@Soxthewavingcat @EE I’m in the States. Is @EE your internet provider? Data, technology, things like that? Not electricity, too? Are they saying your service is going to be cut off?If you’d rather not answer my questions, that’s OK. I will still be here!! (Following). 🍀

@EE No; done enough explaining / telephone calls / twitter chats - I'm absolutely disgusted with the 'service' provided by EE both from an account perspective and technical perspective. It's without question the worst experience I've had. #EEsuckass

@Soxthewavingcat @EE Some people really suck at customer service jobs. How insensitive. I had a similar encounter with my propane company, so I got a pellet stove so I won't have to deal with them, did not help my anxiety

Big thanks to @EE for making all customers who want VAT info migrate to a business account; for wasting their time in making them to do; for not explaining that on the bills and for general customer contempt as they casually outsource work to the people who pay them. Bravo

@OpenreachHelp @BrunoKalmar @EE I lie- they offered me extra data for my phone. Useless when all I can muster from my Faraday cage of a flat is one bar of H+ signal, good for 0.5-0.8 mbps download

Almost every UK utility/service/etc: to change existing direct debit bank account, just enter details and submit. @EE: to change existing direct debit bank account, manually make a payment via credit card for the last bill, ONLY THEN can you enter your bank account details.

Moving to a SIM only mobile deal. Existing @EE Customer. Deal is £20pm for 12 months. Deal is on the basis that the charge increases by 3% in line with inflation at the beginning of March, one month after agreeing deal. Ridiculous. Make a deal, and stick to it.
