    @EE @EEHelpdesk I know you didn't reply to my last tweet but should it really take more than 2 weeks for a SIM upgrade. Customer support say go to the shop. The Harrow shop can't scan my passport to assist. 4 phones on my contract, if you don't care I'll find a new provider.

    @EE most horrendous customer service. Empty promises. Getting passed around. No signal for months on end. On livechat for 6hours & they still get it wrong. Followed up over the phone and another session on live chat with a promise and what a surprise they still can’t do their job
