@EE It’s an issue of not feeling valued and having no attempt made to retain my business. I wouldn’t know if it was price at they clearly weren’t interested.

  • iamdavepope Dave Pope (@iamdavepope) reported

@EE I have spoken to them. They said there is nothing they can do? No attempt to help or looking into, a sold NO!

@EE Hi thanks for replying. Short answer is no. Called Three times an hour each. Got sorted then reverted to the same problems. I could call home network, local numbers, but not any of my colleagues if they were on networks from other countries, which all of them were.

@EE My current Fibre Broadband package runs out in September. I've been a mobile customer since 2000 and broadband whenever it replaced the old dial up service that Orange offered!! I agree whenever I have had to deal with Customer Service your response has been exceptional.

  • gizthis Ashley Gizon (@gizthis) reported

@EE Im having trouble getting MyEE app to work. It says I have no services but I hope I do! I think its due to having an old inactive account and its messing up registration.

  • fishking666 Chris king (@fishking666) reported

@EE I don’t seem to have any mobile signal in NN15. Is there an issue?

  • Siji_Joseph31 Siji Joseph (@Siji_Joseph31) reported

@EE I have sent an IPhone 6S plus 16GB phone to the scheme and I’ve been told I will be getting £1 back for it, which is insane. The quote value was £50 and so I’m not sure why it’s been knocked down to £1? Either way I would like my phone back

  • MrSaveloy Mr.Saveloy (@MrSaveloy) reported

@EE is there a problem with your services in the NE (Gateshead/Newcastle)?
