Kate (@KatieBrownriggg) reported@EE hi, why is it when customers use an offer from a third party website to get their broadband with you - you then cancel it? Apparently you’re cancelling 2 out of 3 people who do this so it feels like i’ll be wasting my time if I sign up?

Openreach (@WeAreOpenreach) reported@chrisdee2016 @EE the account holder, I'm afraid however to use an electric pole we do need a wayleave from the electricity board, there's no automatic right for us to use one of their poles unfortunately - if this is the issue then it will be something we'll be managing through your order (2/3)

Well I’m stood with my phone in front window looking onto a mast and I have 1 4g bar. Clearly something isn’t working yet im still paying for a decent coverage/reception

It's like you're bothering them when you ask a question. I'm looking at moving all four of my lines to elsewhere now as I'm also sick of being ripped off with price rises
