    @EE when u finally going *** the issue with no phone signal in Porth, Rhondda Cynon **** got travel mile/ 2miles out of Porth to make or receive call and Porth is a big town within the Rhondda

    @EE And a week later, still no engineer has attended, no system remote upgrade carried out as promised and no service that is being paid for……. We just go round in circles with a faceless organisation.

    @EE why is the service so poor still at London Liverpool Street? It’s been like this now for months and I am meant to have priority this and priority that and I dont see anything different.

    Either @EE has cut my service early (Which is illegal) or it’s gone down AGAIN. Both are a joke. Thank god it’s my last day with them!

    @EE @AshandChilli Mate, how can he contact your tech team with no signal? Also, your page to report issues isn't working online either. I'm with UW who piggy back off ypur signal and it hasn't been working since yesterday.

    @EE morning I have just tried to log on to find out why we have no signal. Apparently you have sent me a pass code to log on. How can you send a pass code when there is no signal? I can’t run my business with no signal

    @EE Have wifi calling but no access to wifi my husband runs a delivery and collection service. Him and the staff having major issues contacting customers everywhere else fine apart from Porth and office cant get hold of any staff once they are in that area

    Hey @EE seems like the signal problem in the NR3 and NR6 area might be a bit better as of today, after nearly 2 weeks of my phone being an expensive torch in my pocket ! Is there any compensation for loss of service available to customers?
