Steve, Carpe Jugulum! (@Kirkysr) reported@EE ABSOLUTELY USELESS YET AGAIN! called yesterday to add a sky sports day pass! Told it would end at 0800 today. Advised call Saturday morning. Currently calling you. Yes we can activate it on TUESDAY! WHAT is the point!? Flexible service my arse!

Apparently, @WeAreOpenreach is yet to fix whatever problem there is in my neighbourhood and EE doesn’t seem to have any alternative solution for those affected. We’re stuck in a limbo.

Not very good really!

Hefin Richards (@HefinR) reported@LouNfu @EE They have areas which show perfect 5G cover yet data is slow or non existent- Shrewsbury SY3 is poor - I have raised this and they say “we have no reports of a fault” - it isn’t a “fault” It’s been like it for years! Same around SY22 - what you see ain’t what you get!
