@EE Why is 150 not working? Why is 360 not working? And why does 0800 079 8586 not allow you to check what your actual bill is? As for your virtual assistant online chat, that is unbelievably bad. 2 days now, not good enough. Sort it out please.

No phone signal for 3 weeks now with EE.. all i get is ‘contact us on this number..’ HOW AM I MEANT TO DO THAT WITH NO PHONE SIGNAL. Useless @EE

@EE Hey, I'm trying to ring EE from my EE handset but literally none of the EE numbers will connect. They don't even ring. This includes 150... Just says "calling" for a couple seconds then "call ending". I also can't find an online chat anywhere... How can I get some help?
