    @EE I have recently had my mobile number reinstated by the Fraud Team after a pay as you go issue you identified. However, now it has been reinstated I have lost all of my free boosts that I have collected over the last 10 years or so. Is this something you could help me with.

    @EE I live in Worcester. switched from vodafone to your network a week ago and i’m regretting it. Did a postcode check before swapping and it said signal is strong in my area but the reality is a different story!

    @EE I've had 3 chats with your staff - 3 times a failure to understand that they've erroneously put my Apple Watch on a Family Member plan. I never asked for this, I made this explicitly clear from the start and still the same wait 24h, re-pair your Watch rubbish.

    @EE Also SIM authentication doesn't seem to be working or creating new accounts. Plus you demand 25p just to speak to customer support to get help! Seriously?

    @EE That's fine I understand that but your advisor told me it would be in Saturday... If I knew it wasn't I would have paid to fix my phone and wouldn't have bothered upgrading as I'm still waiting
