Thankfully the UK is starting to deploy the 700 MHz spectrum, but for 5G usage. The reasoning behind it is to provide good 5G coverage as quickly as possible, but 4G 700 MHz may have been a better option, especially with @EE's Emergency Service Network.

@EE Hi im in treforest currently and I have no signal on my s21 ultra with ee, Ive had to turn on wifi calling to be able to make or take calls. When its off, I cant hear others but they can me, is there an issue in the area?

Bit naughty of @EE, plaster all over their app your eligible for an early upgrade for being a "loyal customer". In reality, they're fighting to source as many Samsung S20's as possible to sell good as new. Nothing to do with being a loyal customer.

@EE been charged £50 more this month but I can’t log into My EE to see why. And I’m not receiving any password reset emails either. I’ve never had a good experience using this service.

@EE is your mast down in the #Beverley area? No network at all. Can only use when connected to wifi. Connection has been poor for a while now

My small win for today is I was paying far too much for my phone bill - managed to save a whopping £64 on my contract and now paying £20 a month. Massive thanks to Simon @EE Newcastle call centre for his help

My old phone is no longer covered by a LIFETIME WARRANTY because I've upgraded? The day BEFORE I get my new phone? That's not how "lifetime" works @EE. I'm beginning to wish I'd have left for a other network.

@EE Just switched to giffgaff (service from O2 - mast behind Fire Station!) Took number with me. Half EE price and a strong signal whole time. Now I can make calls whenever I like, texts are sent as soon as I hit send, and phone pings as soon as WhatsApps and texts are sent to me.
