@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE i have still not received a call from the trust and support team or any other team. is this standard service? ignore your customers for 4 weeks so you can raise their contract price without giving them a chance to change it?

Anyone who moved their Sky package to EE might want to check their bank statements to make sure they’re not still being billed by both companies for the same service. I just found this out the hard way. No apologies, no conscience, just blamed each other. @EE @skytv

@EE please help with a dat issue. My data is disappearing at an alarming rate. 200gb in a couple of weeks. Added on another 20gb last night. No streaming or downloads and that’s all gone already. Please help. This is crazy. My ‘unlimited’ WiFi subscription is dead.
