@EE Hello, currently experiencing issues with our broadband and internet, the smart hub has a continual flashing blue light, I have tried disconnecting all wires and plugs and re installing but to no avail. The smart hub has been flashing blue all evening. Please help?

@EE are useless. You order an upgrade online. Then they get you to call. They say the system has given you a wrong price on your quote. the charge is £52 + £35 up front fee rather then £50 a mth quoted. I say no & I say I will just cancel the line at the end of it. PT1...

@EE That’d be great Jess! It’s been a month since I placed my order and so far I’ve had my old service cut off, but the new Fibre doesn’t work! Nobody seems to be able to give me any information as to why it’s not working. Just feeling fobbed off!
