Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

Good service from @EE after messing up my order managed to get me sorted in store and more then doubled my data to 100 gb a month for the same money

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@samuelsbritton @EE Go elsewhere Sam and then call EE when you have a strong alternative offer and ask them to do even better. EE are often one of the slower providers, worse customer service and their social media team are a joke who spend their whole day making memes and ignoring customers.

@notJonahVeep @EE Thanks @notJonahVeep. I have no intention of going as silent as EE customer services have. I'm selling/buying a home, so unimpressed with them trying to pull an offer after running credit checks. They said I wouldn't need to worry about more credit checks if I accept their offer!

@EE But you did. Your system applied the discount. Credit checks done. Money taken. Contact in place. No wording to reserve the right to withdraw. I recorded all calls and screen recorded the purchase process, which shows the absence of wording customer services stated.

I am absolutely disgusted at the way @EE 'valued' customers. To be highly recommended the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 by @EE and for 3 months in to have a thick black line down the middle of the screen and now not working and told it's not covered under warranty! Fuming!

@scott_and_ball @EE I'm in London and EE have no broadband to my property for 1 week. Such a bad company. Their social media team tweets all day about feminism, their IT team is busy watching Netflix and their CEO is busy on his August holiday. They can't get anything done.

@Hopscotch12341 @EE One way you can avoid this is by switching provider. EE are a terrible company and do not even respond to customers, like me, who ask them for help

@EE Unfortunately not. Can never get through to on the phone after repeated attempts. Ten years loyal service and now for a service that has never worked you are saying I have to pay £370 to end contract. You won't even try to resolve with customer just said take it up with ombudsman
