@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

Hi @EE, there seems to be a major 4G and phone signal outage in Shetland today. Nothing on your network status checker about it. Postcodes affected are ZE1 and ZE2.
