Nuno Espírito Santa 🎅 (@_KyloBen) reported@EE My issue is with the website itself, its taking ridiculous amounts of time to load certain pages, sometimes it will say the page I clicked on doesn't even exist. Then when I finally get onto my basket page, I'll try to put in my voucher and it stays in a loop trying to authorise.

Jonathan Errington (@Rjonroberts3rd) reported@MarcAllera @EE I'm normally the first to bash poor CS, but today I experienced something that has become an anomaly in the current age. 'Dan the man' from your call centre in Derry is a legend. Brilliant attitude, professional, funny. If only all CSRs could be modelled on him

Jodie Jayne (@JodieJayne4) reported@MeStressymummy @mouthwaite @EE Like everybody's customer service experience is the same. Like all the shops have the same people working in them. Like everyone's customer queries are the same. Get a grip.

Chris Lancaster (@lankypride) reported@mouthwaite @EE Was a customer with them for about a year back in 2015. Went to the store to complain about signal issues I was experiencing when I overheard a member of staff refer to me as “******”. After some very loud “choice” words within the store, I called customer service who were rude.

Karen Hardicre (@KHRConsultancy) reported@mouthwaite @EE They can be very rude

lucy (@lucygitsom) reported@MeStressymummy @mouthwaite @EE Wow!! I think that is a bit uncalled for! No matter what anyone is going through she has the right to good customer service. Calling someone a Brat is completely childish in my opinion. No need!
-
Gareth (@GPCamies) reported from Watford, England@mouthwaite @EE Unfortunately EE are not the only mobile network that fall short of their customer service. Vodafone are just as bad, and frankly we shouldn't stand for it. They can sign people up for their network quick enough but when it comes to customer care. Well who cares it seems!.
-
SCLONDON (@sclondon) reported@Apple @EE I'm stuck in a Kafkaesque security nightmare. My son's phone is broken beyond repair but can't proceed with a claim until the 'find my phone' feature is removed. Can't get into the icloud account. Proof of purchase is insufficient. What to do?

Kellywall27@outlook.com (@kellywall27) reported@MeStressymummy @mouthwaite @EE Just because you have been lucky enough to have had good customer service, it doesn't mean that someone who hasn't is a brat...No need to be nasty at all..... I've experienced both good, and incredibly bad customer service from ee, it depends on who you get on the day....

Ben (@BenKegg) reported@EE status update in my region please. Signal and network has been shocking since Friday. What's going on?
