I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

Simon Roberts (@simonrobots) reported@EE Every week for the last 4 your service has broken / slowed to a crawl for at least a day. Absolutely unacceptable. Your service returns to normal at weekends, but breaks during the week. Why should I be paying for this? What's the explanation for it?
