@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE Hi guys, I need some help please. My partner has a new @EE phone but is not getting any support in transferring her current number (which is already an @EE number). She has been a good customer with you and is now being given the runaround. Help would be much appreciated 🙏

@EE I tried this and was accepted and even placed an order confirmed. Then you cancelled as my contract was with 3rd party and wouldn’t be free as stipulated in the order you created. Your customer service reaction, well you shouldn’t have got a 3rd party contract. !

@EE I’ve had a charge for £26 for absolutely no reason. Tried ringing the number you provide on your website for non customers however this asks for a phone number. When I type in my non EE number, this doesn’t work. Help?
