    @MicrosoftUK @EE @Microsoft Absolutely shocking service - been with EE for 20+ yrs to lose our number when they cancelled - their error - 2 weeks later still waiting for the number to be put back onto the line - huge loss of business - missing vital calls and not one person will take accountability

    @EE it’s really frustrating that you won’t let me cancel a plan that is expiring online. Only way to cancel is via phone but 3 days in a row your lines are very busy. All the while the auto renewal deadline is coming close. How do I stop the auto renewal?

    @EE have a problem, somehow my sim card has got jammed in the slot, it fell out when I was changing the memory card… what can I do?

    In a world of deteriorating customer service & rising costs I want to commend @EE who have not only saved me £20pm on broadband & TV, but today when it switched over provided impeccable customer service. No lengthy queues & a personal email provided for support if needed 👏

    @EE insurance is ridiculous no help at all worse phone provider I have ever been with , I have had adviser put the phone down on me and being rude calling me a liar , spoke to numerous advisers and all had a different story to where my delivery for my phone was such a shambles

    @EE @EEHelpdesk Yet again I’m unable to have a conversation with anyone due to intermittent call quality. Missed important hospital phone calls and can’t speak to anyone properly. I use my phone for for so is completely unacceptable. Previously reported same issue!!

    @EE Hi DJ, I’ve now switched back to the copper line based broadband. Unfortunately I’m still only getting between 4-8mbps but that’s the best I can get in my area. 4G router was just no good. Your colleague Arran was helpful on the phone. My issue is now with @OpenreachHelp

    @EE EE is worst customer service team. I have been talking for two hours with customer service for an issue that it's 100% not my fault and didn't reach to a conclision . End of call, customer service agent hung up the line
