@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@I_like @EE Indeed - it was was a horrible experience. I felt like I had to justify to the caller why I’d left negative feedback. The first I said was I didn’t want to have the call. 😐

@EE No, it came back on for a couple of hours and then has been down since then and still no internet

@Ofcom I’m sure their T&C’s cover what happened, they issue alerts before your data runs out, yet an international dialling bundle, I get an alert two hours after it’s been used up. Hence one phone call costing £52! @EE

  • pennacksplace Stephen (@pennacksplace) reported

BEEP BEEP @EE can someone respond to this or should I call 150? We have been having intermittent issues with our broadband for over a week now.

  • EllaAngel96 EllaAngel (@EllaAngel96) reported

@EE My internet and landline have not been working since yesterday, and I can't get through to speak to anyone on the phone, as you're "too busy", and your live chat isn't working. However you are still quick to take my money for a service you cant even provide.

  • ryanstanley22 Ryan Anderson (@ryanstanley22) reported

@EE please do reply to me as last time I queried this you never responded

  • donkerbot_music donkerbot (@donkerbot_music) reported

@EE Would you be so kind to post an update on the massive broadband outage? We've DM'd you, received no answer. Also, will we get a refund for not being able to access the internet all day?
