ɮʀʏքɨɛ (@brypie04) reported from Tarves, Scotland@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

Alison (@Mulguygirl) reported@kevinbacon @EE can you please help me get a refund from EE because they have cancelled an Active pay as you go SIM card and advised me to then purchase another one which they are now not activating. It’s not much money but it’s the principle and have technically STOLEN from me
-
Derek Williams (@DerekWilliams04) reported@EE Internet in Edinburgh Old Town EH1 via 4G and 5G is down to 1/10th of usual capacity, i.e. at ADSL speeds. I called EE and they said this was a known issue, yet on the official page, it is saying there are no outages.

sarah young (@p7_sarah) reported@EE So I get a text saying that the data to watch the game on Sunday is going to be free! How about providing decent service that we pay for or reimburse us our cash as we are without our phones more than it’s on shocking service
-
Barry Rose (@baz1536) reported@EE is there a problem with logging in to MyEE. I am trying to gift data to one of my accounts and it says login error
-
James (@smudga_3108) reportedIsnt it funny when you move to @EE because they put endless bullshit on the TV about being “the UKs best network”, so you move to them and hardly ever have a decent signal. Back to @ThreeUK me thinks. This lot are worse than useless!! 😡😡😡
-
roly (@seafordroly) reported@smudga_3108 @EE @ThreeUK Over priced too mate, my signal is always good down here but just too expensive. Just waiting for the next samsung phone to launch and I'm off currently on a rolling contract.

Rich Cunningham (@_richcunningham) reportedHi @EE Somebody using your service is sending scam messages +44 7376 154558 - cheers

Tom Fewtrell (@Fewtch93) reported@EE Tbf @ThreeUK ive never had problem with them in Shropshire and always had great signal in town. I live in the rural area and get just enough signal to use indoors. Where as EE my tablet S7+ can't get EE in ldoors at all, and drops several times in Shropshire

👻💀🚫 (@sjf13k_sj) reported@EE Erm just no Your network is just as bad as O2
-
James (@smudga_3108) reported@seafordroly @EE @ThreeUK I used to get the occasional area with 3 when at work where it drops. So I thought id try EE as Vic said theybwrre good. Now im battling to get signal far more often! Id imagine in Towns and Cities EE are probably very very good. But in my experience 3 are better geographically.
