@EE hi my Apple Watch contract is due to end on 24th September and my direct debit comes out 23rd September I want to cancel my contract on 23rd September would I be able to with it ending on 24th?

@EE My Pixel 6 Pro doesn't seem to work on 5G. My partner's phone, also on EE, an iPhone 12 pro is working fine. Seems to be an ongoing issue. My phone is new and on contract. How do I fix this? Thanks.

been waiting a week for @EE to fix their 80-pound charge after allowing scammers into my account. So far social media, email, telephone, and app support are busy "and will get back to me in due time". @EE Maybe just say you are understaffed and can't provide a proper service atm?

The @EE app really is exceptionally poor. Used to work well but now is almost never able to get account info or relevant stuff. Hopeless.

@stacelouise7 @EE You will need to put a 30 day notice in to cancel the contract so ring them after the 16th September and just tell you want to put a cancellation in on that number

@EE @ThomserveBAS The log in to accounts, to my knowledge, has not worked since at least Wednesday and is still down today. It's all very well asking if the problem is resolved, but someone needs to crack on and fix the problem, which your team undoubtedly knows about.

@EE Oh, missed out the word 'badly'...doing the same things badly. Same copper wires. Same junction boxes. Same partial fibre system. A bit like the energy that is squirted into our houses. Different names on the bill. Same stuff coming down the wires/pipes.
