    Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

    Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

    @EE my signal is down in the SK22 area. The WiFi we log into is also down. I have tried the app (via a Vodafone hotspot connection), but your AI is sending me in circles.

    @EE is there an issue with your website , when I try to log in its in a loop reloading page about 10 times then white screen with "BLOCKED" in top left corner, my contract up today seems you don't want me to renew it

    @EE @EE Jus been told I have to wait while you investigate with multiple teams where my new phone is - in the meantime I’m paying for an upgrade with no new phone and have to wait while you go through a million processes? Rubbish service EE!!!!
