    Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

    Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

    @EE you say this. Get even more from your new phone with 5G+ on the UK's best network, and stay ahead when it matters most. But the phone doesn’t say you’re ever on 5G+ it’s in my area but phone only shows as 5G so am I getting the + or not?

    Hi @EE, I've been sent a contract summary of a new plan I took out with you, but I've had no confirmation of my order and my service has not switched from my current provider. It looks like my order was not processed, and now the same deal is not available. Please can you assist.

    @EE Because the signal strength and Wi-Fi channel are identical to my neighbors. This usually happens when the a single access point is broadcasting multiple SSIDs for multiple networks.

    If any company SELLS a product online, they should be legally forced into allowing customer to cancel online. Some people have terrible anxiety when it comes to making/receiving phone calls & those companies (like @EE) prey on those people.

    Ordered a new phone with @EE for DPD to deliver today… driver turned up, snapped a pic from his van and drove off, said he’d left a calling card, hasn’t. What kind of service is this? £1,000 worth of phone now sitting with them, what’s the bet it’ll go missing now?
