    @WeAreOpenreach @EE This permission was applied for along with our next door neighbours property they had the work finished today we have to wait another few weeks before anything can be done my partner contacted you and we and each party is blaming the other for the issue

    Went into an @EE store yesterday, safe to say service with a smile was not what I received. Thankfully my apple watch ultra finishes next month and i can pay off my device as mazuma have offered me enough to pay it off. Not only that but my wifes sim and daughters phone can go to

    @EE so now two weeks since my BT broadband was changed to the faster 1.6 mb option and since the 22nd of July - 2whole weeks ago all I have had is apology after apology as to why when transferring from BT to EE things still haven’t been set up correctly- now I have to wait another 5 working days - so another week for a service was promised would be up and running after midnight on 23rd July - absolutely appalling service from a provider who apparently has been voted the vast for the last 25 year what a pile of πŸ’©

    @EE Its ok, after the last few months of poor service etc, ive decided that all phones will be cancelled when i can get the iphone 18, @O2 seem to be the best so far. You really need to train your instore staff and phone staff. Only decent store staff was ava in trafford centre

    @EE @Mr_Grumpy_Arse Can't get into mine either just got a phone upgrade so can't leave mobile acc BUT tv/broadband ends January so at least can cancel that never thought could get worse than virgin I stand corrected

    @EE @giffgaff you must be aware of the scam company OnTopUp that uses your credentials to scam customers. We’ve had to TWICE cancel fake accounts in our names which we NEVER signed up for & they’ve taken money from both our bank accounts every month even after cancellation! We will be seeking legal advice against them & unfortunately you too as they are part of your circle.
