@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE I waited for 28 days and then rang a few times chasing it up but it was always the same answer of stock trouble. Don’t understand how it can be almost 2 months and still no sign of a phone

@VodafoneUK So, after 14days of trying to access My Vodafone, I gave up and cancelled my contract in the last day of the cooling period. Have tweeted @N5JFY to describe my nightmare with #Vodafail. Went back to @EE which is light years ahead. Hopefully OTA signal will improve one day.

@EE I’ve googled ee customer service numbers I’ve tried contacting through the website just to go round in circles and be cut off because the computer thinks it can be done without the call. My broadband rates went up by 15 quid and absolutely no way of changing
