@EE No updates. No communication. Just nothing arriving. I’ve contacted support and they can’t give me a date. No stock. Could be a month. I should have changed supplier instead of upgrading phones and contracts. Not good business support.

@EE Customer Service an old saying The Customer is always right, also I have the money, you have the goods, I can take my money elsewhere just wasted time from 6pm with casey, says enough on for renel and refusing to top up £10 for me I will be reporting this to Customer Service

@EE I did last week and then had a call from customer service saying they can't honour both the zero handset cost and zero early upgrade fee and I would have to pay one or the other
