    @xDeadechox2511 @EE Beyond rude. My episode involved staff 'hearing me', but not listening - almost as if they were reading from a manual. @EE are unfortunately trying to garner public favour claiming they offer NHS discount. They don't.

    @EE Broadband failure due to “problem in the area” “we’re working on it, but with us being the Best Broadband Provider Network for XX years running” it will still take til tomorrow to sort it out for you. Sorry for the info but we’ll still charge full whack when it comes to your bill

    @EE Is it possible to take out a 1 month SIM Only plan to determine if signal is ok where I live and if so to then bump that up to a 12m plan to bring monthly cost down?

    @EE Still haven't switched my number and can't be messaged or reached via 150. Truly hopeless service. Think I've made a mistake using this company.

    @EE I'm absolutely appalled by the customer service by your members of staff on the phone. Basically telling me it's my fault a phone hasn't been returned. Even an executive Kathleen (or Caitlyn) telling me to use common sense. I did my due diligence process, I will get my refund

    @EE Trying to purchase mobile broadband but as I’ve been with you before you’re telling me to log in but then throw me a load of errors and won’t let me add anything to my account and live chat won’t even connect.
