    @EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

    .@EE. Next time I go away I need a new network. 5 days away and no signal. 90mins on the phone to EE and ever for sorted. Told me to pay £10 and nothing changed. Not happy at all

    @EE is there a problem with your online top up? I've tried topping up about 6 times since last night and the banking authentication breaks and then it doesn't go through
