    Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, itโ€™ll cost me more than 25p to top up

    @iowrunningmum @EE But when this sort of thing happened to me when I worked there, if they said X, and there was a call on the date they said and what they said was credible (I.e. not saying you were offered free BB for life), Iโ€™d believe the customer.

    @EE Home broadband. Never seen speeds over 3mb/s even through ethernet, and now had a week of random disconnects every hour. The service check on the website hardly ever loads but when it does it reports no problem. Done the classic troubleshoots to death. How does this cost so much?

    Luckily the @EE account seems obligated to reply to every complaint, So I will simply tweet every time I lose connection from now on (several times a day), so everyone can see how bad they are on their replies.

    @EE why have I twice been offered an identical Broadband Deal by your retentions team only to be told it was cancelled after I cancelled the Sky deal? Now told its a 'systems problem' that no-one seems able to sort. Dyou not want any customers?
