Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

@EE Hi...do the new EU roaming charges only apply to new customers or existing customer upgrades contracted after 7th July? So if I don't upgrade I won't incur this charge?

@EE @MagicBoyUK Will cancel my EE products. The company is just looking for even more profits. Don't sugar coat it.

@EE @WeAre8Official Congrats on screwing over your customers with the roaming charges that you promised not to reintroduce !!! @ThreeUK guess you’ll be getting a new customer soon :)

@EE bad, bad move about the Europe roaming charges!!! We better all get money off our bills! What a joke!!!!

@EE As an existing customer of over a decade's standing this is my advance notice to you that when I decide to upgrade, you have written yourself off my choices by re-introducing EU roaming charges.

@tomhfh @EE @ThreeUK It was only a matter of time before the phone companies reintroduced roaming charges, now that we are no longer EU members. Yet more evidence that leaving the EU was a stupid idea.

Dan White (@CaptSauve) reported from Bristol, England
@EE @WeAre8Official I only switched my family to @EE for the first time last year. My contract is up in January 2022. If you persist in this idiotic idea you've lost three contracts from me. Funny how no other network needs to screw it's customers in this way to, "invest in the network".

@tomhfh @EE @ThreeUK Good luck with that Tom. So have O2 - the rest will follow very shortly. Although I'm pretty sure you said all this would never happen and it was project fear. I bet you feel a bit silly now ???

@saltyliquorice @thisisFoxx @EE It’s making money; the restrictions have been taken off now that we’re out of the EU so they can do what they want. Sad, but that’s capitalism. Sucks tremendously
