@EE Elderly relative without internet since yesterday - despite switching modem & device on/off modem coming up with error messages ‘server cannot be found’ ‘unable to find location’. Device is identifying name of her modem in settings, but zero connectivity... Pls help!

@EE That's cool, but I likely won't upgrade phone for 2 years (environment!). I asked to cancel via @PhonesCoUk Twitter and was promised a call back. But no call yet. Worked out I'll be £72 worse off on that contract compared to your better tariff for existing customers.

@EE I am exasperated by the lack of service from you. Overcharged since October, told I need to pay the overcharged bill even though you blocked the service so I couldn't use it and now no callback as promised from three advisors. New customers get better deals than loyal ones.

@EE No, I was unable to listen to the concert, sadly, kept rebooting every 10 seconds. It's been freezing on Zoon too for the last 2 weeks. Email sometimes slow too, better on Twitter and FB
