@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE Your systems say there are no issues in my area. This is despite me reporting that there ARE issues, three times! This shows you don't take your customers seriously.

@EE I have just sent you a DM, please do, I have just been on chat from your site and had ZERO help, I am really disappointed right now at how I am being treated.

  • DavidColeman33 David Coleman (@DavidColeman33) reported

@AskAmexUK Thanks for your reply, but this is not an Amex issue. This is a problem with @EE. Despite being able to accept Amex, their website isn’t allowing Amex cards to be entered to pay the bill. It used to work and something changed a couple of months ago.

  • davidhampson Dave Hampson (1.0x engineer) (@davidhampson) reported

@EE Solution for poor mobile reception is signal boxes (which they apparently don't activate anymore) and Wi-Fi calling (which they don't do for PAYG). So if you have poor signal on PAYG then they have no solution. Any other phone providers do Wi-Fi calling on PAYG? I may switch
