    Good service from @EE after messing up my order managed to get me sorted in store and more then doubled my data to 100 gb a month for the same money

    Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    @LeilaniDowding @EE We had a power cut Saturday, WE LOST OUR BROADBAND CONNECTION FOR 4 HOURS. the providers of our fibre optic broadband had a recorded message on their phone line to "email them" or use their website to report an issue !

    @EE shame your online customer service isn't as good as the team in Telford Town Centre branch. Tried to order a bundle of bits for my new phone online, you took my money and promptly informed me it's all out of stock and it wont be refunded to me for up to 14 days. Not great!

    @EE @GoogleUK I have a warranty screen repair to boom in on my Pixel. I've been directed to Trafford Centre store by Google but I just get cut off when I call. Can you help?

    @LeilaniDowding @EE This has been forced on my father. So the power goes out, he lives in the middle of nowhere, no mobile phone signal unless he treks out into a field and up to the highest point,.perfect for a man in his 80s. Easy target for thieves, cut power, no 999 can be rang.

    @marcusoft365 @EE @XBOX I am also an EE customer, but financial circumstances atm I cant even afford the extra £80 atm even though thats an absolute steal, congrats on getting one, I managed to get the controller on Smyths though.

    @stuuk11 @LeilaniDowding @EE Copper is being phased out for Fibre Optic not WIFI. Maybe its different for mobile companies but you would have to be insane to get your home phone and internet service with a mobile network company.
