  @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

  @_nicks_tweets @EE Hi Nick, where are you? I am in Oslo Norway and experiencing the same. AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO INFORMATION FROM EE. Logging in to the app is not possible because NO ONE can text me and they require to text my phone a one time only passcode. So if they have network issues you are cut off from getting in touch with them.

  @EE I can’t say that I’m impressed with the @orange service that I’ve been put on whilst in Barcelona! I’ve never had a problem with @movistar_es that I got up until this trip! Signal dropping out and still no connection when the signal returns! 🤷🏼

  Been with @EE broadband 3 weeks and now looking at a weeks outage. @Virgin any chance of coming back? Scamming accounts which claim to be the customer services dept of the above companies need not reply

  Dear @EE 1. Do not delay sending PAC code in case someone wants to leave ur company 2. Train ur customer care good enough to trust customers rather than doubting them and making them feel as liars

  @BTBusiness the sooner I can get out of the contract with you the better…. Actually costing me money now!! Utter shite!! Possibly the worst provider I’ve been with in 23 years… @EE sold me this **** too!!
