@EE I am with ee and in Glasgow and God help O2 is EE is 6x faster. My signal is poor unless right in city centre. Have to use wi-fi calling in my home and Vodafone is much quicker everywhere I go in Glasgow.

Hey @EE , I'm getting 5mbps on my supposed broadband. Supposed to be getting a minimum of 39.5. I've still got 10 months left of this crappy service. I rarely get my promised speeds, and if it keeps up, I'll be leaving and will not be paying the remainder of the contract.

@EE After speaking to her again she said she never actually downloaded anything. She had a text from you saying her phone needed to be restarted to apply an update. Which she did and this is now on the screen. You can't switch the phone off or reset it. Its completely stuck

@EE Turned out that WH Smiths in Bude are selling EE PAYG Sims that have cancelled numbers and wouldn’t register on the network!!! They gave me two more, one was the same (£10 deal), another on a different deal (£15 top up) was OK

@EE Ever since i got switched to pay-as-you-go all incoming calls appear as ‘Unknown’ caller. Need the issue resorted ASAP. Cheers.
