    @EE You absolutely cannot as a PAYG customer. The app/website only works if you're monthly. I've thus been presented with a page wanting my card details every time I visit an "adult" site (again, why Urban Dictionary is classified as such is nonsense), and it *ALWAYS* errors out.

    @TalkTalk Mike, I have cancelled my account mate. The customer service has been absolutely appalling - literally the worst I've ever experienced. Contrast that with @EE today who have managed to give me a callback within an hour and have an engineer on the way tomorrow.

    @EE I'm happy to pay an upgrade fee to have a workable phone when the shop can open to help with transmission of all the stuff that's on my phone. Altrincham are so good at this service

    @EE I had just called EE myself. It’s not the network that’s causing this error but Apple software and this problem has occurred before it’s just the software on the phone interfering with the service of the phone. I’ll go through Apple now. Thank you

    @EE Thanks, I can manage until you reopen.i have more than 1 phone. I've managed to get WhatsApp on my laptop but my phone is being an absolute pain! Hoping acSamsung s20 will be the answer. I'm not due an upgrade until Nov but I see you have offers pre that might be my solution.

    @EE due to upgrade my phone next week & been a customer since Tmobile days- plus todays my second birthday in lockdown ... whats the chances on getting a decent upgrade package 🤩?
