    Should have stayed with @virginmedia where the WiFi was flawless. Unfortunately outside the 30 day period so cannot cancel. So surprised that @EE would treat a new customer like this. I was hesitant moving broadband and should have relied on instinct and stuck with @virginmedia

    @RichGriffiths83 @EE I had similar issues last year after being with them for roughly the same time. Absolutely hopeless customer service. Left for 3 and had no issues….

    @EE I’m getting weary of these intermittent service interruptions after midnight! Tonight’s shows a red PON light on the ONT but previous ones haven’t. Can you explain why this keeps happening please?

    @Dene2018165 @EE Would say the same about their TV. The box takes about 4mins to turn on and start showing any programmes. Sky was pretty much instant. Literally don’t know how being that bad is possible in 2025. For what it’s worth, the box was already replaced too - as we thought it was faulty.

    @EE EE services seem to have gone down in my area - no mobile reception on 3 of my EE monthly contracts - I live in Crosby which is L23 postcode.

    @EE Would it not be good customer service for someone to call me 😡 I have no idea what I am supposed to do now I just want a lower price sim is that so difficult 😞 they can’t even explain what they mean about I Don’t Have enough credit on the account what credit !!! I pay monthly
