    @EE gotta love EE's service. Took out a phone contract which was billed incorrectly, then spent an hour of my time trying to resolve for the other advisor to get the discount wrong. To add insult to injury, refused to refund the difference and said no point in making a complaint

    @EE feel for the elderly and more vulnerable people who get these offers pushed on them when they simply want to cancel their contracts.

    @MissNads22 @O2 @EE claim to be the best network, if not because I have a broadband at home, people would have thought I live up in the mountains and had to go outside to get a network 😭

    @EE kind of poor service the ONLY way to get help is via the chat service who haven’t actually solved an issue despite assuring me they had. You’re delivering expensive kit to a house I don’t own. Bravo!

    @becsav1 @EE Unfortunately Bec, this is retentions at their absolute worst chat will upsell you untold times. If you’re looking to keep your number and this is the only active line your account text PAC to 65075 and don’t even bother calling 150 to cancel otherwise give 150 a ring.

    Over two weeks since I wrote to @EE customer services about my account and not even the courtesy of a reply. Phone huge waits, web doesn't work, app wont recognise my account and now ignoring letters. Awful service. Time to contact ombudsman I think.
