    @EE is a ******* disgraceful company, will not let u cancel & try many tricks to avoid you being able too. Dumb ***** didn’t realise I manage two contracts, tried the same scam on both. Was going to stay with them. Not now!

    I am confused about the #mobile #network capacity in this country. I have never experienced such poor network with so many operators. Not even in the middle of the sea near Italy or in the deep French countryside. Really concerning @EE @O2

    @EE incredibly disappointed with the customer service call I’ve just had. In a nutshell: paid for two weeks overseas roaming for honeymoon last year; 11 months later turns out I’m still paying for them! Offered only a 6 months refund. Surely that can’t be right? Please help

    @EE my husband is with ee and we are in Dublin in Ireland.His mobile has no signal here. We have checked all his roaming etc as per help pgs on the ee website and it still isn’t working. As he has no signal we cannot send msgs so can’t text 150. Can someone please advise?

    Love how @EE have had no problem using my bill by the 3.9% smooth operation no worries taking the money. Yet I’m left with poor signal and no solution? Absloute joke

    @EE Every time you try to log in you just get the spinning wheel and nothing happens. Tried uninstalling / reinstalling it. Resetting phone and makes no difference. Well all my friends on ee have had the same issue since last night.
