  @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

  @EE what has happened to your customer service recently?? The last 3 calls have been awful. Today, an agent literally said that she refused to help me - she was unable to send me a verification text. She refused to ask for help then refused to help me any further.

  Hey @EE you’re leaving a voicemail for me 10 times per day asking me to setup my voicemail (which I’ve already done). Tried your in-app help and it told me to check FAQs. Can someone help?

  @EE I called 150 and the robot operator took me to the "new interactive service" which took me back to the same broken page, It is broken in web browser and in app

  @WeAreOpenreach @EE Yet again another failure of Service, Fibre went down on 14th, engineer showed up Daniel Cox today, internet went down again after 1hr that’s all properties on the road again. It’s just not good enough!!!

  @EE you know even your hotspot WiFi is a load of ****, it keeps dropping out. Also why can I not get 5G at your shop in Basingstoke, great PR I say. Even the staff in the Apple shop think EE is crap.
