@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

Good service from @EE after messing up my order managed to get me sorted in store and more then doubled my data to 100 gb a month for the same money

@VodafoneUK And you know what’s worse, as much as I don’t like @EE as a company, they actually have (it still takes effort) a way to break through the silly non-support questions/answers phase & you get someone owning your issue, and a direct contact with them until they fix it. Try harder!

@BasedParalegal @EE I don't see where the evidence of an attack is. There could be a large number of reasons for an outage such as this, both malicious and not malicious.

@EE It's bad enough I toyed with returning the S22U as it's a complete Donkey compared to the S21U. I am hoping I don't have a lemon and that all the issues will be sorted with OTA updates

@Connor_Gardner1 @EE EE are refusing to say what the cause of the issue was. It is perfectly reasonable to make the assumption that the reason they are hiding the reason is that it's embarrassing to them. This suggests to me that the outage was likely due to incompetence at some level.

@EE My bill is due to be take on or after the 13th if this month, but it was taken today. Minor minor issue but for people who depend on the actual date stated this could cause issues.
