  • westrowhendo John Henderson (@westrowhendo) reported

@Andy_1098 @EE We had the same with O2. Been with them decades and didn't mind increases in line with inflation but the £2.50 hike was a 14% on our 2 phones. Used Uswitch to save £26/month. Use an EE Sim for home Internet because the landlines keep falling down so we'll be switching that now.

  • mervshepherd ⚒⚒WHUFC⚒⚒ (@mervshepherd) reported

@MrCressa @EE Never had a problem with them to be honest

  • PaulKirby36 TheUKDude (@PaulKirby36) reported

@Andy_1098 @EE I have had my mobile number for about 30 years and have never had the price increase like we do now. These increases are BT's price Index that they stick on top of the Consumer price index (CPI) that goes up every January. It's why I phone up every few years for a cheaper deal.

@EE I’m on EE Pay As You Go. My SIM worked abroad previously but roaming has stopped in Germany. I topped up in April but had no chargeable activity and now I can’t receive SMS or log in. I need my UK number kept active for return to the UK. Please help re-enable roaming.

  • ChefRobH1 Deepinthelakes (@ChefRobH1) reported

@EE Rude. Absolutely rude. Who treats peopleThat's the way it is with them. You get too right. They get scared. And instead of listening, they slam the phone. Like you're the problem. But you're not. You're the one who's owed. And they hate it. So what did you do after? Storm out

  • charles_uk Charles Field 🇺🇦 🇹🇼 🇮🇱 (@charles_uk) reported

@EE My screenshot was from your coverage checker. The trouble is that's complete fiction: there has never been any reliable signal here (@O2 and @VodafoneUK are just as poor). My concern is that we will have no back up here during power cuts once we switch to Digital Home Phone

  • biomulv biomulv (@biomulv) reported

@charles_uk @EE Exactly the same at my address. Absolutely zero @EE signal in reality. Shows as good on the checker. Useless across the whole county.

  • ChefRobH1 Deepinthelakes (@ChefRobH1) reported

@EE your already paying £90 a month and then they charge another £20 because they dont know how to unblock your phone #rude assistant 🙄

  • JJay0k Jane M 💙 (@JJay0k) reported

@Andy_1098 @EE @EcotalkMobile say no hikes for SIM contract. Uses EE network. From £5
