@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@EE Still a large hole in your 4G network in SN1 (central Swindon) - 3 years on I’ve given up reporting it and useless in Wiltshire villages. God knows what the rest are like if you’ve won it!

@EE Shame on you ee! My 80 year old mother was mis-sold a business mobile contract for 36 months @ £48 per month #Disgraceful. Customer service hide behind t&c's, hang your heads in shame, you are stealing money out of the pockets of elderly and vulnerable people.

@EE ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE FROMM EE TODAY!! Apointment arranged between 1-6pm today, half day taken from work, then receive a text saying sorry we missed our appointment- two phone calls to EE and guess what- cut off both times!!!

These @EE engineers have really ruined my day and I'm so angry. I've missed 1 crucial work meeting because of this and I have other work to do. The least you people could have done is told users in the area in advance that they are coming so the network is going to be down! kmt!
