    @EE Hello. Many websites are not resolving when using your 4G. DNS errors. The issue isn't with the websites. Are you having technical issues at the moment?

    @EE I see the service is still appalling at customer svcs. Can't find any info on the app regarding my query. Been on hold now for God knows how long. Dreadful. App is also poor.

    @EE hello - 4G is not working for me at all and I see others are having the same problem. It’s been down for 2 days and i’m based in SW9 - is this being fixed?

    @EE There is outage in BT45 area (Castledawson) for more that two weeks. Maybe it is time to fix the problem?

    @EE Except we are 5 weeks into being without any service and you cannot be bothered to put it right. Having to move to another supplier.

    @EE I was told I’d hear something within 72 hours from your complaints department. I’ve been charged £118 needlessly if the phone isn’t going to arrive on time. I’d like that money back and some additional compensation. It’s always a struggle with EE sales/Customer service.
