@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE absolutely appalled that after being ill advised by customer service team I have lost my number of 10+ years with little to no mention of compensation apart from a new easy to remember number free of charge. The stress this has caused and my time should be fully compensated.

@EE taking £220 out my account without informing me. Taking money for a SIM contract that I was told hadn’t been processed. Spent most the morning on the phone to customer service and still no further forward. UKs best network, no way.
