    Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

    Good service from @EE after messing up my order managed to get me sorted in store and more then doubled my data to 100 gb a month for the same money

    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @EE Had no service on my phone for 14 hours. Can't use live chat on website as you have to send me a code & I can't receive them. You suggest ringing 150 but I can't make calls. App isn't any good and just hits a dead end. Help! 😳

    @Hepworthclare @EE The whole world is quietly going mad queuing in an automated service. Meanwhile in an abandoned office somewhere on an anonymous high street there’s a single telephone ringing, never to be answered again

    @EE Can you send me the formal complaints department email please. I am now on to my 8th person who can't seem to grasp how to do their job. HUMAN error is rife with this issue.

    @j199024 @EE It goes down every month. I’m sick of them, I was with sky for 20 years and can’t remember the internet ever going down. I’ve been with @EE for 2 years and it goes down every month. Also it’s nowhere near as fast as they claim

    @Hepworthclare @EE Been in same situation. Found e mail address of CEO and e mailed them direct. Received a call within 4 hours and resolution in 24.

    I need to speak to customer services. It's a nightmare trying to speak to someone - is anyone there. Phone the local shop - nobody picks up. Had to buy a new phone - my previous phone - stll on contract non operational. This is not good. How can I get some service @EE

    Hey @EE, Long time customer here since the orange days. I have many devices with you, including broadband. We use the little 4g wifi boxes to keep our cameras live when searching for missing dogs. What deal can you do? They are not on all the time, just as and when #harveysarmy
