    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    Good service from @EE after messing up my order managed to get me sorted in store and more then doubled my data to 100 gb a month for the same money

    @EE I was told there was a fault with the lines for broadband in my area last night and that it would be fixed by midnight as an estimate however it is still down, has been for 2 days now. Any idea when it’s going to be fixed?

    @EE hi, I remember when I set up Fibre home broadband a few months ago it said I'd get a 4G data top up on my phone plan (think it was extra 5GB per month?). Anyway I never got the top up, can you help?

    @EE hello. I have an issue relating an account that’s not been used since Mar.20 due to a family bereavement and a close (elderly) relative getting a closure bill for that person with monthly costs since Mar.20. Who can I talk to, pls? (I am not an EE customer)

    Hi @MarcAllera I feel really sorry for your staff now; no-one is able to help me. 2nd line support don’t call when they say they will. What am I supposed to do? I’ve spent 10 grand or so with @ee over the last decade. Surely you don’t want to lose that custom over an add-on?

    @EE soooo I've lost my job because I was told multiple times I would have my broadband installed which never happened.. last week I was told an engineer will come on tomorrow and that I will receive a confirmation text to say they are coming.. I haven't received anything

    @EE We have always had trouble.with it connecting either to the laptops or tvs! We have reset it so many times, we had a booster sent out 2 months ago and has made no difference. At the moment we cannot watch anything on the TV apart from live TV, no.on demand, and pho es dip in/out

    5.30pm still no call back from @EE. EE is probably better than some, but their service has deteriorated in every sense. So little seems to work properly now. Dread phoning any call centre. Covid is used as an excuse for delays, but systems were increasingly dysfunctional before.

    @MartinSLewis Using my daughters account as I dont have one. Trying to end @EE contract as I cant afford monthly bill. the exit amount equates £251.61. If I cant afford the monthly bill how can I afford this? Feel like I'm held hostage by them. HELP!! trying to switch to BT.
