@EE There is something amiss with your login page. I am trying to pay my bill, and I am still waiting for the 'reset' password link....never known it so difficult to part with money!

  • MartinTull1 Martin Tull (@MartinTull1) reported

@EE I've been thru this so mamy times now, I live on a narrowboat on a permanent mooring half a mile from the town, nearest postcode WD31JJ. It is inside the M25. My mobile phone signal is constantly just 'H'. Nothing, it would seem, can get me a reliable 4G signal where I live.

  • alistairdoran Alistair Doran (@alistairdoran) reported

@EE PLEASE PLEASE sort your connection issues in West Oxford, it been going on for months and if it is not sorted soon, I'll be cancelling all my contracts. You claim to have the best country wide connectivity, well you don't in West Oxfordshire!!

    17. It feels like the moment one decided to leave, no matter how long they have been your customer, @bt_uk starts treating them like crap. Loyalty doesn't mean anything to them. I just can't wait to send the new @EE sim back as I don't want to be dealing with them anymore.

  • JettC14 Jett C (@JettC14) reported

@EE Your basildon branch sold my mum of 73years old with dememtia 2 contracts for a tablet she doesn't need at £55 a month. She is vulnerable and your staff have taken advantage. Despite numerous attempts to contact your customer service it appears no one cares at all! Disgusting

  • Lovett3Doug Doug Lovett (@Lovett3Doug) reported

@EE I just "hope" you fix up your crap add-on buying issues. Can't buy a simple data add on for 40 quid. Rather get shafted by Three network at half the price.

  • chelshakespeare Chelsey (@chelshakespeare) reported

@ee there seems to be a phone line issue in the estate I live in - are you aware of any issues. Only asking cos you are my landline provider!

  • BFJD32 D (@BFJD32) reported

@EE I have and no help. Did not listen all they kept saying was we are 2 year contract sky is 3 years. I am currently using an S8 for the past 5 or 6 years. This is not a selling point for me. So after 20 plus years with yourselves I am changing providers
