    @EE Could we have a hint on a possible drop? could one happen this month? Personally I'd prefer to get it from yourselves its one place bots can't crash as its all to do with our account and the length of time we've been a customer.

    @ianbennell75 @EE I have in the past. Considering I pay EE by direct debit I assumed it was a scam and deleted the text. I did chuckle at the spam email I had from Amanzon the other day, poor effort.

    @EE Got a message on tablet saying having problems taking payment , tried logging into account to resolve but cannot gain access online to account.

    @EE dear EE i find it disgusting that in a pandemic you are charging customers to call customer service as a pay as you go mobile i cant call so i can speak about my broadband that has been cut off so thanks so i guess ill just have to go without internet

    Don’t get why I even bothered rejoining @EE. Quick enough to take your money but after constant phone calls speaking to multiple different people since NOVEMBER. Still nothing. Rotten customer service
