@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE @MarcAllera - I take it despite a promised call back and for the order to be processed today, no one is going to bother. Quick enough to debit my card multiple times but still no order processed. How hard is it for the UK’s best network to process an order?

@EE What's happening with EE in cullompton devon. Messages every day rhis week that problem and will be fixed within 12 hours. Had another this morning and now another message to sy should be back to normal.within 13 hours

@EE No point ….. currently sending engineers out AGAIN and waiting for a manager to call , reviewed at bt WiFi booster through the post today that is no use nor ornament as you have to have a signal in the first place …. EE WiFi equipment is rubbish that’s the top and bottom of it
