Matthew Searles (@matthew_Searles) reported from Ashburton, England@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.
-
Christine Candlish (@chris_can67) reported from Strete, EnglandCome on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

-
gary farr (@mrgfarr) reported@EE And that means if my connection goes wrong you want me to set up an entire other router, and then change my devices to work with that new router just so you can word for word a script instead of being like the @Plusnet support I used to get that just gave me information and trust
-
Math (@inlandtaipan1) reported@EE on my 40min train journey from central London to kent just now, i had data availability for about 10mins in total. As an EE customer, your 4G/5G data coverage is utterly atrocious.
-
Danny wright (@Dajwright89) reported@EE glad it is not just me with signal issues! Been passed from pillar to post with how to resolve my network and data issues. I was even told that because my garden is in the middle of 2 masts my phone struggles to connect as it doesn’t know which one to connect to. Embarrassing
-
Tim Blandford🏴 (@tim_blandford) reported@EE There’s no “issues”. Your signal just gets worse and worse.
-
JamesNStringer (@MrJNStringer) reported@EE how on earth can you have 4 bars of signal and 5G and yet you can’t do anything online. Horrendous!
-
Math (@inlandtaipan1) reported@EE Its the same almost every day. There is no technical issue, it’s purely down to your lack of investment in coverage. Bills go up, coverage never improves. The UK has the worst 5G infrastructure investment in Europe.
-
Ben (@WorbleGames) reported@lizardbutts @MarkyTalk @EE As I said to Mark, buying the phone outright upfront is often significantly cheaper long term. Obviously the upfront cost is quite large but generally i've found you save about £100-£200 over 24 months doing it that way. I'm with EE for internet as well so that brings it down
-
Lisa (@LisaLongshaw) reported@EE Hi. Is there a problem with checking data and gifting data on the EE App? All my lines are showing 0Gb of data available and I’m unable to Gift? Thanks.
-
Sajjad El Patron (@SajjadElPatron) reportedThe worst network customer service i have ever seen @EE . I made an order and customer service said they can’t do anything because the order is still at @parcelforce . the worst courier service in UK. I will terminate all services from EE.
