@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE There's no further assistance you can give to me unless, unlike every other one of your colleagues, you can actually tell me what's happening and why the whole of one area hasn't had proper phone signal during the day for four days. Absolutely fine in the evening. Unbelievable.

@EE Sorry Jo, I've bought a new phone from.carphone warehouse. In this day and age people need reliability and good customer service. I'd spent 2 days trying to buy a phone through EE.

@EE I was just struck by the huge ad promoting your wifi on the DLR and the total absence of either your phone or wifi signal at exactly the same place.

@EE hi, I need monthly statements by post. I can’t find where to do this online. Is this something you can help with? Thanks.

  • loulouxyz Louise (@loulouxyz) reported

@EE So I ordered an iPad over 2 weeks ago and no updates since. Can’t get through to customer service because you’re thanking key workers? What are my options here?

  • citytravelmary Mary (@citytravelmary) reported

@EE are there problems in Spain. I cannot make Uk calls. Urgent

  • KatyNoakes1 Katy Noakes (@KatyNoakes1) reported

@Bridgesears71 @mouthwaite @EE I mean I've dished out death certificates left, right and centre as and when required/requested. With this, it didn't even get to that stage and I wasn't demanding to cancel at all. It was the initial conversation explaining and that's exactly what happened. So yes, sympathy...

  • garn1984 John (@garn1984) reported

@EE Sorted now thanks. Used your SMS service to discover it was a local BT problem causing the issue.
