    @2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

    Good service from @EE after messing up my order managed to get me sorted in store and more then doubled my data to 100 gb a month for the same money

    Come on @EE when are we likely to see mobile service reinstated in TQ6 postcode area. Now more than 24hrs without service. Original estimate to restore was 16hrs but that estimate now disappeared from your website! 😡

    @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 O2 is absolutely awful , I had so many issues with them , I’ve finally moved too EE much better. There customer service is atrocious

    @EE when your told the reason your wifi isn’t working right is because it’s school holidays and the WiFi traffic is bad. Doesn’t change the fact that I PAY to use WiFi school holidays or not

    @EE your e Sims don't work just been in your shop and they still couldn't get it working I am not paying that part of the bill now , as I can't speak to you online and your shop could not help

    @DinaGlyphs @EE MSO is an OpenReach issue. It means you, and likely any neighbours using OpenReach, are affected. EE can’t speed it along. OpenReach will fix it, but it’s up to OpenReach to fix unfortunately

    Dear @EE Your website sucks. After logging in why on earth does it keep reverting to the opening page after every munu choice I make. All I wanted to do was to set up EU roaming (and be billed 2.72 per day) for ONE of the 3 SIMs on my account. Your website defeated me.

    Have been having signal issues for the last two days @EE and your checkers has confirmed that there are no issues in my area, and yet one bar and continuous EE Edge displaying at regular intervals during the day

    @Ubiquiti do your 5g devices support all networks? I’m on @EE your uk site lists T-Mobile but you don’t get that network in the uk.
