    @EE is the network down in the Watford area? I tried to send a text at 0755 and it still hasn't gone. It says there is no connection. I've turned the phone off and on again - that old trick!

    @EE 4.5% hike increase in a pandemic is absolutely ridiculous You are the only network that's doing it. Don't you agree? People are losing jobs, should be ashamed of yourselves

    @JaneyGodley @Watchman247365 @EE No problem. A previous iPhone USB charging cable will fit your new phone. My son’s got one and hasn’t used his new cable yet as like you, we have USB sockets indoors.

    @EE Are you aware of any network issues in the Colchester area? My phone seems to not have any signal other than "Emergency Calls Only" I have submitted a 'problem' via your website
