    @EE The issue being that I chose you as my provider. You give me a number to ring if I don’t have a landline only for them to ask via text for my landline number.

    @EE the call wait times have been 40 mins plus every time I try to call. The awful music for that long is unbearable.

    @GilesPalaeoLab @EE companies selling tech to old folk makes my blood boil, my parents have a TV way beyond what they need, it came with a fancy Bose soundbar, which never got connected, I had a dig around and plugged it in, it does sound good though, but unneccessary.

    Just wondering what Twitter community thinks? @Moto phone I bought from @bt_uk shop earlier this year is not compatible with @EE network. Discovered why phone doesn't work well this week, after hours online with tech teams, BT shop says I cannot return it. #NotFitForPurpose

    @EE is there a problem with your network in Glasgow. My signal is dropping out every now and then for weeks. I can't rely on ee and its getting to the point I'll go somewhere else.

    @EE Thanks for reply,DPD never emailed to confirm it was delivered to one of your stores, I called customer service again and they confirmed it was delivered, I hsve now collected phone.
