    @OnlineQueryTm @dpd @EE thankfully resolved my issue, perfectly. I recommend you take a leaf out of their book and provide an option for customers to speak with an actual person

    @EE since we were forced to move from #BT Broadband to #EE we’ve had nothing but trouble - same faults no resolution - we pay for every channel you offer + extras but still can’t watch what we pay for … & what is IA-AU15? Very discontent customer

    @EE Or you can answer why is your network getting worse ? Yet you keeps putting prices up for this poor service, won’t be getting another contract out with when mine runs out again

    @EE we've had no er coverage for 4 days, keep being told you're working on a problem but not much help when as a family you're still taking our money!!!

    @WoodUksparky137 @EE EE, a premium priced network, for the lowest possible service. The annual price increases are the only consistent aspect of EE

    @EE riddle me this, why am I getting no little to no signal at home on the ground floor, upstairs only one bar. Signal checker says no problems but won't let me check further?!

    . Has any @EE customer who has @tntsports as an inclusive extra actually managed to get TNT to work on @HBOMax_UK ? Constantly comes up with ‘get access’. Worked absolutely fine on Discovery +.
