@EE any chance of sorting the 5g signal in the Rock Ferry area? Hit and miss, been trying to moan for half an hour now!! Needs fixing as I can't justify £60+ plus a month for a signal that cuts in and out. Maybe I should pay my bill like the signal here 👍

@EE Thanks, they have said the same thing, so may well be the case, we’ve never had an issue before when we’ve used one of my old phones which have previously used with O2

"Upgrading" to @EE has been the worst decision I've made so far this year. I lost 20Mbps off my download speed (only had 55 to begin with) and now not even @BTCare seems to be able to guarantee the speeds I had 7 days ago.🙃

@EE what is going on? Can't connect to the App, my 5G is just about getting 3Mbs. The service is supposed to be the best coverage in the country. I live in London and I feel like I have dial up speeds. Sort it out. I'm sick of this, it's constantly happening. No I won't DM you

@O2 I have an old phone of mine which I want to use an @EE pay as you go sim in, but it’s saying it’s not supported- never had this problem before, the EE sim is @1stFelbridge emergency contact phone so I need to get it working and I’ve never had problems swapping them over b4

@EE I wouldn't worry Chris, I've already processed the transfer back to BT. Absolutely appalling service from EE over the past 7 days.
