@EE Had no network signal for 2 days now. Can't make or receive calls! MK41 area, Bedford. SMS update said would be sorted in 16 hours, but that was at 3pm on 14/05. Any update please? This is frustrating.

@EE Another coffee is definitely needed, the top of the tower is 512ft so wonder if I could get a signal there, sadly for safety reasons I wasn't allowed to see.

For the second Sunday in a row, my @EE broadband has gone down. An engineer will come on Tuesday afternoon 🤯 this is really poor service.

@jnicholls82 @EE I’m going to Antigua Saturday and these are the prices for add ones £11 for 60 mins of calls 10mb data for £11 ******* joke , EE can do one at end of my contract been with them for years and treat customers like this

@EE More like you declare it fixed after so many hours, nothing is fixed and then you declare it broken again. I assume you have some targets to meet which is why you repeatedly pretend you’ve fixed an issue. Your engineers clearly don’t even try using the network.
