@mouthwaite @EE Quite bad the other networks step in to take her as a customer. You should have unity. But if you wants a great network then it would be O2.

@mouthwaite @EE Was with EE a few years back, no reception where we live so swapped to O2, even though we’d left and I cancelled contract they kept debiting my account. Didn’t realise until they’d taken 3 payments. Tried and tried to get money back and gave up in the end. Never again.

@mouthwaite @EE I’m on @tescomobile have the whole family on it and have been on it for over 10 years now, after poor service form a different provider. You are paying for a service that you are not being provided with! Nothing wrong with outing them for poor service.

  • magic_bryan Bryan Connolly (@magic_bryan) reported

@wm4175 @mouthwaite @EE Sadly have been poor for me. If I have bad service and the normal channels fail to work, I too contact social media teams. This isn't exploiting privilege, its just trying to get what you're paying for.

  • SweptSquash 🎮 Stewie Marsh (@SweptSquash) reported

@EE Thanks for the help David, we actually did this yesterday after loosing internet connection entirely. Spoke with the help team over the phone and we now have an Openreach engineer coming out tomorrow to look at the line.
