  @EE me again..every Sunday next to zero Internet. Rang so many times I have lost count. 2 routers , engineer visit still the same shoddy service that I pay to much for

  @Ofcom A good start Need to make it so everyone can exit a contract if either service being paid for is not up to standard, or after 6 months if not happy can switch at no cost, or added to a contract based on information provided by an agent (@EE did this to me back in December, and now im locked into a phone contract that is not what I was told I was supposed to be paying). It's time these companies are punished for ripping off the British people
