@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE I'm having trouble logging into my EE account. I've tried both the app and website but it always comes up with an error message when I try to log in, it's been like this for a few days now.

@EE Hi. Little issue with my latest home broadband bill. My latest bill shows £40.04. My plan was £26.33/month. It's the last month of my 18-month plan. Is there any chance to get this reduced back to £26.33? I don't understand why it would change without notice. Cheers, Jim.

@EE Not for me and after the way your rep spoke to my girlfriend saying about Universal pay asking "Well there must be a reason they've not paid. If you can't pay it will be handed to debt collectors" so forgive me for saying this but she's not interested in help now👍 scum

@EE No I’m not. It’s something I’ve been trying to fix all year. I just get this message. I don’t understand. I am the account holder and the bills come out of my bank account. Why can I not gain access to my own phone accounts?

@EE Hey, I've had an email about payment failing. I've changed network and assumed everything was paid off as you paid money into my bank account.. Can you check?

@EE Hi Bob at EE. Still fed up with the dropping out of the Internet every 20minutes. Please advise how I can either cancel my contract or you improve the service. Thank you.
