    @EE I've sent a text to 150 and thought I would try on S.M. I placed an order on ee with upfront payment if you're not going to deliver my item please cancel and refund me. I've been given no updates whatsoever. Cheers.

    @EE i just left my home where i had my 4g on whilst driving whilst on the way to work, im currently in work ive lost all 4g/5g where i am and i cant call 150 or 160 to get help whats going on?

    @HeightDeficient @EE She was told that there was only a cool down period on the phone, not the tablet that she had no idea she’d signed a contract for because she doesn’t know what a tablet is! Nearly £12/month for two years for something she doesn’t have any use for.
