@EE what’s going on with my iPhone pre-order? Nothing has shipped, no comms from you since I placed the order a week ago and 3 phone calls (original order + 2 more to find out what’s going on) have resulted in clueless staff giving vague, contradictory explanations. #fail

I switched my network to @EE on Friday and today while I was switching sims to @EE I see no network and my old sim is invalid. @EE store guys just told it’s a nation wide system outage and they can’t help. Seriously? I have no number as I am now abandoned - worst experience ever.

OMFG @EE is a joke! Have my phone and teenagers phone (mine for longer than I’ve had both my children!!!) I ask them to change my sim to PAYG at the end of my contract telling them I’m moving abroad but want to keep my sim & number. That will be no problem Mrs C…
