  @EE Your network coverage in and around Darlington town centre has been absolutely abysmal for months now. I have been with Orange / EE for over 27 years and I’ve never been closer to leaving.

  @EE so angry with EE metrocentre. Given a price from Z fold 8 this afternoon but didn’t have my I.D with me. Called the store to double check the cost who said it’ll be that cost because of a new customer discount. Travelled 40 mins each way to be told, rudely, it’s not correct.

  @EE Hi. Is there a problem with checking data and gifting data on the EE App? All my lines are showing 0Gb of data available and I’m unable to Gift? Thanks.

  @EE just had a representative of EE at my door saying they are "fixing peoples problem with slow Internet". He then asked my my ISP. This is a unhanded way of trying to get people to switch if they didn't know any better. @CTSI_UK

  @EE App doesn't work ... Why or how would I contact you through the App if it's not working? I'm not sitting on the phone to tell you your App is **** and needs fixing, I've just done that on here. Let me know when it's fixed!

  @MarkyTalk @EE Mark. I had exactly the same recently. I too have been a customer since the orange days. Completely uninterested in customer service unless it involves selling you something you don’t really need. I ended up going to Klarna mobile.
