@EE Hello there, my mum has £37.20 credit available on her phone (07908038625) which she wants to use towards an EE pack (Minutes, data & texts) My mum and I have have rang 150 and it just takes you around in a circle and it’s very frustrating. Please help with this issue. Ross

Nooo! I've been having so many problems with my @EE broadband since I upgraded to fibre. I even had openreach replace a cable and it cut out again today!! Starting to get real annoyed >:(

@niamha_x @virginmedia Second time in a week now. Not good at all, especially as its an all day issue. Thankfully I have a back up for some of it, but what's the point in having a smart house, with no WiFi. Thank heavens for @EE 5G keeping me online for work!

@EE hi, I've just left you to join another network, however my 30 day rolling has only just restarted again today with you. Do you refund based on what is used as in upto today only and partial refund the rest, or am I expected to pay the full one month sim only payment as usual

@EE disgusted at your service. The way you’ve treated my sister is appalling!!! Don’t anyone fall for the marketing that EE are here to help. It’s a load of rubbish. They admitted they sent her back the faulty phone because current climate they can’t afford 2 replace the phone!
