@EE I have been a customer for 20 years with T-Mobile then EE. Vodafone offered me a better deal which is only £49 over 2 years less than EE but surprisingly they couldn’t match it! EE provides good service but they’re the worst in rewarding loyalty of 20 years! I’m appalled

Terrible upgrade service from @EE can’t make a complaint. Only take what I say as feedback and constantly just told it’s there process. Wish I just went with another provider. Paying for an iPhone 14 contract I don’t even have. #badservice #complaints

@EE been on phone over 20 mins to cancel 24 month contract ee signed me up for without informing me. sure if I was upgrading phone would have been answered in a minute. Joke service

@EE Pathetic customer service continues. My broadband is still not fixed and it’s been 3 weeks since I have raised this issue to your customer service. I need a technician sent to my flat asap, pls advise.

@EE Hi I got a notification a few days ago that there was going to be improvement work going on at a local tower and to expect disruption yeaterday. Speed still down from 20mb normal to 2mb (same post restart). Can you check and see when the work will be completed? BT22 2AD. Ta!

Dear @ee your mobile signal in the Brecon area has been down for well over a week. We may be a rural population but we rely on for your our work and personal communications. When will this be sorted? And how do we claim a refund for the fees we have paid & received no service?

@EE please can you update me on service in postcode TS14. Your status page has been promising a 16 hour fix since May. I can’t continue to pay for a dog 💩 service anymore
