@EE Funny my o2 works great but my ee didn’t hmm I think you need to try your own network as it’s very poor I will never be a customer again how you get away with making statement like this baffles me !

@EE I will. I only changed because I’m with BT broadband and they persuaded me. I’ve had no problems with O2 at all.

@VodafoneUK & @EE: incidentally, top tip: train your call centre staff NEVER to ask customers the name of their plans or add ons; this is abstract information that ZERO customers know, but that your staff have access to. This is *your* job. Do not ask the customer to do your job.

@VodafoneUK why doesn’t your network function on an iPhone 13 in France? My friends on @O2 or @EE gave no problems, whereas I can’t even make a phone call. Helpdesk told me to buy a local Sim!
