    Yet again on my UK staycation and @VodafoneUK network is unsurprisingly awful and a huge letdown. Thank goodness for complimentary hotel wifi. @EE here I come. @VodafoneGroup - please improve your service and stop making excuses for your poor network.

    @VOXI_UK They are the worst, having to give up getting my money back now and just going to @EE at the end of month when my credit is up, I suggest everyone else goes elsewhere as they do not care about ripping off customers.

    @virginmedia Been on hold over an hour it’s a joke - wish I never moved to you last month now tbh I will be going back to @EE that’s for sure - pay cheap = 💩

    @EE pretty unhappy with EE. Ordered an upgrade on Friday with a 24 hour despatch. iPhone was in stock per website. It’s been 4 days and not a peep. Called up today and told on back order 7 days. Website misleading consumers. Quite like to cancel my upgrade and leave EE.

    @EE your customer service is shocking even you email address for said customer device is false you retail outlets aren’t much better!!! Been on hold for over one and a half hours to actually get a bill sorted and paid total waste of space🤮

    @EE I’m currently abroad and have no network signal. I have enabled mobile data roaming in my phone settings and in my account settings via my eye
