    @DogHotstuff @EE I’m furious as I was on the app at 8:15 and the consoles became available at 8:28. Couldn’t possibly have completed transaction any quicker. Rubbish service from EE that they can’t even advise if you’re on the ‘successful’ list or not - ‘Wait and see’ isn’t acceptable advice.

    @EE been with you just over 2 weeks and the network has been down twice and is down again today. Reason why I changed what network issues 😡

    Further issues with @bt_uk and also @EE now. There's a discount available if you have BT broadband and an EE mobile account. Listed in T&Cs as BT Broadband. Agent says it's only available for BT Halo 3+ customers. No such restrictions are in the T&Cs.
