@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@mbison22 @EE Cancel the direct debit. If enough people do that and refuse to pay they will have to do something. They cannot take everyone to court.

@EE This price hike is robbery. Especially in these unprecedented times. If @EE won’t help us out what are we supposed to do. Maybe I turn my back on the contract just like they have. So what you take me to court?

@EE Need to contact you re my account. Online account not recognising my email address. Telephone service not recognising my mobile number so won't put me through to anyone. This is ridiculous.

@EE Had a complete outage on 4G on one of our 4g routers in Exeter from 14:50 to around 14:59 postcode is EX4 3DJ Have there been any mast issues there?
