    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

    Good service from @EE after messing up my order managed to get me sorted in store and more then doubled my data to 100 gb a month for the same money

    @EE Tried to also buy Amazon and Sainsburys gift cards, but both rejected this card. Unless this is sorted out I will be launching an official complaint.

    @EE Thats the problem call 150 🙄🙄 they are some staff are useless & I just can't be annoyed dealing with them anymore 😮‍💨😮‍💨 loyalty is nothing to EE anymore just same stuff time after time with them. Thanks anyway think sky mobile is offering better deals.

    @EE You could if you wanted to. They could call me, verify me, send a one time PIN, confirm I'm the a/c holder. Just like they do on inbound. Tried twice this morning & had to give up after>10 minutes listening to the awful music. This is re broadband but I may cancel my phone too!

    @BorderOtter @EE red los after they've ceased copper's properly scary when security's down, can't imagine waiting for a splicer while they cancel tlos

    @EE I've called 150 to report a fault and seek assistance two days running now, as well as emailing your consumer resolutions address on both days. I'm being ignored. A customer for ten years, longer for my mobiles, loyal despite a long history of past complaints. EE is a disgrace.
