    @EE been sent the wrong phone in an upgrade I did over the phone. In store staff say they can’t help, customer services on the phone say ‘go in store’, which is correct?

    @EE every day I have problems with the network when I’m at work. Calls are dropping constantly. I’ve been with you for 20 years and thinking of changing providers.

    Dreadful service from @EE and @bt_uk I guess this is the drawback to having many contracts with one provider - when they ***** it up, the whole thing gets ballsed up.

    @EE £58 or trade in for my upgrade or come back in 7 days......come on EE as a supposed "valued customer" for the sake of a week, the 10+years I've been with you /T-Mobile surly that could be waived.....nope not in store 🙄

    @EE I’m absolutely shocked at the service I have received over the last 3 weeks! I have been a loyal customer of 9 years but these last 3 weeks had made me question of its time to move elsewhere!
