On Monday @TalkTalk are getting a phonecall about how tragic my internets been for the last 3 years, 7mbts at a max is absolutely terrible, you can either get us fibre or get gone and I’ll give @EE or someone a call to get us connected to actually decent wifi.

@EE I’m about to upgrade my phone but I can’t add a discount code that I got through my work benefit site because I’m not a new customer but it isn’t showing my 20% loyalty discount either. Do you not do that anymore it will that be reflected in my bills?

@EE Been trying to cancel my broadband since September 2020. Multiple calls later And still you haven’t managed to cancel it. Now threatening texts and mails demanding payment for a cancelled service, suggesting non payment will damage my credit score! Don’t you dare. Ofcom next.

@EE Nope, I've emailed my forms over to cancel the contract I had just taken out, I've been trying for days by every conceivable manner to actually speak to someone to no avail.

@JoeBaguley What’s your 4G like when you lose power? Often when we have a powercut both the broadband and 4G signal dies too. I’m running a UPS but guess @virginmedia / @EE don’t protect their kit 🤔

Let’s talk customer service...@skytv cancelled my nan’s subscription no questions asked. On the other hand @EE a multi billion pound firm asking for proof of residence in a care home of a severe dementia patient to cancel a phone that hasn’t been used for months...disgraceful!
