    @AlanHeycock @SomeUKTeslaGuy @EE 1p Mobile is ran by Utility Warehouse, a Mutli-Level Marketing company, which is great if you want to support a business less trustworthy than BT/EE.

    @BenGungyal @EE EE exploits existing customers as do they all. I was on a very basic phone contract that they wanted £20.00 per month for when you can get exactly the same deal on the EE network for less that a fiver. Just goes to show how greedy they all are.

    @EE boast best provider for 25 years. No true. Very poor CS. No WiFi for over a week. Open fault whatever that means. Waiting 35 mins for someone to call. Pathetic service

    @EE i cant get into the app to check the service (fibre to prem) quality in my area which appears to have taken a massive download hit today whats going on, and can you put this checking service into the public domain and not buried behind an account service which is failing

    @EE I have already spoken to multiple ‘customer service’ agents and lodged multiple complaints but EE fail to follow up with me, do not reimburse me (multiple empty promises!) and close my complaints as ‘resolved’ within 24hrs despite no follow up and zero resolution. Disgraceful!
