@EE I’ll be leaving EE when my contract ends. Criminal price increases, do nothing to instil any loyalty whatsoever. Never again.

@EE Hi. My phone and my wifes wouldn't make or receive calls for about 3 hours. I know technical issues can happen but I couldn't get any answer from customer services, because I have a business account. Surely this should be addressed?

@EE I appreciate that but there seems to be at least one significant outage in this village every month, that's not even close to acceptable. I'll be switching to a more reliable supplier as soon as my contract is finished.

@EE You could help by not putting my bill up by £7.50 a month when I’ve been a customer for over a decade. #daylightrobbery

@jeremyiwhite @MyMoneyAlive @EE I have tweeted several times over the years highlighting these rip off clauses that almost everyone ignored until the increases hit! 3.9% was bad enough!

@Gizzipig @EE EE employees can't/won't answer any of the direct questions I have put to them lately. Hopefully, the huge customer backlash and OFCOM investigation into them adding increases to fixed price items (ie handsets) costs them dearly!

@slw91 @EE I'm having the same problem. In the East Midlands.
