    @EE So I have a tracking page that says my status usually despatches inside 24 hours. I've had that since Saturday morning. Why can you not liaise with apple and confidential deivery scheduled. This is unbelievably poor

    @EE Yeah - pretty poor isnt it, treated like 2nd class customers those who live here - could expect 10 x that speed in the big cities, but i can still pay the same amount. 🙄🙄

    @EE Problem with a data add on being taken off 2 accounts when it had been in place since contract taken out in 2018. Seems @EE have gone all Victorian and require myself & partner to have combined our finances and contracts. I’m doubtful of resolution and empty promises.

    @EE called EE as since 23.9 my phone hasn't been allowing me to call anyone properly,missed important calls, apparently is a problem in my area BL8 lancashire. I get updates but really desperate to get sorted. How long should it take to get the service back to what it should be..
