Another day, another utterly piss poor 4G broadband service from @EE which is about as effective as a cat flap in an elephant house. 2 weeks left of this farcical, daylight robbery contract and I will be ceremoniously destroying my router. Any creative ideas are welcome 🔨🔥🎉

@EE Hi, no internet on 4G home router, red light above globe symbol, usually fine. Status checker says no problem. Have tried restart & reset, didn't work. Anything else you can suggest? Have tried online help form but 48hrs to be told what may be wrong isn't helpful tbh. Thanks.

@O2 Better signal in Mallorca than in central London? What’s wrong with you @O2 ??? Central London 3G in Vauxhall?! Literally 20 min away from the Big Ben and 3G freeze Internet connection, should I switch to @EE ???

@EE No need now, I spoke to an advisor on the phone last night. There's a general fault in the area that's not shown on your site. Possibly no home internet all weekend. It would be helpful if your website accurately reflected the info correctly tho, when numerous people flag issues.

2/2 @EE Also, I received a handset with a faulty mic, which has been replaced, and both phones have a terrible signal in many areas (maximum of two bars). Our previous phones on 4G appear superior at this point.
