    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

    Good service from @EE after messing up my order managed to get me sorted in store and more then doubled my data to 100 gb a month for the same money

    @EE As I said I gave up because it was the same uninterested response every time. I have complained a few times about service at my home address to be told the mast has a known issue and it could take months to fix. This has been a thing for around a year from what I can remember.

    @EE Is it possible that I could have a new sim card sent to me? I see to be having an issue where some calls or the answer service cuts out, signal strength is fine and it only happens on my personal sim (work sim also on EE works fine)

    @DeceptiKonr @EE I’ve done the same and moved to Vodafone signal is so much better and got an iPhone 12 with AirPods xx

    @EE I’m in the impacted area everyday. These messages have been the norm a few times a week for the last year. It’s now become daily! But CS just keep brushing it off, so I just gave up. Home address is terrible though. Drop calls is the norm 😫. 15 months and I’m free!

    @EE I swore I'd never use Vodafone after they mucked up my sim card about 15 yrs ago but after years of using other mostly crap networks and service, I reluctantly went back to Vodafone about 2 yrs ago and I wish I went back to them earlier. Coverage and signal superb.

    @EE 😡 had 1 of my worst experience with EE staff at kidderminster store. I had 2 line been with ee over 14yrs. 2nd line is for my mother who was with me. We booked appointment 4 her upgrade. To find staff un helpful also forceable sales tactic. Trying to downgrade my mom phone
