    @EE Extremely poor service! Treating new customers better than loyal customers!! Cheaper deals for new customers online that they will not match even though it’s still with EE and on top of that they will not port your no. over. #Disappointed

    Over seven weeks of zero service from @EE Their Executive Customer Resolution Team are a joke! Best to steer clear of #EE if you're looking for a mobile phone provider

    @EE cannot log into the My EE app keep getting something went wrong remove app and reinstall have done it a few times still the same, I am pay monthly my wife having same issue and is pay as you go and cannot top up her phone, loads people saying on Twitter they having same issue

    I swear I will never leave @EE consistently people like Kayleigh make the whole customer experience a breathe of fresh air, I mean that literally seeing as I have bloody Covid 😩

    @EE is there any reason I cannot access the app. It’s been like this for days. I can access my account on line. No issues. I’ve deleted app and re downloaded but no I cannot access it says I’m not recognised

    @O2 I have been with you now for going on 9 months, I had an average service to start with but over the last few months it has gotten worse, I am also get the annoying message "sometimes our network gets busy in this area when" I have to @EE for data now as yours is unworkable

    @EE So expensive compared to a better service I’ve received with sky … better coverage and price lowered from £70 with you a month to £25 a month for the same
