  • mcs1965 Michael Snape Duke of Chorley (@mcs1965) reported

@somersetbagpuss @EE I had the same proble with EE! Switched to another service provider now. You could always turn “wifi calling” on

  • robowen62 Rob Owen (@robowen62) reported

@EE so for 10 years EE has provided us with a signal box to boost our signal in our house. Now they’re discontinuing this service so we have to use Wi-Fi calling and that’s our virgin Wi-Fi we’ll be using but the issue is my iPhone is now looking for a signal that isn’t there so

  • Stonelaughter Tom Kelsall (@Stonelaughter) reported

@EE So maybe you can explain what the extra £630 fee is for? I'm already paying you for the phone, the fix is £200ish which I'm willing to pay - what's the additional £630 for?

  • PaulbernalUK Prof Paul Bernal (@PaulbernalUK) reported

Currently sitting in an @EE shop, but no-one in the shop ‘has the authority’ so I’m on an EE phone on hold to EE, listening to terrible music.

  • HecSkill Hector Skill #FBPE (@HecSkill) reported

@PaulbernalUK @EE they can't do anything useful in the EE shops themselves, 'only' the people in the call centre who never meet you or see your ID can. Ludicrous

  • PaulbernalUK Prof Paul Bernal (@PaulbernalUK) reported

@EE What would help is people actually listening to what is being asked. I had very specific requirements for my aunt’s situation, and it looks as though your staff just nodded through and didn’t listen at all.

  • jackprice1990 Jack (@jackprice1990) reported

@EE I' hoping you can help me. I'm planning to go to the US for 2 weeks from June 24th. If I add roaming as an add-on to my account for that bill period will I use my minutes, texts, and data as normal with no extra charge other than the add-on?

  • Lobby_Hodder Chris Hodder (@Lobby_Hodder) reported

Had a very productive morning dealing with an internet outage. Compounded by the fact that my @EE portable wifi thing I bought as a backup has mysteriously stopped working. How's your day so far?

  • Bel2Bell Katie Louise Bell (@Bel2Bell) reported

@EE hello is there any way I can cancel one of my other numbers without calling can’t deal with being on hold x
