@EE Nope, I was fobbed off…….. online chat was ended and no one got back to me. I’ve given up this is the 2nd problem I’ve not been able to sort out. Had excellent customer service for 10 years. January is bringing a change of contact. Enough is enough all for the sake of £75

@EE Just wondering when service might resume in North Creake, Norfolk? Been on emergency calls only mostly since 10am yesterday! This is the longest outage I've known here. If it weren't for having WiFi at home I'd be screwed. Fakenham in Norfolk also no signal!

@EE Hi no it’s now working again. Do you know why it wasn’t working for multiple hours? Seems like a problem with the mast
