Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

@EE my wife and I have been experiencing lots of silent calls ( inbound & outbound ) recently. Disabling calls over VoLTE seems to fix it. Can you investigate please?

Lost 1 hour & 15 minutes on phone to EE so far. My signal is pants. Technical services cut me off on hold after long discussion and did not ring back. Another complaint to manage and I will ask for compensation for my time. The clock is ticking. @EE #NothingWorksNow #PoorService

@MissHillsmith @malwareowl @EE Whenever I've seen it, they've been after account/login details, and I'm thinking "what are they going to do, log in and cancel my subscription?" Didn't occur to me they're expecting people to proceed deeper and fill in their payment details
