@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE I have never had such bad customer service I want this sorting asap the bill not paid is the one I need to pay, I can't use phone until repaired, so pack renewal will have to be done through DM please sort this asap and train your staff Thanks Keith

@EE I’m still having to get up on a Friday evening, walk across my garden, and reboot a stupid router that refuses to self-clean, and offers a phone app which doesn’t work!!!!And curse your garbage broadband after 5 years of crap!!

@EE I have just wasted my time with someone DJ on a DM and are absolutely useless what happened to your customer service I have in front of me that bill that did not get paid last month, because it did not come to mty email, trying to send a pin number to a wifi box not my phone
