    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    Good service from @EE after messing up my order managed to get me sorted in store and more then doubled my data to 100 gb a month for the same money

    @EE It doesnt get me to a real person. I’ve done that. Why do you hide from your customers. I had a message saying my DD has expired. It was paid today. I’m ot sure it is a scam and wanted to check with you and I cant get a real person to help I’m not interacting with a text

    @EE I cant get an info on how to access my 2.4 ghz wifi setting on my smart hub everytime i get to technical help they restart my router and nothing. Very unhappy as I am trying to link a video doorbell. I have been with you about 7 months and unhappy on many areas especially

    Absolutely ******* brutal attack on my productivity today from @EE in tandem with @bt_uk through their BT Openreach system, EE Wifi hotspots are unfit for purpose I have seen the login screen more then the ******* internet today, come round & I'll whisper a phrase in your ear...

    @DatGuyLimbo @EE Thanks :-) did the email contain the tracking aswell? Sorry for asking EE had the wrong mobile on my account so I never got a text. I did get a dispatch email but never anything tracking
