@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

Good service from @EE after messing up my order managed to get me sorted in store and more then doubled my data to 100 gb a month for the same money

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

Feel like cancelling my contract with @EE NOW don't want be made feel like I am&have been by 4/5 advisors, anytime need to phone them, v 1st one telling me was rude& hanging up on me, ignored my question on if my Health&difficulties with communication on phones was documented.

@EE Well, it's mostly back to normal, just not in my office, which is weird because it's always worked fine there. No phone or data signal available when I'm there. Two weeks ago (last time I was there) there was no issue. Puzzling!
