@EE 3 times now I have tried to upgrade my phone online after being told I was eligible to upgrade. Went through whole order process and had a message saying order confirmation and would receive email confirming order. Never received email and never received a phone. Why ? !!!!!

@EE Yes, did speak, it seems the engineers are now only doing emergency work and not upgrades so yesterday's no-show appointment knocked back to mid March...maybe fourth time lucky, eh? 😕

@EE For a communications co. you're not easy to communicate with. My phone is damaged so I can't call 150. I'm a key worker at NHS Trace & Test site and need the phone for work. Can you tell me your Online chat customer care opening times? It says available but doesn't work.

@OpenreachHelp Hey hey. So today’s update - @EE didn’t call back yesterday as apparently they had problems with e chats despite one being scheduled for 11th. Now told I will get another ‘update’ tonight. No landline /bb since 30th dec and still no date for fix

Guess which mobile network has frozen my account because I’ve not paid a £1099 charge on my account for an iPhone 12 Pro I never received, because I cancelled the contract before the phone was even released by apple? @ThreeUK @EE, will you look after me?
