I spoke to the customer service more than 1 hour and 1 person ask all the details and waste 20,25 minutes and pass the phone to another and she asked me the same questions and pass to the other. SMV (@MissSmallVoice) reported@EE Abysmal. Got an automatic voice telling me they'd sent me a text and then telling me AGAIN to text VM on or VM off. Such rubbish - it is a voicemail pin issue, where I did not re-set my pin. 4 hours since I got your message and no luck getting through to a REAL person. Abysmal
