    @EE Hi Jo. I wish to give a feed back about my latest purchase in the St David shopping centre store in Cardiff.I was a bit frantic when I reach the store.i dropped my phone in water and was acting up. Abdul or Abs was truly helpful , professional and patience,he help in my purchase.

    @EE Morning @ee. I’m hoping that after a busy weekend someone will be able to help me with my “SIM not allowed” issue. I’ve been trying to contact someone all weekend but either get cut off during phone calls and no responses to my DMs. Thank you.

    @EE Every week for the last 4 your service has broken / slowed to a crawl for at least a day. Absolutely unacceptable. Your service returns to normal at weekends, but breaks during the week. Why should I be paying for this? What's the explanation for it?

    @O2 quality from you lot tbf. Wait over an hour to speak to someone and then put the phone down on me. Twice this happened. Announce move to @EE

    @EE My brothers had no signal from your network for nearly a week now and cannot make or recieve calls- what is the issue?is it regional? The bill is expensive for a rubbish service! when will it be rectified?????

    My Internet just went off 3 times tonight, twice during a tournament I've paid to enter. All these issues recently and I'm still paying full price for my broadband, this isn't fair. @EE

    @EE Why when the last update for your app is asking me to re-login and when I put my details it say they are not recognised and to I need to rest my password but on the website it’s all working fine
