Wish I know that from the start that my sky sim works in a ee phone wish I know that from the start 🙈🤪@SkyHelpTeam @EE as my sky phone is not working so i had to but it in there and wipe my phone to see if it’s going to work

@EE looks like I'm not the only one having issues, day 3 not being able to make or receive calls without them dropping. Apparently no issues in my area. Why is this happening then? Wasted 2 hours on chats yesterday. Feel like leaving. Been with EE & previous guises for over 20yrs

@GOVUK just FYI this person on an EE mobile is pretending to be you calling people and telling them their NI number will be terminated unless they pay them. number is 07813206907. @EE maybe you should terminate this number for committing fraud?

Throwing some props in the direction of @EE whose customer service has been simply excellent - straight through to UK staff with no queue - even going from Broadband to mobile support was seamless and they didn't ask me all the same questions again. Well done guys

@EE Turquoise/ blue and not flashing. As far as the router is concerned it is connected. However all devices can’t connect to the internet. It sounds like a DNS issue to me but I’ve tried different DNS servers including my own with no luck. Everything from the TV to iPad are down
