    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    @EE Is there a problem with your network. My phone is not making outgoing calls and not receiving incoming calls (calls go to voicemail).

    @EE That’s exactly what I did, they couldn’t match O2 and offered me what a new customer would get, not really good enough and no longer worth my loyalty
