    @EE What’s going on recently? The signal has been constantly going down at least 2 times a week in the TW7 area with “engineers fixing the problem”. This is starting to become a problem now where I’m unable to use my phone throughout the day. I need some sort of compensation.

    @EE I haven’t tried that - as I can call everyone else I assumed the issue was at your end just like last week when your own representative couldn’t see my bill to help me with the same issue that I am trying resolve today.

    Just had "invalid SIM" appear on my mobile display, followed by "no SIM". Have removed SIM and refitted and got service back. Not sure if it's my phone, my SIM, or if you have network problems this evening @EE will monitor

    @EE Broadband has been down in Oxfordshire for over a day now. Any updates as to when this might be resolved? Seems to be a few people reporting this
