    @EE currently in the US, been here last November no issues. Paid for £25 bundle have Internet but cannot make or receive calls this time. I have tried all methods like manual select networks, switch phone on and off etc can you help?

    @bt_uk can you please explain to me why when we had the bot hub we NEVER ever had an issue but since this @EE Hub has been here we simply cannot get stable connection. Shambles and will be cancelling. #Wifi

    This morning, my wife had a message from @EE asking her to get in touch about an issue. Three hours later, we are no clearer, have had no meaningful help, and are extremely frustrated. I have never experienced such woeful customer service! I can’t quite believe it!

    @EE We have an engineer coming out (17th) but what are we supposed to do until then, that will be a whole week without service?!

    @_bxston @EE If you reboot it in safe mode it should tell what is causing the problem
