    @EE It's been 10 days. Every time I speak on the phone to someone, after being put on hold for ages they eventually get back to me with a completely different answer. Today I was told that the original engineer booking was never actioned in the first place! We will be leaving EE.

    @EE think you should think about changing carrier you use #DPD been wait for the iPhone 16 i upgraded. Driver was running behind. Got someone from DPD rang saying spoke to driver and will deliver parcel this afternoon 10min later got a text saying sorry we missed you. Went on DPD chat they said driver came to my house at 1:08pm never did as was in my chair looking out the window

    yet another day wasted and no support from @EE calling 150 with a texting issue that’s been going on for months with no promised call from tech support in 15 mins what a joke you are ! You can’t respond to their BS texts if your texting issue intermittent πŸ™„

    @EE I'm already on with a formal complaint about my abysmal service. Hoping you'll let me out of my contract so I can go with a provider that actually delivers what the customer is paying for.

    @HappyDa63374790 @EE I would use the website but the drop down bar for choosing device doesn't work so I can upgrade a device. Both knackered

    anyone else having issues with @EE broadband and wi-fi, my wi-fi has been off since 8.30am yesterday and still off now

    @Ladydollx_ @EE I had a similar issue when they switched BT internet over to @EE. They insisted I’d get the same plan for the same price, but delivered a far lower plan and then tried to charge me for the upgrade. Eventually the call logs were β€œlost” and they matched the original offer.
