Alessandro Riolo (@aledeniz) reported@bt_uk @ee How clueless you all are, asking me to confirm a security code received via email while I am trying to log in to your Wi-Fi hotspots? Has anyone ever tested that process on an iPhone? 🧐 What happens when the user leaves the login process to check the email? 🤨

Alessandro Riolo (@aledeniz) reported@EE It's impossible on the iPhone. As soon you as you swap out of the login process, it is gone. No, I was in an area without mobile signal and I was trying to reach a relative. I am replicating this again at home, this is the last page I can see, out of here it starts from scratch:

John Podmore (@John_Podmore) reported@EE Thank you for sending me a new hub with the promise of sending a human being to set it up and find out why my signal doesn’t extend beyond the room it’s in. Thank you also for killing the link to the humans making promises and sending me back to the bot bashing I am now getting

Name cannot be blank (@QuayMillennium) reported@EE @EmilyMcLeish93 @EE are there still problems with your site? Screen freezes when log in to my account on browser and the app freezes when trying to renew my broadband package...

Kevin Buck (@houseofbuck) reported@EE your customer service is atrocious. Had a new Broadband server fitted last Tuesday, it didn’t get activated by the engineer and was lied to about it would come on at midnight. Next day rang and got a BT engineer who arrived on Thursday took 10 mins to start it. No comp/sorry!

Rhys Seymour (@SeymourRhys94) reported@EE Still terrible signal in East Barnet. Really poor that this is still ongoing. Full price, half service.

Dr E 🇵🇸🏳️🌈😷 #FreePalestine #MasksWork (@E_catservant) reported🚨SECURITY ALERT! If your @EE SIM card fails they require a maskless (& presumably no glasses / hat) scan of your face to replace it 🤬Also means any immunocompromised customer either risks their life or has to get a new phone number (top tip: NOT wt EE!)
-
Tommy (@TommyT1219) reported@EE Twice now I’ve done this and the call gets cut off, due to poor phone signal, which I’ve told you about. I’ve reported what’s wrong so please just look into it.

NathanJT (@NathanJT) reported@crit_gen It's still better than @EE 's "chatbot" though, that pretends it can help and then simply either points you at their community section or tells you to call 150. It's utterly pointless.

ᴰᵃʷˢ ♕ (@DAWS_ON_) reported@ally_watp @EE A dog **** company now, I can't wait for my contract to run out
