    Been trying to get through to @EE for 2 days. I upgraded & need to return my old handset. Jackie who helped me has not yet sent me a returns box for my old phone. Could anyone help? Last week before my upgrade my call was answered almost immediately. Thanks!

    @EE messed up my iPhone 13 Pro Max order. Order got cancelled on the day it should be arriving. Waited a month and didn't get the phone. Offered me measly compensation. I have two lines with you and I will be leaving as soon as the contracts are up. Never ordering from you again.

    @DogHotstuff @EE I’m furious as I was on the app at 8:15 and the consoles became available at 8:28. Couldn’t possibly have completed transaction any quicker. Rubbish service from EE that they can’t even advise if you’re on the ‘successful’ list or not - ‘Wait and see’ isn’t acceptable advice.

    @EE ANN-MARIE THE ONLY THING THAT UPSETS ME IS I AM DISABLED AND CANNOT GET OUT MUCH. WHY IS IT A BT ENGINEER HAS TOLD ME TODAY 26/10/21 THAT THE PROBLEM IS AT THE EXCHANGE HOW LONG TILL YOU RESUME MY INTERNET

    @ee you have a bug on your website when I clicked on your 'Was everything clear on this page?' banner and then all your website appears as a blank/white screen from any device or browser using my home ip address. I need to have access again. This is the same issue as this thread

    @EE how long is your EE mobile router not going to be working for. Quite happy to keep charging me £44 a month but not fussed about actually supplying the service.
