@EE why is it when I try calling your returns number they never answer I have been ringing since March and CANNOT get through, I call 150 and I get fobbed off so now I'm stuck with a phone I don't want/use your customer service is horrendous!

@EE Count urself lucky..a customer of Vodafone for 20yrs,and ended up being lied to,money taken from my bank without my consent,customer service is diabolical, inept,and lie after lie for last 6 weeks

@EE After upgrading to a 5g ready phone my services has got worse! No 5g available at my work location and 4g signal weaker than before, technician help advised me to turn of 5g settings...Not ideal

@EE If I were a brand new customer taking out the exact same handset with the same contract, it would be £19 cheaper. Cancellations can't help because I'm on 5 months into a 24 month contract I'm stuffed. I have now cancelled my landline with you, I'll be moving child's contracts too
