    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    I said well my contract ends in December and I will not opt for a plan anymore with them. Not even sorry to see a customer leave their company! @EE I understand stocks are not under your control but please sound you feel sorry at least for having limited options to help me out

    @EE Hello. I have been without network coverage at home, today is day 3. I rely heavily on my data for Internet access. Not to mention making & receiving calls (elderly grandmother currently in hospital and I'm next of kin). When is this likely to be resolved? DM already sent.

    @j_homsey @EE Yeah that’s what I’ve done for over a decade now. This is for Kate, looking at upgrade deals for her. Last time we had to get a new contract and PAYG Sim, move her number from EE to the PAYG and then from PAYG back to the EE contract. You can’t move your number to same network :/

    @shahakha @EE You are not alone, it’s not an issue with the 5G towers it’s an issue where your EE on iPhone. I’ve had the issue for weeks where 5G almost never connects.

    4 visits, 2 each from EE and open reach. 3 new routers a new master socket, multiple phone calls to and from EE technical department….still have the same issue, ….first visit was 9th October, 30 days to get it fixed which means 7 days left or we are leaving @EE
