Β£165 charge, reduce the cost by Β£65. If that's not profiteering by stealth, you are truly unfit for purpose. @MartinSLewis disabled people need support

Passed from Customer Service (CS) to Local store (Meadowhall) to franchise store (Rotherham) and back to CS - each telling me to speak to the next. Surely to goodness somebody owns a responsibility for something somewhere!
