  @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

  @EE We order a TV and it’s damaged. I spoke to the customer service more than 1 hour and 1 person ask all the details and waste 20,25 minutes and pass the phone to another and she asked me the same questions and pass to the other. EE supply chain giving a time slot 9am to 5pm 1/1

  @EE Can’t be that concerned or you wouldn’t have a 45min wait time to speak to someone or just get fobbed off with a cheap AI bot that just repeats the same questions. Very poor

  @EE I need to speak to someone to give a timeline, send in images, emails etc. No one will help and fobs me off. The store hasnt even investigated it so I can deadlock and go the ombudsman

  @EE rubbish customer service. Plusnet changed over my contract to you 2 weeks ago and each day I have to reset my Internet connection to sky. On hold for almost an hour tonight and no reply. I do not want online help I want to speak to a human who can explain why this happens.

  Been on the phone since 9am, with @EE only for them to disconnect 3 times, they boast about being the best provider for 25 years, well you can’t even complete a query so I beg to ask who crowned you with such a dead service?

  @EE Thank you! Just transiting through to head to Switzerland. I’ve restarted my phone several times and turned off WiFi. It’s not giving me an option of purchasing an add-on for 10 days. Please help as I don’t want to be stung with daily charges.

  @DerekAllan61 @EE We are the same EE crap and sorry we went with them..installation was horrendous..I could have done better..finished up giving us boosters ..shite D x
