Linda Knott 🏴 (@L1ND4K) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE I resisted swapping out my copper for fibre for a long time exactly because of this. I live at the end of the line as far as services are concerned and have learned the hard way over the years. Can't rely on WiFi as there are often breaks in the electricity and poor or no signal.
-
beth (@loisgriff_) reported@charmed_og @EE To be fair I don’t have a lot of problems with them except service problems
-
Princess Amira ***** Boy (@ScotDommesSlave) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Virgin did these like 4 years ago. On the odd occasion the wi-fi is down my elderly parents who can only use a landline are unable to call anyone.

Union Jack 🇬🇧 (@jeffmar9999) reported@CallaghanK79781 @EE It's everywhere not one specific area. It's terrible and you know it. We all pay for phone contracts that are useless as we can't get any decent signal anymore in the UK
-
Union Jack 🇬🇧 (@jeffmar9999) reported@CallaghanK79781 @EE It's a constant since they all got rid of 3G but they all treat us like we are stupid. They should pay us for using their networks now as we are ripped off for a service they don't provide anymore. I am lucky if I get 1 bar on a 4G signal. We now have to rely on shops wi-fi 😡
-
Ian Wardell (@ian_wardell) reported@EE That virtual card you sent me doesn't work. Just tried to use it for a Sainsburys groceries delivery and it doesn't accept it saying "Payment will be taken on Invalid date, your order's delivery date."
-
IVOR MECTIN (@IVORMECTIN4) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE We had a power cut Saturday, WE LOST OUR BROADBAND CONNECTION FOR 4 HOURS. the providers of our fibre optic broadband had a recorded message on their phone line to "email them" or use their website to report an issue !

stuuk1🇬🇧🏴 (@stuuk11) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Copper lines are being fazed out, they just won’t exist anymore. All communication will be over the internet, if the WiFi goes down or the there is a power outage then you just won’t be able to contact anyone. Scary.
-
Jo (@JoCornwall26) reported@EE exactly how long am I supposed to stay on hold??? You promote good customer service, this is a joke!
-
Ed Peters (@mr_ed_peters) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE The old PSTN network is being phased out (copper wires, low voltage old school telephones) as I recall. The phones you're thinking of won't be around much longer. Unless someone tells me otherwise.
