@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@EE Phoned customer service tonight- they could not ahve been better. Sorted me out with a deal on Iphone13pro, cut the price of my moblie broadband. Your phone staff are the best I've encountered. A Happy customer. 👍

@EE I had no EE on Friday 17th morning and was unable to work outside my house and when I rang up I was cut off but the network did then work I pay £80 for this a month and am not happy
