    @lochvue @EE The best thing is, I have service, I just can’t use my new phone because @EE can’t organise a piss up in a brewery. So I have to use my old phone, I’m just down 4 hours of my time due to no fault of my own, which I’m sure I won’t be compensated for.

    @EE Hi folks I was in Bournemouth and Poole yesterday. I have a A22 5G phone but couldn't use 5G, 4G was OK. I read 5G was available in Poole. Can you help please

    @EE extremely disappointed that you give compensation 2 customers who complain publicly via Twitter, but when a customer emails In private they get nothing. Please explain why 1 customer in the same area gets compensation for an outage and1 doesn’t. Looking forward to hearing why

    As a new customer to @VodafoneUK I gotta say their signal coverage is piss poor compared to @EE ...get what you pay for I suppose.

    @EE absolutely crap customer service. Im chasing you for a final Bill to pay and you are asking me to visit a store to gain it? Have we gone back 20 years? I just want a bill emailed to me or to be Able to access my old account
