    I guess I’m disappointed because up till May this year I’ve found @EE customer service to be brilliant. Yet @O2 is pricing to offer a much better contract to upgrade.

    Which follows on from a May 11th agent not calling back like she said she would and customer service being completely unreachable (not answering phones) on June 23rd when services went down @EE

    @EE Setting data up. To getting this new phone nothing but amazing customer service until now. I would like an apology and will be deleting my tweets, was very inappropriate and unprofessional
