@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

Yesterday your one of the advisors made me a fool, she put me on hold and when she came back from the hold she said my system not working I have to restart and after that, I'll call you back on this number but I didn't get any calls from EE, What kind of service is it? @EE @GOVUk

@ThreeUKSupport Are you serious? Not even trying to be rude or anything but I have tried that multiple times and that’s not the problem. Literally the Three signal in my area is the worst ever. I have switched from @EE to you guys 2 years ago and I regret every second of it

I already called more than 15 times on the EE customer service in the last 9 days and discuss the whole situation again & again every day for 1 to 2 hrs, but in the end, there's no solution. @EE @GOVUK

@MarcAllera @EE @bt_uk Well that's funny because I've been with ee for 6 years and this last year havnt had any mobile signal and everytime I get through to your customer service they cut me off because they want me to breach my contract
