    @Ofcom why is @EE able to suspend my phone despite asking repeatedly to set up a direct debit? Followed all their requests. Spent a whole day on the phone. Women’s refuge. Having no phone is dangerous! No one listening or doing anything! Very frustrated! 😩 please help!

    @EE Disgusting you won’t look after your customer. My phone contract finished on February and yet you still charged me for march and April while my phone finished on February and you won’t refund me. Absolutely disgusting. @financialombuds

    @EE It's so frustrating that I can't speak to someone... It's only automated responses and a chat service. Everyone on there obviously don't know the job. I need to talk to someone on the phone.

    @EE we’ve had no internet for two days now, why do we bother paying for a service that’s absolutely useless?! a little breeze outside and the wifi is gone!!

    @EE Your app is useless. It fails to log in every single time I enter my credentials. Everything is correct and it fails all the time. Combined with the poor signal I always have, I am disappointed I chose to move over.

    @England @EE Every poor ******* fan that paid there hard earned money to go there on a Friday night, some probably with kids that have never been and hoping to see a proper England national team, puts a mockery on international football, other top teams still put out strong teams 😡

    @EE Exactly which means I should be able to pay either off at any time but according to @EE I can't pay up and leave the service and keep paying for the phone (which is a credit agreement). I have to pay the outstanding device balance as well just because I have over 12 months left!
