    @EE after being with EE/Orange for 25 years I’ve finally decided to leave. There is no longer any loyalty for longevity. Only interested in contracts which include phones as it’s more money. Arrogant customer service. #greed #arrogance

    @EE My BT business broadband went down a week ago. Shouldn't have been an issue as the router has the EE fail safe option. It might work on a mountain but in the middle of Poole it didn't work at all.

    When @EE are still charging you for a Apple Watch that the contract ran out last year. Disgraceful. Brought this issue up before and it still hasn’t been resolved

    @EE @jakeleopold Absolute robbery here @EE just been on with one of your advisors and they've told me I'll be charged a cancellation fee if I want to leave. So you're going to increase my bill by nearly 10% and there's nothing I can do. That is absolutely shocking service.

    @EE my phones been saying “no SIM card” inserted since 7pm - it’s only working on the WIFI … is there an issue???
