Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@EE Absolutely disgusted with @EE My wife got a great deal on brand new upgrade with EE sale & trade-in. what she as been sent is a phone covered in fingerprints, with hairs and dirt in the box 🤮 Contacted customer services.....

@EE Reception is terrible, dropped calls, bad reception, I’ve spoke to customer service and they give me credits which are of no use when reception etc is not improving

@cononeilluk @MikeyPB @EE I now know who not to move to when I next renew my mobile contract! Not acceptable to treat a disabled customer in this way. If you cant provide the service they need release them from contract.

I’m disabled. I've had to move to a new apartment where there is no EE signal. EE knows I'm disabled & they’ve told me ‘We don't need to guarantee a signal inside U should walk outside till U find one',even though they know I can’t. EE won't release me from my contract. @EE #help
