@EE Repeat itself. My focus is now on exposing these poor practices, so I'll be investing my time in doing exactly that, as I now have a credit search on my record at a time of buying a house that I didn't need to have and no new phone. Office of fair trading, ofcom & ombudsman next

@EE guys be very carefully before you sign an EE contract because their customer assistant are under pressure to meet targets or else they will falsely subscribe you to products you didn’t ask for right now £4000 out of pocket

@O2 I live in N Cornwall and your network is so poor here. You boast about 5G and I’m lucky if I get 3G. I’m paying handsomely for a service you can’t deliver. Wish I chose @EE now. Really terrible customer service as well. Not happy. Sort it out.
