@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE Your data signal in London has been very poor for some weeks now, what's going on?

@EE I understand and have already read this. But usually the rise is somewhere between 1-2% not 7.5%. Your basically saying ‘we have more customers and more demand so you, the customer must pay the price for us to keep up with demand’ and it’s not on.

Thank you @EE for causing yet more stress. Why would you send an existing customer a new number when they update their package. Easily fixable? I hope so. But why create the problem in the first place? More wasted time on automated systems is just what people want.

@EE @Reece7795 The bid to save on waste means you, the customer will then need to go pay for a charger. Extra fuel, extra packaging all at extra expense to you.

@EE Is your website down? I can’t even reach your Home Screen to log on. I’m also unable to reach the Community forum. I did notice that you still think I owe £1300, for 150mb (or thereabouts). Presume there is a huge glitch affecting everyone?

@EE is there anything I can do to enhance my phone signal when I'm at home. Signal is poor when outdoors but barely no signal when I'm in house. Missed two important calls yesterday as despite having WiFi call enabled too it went straight to voicemail.

Time to jump ship from @EE 7.5% price hike. Never seen anything like it.
