    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    Had nearly a full week of drop outs and slow speeds whilst paying a fortune for '1GB broadband' @EE. Sort it out ffs.

    @MisterCow @EE They're switching off half the network, it's not fit for purpose. 3rd mast down in my area in London. No 5g in the south west today. Seems it's offline

    @EE your service is absolutely shocking,my 86 year old dad still can’t get his WI FI set up,had two engineers visit,try and call but can’t speak to a human,never using you again

    @EE Possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered, been led on for 2 weeks, had complaints closed without contacting me - different agents saying different things, including mis-information. Please advise your contact details for complaints, telephone, not 'email'
