@mouthwaite @EE Unfortunately EE are not the only mobile network that fall short of their customer service. Vodafone are just as bad, and frankly we shouldn't stand for it. They can sign people up for their network quick enough but when it comes to customer care. Well who cares it seems!.

@mouthwaite @EE Some of you need to wind your neck in. No matter how much money you have if you buy something then your entitled to a decent customer service. The lockdown is almost over and people should be getting back to their jobs so there's no reason for not answering, they should be on it!

@mouthwaite @EE I totally agree I was with them for 19 yrs + when they were ‘orange’. They were S***t every week I got fault messages, my reception in my house was crap and I complained constantly about their customer service. I’ve finally left now. I got a good deal for my daughter tho. 😰😰

@mouthwaite @EE I haven't had good customer services in months from anyone. It would appear people are no longer in their jobs or other people's issues. Sad but this is based on experience

@Apple @EE I'm stuck in a Kafkaesque security nightmare. My son's phone is broken beyond repair but can't proceed with a claim until the 'find my phone' feature is removed. Can't get into the icloud account. Proof of purchase is insufficient. What to do?

@MeStressymummy @mouthwaite @EE Wow!! I think that is a bit uncalled for! No matter what anyone is going through she has the right to good customer service. Calling someone a Brat is completely childish in my opinion. No need!
