@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@EE I was missold a sim only contract in one of your store in Woolwich London..Attendant was hasty and did not inform me about the Terms an condition..I decided to cancel less than 24hrs but the store refused to process it.

@EE ordered on Saturday 11th (delivery to store) Dispatched Monday (expected delivery Tuesday) Wednesday...delivery refused, being returned ...been told to wait 2-3 days for "support"
