Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

@EE Been waiting for 2 wks for my order 0020925973 and have just found out you needed extra info from me! The customer service has been shocking-no communication at all and if I hadn’t contacted you, I’d still be waiting!!! I am still in the dark when I will actually receive it!!
