    How can a new customer get broadband for £24 but an existing customer all you can do is £37 that's literally more expensive than I'm paying now! @EE been a customer for years but looks like I'll be leaving! 🫡

    @EE The worst company I’ve ever had to deal with AVOID THEM, liars, deceitful, dishonest, thieves, I’d be here all day if I tried to go into detail of what we’ve had to deal with for months now, but do not use this company, I have no choice but to take this further now.

    @EE I don't want to call you. And what will calling 150 do? I'm not even a customer of yours now. You are mishandling old data you hold about me. Which is why I raised the complaint.

    @LeilaniDowding @EE The old PSTN network is being phased out (copper wires, low voltage old school telephones) as I recall. The phones you're thinking of won't be around much longer. Unless someone tells me otherwise.

    @LeilaniDowding @EE That network will not be maintained. It is dead. Starlink may be a solution worth while looking at.

    @LeilaniDowding @EE Virgin did these like 4 years ago. On the odd occasion the wi-fi is down my elderly parents who can only use a landline are unable to call anyone.
