@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE The problem is I cannot now select a time for tomorrow which is what I was told over the phone and in text message yesterday. Because I cannot select a time slot I now cannot have the phone delivered until the end of the week. Yet my warranty on current phone has been stopped!!

@EE I'll take this opportunity to remind you that you did my 80 year old mum over to the tune of £90 for a broken ADSL modem, which she could not return to you (because we had binned it as it was broken). You charged a pensioner £90 for something worth maybe £10 to you when working!

@EE @JoshOwens98 As long as its not just from the coverage checker, real life really doesn't match it. I'm with EE (via virgin) as it's the only one I can get any spotty signal with in my flat but the checker will tell me I can get excellent 4G inside and out when I'm on emergency calls only!!

@EE EE customer service is absolutely dismissal like its CEO. Vodafone is more reliable than EE because it’s speed is more faster in London and charge less than what EE charge.
