    IT’S @EE YET AGAIN.!! Tried to upgrade TEN devices and the system was completely down last week and today I was put on hold so hung on and was cut off... Feedback from customers must atrocious... #CusomerCare @O2

    @EE Have tried the app which keeps failing & have also tried the SMS service, still no answer Must admit it doesn't look good for upgrade Vs going elsewhere!

    ordered a new phone with @EE yesterday but no confirmation email or dispatch email help pls but of course they've managed to take my money :) :)

    @JackTheFallout @EE No, gaming is not bad in moderation. Use is increasing though- several hours a week average and climbing. Add that to a forced normal sedentary daily job/study and you have a lifestyle of inactivity prone to medical and social issues.

    @AskAmexUK Thanks for your reply, but this is not an Amex issue. This is a problem with @EE. Despite being able to accept Amex, their website isn’t allowing Amex cards to be entered to pay the bill. It used to work and something changed a couple of months ago.

    @EE Solution for poor mobile reception is signal boxes (which they apparently don't activate anymore) and Wi-Fi calling (which they don't do for PAYG). So if you have poor signal on PAYG then they have no solution. Any other phone providers do Wi-Fi calling on PAYG? I may switch
