@EE It's NEVER happened before for it to happened twice I was angry very angry I have BT for my Broadband.a couple of years ago I got a phone call I was on Privacy which I paid for.i got the PRIVATE email for CEO BT.he put my number out of phone book.

@EE very very disappointed with your service today. I received a text this morning saying my AppleCare had been cancelled. When I called to query this find I have been mistakenly moved from a contract to PAYG. Keep getting cut off and no one seems to be able to help. #badservice

Absolutely disgusted with the way ur advisor treated me @EE, told me he was warning me even tho I wasn't swearing or shouting.. Refused 2 help, or let me speak 2 a manager and refused 2 open a complaint. Is this how u train ur staff? I feel like taking my mobile elsewhere now.

@EE I set up a direct payment to get the 10% discount each month. And yet every single month, the full amount gets deducted from my account so I have to contact you for a refund. And every single month I get told it’s fixed and next month will be different. It never is.

@ee ordered a new phone and contract with you guys this morning, tried using the order number to track it, and nothing came up, im worried this is not on the up and up and help is necessary, i couldnt even get through to customer service, sent a dm as i need help
