I'm used to no phone signal in the Dales & Lake District, but was in London last w/e & no signal in High Holburn either. I have a new 5G phone, but have rarely had a 5G connection, ocasional 4G, usually 3G & often zilch. Why is it so crap still @EE ?

@georgia_coan @O2 @EE have been great, I left O2 after 20 years and they couldn’t do anything to improve the signal issues I had in my area. Best decision I’ve made regarding phone providers.

@EE ee customer service is one of the worst in the business. you have to waiting in the line for nearly 20 min. when to hounslow ee shop they where not help at all.

Day 106 of #PhoneGate @OmbudServices as ruled in @EE's favour despite accepting that #EE have used my #Neurodiversity.to placate their requirements under CRA 2015 The equality Act 2010 apparently means nothing I am in a really bad place and feel like a second-class citizen.

@EE I will call EE tomorrow to cancel my contracts, still awaiting a call back from Wednesday evening….. No cellular service on Apple Watch since joining EE two weeks ago
