  @EE How do I report a case of fraud with you? #ee Basically there is this company that are charging me a fortune each month but are not providing the services I signed up for.   @EE Customer service REACHING NEW DEPTHS today!!! Passed from Customer Service (CS) to Local store (Meadowhall) to franchise store (Rotherham) and back to CS - each telling me to speak to the next. Surely to goodness somebody owns a responsibility for something somewhere!

  I can’t believe that in this day and age @EE is allowed to offer such atrocious broadband services. Good luck if you can even speak to customer service and if you do they are utter useless and incompetent Can’t even get basic things right. @EE you should be ashamed of yourselves

  @EE @imjonnychambers He's reporting a key issue that will affect any and all users, and gave you all the info you need to investigate it. The 'leaky feeder' (as the old method in tunnels was called), is broken on the Tyne & Wear Metro between Gateshead and Gateshead Stadium. Investigate it!
