@EE our smart hub has had a flashing yellow light since 1am and still still can't connect properly. Turning it off and on again and troubleshooting have not worked. It's had a couple of moments like this of late but this is the longest it's not connected. Any help?

@EE BT sold you to me as solution for tethering my phone&laptop, thus avoiding me buying their dongle. The phone you sold me via BT says I can't turn off both SIMS, thus the phone downloaded stuff I'd not have downloaded at that time, forcing me to spend what I didn't need to.

@EE must get the award for best Computer says No company in the UK. Want to change absolutely anything and it’s a logistical nightmare of unconnected platforms and customer service teams banned from using common sense

@EE good morning. My phone is not connecting to the network. I've taken sim out and put back in. Done a reset and checked for updates. Unless I'm connected to WiFi the phone won't work. Please help.

So I cancelled #insurance on a product with @EE to reduce my bills. They went up. Why? Cos @EE didn't tell me there was a multi line discount attached. I've been with them years, but will be glad to cancel down and go to @skytv mobile sim deal asap.#crapcustomerservice
