@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@EE Many thanks Kyle. I managed to call EE through my EE app and got it sorted. Looks as though there’s a discrepancy or problem with the My EE app which has been logged now but all is good with my roaming. Cheers

@KellyAllen01 @seatzie @EE I’ve been on SIM only EE for about 4 years now, think it started about £20 a month but over the years has crept up to £25. Unlimited mins, not sure about data but I’ve never run out and I use it a lot!

@EE Hi. I upgraded my phone in April and received an e-mail confirming the details. I have now received a bill showing it will be a highly monthly charge. I checked the app and that shows the same figure as the paper bill. Please help

@EE @VidarTattoo Can you explain why it doesn’t belong to an existing conversation from EE. It is anonymous and looks entirely suspicious. Couldn’t EE afford a more appropriate messaging service. So scammers were rather more exposed. If we can’t tell it’s EE that’s great for rooks!

@EE is broadband down in Ct4 6dj as nothing working an 3g in the area has been a joke for years so can't even use that to run the business today
