    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    @clareslaney @EE @MarinaPurkiss A legal play on words. It's the service that has let Mum down, but the auto-response programming would have it that the grievance is no more than a feeling.

    @MarinaPurkiss @EE Hopefully now they have seen this they will take action. And if that has happened - someones cloned her phone too. I would still write to their executive office as frankly going public and only then maybe getting it fixed is the utter pits in terms of customer service...
