    @DerekAllan61 @EE Hi Derek try Mozillion they piggyback on EE just don’t have 5G Stand alone (5G+) but isn’t the end of the world, I ordered a iPhone through them and the service has been top notch 👍🏻

    @EE Hi, can you please confirm why your service for vulnerable customers is so bad. My elderly mother in law, recently discharged from hospital and lives alone, has been waiting for two days for an engineer, and your customer service team cannot seem to confirm a date for this.

    @EE Had to do it Via Website... your app still isn't right... logged in, entered verification code, then kicks ya back to login... and so on... keeps going back to square 1. Please sort it out. CHX Wimpole.

    @EE That didn't help at all Yesterday I lost broadband for over 30 minutes and couldn't access your site to see what was going on because your mobile signal is terrible in my village

    I'm not saying that @EE are absolute ****. I'm just saying that I live in a tiny, one bed flat, and the router in my lounge can't fart enough WiFi signal to reach through one room and hit my bedroom!

    @EE As a business I should receive my bills, the app doesn’t work nor can I download these online. I have to call to receive my bills - this is very poor service if you cannot even give business customer their bills. Hopeless customer service based in India -no manners
