Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@EE Just had a chat with your complaint department. Cant log a complaint cause I'm not a customer! Yay! 20 days waiting for your team to contact me to unblock a phone which is blocked by you! And nobody is contacting me! You charge £8.99 for this service, it's not free!!!
