    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    This is my last term with @EE There are always connectivity issues in Cities. Clearly don’t have the capacity for the number of connections. Imagine paying a 5G contract and not even been able to make a call/send a message in Leeds. Family split up shopping with no connectivity.

    @sputniksteve @virginmedia @EE Also, I really miss my EE mobile service. The virgin mobile service is horrendous.

    @EE Where does it allow me to cancel an out of date plan on your website? I’m going nuts looking for it!!!

    @mikercameron @virginmedia >> I told them their ethics left much to be desired and continued to cancel. Meanwhile @EE’s customer service is very good so far. They’ve been very helpful.

    @ee Are there issues in the SY1 4RG area? No data and plenty of dropped calls the past few days. Using an iPhone 13 Pro Max. Others have the same issue.

    @danbarker @EE Seems like a big #customerexperience fail. That said the shop may be a franchise but it still represents the brand.

    @EE I have to say EE became the worst network since the pandemic. Even if you try to speak with Tech or customer services between 8am-11am or 5pm-7pm is basically a NO, you wait at least 45 minutes, if no the line drops because of their poor network. Very upset.

    @EE ur service did not work in Kingston and I could not pay for my parking. Sort this out i want to be refunded
