@EE it’s ridiculous how your incompetent staff did not call me after arranging a call back (for the second time). Worst customer service, worst service provider overall. Have had the worst experience with #EE this year.

@EE But never called. I never authorized this new plan and will not accept any extra charges. I did all I possibly can to cancel it but your lousy service prevailed. I even went to the store and they couldn’t do a thing. Thug company
