    Still no 4G in Liverpool @EE can we sort it out please. I'm losing business with it. Can you please at least make a statement about the issue

    @EE They close the call centres and the website doesn’t even let you get notified of the networks status because that too is broken! Will 999 call still work? How about my sick grandmother in Barnsley hospital, how is she supposed to contact anyone?

    Phi @EE I pay an absolute fortune for this network and it wasn’t working for 5 WHOLE hours. I couldn’t text or call or use the internet and even now I’m only able to get 3G when usually it’s 5. Ridiculous considering you hurt my bank acc every month :)

    @danielspratt31 @EE Same here taxi driver lost wages today who’s paying me that **** service by EE again will be moving soon as my contract it up **** customer service to and I’ll probably loose a days pay tomorrow at this rate

    @EE in all serious, have you got a rough ETA of our network being back as I have to travel & pick up people from the airport in the next few hours. Be nice if I was actually able to track the flight etc.

    @EE It’s been down for hours now. It’s not truly acceptable is it? Because you sure won’t be compensating people for this, as we well know. Your service is shocking.
