@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@SamJBeech @EE What address did she send it to. Wouldn’t be too bad if you could leave find my phone on and then remove it on confirmation of receipt but it’s basically free cash to whoever gets it.

@EE My phone has stopped charging and the battery charger is losing its charge very quickly but they won't repair it because the phone has a chip on the screen no where the charger port only had the phone six months don't believe them steer clear of this network

Well @EE is the worst network out there. Their customer service is appalling - using lots of technical language no one understands, not being clear on what needs to be done, and contradicting themselves. Brutal

@EE I just ran ofcoms mobile checker app. The only provider that ISNT green for voice calls is yours! Why wont you release me from my contract ? Where is the “ excellent customer service” you promise to deliver ? Calls last seconds …. !

@EE are an absolute joke. I pay close to £500 a month for my business contracts and for a while my signal has been rubbish when on the phone to clients. Turns out their network has been down along the north wales coast since SEPTEMBER 🙃
