@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@Tonysmini @EE Tried all sorts. The wifi just cuts out at times. The Mrs has similar speeds on her PC both on wifi and wired. When their tech guy came out ran tests and he said it’s basically poor wifi, could be a faulty hub and to get EE to send a new one out and go from there.

@EE No it’s not, the signal on ex5 is shocking been saying limimamtations since September, I’m not getting the full service I pay for and advisor was supposed to call me back but I never heard from her

@EE Unfortunately you wouldn't even entertain a deal.. Even after 3 tries.. I couldn't even get the same deal as a new customer, I was told I would have to cancel my account and take a new one. Poor customer service to be honest, I got the sense that they didn't want me upgrading.

Recently changed from @EE to @O2 and I am fed up of having bars of signal but no internet or snail pace. I have to turn on/off plane mode for it to work for 5 seconds then it’s off again. Reported but not sorted and I’m now considering switching back. Anyone else had this?

@DebbieCF_UK @EE They illegally signed me up to a credit plan when I expressly told the sales guy no! Took over a month to sort out - total nightmare - today they played a new game … terrible service provider
