Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@EE is absolute crap now. They used to be good. But not now. I’ve struggled to have reception for over a month now and when asked they just give the stock answer of “an engineer is working on a problem”

@EE I spent 30 mins last week talking with your customer services about a refund for a wrong debit - I checked my statement and you seem to have doubled the cost NOT given me a refund .. your app seems to prevent me calling anyone so perhaps we can talk here ?

@EE I understand I may come across as prickly. But please look at this from my point of view. The last time EE told me they were optimising my local network... It actually turned out that they were turning off the cell tower that covered my house leaving me with no home coverage.

@_GalaxyAsh @EE Can confirm this too. Nothing but issues in HU7. You've paid my last 4/5 months worth of bills through compensation. It's got to a stage where I'm contemplating a move. Spoke to someone the other day who told me they have no idea when it'll be fixed. Hardly reassuring!

@EE hi, I’d like to make a complaint, I’ve been mis sold a product by your company during a pandemic when self employed individuals were not earning money and I’ve now found I’m paying an additional £50 a month which I cannot afford. Can someone please get in touch #rippedoff
