    Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

    Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

    @EE number via DM for my broadband and tv before I finish work otherwise I’ll be having lovely call to cancel everything on the drive home!! 😡😡 and don’t worry about the “thanks for choosing us” email from when my services were changed 3 days ago, got lost in sky I’m guessing!!

    @EE It won't let me in. Says there is an error your trying to fix. I want to report my broadband and WiFi has been down since Tuesday morning and want to know when I can expect a fix.

    @EE hi i just swapped from damage cover to full cover for phone insurance and on my app it stil only shows as damage cover how long will it take to update
