    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    Good service from @EE after messing up my order managed to get me sorted in store and more then doubled my data to 100 gb a month for the same money

    Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

    @EE regularly seeing poor broadband speeds at home recently. Often measured in kbps not mbps. Do you have issues in GL14?

    @EE Well that’s now priced into the factor when we look for new contracts going for the cheaper deal, if you was to offer cheaper upgrades then it wouldn’t be an issue, wish we had never moved from O2 now cos I’m gonna be in same boat come nxt yr

    @EE Yes I've read those pages, I have an Amazon prime business account already. How do I associate my EE account with an Amazon prime video one? There's no mention of it on your "help pages".

    @EE been an EE payg customer for years, really disappointed to discover that I'm only getting 12BG on my pack instead of the 30GB the app is telling me I get. Ran out for the first time ever today, according to a colleague, ive not used anything out of the ordinary. Please advise

    @EE But we’ve never had to do that with O2, she’s kept her number for 13 yrs and she’s always been with O2 until 2 yrs ago when she switched to you guys, now she as to pay for the privilege to keep her number, absolute shambles tbh
