@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@Pete_Bassist @EE @Ofcom All UK networks signal coverage maps are slightly misleading. We are in 21st Century and all networks together should share the cost of the entire infrastructure and all share their infrastructure - this would make a huge difference

@EE @EE I’ve had no usable mobile internet at my home (OL16 5AS) for over 2 months. I can’t use WhatsApp or browse the web. I’ve contacted you multiple times with no solution. I’m paying a high monthly fee for unusable service and want to cancel my contract without penalty. help.

@northolt3103 @EE First contract was orange in 2008 upto 2015 when EE formed from orange and T-mobile. Still with EE now. Contract finishes end of March this year. Signal is non existent and each time I ring up, im told signal in my work/home area is fine. Dont get great deals when upgrading.

@northolt3103 @EE Network is worse due to congestion caused by TikTok and Spotify and all you can eat data allowance. Doesn't matter where you go .....

@northolt3103 @EE Not really had any issues to be honest, i say that until I upgraded mine and my mrs iPhones to the 17, her phone drops calls every time near enough now, not sure what the problem is but its making me think to change for next time around.
