    @EE over 3 weeks now I ordered new phone and still no sign of it or any sort of update!! No one can tell me when it’s gonna be ready a part from to wait. Shocking customer service #ordercancelled

    @EE My wife has already tried the DM route but we’re still stuck for another 3 weeks at least and really don’t appreciate the hard sell to move other phones with this sort of service.

    @EE absolutely no phone signal in NN12 area today..? Any ideas why? You text and told me I might have issues on 13th but it’s now 16th? Help pls it’s quite inconvenient when I pay £55 a month for the service….
