Why is it your app, which is vital to adjust schedules for my kids, is always 'under maintenance' at the most inconvenient times! DftguyUK (@BigGayDanxx) reported@EE spent ages on the phone with auto customer services. For it to end with you must text for this service and they ended the call. I do the text thing and get a response "we cant match your details to an account" So yeah.....useful service. WiFi signals been awful for days!
