Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

Hello @EE /@EE__SupportTM You have closed my complaint VOL013-974971800184 without resolving it. Broadband faults continue, service is poor, and I’ve had no redress. Under @Ofcom rules and the Consumer Rights Act, this is not acceptable. #ConsumerRights

@EE I'm actually going to pop to ur kirkcaldy store 2moro afternoon and get them to help! I've had trouble ever since I got this phone in 2023. Freezing, switching off, logging out of apps when using them, and now this! Will they be able to help

Why are mobile networks all so rubbish in the UK? @threeuk, @EE They bank on about how great their 5G is, and yet with reasonable 4G signal it is still really, really slow and unreliable. Compare with Norway, where you can be in a remote tunnel up a mountain, or 50 miles off the coast and still get decent coverage.

@EE fix your ****** customer service I've just been on the phone to your customer support and I asked for a call back I then get the call and transfered to someone they did not know their product I then asked for a supervisor they refused and were being rude but because the way

@EE we have been struggling with our eetv since we signed up. It regularly breaks up and stutters and we cant use it. The app says that there isnt a problem. All apps work perfectly so can't be a connection problem. We turned the TV on today and there are no channels available

@HammondmarkMark @EE I’m going to terminate my contract early with them as I have proof of all of this and I will happy take them to court at this stage . Shocking service and putting their customers at risk of danger overseas

Hello @EE broadband keeps dropping with no fix, no RCA, no ETA, no workaround. Last year you wrongly damaged my credit file. This is unacceptable. @Ofcom please take note. #ConsumerRights #OFCOM & to make it worse no signs of remorse.
