Chrisinho (@Chrisinho175) reported@EE hey wondering if can help, we’re currently away out the country and our account went over drawn with your direct debit, I’m unsure if we transferred funds in time as don’t have phone signal most of the time only WiFi. If the direct debit fails today, what happens? Thanks

Ian Molyneaux💙🇺🇦 (@Ian_Molyneaux_) reported@EE I have phone 150 a few times this morning to report issues with my broadband service. After selecting a couple of options I’m told that a message will be sent to help work out the issue. An hour later still no message.

Jim C (@Showmethetears) reported@EE Zero response to this - luckily I'm not in contract on the two accounts I have with EE, or my broadband so next week I'll be cancelling this service and getting a new provider

Surinder (@SurinderRehal) reported@EE 0r bt or whatever they call themselves- equally as useless as each other. It’s taken me all day today trying to get connected to a service. Spoke to the Guide three times and got cut off each time issue not resolved. I do really need it sorted quickly or I’m off the sky

Some UK Tesla Guy (@SomeUKTeslaGuy) reportedSo today's customer service issue is a really unpleasant experience with @EE. I have 'Mobile Broadband' with them and, whilst on holiday, a fault seemed to occur. So I called up, got passed around, talked to 3 different people. After passing security with the first two, I still eventually got asked for a password which I was pretty sure I'd never set and, after two attempts, I was told that's it - I had to go into an EE store with the device and my passport. So I go in, and it's a billing problem. They'd sent a message to the device's phone number (which is never used, as it's a home broadband router), I'd had no email or other warning. Sure enough, the helpful store guy said, there's often no password but the system asks for one anyway. So I got a payment missed charge (lots of stuff in and out - I had missed something) and had to drive an hour round trip and pay parking to get someone who knew what they were talking about. Bloody ridiculous.

W. Clifton (@wclifton968) reported@AlanHeycock @SomeUKTeslaGuy @EE 1p Mobile is ran by Utility Warehouse, a Mutli-Level Marketing company, which is great if you want to support a business less trustworthy than BT/EE.

JayEnAar (@GorwayGlobal) reportedDear @EE Your website sucks. After logging in why on earth does it keep reverting to the opening page after every munu choice I make. All I wanted to do was to set up EU roaming (and be billed 2.72 per day) for ONE of the 3 SIMs on my account. Your website defeated me.

Robert Melvin (@Melvin23Rob) reported@EE Yes, however your contact system is so poorly configured that, having fought through the very poor AI to get to a human, they always appear unable to do anything after 30 minutes of identification and account checks

Northumberland Wanderer (@GreenVapinGiant) reported@ad_moran4 @EE @O2 I had similar issue recently, I decided to get a sim free phone from ee and a separate sim only deal, it worked out about 15 quid cheaper than what they quoted. So if you buy iPhone 17 sim free, it's about 32 a month over 24 months, then buy a sim deal. It will probs be cheaper
