    @EE You could’ve kept me as a customer with a new phone for another 2 years but I’m tempted to go elsewhere just purely because that is highly annoying and extremely misleading!

    @EE Your customer service so poor that nobody contacted me, i am unable to connect Internet, the smart hybrid is not working, after 9am ur phone line magically busy till 5pm no call back nothing, this is how worst you people are, i made a mistake trusting u

    @EE for a week now had constant issues with my internet going down 3-4 times a day for a period of time paying 90 quid a month for a service im not recieving since being with ee problem after problem

    @EE is there an ongoing signal problem? I've got 'emergency calls only' showing on my phone. I have restarted my phone and toggled airplane mode on and off.

    I’m trying to talk to someone at @EE as my phone is not receiving calls, but every time I try to do so I get a text message promising to call me back to discuss the problem! I can’t help but think there’s a flaw in that process! @Ee can you please DM me with a number I can ring.

    @EE What's happening my broad band is down via you on BT... And your bb tracker is offline. So... Not really sure what you can propose. This is also the third time this week and had a whole day in the weekend out which is in you sla but cmon
