@EE Hi Chris, Yes it was a store I went to yesterday, and apparently there was a system issue so I couldn’t book in a repair or get a replacement phone. Someone was supposed to contact me when things were back up and running, but no-one has called. My phone has since worsened.

@EE Pathetic customer service, I have been with EE for over 10yrs I believe and never had an issue with s phone bit the one time I do,you do nothing to help. Disgraceful and disappointing. This will be my last contract if this is how you deal with a problem for a loyal customer

@EE I hope you can help! All the apps on my phone (including Safari, Slack, Citymapper etc). Don’t seem to work with the 4G on my phone, but work perfectly with WiFi. Is this a problem with the 4G or with handset. It was a real struggle today.

@paulchowdhry @EE @btsport Download the bt app (if you are new customer) when registering it should give you option as EE customer. Fill in form then you should be good to go. Can take upto 24 hrs.

@EE your website is shockingly bad for finding any useful information and your phone lines are always busy. Really poor. All I want to find out is how to retrieve an email address for a number already registered.
