@2LAMBO @EE Unimpressed that if I were a new customer I’d have been able to order online by now, but as I’m trying to upgrade though My EE account, I can’t. Not a good way to treat your existing customers @EE! @O2 website working fine, so going to go there instead.

Good service from @EE after messing up my order managed to get me sorted in store and more then doubled my data to 100 gb a month for the same money

@O2 seriously has the worst customer service. Over 40 minutes on hold on the phone to try to speak to someone SO FAR. I called @EE last week and was through to someone in 3 rings.

@EE Quite ridiculous, I need am travelling abroad and want to acivate roaming on my EE account but it is blocked. greyed out. I see the solution is to call a +44 number, how am I expected to do that whilst abroad? Need to get this activated ASAP.

@EE had a horrible experience with EE. I tried to save money by cancelling BT Sport which has two months remaining (£30) EE charged me £59.90 to do it. Make it make sense. They didn’t tell me during the call that I would be charged this fee. I found out via my extortionate bill t
