Confirmed upgrade with @EE over the phone a week ago, chose a model I was told was in stock and was advised of a 48-hour dispatch. One week later no update. When I try to call your listed customer service lines to enquire about stock, my call gets dropped. What options do I have?

@EE Hi David, it was an issue in the N5 area in London that lasted ~24h. I switched router off and on many times until I learned this. The internet is now fine thanks. That said we’re going to be switching broadband providers because we’ve had too many issues over the past 2 years

@EE @leonbocrypto1 Think yourself lucky! I have 5 contracts none of which have been working consistently in my home area since 26th November. More days off than on yet they refuse to let me out of them as they don’t have to provide a working service apparently- it’s in the T &Cs 🙄

@EE Yet the network and the service is getting worse and your profits are increasing? I have nothing against @EE as a business they have been great when I first joined. Just the slow decline is making the increase in cost less and less worth it

@scienceguru589 @EE Oh don’t get me started on the service, in my mums village where they’re adding so many new houses our phones don’t work so have to use messenger or other WiFi assisted calling. My mum was told to maybe move to one of the new houses to get a better signal
