@Paulc2nd @RobbyRSSRobot @EE I have a similar issue. They sold me a faulty device. They offered mend & lend but this is no good for me as I am neurodiverse. So the only options I was given was pay £100 to upgrade early, pay £1800+ to leave or suffer without a working device for 12 months.

  • ChanellaEllis Chanella (@ChanellaEllis) reported

@EE I cannot wait to get out of my EE contract, awful customer service, they don’t listen, don’t get back to you when they say they will. Very disappointed

  • iamelj09 iamelj™ (@iamelj09) reported

@EE Why are you still billing me for a phone that was returned. Also where is my refund? Update of complaint? Sick of EE

  • Kenguin34 Kenguin (@Kenguin34) reported

******* @EE near £9 increase in my already extortionate bill....glad I get F&F discount or it'd be over £100....absolute ridiculous thing to do during the current financial climate!! Everyone is struggling and Britain's so called No.1 network does this....#ToryBrokenBritain

  • RenaudClaire Renaud Fantom-Claire (@RenaudClaire) reported

So not only is @EE providing the worst service possible in Cheadle Hulme/Bramhall due to defective/broken masts but they are now increasing their tariff by 14.39%. Why is there a 3.9% addition to the CPI rate if no investment is made in the service?

  • Luckysodd Luckysodd (Alan) 🟢💻 (@Luckysodd) reported

@Skreamies @EE @tescomobile Not sure wonder if your account has been cloned might be worth contacting your network the number but is alittle confusing

  • Steph35419631 Stephanie (@Steph35419631) reported

Despite being on @o2 for 20 years I’m ready for a change (and to have signal for once). @EE how easy is it to change to sim only tariff? Can I keep my phone number?
