@EE Same I've been having problems for 2 weeks even after being on the phone with you and getting a new router and changing channels,it's Sunday I just want to enjoy watching a movie without the Internet connection dropping every hour

@JwhiteRev @EE never get cross with the delivery driver, and appreciate for the company there have been genuine reasons, but just/do ask the questions, (assume/imply nothing) don't be taken fora fool :) ..perhaps...but if there's serious loss due to a broken agreement write a letter!

@EE My contract ends in 12 days and I haven’t received a letter. I won’t be able to upgrade or stay on my current plan due to financial issues so I’m ideally looking at SIM only, so how would I go about that? Thank you!

@alexblaggerz @EE It has been debated by brentwood council also. Been a nightmare. Just checked and still weak signal. Hoping for a March improvement. Residents and business round here have not been happy for a long time.
