@EE Customer service @Meadowhall Sheffield branch is very disappointing. 5 staff in the back - even after waiting 15 mins they’re taking their breaks when they come out .manager was very rude. At time when shops r struggling for foot fall Iam shocked that EE think this is acceptable

Update on phone gate. - Eventually I managed to cancel my contract with @EE. It’s going to cost me £220 when they can’t fulfil the services - got to love “we can’t guarantee indoor coverage” small print. - I’ve gone to @ThreeUK, got the iPhone SE 2022. £40 v £58 I was paying.

£7 a day for 500MB of data. Are @EE ***************? So I can’t use my phone in turkey without a hefty bill. O2 is £6 but atleast the internet is unlimited and you get calls and texts too: absolute joke man. Cannot wait to get off this network honestly.

@EE GET YOUR BONE IDLE STAFF TO SEND THE BILL TO MY EMAIL ADDRESS LIKE THEY USED TO THEN I WOULD NOT HAVE THIS PROBLEM ANOTHER IDIOT WANTING SECURITY QUESTIONS WHEN I TOLD HIM NO FINANCIAL ONES HE SAID HE WOULD GET SOMEONE TO RING ME ALREADY REPORTED THIS TO YOUR HEAD OFFICE

Was a loyal customer for 4 years, and what appears to be a leak at @EE has ruined their rep for me. Been a week nothing solved, almost time to write an @Ofcom complaint because friends and family are just as worried about their data after watching what happened to me.

@EE really, really poor service. Ordered a phone on 18 Aug + sim card. SIM card arrived in 24 hours. Phone has disappeared in the system. Order tracker doesn't work. Over an hour on the phone repeating details last week & I was told it'd been shipped with @DPD_UK. Still no phone.
