@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@Daydream_1984 @EE Never noticed EE on this thread, I am with them as well...but I think it's an Amazon fault, my non Amazon device's are working fine...unless it's something between EE and Amazon? Mine was off...on...off...and now on again.

@EE Will we be issued refunds? You were kind enough to text me the price of my bill today, which has gone up, but you’re only providing a fraction of the service I’m paying for

@sarahshillaker @EE I think it might actually be more complex than that. Perhaps a DNS issue with EE connecting to the hosting service of Alexa and other services, as they aren’t down for every network.

@Daydream_1984 @EE My PS4 is fine..it's all my Amazon devices that are down.... they're connected to the router but mustn't be connecting to Amazon servers.

@EE Yes, but I wanted to use a means to get better 4G 5G within the home when wifi is not working or slow due to too many devices.
