@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

Good service from @EE after messing up my order managed to get me sorted in store and more then doubled my data to 100 gb a month for the same money

When you call @EE several times to say your upload speed is below the guaranteed speed at a certain time every single day and it's never fixed. (upload needed for streaming and it seems to be throttled at two certain times every single day 🤬) *CS are great though. #WhenItCounts

@EE It’s great you are showing diversity within your advertising. But to say publicly, you were awful to me as disabled customer. Randomly turned off my Sim before I’d received a new one leaving me totally stranded and in a dangerous situ. Your staff thought I was making it up.

@EE Broadband, I've rang at 3pm to say about this but now told it's a fault with the box and will be issued tomoz and should be with us by Friday but as it keeps going up and down, am a taxi operator from home and have a fleet that rely on me sending them work cant do that

@EE Overpriced and worst customer service! Been a loyal EE customer for years but poor customer service and upgrade options is making me leave you for O2! Would never recommend you to anyone.

@EE are absolute thieves. Found out they’ve double billed me for four years. No apology, offer of six months back, no one to discuss with past first wall. Disgraceful theft. Never use.

@STEVEtheP1R4TE @EE @STEVEtheP1R4TE speed it chocked and 60% of the time my download speed drops and we ring bt and they keep saying it's a fault on our end which we know it isn't but they won't do **** about it

@EE EE hasn't been good in my area for a few months now. Very little signal and it seems to be a common problem throughout the town now for many ... used to be good. Will probably have to move onto another network soon, which is a shame. Sorry EE :-(
