    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    Good service from @EE after messing up my order managed to get me sorted in store and more then doubled my data to 100 gb a month for the same money

    Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

    @EE Hello…there seems to be an outage of sorts in the NE26 postcode but no explanation as to why. Can anyone help? I need to use my data to run a personal hotspot off my phone as, regrettably, my Wi-Fi isn’t working properly either. 🥴

    @EE Well I have been into store and the cheapest sim only is £15 !! Also have to ring up to discuss possible refund of Kay two months as my son didn’t get the text as not using his sim abroad ?? Can you help with this ? Can’t believe you can send a letter out to confirm ??

    But @ee is now sending text messages about the complaint to my landline, so I'm getting incomprehensible text-to-voice messages read to me by a thing on my landline. #FirstWorldProblems
