@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE No matter where my signal I always poor I’ll be on a call and it drops out because of signal. Where I live in Hampton in Peterborough can’t get signal unless I drive quarter of a mile down the road after being told this is the network for me.

@EE Thank you! I'm doing well, I'm leaving because the "extra charges" on my account every other month for missed payments even though I haven't missed actually missed a payment. Been a customer for years and it keeps happening and now I'm just sick of it.

@EE Very disappointed about the introduction of EU roaming charges and withdrawal of VAT receipts for individuals forcing small business owners to move to more expensive business products. Haven’t changed network for years but seriously considering it now. #nothingnowhere

@EE Sadly no, I’ve had enough of being passed around like a bar tavern ***** in the Tudor times! Not your fault personally Jason however having only been an EE customer since the beginning of June I already know that in 18 months, length of contract, I’ll be off elsewhere!

@Tablespider @EE You’re not the only one strongly considering another provider because of this retrograde step, I hear Sky mobile (who use the O2 network) will not be doing the same & customers will still be able to use their allowances in the EU. This is your loss EE & needs to be dropped
