    @EE Still not working and been 6 hours so far. Can't make calls, receive message or use Internet. Surely some form of incentive has to go to customers because yous are quick enough to raises prices each other!

    @grshorwich @EE You’ll note that their social media team is copy and pasting. Not explaining. It’s been an entire work day outage nationally. Not the best service. Badly worded. Badly handled.

    Why does my phone keep going from 4G to 3G and then literally no data. Been hours constantly on & off. What’s the timeframe for a fix @EE

    @EE Yes been down over 2 hours just got home after work to use wi-fi as couldn't get on internet. Couldn't check bus times on way home, so got home late.
