Does anyone know how to get through to @EE? I want to give them money so I can have a phone, but there's no easy way to get through to them unless you're already a customer (must have an account to live chat etc). And because of lockdown I can't even go into a shop.

@EE I'm trying to work from home using my mobile as a hotspot because of the constant connection drops, I don't have time to have the broadband team walk me through the steps I've already taken again and then refer to openreach It's not an openreach issue it's clearly the router 1/2

@EE Sad Monday 😥 My #5G signal is still down despite being in a 5G area. I used to get 250 download and 60 upload, but now I get a rubbish 4G connection. #everythingeverywhere does not ring true for me ( Report ID 3213427 )
