@EE hello, can I cancel my current contract and change my number over to a new EE contract easily? Upgrade deals are not very good at all but new customer one is a lot cheaper which doesn't make sense

So I tell EE @ee That I cannot use my phone or take money, due to net work out & EE say any persistent issue would be frustrating however you'll need to discuss this with our direct customer services over the phone who you can reach on 150 on EE or on 0800 079 8586..FFS, really🤬

Returned an iPad to @EE @EEStratford on April 12th and was meant to be refunded. Nearly a month on and no refund AND I’ve been charged again. Customer services are getting nowhere. Starting to feel like I’m getting conned #notimpressed

@EE I’m looking to setup mobile broadband in a caravan and the area checker says ‘You'll get excellent coverage indoors and outdoors on 4G-enabled devices.’ If I bought the 4G router with unlimited plan and it didn’t receive a good signal what’s the return policy?

@EE Yes. My husband was on the phone yesterday. Seems like EE want us to go to 4G router. More money and not unlimited. Just want some reliability from our existing service. Watch a film without a wheel of doom. Video call my granddaughter. Not much to ask.
