@EE I've been informed by the EE broadband technical team the broadband outage in East Grinstead is lasting from 12th 8pm to 19th 6pm of November. 7 days without broadband 😱 shocking service, I bet @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach are working on the exchange box but why 7 days 😡

@EE @sharmin_94 I meant not resolved yet and still waiting as Nathan from billing departments is failing to acknowledge the lack of communication from ee also the bad customer service sharmin is receiving.

@EE Still not fixed, two weeks tomorrow with no internet, we are mid contract but we would like to cancel since your service is not fit for purpose and no fix ETA, who do we need to speak with to arrange this, we will be moving to #o2 as their 5G service is working in the area

@EE shocking customer services experience. Ordered new phone on Thursday, paid for next day delivery. I rang yesterday and was told it would be here today. Now had a message saying it will be here Monday. Can you please contact me so I can cancel the order

@EE I’ve just topped up my account but I’m not able to send or receive texts, or make calls (I’m on international roaming). I get an automated voice msg that says “sorry, your home cellular company has not authorized us to provide service.”

@EE After 5 months of calls dropping out and poor coverage and full phone checks and MOT, wife is having phone sent away for checking. If it comes back ok then it will prove #EE have been lying about coverage being ok in our area. 100% Proof.
