@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

Good service from @EE after messing up my order managed to get me sorted in store and more then doubled my data to 100 gb a month for the same money

@EE getting ridiculous now how much your network is going down in my area...5 days and counting I've had almost no service. Yet your website keeps saying "will be fixed in 16 hours" Surely some kind of refund is due, especially as I've missed important calls I was waiting for 🤨

@EE I wfh twice a week and it's increasingly difficult due to poor WiFi. Losing connection, slow. We have to take both mobiles off the WiFi if we want to stream.

What useless,unhelpful service @EE Best to deal with the main provider & not some other ‘middle’ company that is just making a buck out of you.I will be terminating my contract with EE & returning to BT. 9 days without internet has affected my boys education & my work!!
