Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

@EE in the last month I've had 10 days full service. Complaints open and closed with no contact. I've only been a customer 3 months! Signal down again today. Don't expect my bill to be paid anytime soon.
