    @EE @Mr_Grumpy_Arse Can't get into mine either just got a phone upgrade so can't leave mobile acc BUT tv/broadband ends January so at least can cancel that never thought could get worse than virgin I stand corrected

    I love it when @EE need to send you a six digit code via SMS to your mobile when trying to connect to their public wifi - because you can’t get a mobile signal. And you have 60 seconds. When you’re in a queue at @SubwayUK becuase their app has logged you out for no reason. 🙄

    @EE Can you send me the formal complaints department email please. I am now on to my 8th person who can't seem to grasp how to do their job. HUMAN error is rife with this issue.

    @EE Yeah, that’s when we get back to the problem that I CANT CALL!! EE needs to have a human text chat through the app that I can communicate with. The bot on the app is complete ****.

    Anybody else had issues with @RiseFibre ? I am not even a customer yet as we're waiting to be connected & already pissed off. Passed me around different departments & then had me on hold for 13mins. Might give @EE another call to see if they can renew my package at a lower price

    @coveragechecker @EE If I’m paying for a network, I’m paying for a service. PAYG or contract shouldn’t determine whether I get the best network my phone supports. basic network capabilities shouldn’t be reserved for the most expensive plans.

    @Hepworthclare @EE Does any major company have good customer service? They all seem to be absolutely useless and not care about their customers. All the websites now have an AI bot that absolutely pointless but needs dealing with before speaking to a human. It’s just so frustrating and stressful.

    @Hepworthclare @EE Have to be the worst company I've dealt with so I've decided its cheaper to pay off my mobile contract & will be cancelling my TV & broadband account when that is up cant wait thought virgin were bad but I was wrong unfortunately
