    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    @EE No STILL NO SIGNAL. phoned this am and got told THURSDAY. then got an email saying next update would be 7th December. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. This has nothing to do with storm.

    @nattyw82 @EE I’m glad it’s not just me but It’s so frustrating! I’ve got 3 phones on my account so I think I’m going to have to cancel them now as the contract end dates come up and switch networks. EE are impossible to get hold of to sort it out :-(

    @MartinSLewis @EE please help, EE masts are down in our area, have been since Saturday morning, no ETA of repair, customer services poor, what should they be doing and do we have to pay for a service we are not getting, thank you in advance…a lot of unhappy people !!!

    @EE Still not responded to my complaint made on Sunday regarding my new phone delivery. Customer service leaving a lot to be desired!!
