    @MarcAllera @EE Only seem to be customer focused in terms of taking our money. Responding to complaints? No. Ethical sales practice? No. Listening to customers? Only enough to exploit them. I would advise everyone to look elsewhere for a mobile phone contract.

    @EE I have received your text about the pack renewing tomorrow so will call the number later to top up £10 however yet again I have not received a bill by email, this used to come monthly but seems to have stopped, Why? I can't pay a bill if it does not arrive fix asap Keith

    @EE Yesterday I called my son's mobile twice. He didn't receive the calls. I called a 3rd time & it went straight to voice mail. I was in hospital waiting to be picked-up.I was in terror that something had happened. My calls had gone to our landline! Today, same problem. Why?

    So I've just found out from @EE that they dont have a complaints team, and instead the call handlers manage all complaints. This doesnt sound right, especially when the complaint is partly about the call handler.

    Restricted again . **** this crappy form says on call committed to excellence customer service well I been waiting 2 fooking years for some customer service and its cost me at least 300 quid which ee know about . And I had a tit full of feeling so let down and upset @EE SHAMEFUL

    27 years with @O2 (starting with Cellnet then Cellnet Digital) decided to move to @EE. Did @O2 ask why a long-standing customer might be leaving? Was there anything they could do to change my mind? No, nothing. Gives the impression they don't really care about their customers...
