@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

@Foxxinio @EE I had this issue too. Ordered on Friday. Paid next day delivery. Was told it would be delivered Saturday 27th. No sign of it yesterday so I called up and apparently now it's out of stock and they can't tell me when I'll get it.

@EE hello- is anyone able to help I’m in the US and my phone isn’t working, the same thing happened last month and you tech team solved it, I got through to someone after 30 min hold today and it cut out right as they were starting to look into it- I’d be so grateful for any help

@EE trying to activate my Esim to my new Apple Watch. Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. Can you please please please help
