@Paul_DCFC @EE Yep had one of them. And an I watch and 3 iPhones. Yet I can get a better deal with another network than these can offfer me. Gets very frustrating

@EE Sure. It was +44 1462 341325. He was trying to sell me the new iPhone and when I advised politely that I didn't want to give him info and that I felt it was a bit intrusive calling me as I'm not even a customer he advised that "legally we can do it" then hung up

@EE Hi Megan, yes have followed your suggested steps online and have called your support like. I have been told to call @Apple and then they said it was a network issue and to call @EE back. I am sure it’s a software issue as the phone is working fine and I have full 4G connection.

🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 @EE WiFi and 4G being the absolute drizzling you know what tonight. Spent the last 40mins trying to get the @leytonorientfc online player to load to watch the match. Gonna be a tenner down the drain at this rate 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

@EE I know the 5G network is working fine as my colleague has the same phone and is on EE. Both phones are next to each other he has 5G I have 4G. Worked fine yesterday, stopped I think after I did the iOS update to 15.1 last night. Wondering if a carrier update could help?
