  @sophie_reed98 @EE @ee are terrible for rewarding loyalty. I left after 30 yrs & am getting the terms elsewhere for a fifth of the price.

  @EE see other people have issues renewing with EE. I’ve got broadband been trying to renew existing contract for nearly 3 months, over 10 calls and chats, one call over 2 hours, today’s chat 1hr. Still not sorted asked ME to call them. your complaint Ref: C10003899253. 4th
