    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE You're right. I never have trouble with reception in France. BUT Tom if you ever had to deal with French telecommunications companies you would quickly realise our own EE/BT customer services are far better.

    @EE Tried that and end with a text message service that I have already been through about 4 times with no success. I was given no option to talk to a guide, the call just hung up at the end. I canโ€™t book an engineer as the link provided by the BOT will not load.

    Bad rip u lot @EE so it lets me buy the pack for less value but when u try get the better one it just gliches and wat happend to the 5ยฃ pack u punks im leaving anyway

    @EE I seriously doubt it works for anyone. Please do as I have asked and log a fault on your network in NE65. Iโ€™m not the only one experiencing problems, the area Facebook page has many similar reports.

    @EE Tried everything, even resetting network settings only place you get 5g is promenade and south rhyl, its definitely not covering the whole of rhyl

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Donโ€™t come to Shropshire. In some areas like my parish signal is next to nothing. Lucky to get 3 bars on a good day!
