@EE your customer service advisors are rude and unhelpful (in-store and over the phone) why is it I am waiting for an hour before I even get through to have the likes of Kelly from God knows where tell me she does not know how to do her basic job. Always something with you guys

Told by repair team @EE ‘EE NEVER REPAIR GOOGLE PHONES!’ when requested repair of such. Told by @EE employee yesterday (wouldn’t give surname) that EE have neither Customer Service nor Complaints Dept and that I must complete online form. So frustrating!

@EE is there any reason you removed my access to bt sport from my broadband because I've upgraded my mobile phone great service same as last time after told won't. I've sat down to use what I paid for and can't.

@PeaceKeeper_411 @O2 @EE Obvs having multi sim phones is useful especially for business contracts…always good to have connection available on more than one network to avoid a single point of failure scenario.

@racingspoon @O2 @EE That’s like saying suck it up. I work in healthcare in a 60 mile radius. My parent have to leave phones in kitchen for a signal 50 miles from me. When I go on holiday it’s no signal. EE is available in all these areas. Tested. I’m a tech geek. I run android and iOS. EE and O2.
