@EE @berkobank It's not my problem either you stupid cow. I don't send woman death threats or tell them to go back to the kitchen.its not a problem to solve. It's a thing the individual is responsible for.

@EE Neil it is my opinion that fibre is a bad investment! It is a multi trillion dollar investment that can't be upgraded within a decade! 30 quid a month simply won't pay it back even if the whole world was a subscriber to the ISP!

  • DonnyLebowski Tony Reid (@DonnyLebowski) reported

@LDNCalling @EE It’s actually not that bad. I chatted the other day and got someone in 5mins

  • neels_25 Neel Shah (@neels_25) reported

@EE customer service is a joke. Make a request for all personal data to be provided to me, and you think it is acceptable to withold this. Your Executive team are a bunch of liars and no better than your customer reps. Absolute joke of a company!!

  • NeilTrangmar Neil Trangmar (@NeilTrangmar) reported

@EE Cleared itself later in the day. I had Google maps and Waze both being unable to function yesterday around 11:30am, although the handset indicated an EE 4g service was available. Both are internet-dependent satnav apps.

  • werdle Ollie Powell (@werdle) reported

@EE I think so. I phoned your customer services yesterday and they put it on for a month starting today (first day of my billing month apparently) and said it will automatically come off on 11th August. Is that right? It stops by itself?
