    @EE Your site has the facility to rearrange an engineer appointment, but it appears to have a design fault as there is no immediately obvious button to click in order to cancel. There also appears to be no online assistant service or contact email. V. poor 0/10.

    @EE can you kindly explain to me after 25 years of being a loyal customer the best you can offer me for a new IPhone 17 all in is ยฃ72 a month when O2 can give it to me for far less. I think you need to review this !

    @EE Your service is abominable and your diagnostic bots a waste of space. When I get a human who walks me through for the zillionth time rebooting, turning off, I go into another part of the house lose the signal and you close the call.

    So the cheapest to renew my @bt_uk contract is ยฃ57 a month but a new customer can get it for ยฃ38 a month? I've already phoned and they can't knock anything off the price... Switching to @EE is no cheaper either... make it make sense
