  Kind of weird that @EE have a shop willing to sell you phones in Stroud at GL5 1RR when for the last 6+ weeks you can’t even use their network there. No calls, no internet. Any chance of sorting your network in this postcode ? Or shall I start looking for another provider?

  Just had an abysmal call with @EE customer service - absolutely terrible, I want someone to listen to the call of the handler who I just spoke to as they are about to lose a customer!

  @EE @owlsfan4eva It’s a problem for a lot of people not just this particular person. The app is down. The website isn’t working either.
