  @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 I had similar issue recently, I decided to get a sim free phone from ee and a separate sim only deal, it worked out about 15 quid cheaper than what they quoted. So if you buy iPhone 17 sim free, it's about 32 a month over 24 months, then buy a sim deal. It will probs be cheaper

  @EE Now I'm trying to get free my bank card on the app so I can pay but when ever I click on add card I'm asked to register a sim which I already have can't add a bank card can't use the sim and the team couldn't help, Is gifgaf any good

  @EE how is it not possible to apply my NHS discount because it wasnt done at point of upgrade? Been told my option would be to return the phone and cancel upgrade before upgrading again which is more hassle than you just adding the discount which has been on the account before

  @EE Many thanks for your reply but the issue has now been sorted & restrictions removed. It was an error made by your billing department & so I was told a missing zero of my credit limit when it was redone

  @EE your customer service is terrible. Your representative was extremely pushy and made me feel uncomfortable when I tried to cancel my wifi. The process is also extremely difficult for no reason
