1st world issues and all but I've just come to realise that @EE and @VodafoneUK cap mobile data speeds for some tarrifs! I personally think it's disgusting, especially in the current financial climate! Here have 100GB data, but it's capped to only 25mbps!

@EE Wish it was and not had a horrible experience with being a new customer its been so stressful getting sent the wrong phone and then signing up again and then ee requesting a return of the right phone

@BlondeHistorian What an awful experience had a mini taster with @EE … I have some cognitive impairment and their advice for reasonable adjustments when I couldn’t follow their complex instructions was to approach a stranger in the cafe and get them to talk to @EE and set my phone up

@EE @EE It appears that I'll be saying goodbye after 23 years (and more - previously Orange) as a loyal customer as you can't match another providers monthly quote and benefits. Such a shame that customer loyalty now means nothing.
