@EE My mum was issued a cheque for reimbursement and it was issued with the wrong name. We have tried contacting both the numbers on the letter but neither are manned. Can you help resolve this please?

@_Lennondowski_ @EE Likewise 20+ year since orange, paying for 3 lines and I have friends and family who pay a 1/4 of what I pay ...... I’ll be off as well, there must be some terrible network providers if @EE have been too for 7 yr!!

@EE thank u for leaving me vulnerable with no money in my account and no food in my cupboards not even toilet roll cause u messed up an over payment refund on 26th I’ve been penniless since that date I am on chemo & have multiple health issues including severe mental illnesses
