    @EE got to be the worst network out there for customer service, promised to be called back to investigate my complaint to only be texted at 9pm my complaint has been close but if I feel this is wrong please call 150, just called & your lines close at 9pm, what a piss take u are

    @EE my elderly father was out of contract. Aug 2nd I rang up, agreed new contract 18months at £8 a month plus a £5 block on premium numbers. Told £8 contract would start that day!. But he's just got his bank statement to say he's been charged £31 odd on the 12th August. Help!

    @EE need some help but can’t get through. Paid for pack for a sim and entered my pac code got the new sim yesterday but no data and number hasn’t come across. How long should it take?

    @EE numerous times I’ve contacted you to try and resolve my WiFi connection issues, numerous engineer visits(another booked today that we were let down by) just want my contract to end so I can go elsewhere. Never had such a shocking experience/service

    @EE Is the service down yet again in Brighton? Endless problems today. About to invest in a private leased line as it seems to be the only way to run a business now.

    @EE Broadband has been terrible on-and-off here (postcode CF11) for a few days now. Websites, apps etc taking ages to refresh, constant buffering issues, unable to connect to sites etc etc etc. Is there a known issue please?
