    @SkyHelpTeam is there a problem with the mobile signal or outage as I can't ring my dad on sky network or my mum on @EE and they can't call out to.

    @EE do not ever use EE for your broadband absolute scammers. Try to charge you £310 for ending your wifi a bit earlier!! Money grabbing and no compassion whatsoever for anybody’s circumstances. I will never ever use them again in my life

    Ordered a new phone through @EE at 10am on Tuesday, still hasn't been dispatched and the online help is next to useless. I won't be able to take delivery for the next week so they'll just have to lump it.

    @EE anybody thinking of going to @EE for mobile broadband in the NR29 area DON’T. Nearly 6 weeks of download speeds of 0.47 too 1.47 is taking the P. Yet they have only just approved the work to be done and still for not another week or so. Stay well away from them simply crap

    @j199024 @EE It goes down every month. I’m sick of them, I was with sky for 20 years and can’t remember the internet ever going down. I’ve been with @EE for 2 years and it goes down every month. Also it’s nowhere near as fast as they claim

    @EE hi. I’m trying to set up my friends ee top box but we have no volume. We’ve tried resetting the box and pressing home/7 but nothing is working. Help!
