which I don't know and it won't let me choose another) and says use another email which I don't have

    @EE I have tried it that way and logging in and using the direct URL if im not logged in I can access it. If I am logged in it says it's down
