@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@EE To Chiswick to make the call. I was sent from a regular to broadband to a tech section onto a second tech section whilst they go through what masts have received my calls leaving me on the phone for a hour. Got a reference number for the complaint and got a call/message saying

@EE What's the point, your company and its representatives are totally incompetent. Can I get the code to transfer my telephone number 7172 to another provider. There are six EE accounts held in this house that ends this week. I'll be taking the complaint against Chris all the way

@EE I received my new phone (iphone 12 Mini) on Tuesday via DPD. It would not turn on, I charged it and still would not turn on. So Wednesday morning I took it in to your store in Aylesbury. The Manageress told me it was nothing to do with her and became very rude.
