Dear @EE why are you making it so difficult to contact you. I want to cancel a contract but have to top up 25p to make the call. Not the best customer service. I have a pack, it’ll cost me more than 25p to top up

@EE This network issue around Llandudno (LL30 postcode) is still continuing. It seems to be a capacity issue as there are fewer problems during quieter times. I'm due to upgrade but it seems pointless unless I know the network issues are going to be fixed.

Hello @EE I would like to take part in the surveys you send by txt message but it is never clear whether I am scoring the advisors (10) or EE (0). If this was made clear I would take part and you would get a clearer picture of what customers think of your services.

@EE Hi Suzie, I managed to eventually manipulate the page so I could get what I needed from it, but really should get someone to fix it up as it's very user unfriendly as it currently stands (and probably an accessibility nightmare as well).

@EE the signal in my area (standard residential area in a big town) is hopeless. Complained loads of time but they keep saying there's no fault. 0 bars and terrible call quality even in the garden

@EE not had 4g or 5g and been having calling issues since friday in Farnborough. Thinking it was my old phone I finally upgraded but still having issues. I trust I will be compensated? Or shall I take my phone back and switch providers?

@EE I’ve recently upgraded & chose a plan where Apple Music was free for 6 months. I’ve tried to start it but it says I’ve already used it. Surely with it being essentially a new agreement, I should still be entitled as it was one of the reasons i chose the plan. Can you help?
