    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    @foxtrotluna @EE I've had similar difficulties with other service providers. Until I politely reminded them that if my deed poll was good enough for HMRC, HMPO and the DVLA - why was that not the case for them?

    @jayrayner1 @EE With O2 one has to drill down through layers and layers of webpages to find the VAT. Very draining

    @EE please do something to improve the 4g or Signal strength for the area G69 Glasgow. Lucky if we get one bar. Practically no chance. Disgraceful phone power lasts half as normal as phone constantly searching. Does roaming work in UK.

    @EE Yes, this is for broadband, however. Why is there a requirement to complete the contract especially when a customer wishes to take out a more expensive one? This is my question. It makes no sense to force a double payment.

    @EE Loses connection every night between 7pm and 9pm, the box is forever flashing yellow and when it does work it’s really slow

    @foxtrotluna @EE >> If you have already complained to EE, asked them to refer your request for rectification to the DPO, and they have not obliged, I would recommend raising this issue with the ICO and asking them to intervene.
