    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    @EE absolutely joke of a broadband provider… wifi upgraded to fibre and doesn’t work at all, can’t even watch YouTube. Trying to get through to speak to a human and keep getting to a bot who says my service is working fine.. contact me asap please as I’m paying for a service

    @EE @TomTugendhat @EE I’m with you - signal is often non-existent when you are out of a town in the North East and Noth Yorkshire - extremely poor service.

    @EE @TomTugendhat It’s the same across the UK. I can’t drive from Glasgow to Edinburgh on the motorway without having calls/meetings cut off at three different points. Many parts of Glasgow have patchy coverage and in every hospital I’ve worked in across central Scotland (9) you can’t get a signal
