    @EE Please i am in France and my sim is not working, not to now talk of data usage not been accessible. I paid for a month roaming before i left the UK. Pls kindly assist

    Why has @EE stopped signal boosters in people's homes where their signal is very poor? My daughter lives on an estate on the northern edge of Dunstable, been an @EE customer for 14 years and now can't get a phone signal since the booster was disabled.

    @EE Hi I’ve received my Sim Only Pay Monthly Sim and I would like to transfer my old o2 number over the BT agent who I spoke to yesterday when I placed the order did the whole PUK code then help please how do I do it

    @EE Your customer service beggars belief! Iv'e called 9 times over the weeks and it says up to a 10 min wait - as I write this I'm at 28!
