Days of fault being fixed , 6 wks later still nothing been on the phone chasing them up been on hold for 40 mins then been cut off!! So what have you got to say for yourself @EE . One disappointed customer 😒.

@EE gone to make a purchase in your shop like I always have done! Won’t bother now as you removed the PayPal credit option and replaced it with EE finance. Lost a customer there!!!! And you wiped my account!!!!

@EE please can somebody from @EE contact me with regarding a landline issue which we have had since Jan. Not a great service to the new service. We have reported it online and over the phone with no luck

@Kim_Grange @EE I've been with EE for years and always found the customer service excellent. I don't understand why you would just not call them? I personally have never had any issues contacting them or getting through to actually speak to someone in minutes, it's always been fast and easy
