@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE so I’m thinking of joining you in November cuz I’m sick of @VodafoneUK ‘s unreliability. I use my phone hotspot a LOT with my unlimited data. Is there any limit to what I can use my data for with my phone hotspot on your network? I don’t have broadband which is why I use it

@EE is there a known issue watching videos on Samsung s22? Sometimes it stutters and I can't work out why. I've tried to obvious things, turning it on and off and switching back and forth through plane mode.

The typical @EE battle; call center say it’s the stores fault, store says it’s the call centres fault. All whilst trying to spend more money with you. Turns out the new SIM card your call center said had posted never existed. A waste of a month of time and revenue for you 🥴
