Grant (@GrantGrant1979) reported@EE I appreciate you need to do work on the network but do you have to do it at the weekend and for the last 3 weekends in Aberdeen? Crap signal, poor service, no mention of a discount for reduced coverage. Very, very poor.

James Meredith (@Jamesmeredith) reported@EE 3 months down the line it can be accepted. Not 6 days after I have been a customer of One to One, T-Mobile and now EE for 18 years. Just a shame corporate companies don’t give a toss until they are on the verge of going bust then they try the customer service approach.

Khan saab (@fays123) reported@EE Hi there. I return the handset as agreed with EE. Customer advisor told me as they will receive the handset they will refresh my contract but it’s almost 5 days. I don’t have phone and I borrowed one from friend. Please help. Thanks
