  @EE I travelled from Southampton to London for the Samsung x EE AI event on 5 April, 4pm. I had two valid tickets, but the store was closed and the event never happened. Time and money wasted. What’s the explanation and how will EE compensate attendees?

  @ianclatworthy @EE Go elsewhere. No loyalty/empathy from these providers, @EE are terrible.
