    Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

    @EE Unfortantly it came into my junk folder for some reason and before i had a chance to get it out from there is was deleted. Its about my order that i made for a new phone and never got a chance to read it. Is there a way to have it resent to me at all ?

    @EE absolutely awful service! Locked out of my own sim by an eSim I never installed!!! Now physical sim doesn’t work on old or new phone, and online nor in store can help!! What now?

    @EE are there any advantages to being a business customer anymore. 25 minutes of calling and no answer and the other day being randomly hung up on after another long wait. Terrible service

    @EE network has been down since Thursday in NI and I haven't received any update since Saturday, any attempt to find out what is wrong is shutdown by endless loops of account details and security. I just want someone to let me know how long it will take to fix.

    @EE I would very much like your help as I am in bits over this. But are you able, or willing, to forward my complaint to someone who is in a position to do anythinig about this situation? My situation is controlled and dominated by one person who has me trapped. No one will help.

    Hey @EE Your small business customer support is trash. No way to get in contact with you about an increased spend cap (done on 10/10) because you’ve blocked off all my data and calls. Bravo
