    @dcuthbert I'm on @EE and over the past year it's become useless. Says 5G doesn't load anything. Worst part the mobile signal is shocking and it drops nearly every call. As Soon as i'm out of contract they gone. Would be nice if they let me out for providing a **** service.

    @EE Thank you for sending a newer improved router but why is it so hard sending the old one back. Qr code not working and now got to try the post office tomorrow.

    @Anarchy_Jim @status_is_down @EE carrier roaming going down while you're abroad is genuinely nightmare fuel pro tip for next time — grab a local eSIM as a backup before you fly. takes 30 seconds, no passport scan, and you're never stranded like this again

    @EE having problem with data roaming whilst abroad. Was working just cut out?

    @janettocornetto @EE If you can get online using wi-fi, maybe you could install a navigation app that just uses GPS only and doesn't need an Internet connection. The US is quite big, I'm guessing there's places without mobile signal.

    @EE So what happens with my 7 days of data for 30 pound do I get reimbursed for that aswell considering I’m no able to use.. and surely if it’s worldwide I’m no the only one with this issue
