Kev (@KevlarBrock) reportedLess than an hour after an @EE home engineer visit (that resolved nothing) we’re down yet again. I think this is now the beginning of the end. Hey @Plusnet 👋🏻
-
jellybean1976 (@jellybean_7676) reported@EE @ee all I want to do is cancel roaming. The WhatsApp bot doesn't recognise what that means and I can't cancel it on the app or by logging in on the website (presumably making it deliberately hard to cancel).
-
Darren Alexander (@Alexander220517) reported@EE @birthdaycakexo The whole country’s the same, Inverness, Angus and Dundee area… when I went down to England it was the same. Service providers know yet they keep panning the customers off with the same bullshit. The uks infrastructure is a joke and it’s not going to get better
-
blueShrew (@totfinsol) reported@EE Gonna cost me £££££ maybe £20 to get a service you should provide for your customers who maybe just in this type of situation.
-
John Lee Garrett (@johnnyg_pinty) reported@EE so after your advice on speaking to you again on potentially upgrading and staying with you. Not only was the price again higher than a new customer but was more expensive than the first quote 15 years ive been with you and you clearly no longer value my custom
-
Craig Newby (@Newby13Craig) reported@EE Appreciate the support
-
DEANO (@_Deano__) reported@EE thank you EE for another bad experience, now moving away from this company, all they’ve ever done is cause me hassle… almost 2 years ago lies and problems (someone did fix the issue after couple weeks) and now issues with broadband.
-
joe bloggs (@thebadgerf1) reported@EE Would do but I have no signal
-
Martin Trew (@mptrew) reported@EE @KevlarBrock I had an EE engineer out because my tv signal constantly breaks up. He told me that he would send a new router because an EE update was doing this. No router. Still crap service. Will be moving to a reliable supplier soon. (Engineer also advised me to buy a £200 3rd party router

Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported@EE @EE @Ofcom - all the way through this whole saga it’s myself that’s had to put up with weak “sorry”’s - my complaint being closed without my knowledge, incorrectly- so wrong - no contact with a human being - just texts - so I thought it was time to let Ofcom knew how you operate
