@EE just signed up for your 200gb 24 months deal. Checked if roaming would continue now I read the small print and I can only use 15gb abroad. Given that I plan to be abroad 180 days/yr that's crap. Not "fair use"

@EE your app is such a bad customer experience. Trying to upgrade with a sim only plan advertised to me by text which then isn’t available when it takes me to login. The more info on plans doesn’t work, live chat is unavailable so no way of contacting for help?!

Hello @EE - a lovely agent persuaded me to buy a text and call pack for international calls and texts and I’m most times I am unable to use the service here in the Caribbean. Extremely frustrating

@EE I’m considering upgrading my phone, but on my account it’s still showing as my old phone, how to I get this rectified so it doesn’t cause me issues when I do upgrade it?
