@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@EE hi there, I am in Kent and have been without internet for a few hours now, the diagnostic bot says there is an area issue but I can’t find any information about this area issue. Is it with EE or the Kent area generally? Any indication as to when it might be fixed? Thanks.

Moved from @bt_uk as a long standing broadband customer to @EE. I am absolutely staggered the appalling customer service I have received from @EE. Just had the Spanish Inquisition as to why I needed an additional extender and I'm paying them £90p/m including my 2 mobile SIMS.

@Carl_M79 @bt_uk @EE Same parent company unfortunately. we use Utility Warehouse for ours - bloody brilliant . They are provided by Talk Talk but have their own support which has been second to none over the 10 years plus we have been with them 👍

@EE She has asked on every occasion to be put through to a manager or team leader and every time she has been told no one available and they will call back within 2 hours and it never happens.
