@EE @rootmetrics And yet still very poor signal here

  • Undead_Roach SelinaAnne (@Undead_Roach) reported

Once again its 1am and @virginmedia is down. I guess it's a good job I get good 4G with @EE! You know its bad when your mobile network is faster and more reliable than your home Internet...

  • MrBlitzed Glen Arnold 🇬🇧🇬🇷🎹🎶🎵 (@MrBlitzed) reported

@Undead_Roach @virginmedia @EE Hear hear! I'm on a 'supposed' 350 contract, but nine times out of ten my EE data leaves the Virgin service for dead! Oh, and my service is currently down too...

  • GreyWolfDesignz Alex 🇬🇧 🇩🇪 (@GreyWolfDesignz) reported

@EE Not sure if you can help but as I had to reset my account password, I topped up the wrong phone number as there's two linked with the account. Am I able to cancel the first payment and redo it for the correct account?

  • WildPhoenix80s Bok Choy of the Bizarre (don't ask!) (@WildPhoenix80s) reported

@EE @rootmetrics Might want to work on coverage on Wales, having absolutely no signal nearly made a 2 hour drive useless when my friends got lost on the way to Rhiwargor waterfall...

  • WildPhoenix80s Bok Choy of the Bizarre (don't ask!) (@WildPhoenix80s) reported

@EE Where I live is irrelavent lol. Where we were meant to meet up was SY10 0NE though, North end of lake Vyrnwy, though coverage around the lake seems to be universally poor (i briefly got signal at the dam itself later in the day, enough to tell my fam I wouldn't be home for tea!)

  • RowbiRocks Rowbi (@RowbiRocks) reported

@SteveDrums2 @EE 2/2 by the condition of underground cable (if using BT cabling), or mobile signal if using a 3G/4G router. The later could@be better by moving your router, or trying a device from a different network with stronger signal. If the former - very hard to get BT to upgrade (try fibre)

  • JLo197177 Jason Lovett (@JLo197177) reported

@ee When is the signal coverage going to be sorted where I work??? Been like it since Monday....

  • RowbiRocks Rowbi (@RowbiRocks) reported

@SteveDrums2 @EE Hi Steve. There are several factors to consider. Your WiFi connectivity to your router - but let’s assume that’s ok for now (or try the previous test with a cat 5e network cable if you have a spare network socket on your router). Typically MB/s download speeds are affected 1/2

  • joetanner4 joe JT tanner (@joetanner4) reported

@EE @rootmetrics How. Poor signal no WiFi. Will be cancelling
