@EE ... The absolutely shocking customer service between EE store and their call centre... Replacing a faulty phone with another faulty phone under warranty... And now can't be bothered with a customer complaint!!! You can't claim your 8yrs leading provider 👀

@EE talking to the me of your tech support people. No 4G in 800 metres of my house. No 4G and patchy WiFi calling in my house. Multiple black spots in and around Harrogate on the EE network. Phone picks up free BT WiFi and is then unable to make or receive a call until it drops!!
