    @EE It's with EE but @bt control the green cabinets at the end of my street and I've spoken to an engineer working in the box. he said wires dislodge causing issues for all customers. It's time @bt_uk updraded! Pls help thx

    @EE is broadband down in Ct4 6dj as nothing working an 3g in the area has been a joke for years so can't even use that to run the business today

    @EE Many thanks Kyle. I managed to call EE through my EE app and got it sorted. Looks as though there’s a discrepancy or problem with the My EE app which has been logged now but all is good with my roaming. Cheers

    @EE Hi sarahjane, yes I have and the deal wasn’t as good. I appreciate what you say about service etc, but that’s how I feel about loyalty, otherwise I wouldn’t have stayed with Ee for over 20 years! I don’t use half the benefits you mention so maybe it’s time to look elsewhere

    @EE Let’s stay on this. Was contacting to report several signal issues and call connectivity problems. This was experienced whilst on call with your team. But ‘unfortunately there’s nothing more they can do’. Laughable really.

    Lol why am I paying pretty much £70 for a phone bill… @EE charge the most disgusting prices 🤮🤮 most of the time the signal cuts out or you use 4g anyway, like wtf
