@EE the worst customer service. Offered free trial for an add on, given less than 24 hours notice trial is coming to an end, went on to cancel trial, error occurred, £9.99 added to my bill 👍🏻 #poorcustomerservice

@EE is there any broadband issue near Ascot? It's awful today.. Supposed to be at 30Mbps but getting 10

@EE mobile internet not working, even after switching airplane mode off/back on, restarting device and checking for updates. Are there issues in the SA8 postcode area I need to be aware of?

@EE it’s great that your helping people who cannot help themselves but it’s a shame you can’t offer decent deals to customers who have been with you for years. I’m saving £17 per month by moving to another network as your pricing is so high, even for loyal customers.
