    @EE please can someone contact me as a matter of urgency my parents landline has gone down they have been told someone will fix it within 4 working days however they need access to this due to a condition my dad has. I have a log number if that helps. Thanks

    @EE Despite my phone stating I have a 5G signal, I cannot use my phone at St. James' Park, Newcastle. People on other networks don't seem to have this issue. I've tried manual selection of network, switching off 5G etc. but no joy. Why is this happening?

    What is going on @EE I ordered new Airpods 5 weeks ago and they are yet to arrive. Have been on hold this afternoon on your customer service for 1 hour 25 mins. Unacceptable service. Please send me the Airpods I have paid for.
