I think Sharon who works for @EE call centre deserves a pay rise or something. Amazing customer service, so friendly and chatty and solved all my issues so quickly. 100% brightened my gloomy Monday morning🌞

@EE @ArianaDeBose @BAFTA Is that all she is concerned about? Getting an award? What of all the children orphaned in Ukraine, the lives lost and the terrible destruction of the country, people fleeing for their lives and all this lady can think about is herself. Somehow doesn’t seem right.

@EE Can't believe that I placed an order for a new mobile phone on Friday 4th March & was told it would be delivered on Monday 7th Match. It's now a week on & still no phone or even a new delivery date. Customer of yours for 20yrs+ & disgusting customer service 😡
