@EE Phoned Thursday I had no network coverage on mobile. Told a few hours. Friday no one to take any form of contact. Today wait 15 minutes on landline to be cut off. Web site now saying 2 days work for maintenance. We getting any money back here? No coverage for 3 days?

@EE Or is there anything we can do remotely to try and sort out an upgrade? I need a new phone ideally because the speaker doesn’t work on my current one, but with the lockdown rules I can’t meet up with my mum to authorise an upgrade/visit a shop. Please help? (2/2)

Disappointed that I’ve been a customer with @EE for 10 years, my contract is up for renewal but they still can’t match the deal @O2 are offering so I’ll be moving to o2!
