@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@EE significant network problems in SA3 area, being remote with limited availability on other networks this is causing significant problems. Could you advise when this will resolve? We had problems yesterday trying to contact someone urgently yesterday with no landline.

@EE I am completely livid with your customer services after placing an urgent online order. It is absolutely unbelievable what I have experienced before even getting started. I cannot believe the poor communication and lack of customer care in this day and age. Do better!

@EE Full of promises..can't get any internet upstairs...rang EE and told...we didn't say you would get upstairs...won't cancel contract...bloody awful service...avoid!!
