@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@EE Thanks Jo. I've done just that. A quick enquiry as a result, my broadband now needs the attention of an engineer tomorrow morning and is not working until then. I've a few things I need to do via 4g on my phone as a result that I needed to do from my broadband...

@iD_Mobile_UK @EE Ive got signal. I can make phones call no problem. How about your service is just terrible. So if I put another providers sim in my phone and I get a good speed over 4g that will means its not the phone? Just @iD_Mobile_UKbad service right?

@EE At least Three have somewhat decent customer service. EE lied to me and that resulted in them losing me as a customer forever!
