    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

    @EE Oh well you've just lost a customer! Called up with a ref number only to be told you cannot put my order through because your systems are screwing up this morning. Good start to the day isn't it?!! Seriously, get your systems in order!! Should be fined for stuff like this!

    Currently in the process of unlocking my iphone online from @EE to use with a different provider and it is honestly the worst experience I've ever had to go through with a mobile device

    @EE I am on a SIM only contract monthly pay plan. I feel stuck with your network - not meeting my needs in any way. My phone is a samsung S7, connectivity and mobile calls has become a nightmare. I can't drive with google map as the internet fails. Is there a way out? #SOS
