    @EE since we were forced to move from #BT Broadband to #EE we’ve had nothing but trouble - same faults no resolution - we pay for every channel you offer + extras but still can’t watch what we pay for … & what is IA-AU15? Very discontent customer

    @EE we are away on holiday, I can’t log into my account as you have not amended my new number when I called to change all this in February. I can’t call as we have no signal and we need a helping hand as we are on holiday and our family is going to run out of data

    @OnlineQueryTm @dpd @EE thankfully resolved my issue, perfectly. I recommend you take a leaf out of their book and provide an option for customers to speak with an actual person

    @EE This is becoming ridiculous. WiFi connection is so slow and still no mobile signal. Can hardly check for updates l.

    @WoodUksparky137 @EE Never ever buy a phone with a contract on a finance agreement. Companies will often charge a premium for the device opposed to buying it outright when often you can negotiate/find a discount. SIM only is usually a lot cheaper and offers more flexibility.
