How difficult can it be to transfer your old number to a new sim card? Every time I ring up @EE and they fix it (apparently) but I have to ring up 24 hours later as nothing has happened my end. I've rung 3 times now!

@EE new phone for my 2nd line, tired to activate new sim but it's deactivated my number instead! 😡 can't call as no network on both lines now!

Is it just me who’s noticed a massive drop in signal quality from @EE in the past few months? Today I’ve had 4-5 dropped calls on top of people sounding like they’re talking through a synthesiser. It can’t be the signal in one area as I’ve been in Newcastle and Glasgow regularly.

@EE How can I get some help with my phone (now obsolete but I am still paying for it)? My contract expired on 1/9/22. Impossible to get anyone on the phone on 150. Is it best to go to an EE shop?

@Notorious_GIB @EE Fays is exactly the same keeps dropping out or other person can’t hear her but she can hear them. She uses my phone most times cos hers is so unreliably ****
