    Hi @EE random. On my credit report I have an issue with orange saying I owe £26, I haven’t been an orange cx nor has orange exosted for eons. What can I do?

    @Audskye @EE I agree. I guess they may be wanting to persuade customers to take out a contract (where they will have guaranteed income from the customer for the length of the contract) and/or there may be technical reasons why their PAYG systems are not set up for VoLTE and WiFi calling.

    @borristhepanda @EE @EE need to, at least, share this information with call centre staff, I can't be the first person to enquire and have it simply dismissed as a phone/sim card or signal related issue.
