@ThomasNeil81 @EE I am speaking now they are checking my note but I doubt they can help seen as tho am executive from Tyneside seemed to think it was ok to try act like I had no idea and tell me to use common sense..

@EE good morning, I am a long standing customer on a SIM only package, I have a 5G capable phone but failing to see any 5g connectivity, I only see 4g , could you please advise why I only receive 4g?

@xDeadechox2511 @EE Beyond rude. My episode involved staff 'hearing me', but not listening - almost as if they were reading from a manual. @EE are unfortunately trying to garner public favour claiming they offer NHS discount. They don't.

@EE 5GEE Router lights (globe & strength bar) are Red and had no internet since yesterday.Made a support call today, was on there for 25minutes for a call which could have taken 30 seconds to log my issue! And still No further forward!

@EE thank you so much for the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to endure. All I want to do is terminate my contract, I have been given several different excuses, made to feel belittled, and more or less bullied to the point I’ve had to end the call
