    I think @EE just lied to me on the phone, called for transfer of ownership as the accounts name is my mother's from when I lived with her years ago but the email, phone number and everything else is in my name and they told me there would be an £800 fee....what ********?

    @EE I tried online and couldn't find it. It's not in the Data and Roaming part. Mind you, the EE website is truly awful, slow and buggy.

    @EE I’ve already messaged on the app, I was supposed to be put in touch with a guide from noonish, we already texted HELP to 66033 at 13.13 and haven’t received a call back. We are suppose to be receiving a power cable since last night. You need to fix this issue and get on with it.

    @EE help! My dad is travelling to Spain and last time I bought his roaming pass before he got there. However now he can’t buy his pass until he arrives in Spain and I’m worried he won’t be able to do it as he’s not tech savvy at all 🥺 #elderlytraveller

    @EE I text 66033 and was told by the diagnostic bot that there’s a issue in my local area and should be sorted by 19:57 today…hopefully it is otherwise I’ll have to call the team on Monday morning

    @EE sick of your generic responses and abysmal “customer service” (if you can even call it that!) I’ve been trying to get in touch for 3 days. The app never connects to a guide, no one on twitter can access accounts to help, and I have laryngitis so can’t call 150… SORT IT OUT😡
