Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

Joined @EE after being promised 2 Wi-Fi boosters at sign-up due to router relocation.I was then misinformed twice by customer serviceonce via chat and once over the phone. After weeks of chasing, EE’s “resolution” was to offer the boosters for £10/month. Very disappointing start.

Hi @EE Absolute awful service WiFi keeps disconnecting they told me to change password and “forget this network” wouldn’t take new password so call handler doesn’t know answer so cuts you off, great. Also cut off at 20:53 as it’s nearly home time and they CBA No WiFi now -poor.

@EE Thanks for the reply. I couldn’t decide which option I needed. After selecting 1121 I got the ‘myEE’ support option- is that the same thing?

Has anybody else had aggressive cold callers from @EE at your house insisting you had a problem with your broadband (even though EE aren't you provider) ?

@EE It's been like this for weeks. @Ofcom should be made aware of just how bad it is.

@EE So you want to take more of my time by making me sit in a queue waiting to speak to someone about something that’s plain simple stupid. It shouldn’t be a preference, it should be default, do not communicate unnecessary notifications at silly hours of the night!

@Trickeytree @EE Surprised me for sure, i thought it was some chancer until he showed me his id then i realised he was actually from EE, never had it before and he continued on to every house on my street so clearly a sales tactic which I'm not happy about.
