EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • ProudMixedDJJ DJ (@ProudMixedDJJ) reported

During lockdown @EE gave me a SIM card that didn’t work & I was put to level 2 technical team 6 time with promises of call backs. The issue was finally sorted so after not having a phone for 5 months I was told I’d be credited 5 months. But instead they’ve used debt collection.

  • sambason85 sam bason (@sambason85) reported

@EE Hi, I am unable to make outgoing calls. It just tells me “mobile network not available for voice calls”. What should I do?

  • MikeB1701 Mike Brooke (@MikeB1701) reported

@EE So let's try again Bob. When I'm at home my signal is poor and even when connected to WiFi calling I can't make or receive calls. Let's see if you will help me today.

  • MRossi86 Michael (@MRossi86) reported

@EE Why are you so bad? And lairs for that matter! Seriously done!

  • Jamesjo588 James jones (@Jamesjo588) reported

@EE Hi I've lost all phone signal and data roam could you help?

  • hrnszk_en Hironao Suzuki (@hrnszk_en) reported

@EE Good morning. Is your broadband service down? When can you fix it?

  • 2FacedPink Stephen Pink 🧙🏼‍♂️🐕 (@2FacedPink) reported

Pretty disgusting how I’ve been treated by @EE Broadband. Do not be fooled that they share the same name. The agents and service is TOTALLY separate to the phone division. I spend nearly 300 a month with you and I’ve been sent a debt letter. Not good enough.

  • huwpowell97 Huw Powell (@huwpowell97) reported

@EE furthermore on my recent tweet, I went to your cwmbran store and have got the problem sorted however this problem should’ve been resolved when I switched networks when my contract expired and I asked for a PC code and moved networks. The customer service has also been awful

  • cath_dyer_ Cath DYER (@cath_dyer_) reported

@EE Hi, I want to cancel one of the phone contracts on my account. How long before the end of contract can I give notice to cancel? Thanks

  • ColbeConsulting Colin Anderson (@ColbeConsulting) reported

@RebekahSwan2 @EE Vodafone down at ours for us Rebekah. I spent quite a while on a web chat with them yesterday. It seems we are making it up as their system says we have full signal...
