@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

Good service from @EE after messing up my order managed to get me sorted in store and more then doubled my data to 100 gb a month for the same money

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@EE my WiFi has been awful the last few weeks. Postcode CM7 area. Cannot connect to the WiFi from multiple devices and Alexa struggled to connect this morning too.

@EE just received my new sim and activated it,Was previously with Vodafone the past year.Went to register and received message saying already registered please sign in with password which I did and it says account closed.Can it be reopened?

@EE Please can you tell me how to top up a pay as you go mobile? Tried calling 150, but won’t top up on a card. Also logged in to myEE, and again cannot top up. This is for my 85 year old mother who needs her #phone! #help

@EE My contract was supposed to have Apple Music built in. Never worked, called both Apple and EE to no avail. One lady at EE said they would knock £10 a month off my contract if I bought it myself....never happened
