@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

Good service from @EE after messing up my order managed to get me sorted in store and more then doubled my data to 100 gb a month for the same money

The most pathetic network provider award should go to @Plusnet! I have not been able to use any kind of social media on my phone on 4g for the past 17 days! This is beyond ridiculous. The only excuse they can come up with is mast issues with @EE towers. For half a month???

@EE I’ve paid for an early upgrade and next day delivery as my phone is broken, looks like @DPDgroup_news has lost it or been stolen and no one is willing to help. Someone needs to resolve this asap, been told no one can help for 72 hours which is absolute nonsense!
