    @EE No. Sorry for delay in replying, I’ve had to wait until now to be able to use mobile internet… is it acceptable to take a week to fix an issue that would’ve taken hours if it had happened in a more populated area?

    @EE Just cancelled mine.. EE wanted £71 a month for iPhone 14plus and upfront cost. Another network £49 both with around 100gb data with no upfront cost. No point upgrading with them.

    @EE your 5G/4G/3G mobile service has been down in Brixton SW9 since Saturday, only in a specific area, roughly a square mile. Can you investigate?

    @ee help please. I was talking to Lauren on 30/9 re switching to your broadband service with BT package. She was due to call me back 3/10 but unfortunately I was unavailable. Can you please ask her to call me back again as I’m keen to sort this out.

    Despite good signal, no actual data throughput on @EE 4G 🙄 Switching to the other SIM on a different provider and all ok (dual SIM, not a power off/swap/power on)
