@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@_kayleighox @EE Shocking isn’t it! Can’t wait until June so I can get a new network provider. I mean charging £75 with 30% discount (f&f plan) for an iPhone 12!! How’s you lovely? xx

@EE an absolute disgrace when taking out a contract it’s expensive enough at £65 a month. Which at the time wasn’t even for the latest iPhone! I thought the Increase last year was bad enough £15 in less than 2yrs!most of the time I have no signal !!😡😡😡

Hands down @bt_uk and @EE are the worst mobile providers in the UK Not surprised they’re merging as one… one horrible company buying another horribly ran company. Steer clear and save your money 😴😴

@EE No loyalty for loyal customers. I'm being forced to leave to save money as I'm being overcharged for an average service. Customer Services did not care when I contacted them. It's a shame I can't get a fair price for my low level service.
