And the @EE broadband is down again for the 5th time this week. Had nothing but trouble with @EE ever since we joined them. As soon as the contract is up we’re switching to a better provider. Why is your service so terrible? At Christmas too, this isn’t what we need right now! 😡

So @EE fail to deliver a new phone even though their courier was in my street, could not find my address. This has not stopped them charging me and refusing to remove the phone from my account.

@EE Nope, I was fobbed off…….. online chat was ended and no one got back to me. I’ve given up this is the 2nd problem I’ve not been able to sort out. Had excellent customer service for 10 years. January is bringing a change of contact. Enough is enough all for the sake of £75

@AlisonCork @EE ok try -download app my EE if you don’t already have it, log in and go to view full usage, scroll down to add ons and select see all add ons, select roaming and hopefully you can add it.
