@Drzonk09 @EE No, The problem is that I get BT Sport with EE, but it doesn’t recognise my login, and keeps trying to get me to restart an old BT subscription. It’s really annoying - almost as annoying as being ignored by EE support 🙄

@EE It won't get sorted. Been through it before. It is a fundamental issue with the app, which you won't be able to sort through DMs. Not your fault.
