@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

.@EE been waiting for my new phone all weekend; had to postpone initial delivery due to family emergency. DPD now saying I should never have been offered a Saturday & rather than give me a slot before work, told me to complain to you!! So angry right now.

@EE hi! I received a weird email that appears to be from EE. I’ve PM’d you a copy. Could you have a look? Could be simple phishing, but Im not a customer - so i wanted to make sure there isnt fraud involved.

@EE It was ok for 30 minutes but switched to 3G. I’ve turned it off and on but it either has no signal or 3G

@EE morning! I got a new router in December and it's already broken and was told on Saturday its 2-4 working days to get a new one! I can't currently work from home and losing money for something that should have lasted! Rubbish customer service.

@EE I disconnected from 4GEE WiFi and tried again, and it worked first time. My account now setup and login to MyEE app works. I’m PAYG no idea if that matters. Whatever the case, the steps shown were wrong for me but got right result in the end?! (2/2)

@EE wondering if you could help, placed an upgrade order yesterday and have the order number but have not had a confirmation email. Is there anyway you could check to see if it has gone through?
