@EE I recently upgraded my contract to a 5G SIM only deal. I'm unsure whether I should be receiving an actual new SIM card in the post (5G enabled?) or my account has just been upgraded on the network side so I use the same SIM but get the 5G coverage?

@EE Getting charged for calls when having valid packs/allowances. Is just one of several. Taking money from my balances when you shouldn't. Contact customers complaint sometime late last year, nothing changed. It may seems like little amount for one customer but a lot collectively.

@EE Dropping the inclusive roaming was a bad move just because we came out of the EU, it made no sense and o2 still include it as do Three in many cases.

@LifeofTimDee @EE It’s absolutely dire and the billing part is equally as awful and clunky. I avoid going on it at all costs. Can’t believe this got through any proper scrutiny by a multibillion quid company like EE.

@NextStepNick @SkyUK Ahh that's awful Nick, sorry to hear that! I hope it gets resolved soon 🤞 I've been with @EE for years and always had great service from them (even when losing internet after a storm), and they often supply free extra data to use my mobile hotspot if it's out for a period.
