    @TheWobblyGamer @EE I had that same problem, tried calling the customer service. No answer. Hours on hold. Cancelled the DD in frustration. They slapped a £600 termination fee on me and sold it to a debt collector for £100. EE is a sewer.

    @EE @SerendipityShah Don't forget there is a 14 days cooling off period & starts from the time the service is activated as you cannot judge the service until you have tested it

    @England @EE Out of these four Garner. I am suprised Maguire isn't on here though because I thought he played well. Rashford gives the ball away too much. He just runs into trouble and makes poor decisions.

    @EE Your guys in the executive complaints dept stated today that it's a final decision and they can't challenge the repair shop. Your own staff took photos and videos confirming not damaged when I left it with you. Then the repair shop sent that laughable image. It's a known fault. Anyone reading this can Google Samsung fold 7 green lines screen. Instead of being reasonable you try to charge me £600 and claimed that this image is damage. It's ridiculous. Your letter informs me my only option is ombudsman. So that, other than an apology and a repair, is what I'll do. Along with everything possible to publicise this complete fraudulent farce, of which I've only just begun. Imagine losing a £2k per year customer for this man. Have a word with yourselves.

    Just had an abysmal call with @EE customer service - absolutely terrible, I want someone to listen to the call of the handler who I just spoke to as they are about to lose a customer!

    @EE We need help ! We have been cut off due to a very unprofessional member of staff named Oliver. We have been customers with EE for years and just want to buy a hand set my partner is fuming this service is shocking 😲 please help

    @EE Immediate effect , she has now rang a 3rd time saying she cannot escalate it due to the outstanding balance and this should be escalated today there was no outstanding balance ill go via ofcom, I've now had a text saying complaint closed DISGUSTING customer service

    @Rodrigo_V707 @England @EE I was at the game, he was definitely not terrible and he was forward pressing with solanke throughout this looked like the instruction from tuchel. Also Spence didn't need any defensive support he's solid 1v1

    @EE I’ve complained several times and all I get told to do is to reset the device and then it works for 2/3 days then goes back to been absolute garbage!!
