    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

    Good service from @EE after messing up my order managed to get me sorted in store and more then doubled my data to 100 gb a month for the same money

    @EE calling ee at 8:55 to be told lines are busy and hung up on, not even a chance to hold. Second time I’ve tried this week. Very bad customer service…

    @O2 @virginmedia Meanwhile trying to get anyone in your team to confirm whether I’m entitled to get Volt benefits is impossible. No positive costumer service experience. Customer service sucks. I Was much better off with @EE

    @EE been trying to speak to a customer service advisor for over an hour now. Advised to call back later (unable to due to work) or tomorrow......is this your usual standard of customer service?
