    @EE It would help if it was actually available to exercise? Just tried online and nothing.. complete waste of time. Time to move to o2 I think..

    Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

    @EE help my broadband has broken and I can’t get a new one until Monday at the earliest. Can you get it to me any soon or does any EE shops have any stock of routers that I could collect ,my girls having a sleepover on Saturday to watch movies on @NetflixUK and on @sky streaming

    @EE again absolute shocking service from EE ordered additional handset for my bussiness over 4 days ago, no order confirmation, when I ring CS passed through multiple departments which results in automated message saying that are too busy to speak to anyone. EE are a joke really

    I just have to say, EE WiFi @EE IS THE SHITTEST FUCJING WIFI EVER TO EXIST. SKY HAS BETTER WIFI THAN YOU PAL. I’d rather **** in my hands and clap for an hour every day than go on record and say EE has decent WiFi. Honestly what does the owner do for a living ?

    @EE Just to report that there seems to be fault with your website. Unable to update an address on 2 accounts. Tried the app as well but not working as well on 2 different devices. Might be worth advising the tech team to investigate the issue.

    @EE None of the options set out in the menu cover my complex issue. I am effectively paying for a phone -18 months into a contract -which is unusable. The store not able to sort it. I had to buy another phone. I need to know your complaints procedure. Store manager - appalling.

    @EE reception in Wimbledon Park area is now a 1970 service. Impossible to make or receive calls. Disgraceful to say the least.
