@PaulBarette @EE I spent an hour on the phone to get through to someone, they said it’s a major service outage and that it’ll be sorted by 7:30… not holding out hope though. If they knew, why not proactively tell customers?

@EE haven’t updated their website or pinned tweet to give users a link to a service status page so we can understand the progress on the resolution of this problem. I’d expect an update every hour on this until resolved
