@EE you need to really sort out your customer service advisors and train them to give the correct information I will be sending back my phone and leaving this network. Over 10yrs being a customer and today I have lost all loyalty to this shambles of a network

Hey @EE i know you said you would cover my Dec bill which you have, but its been 10 further days since Andy discussed the Level 2 complaint. Yet in the status it says "We're on it. We expect good service within 16 hours, but some fixes take a little longer." - #NOSIGNAL

To be fair to @EE they did actually respond to my grumble and fixed it all today via direct message. Really good service and can't fault their advisors at all. Thank you
