Also just to reiterate, I never received the headphones as Gwen I called back they said I had to text oppo and oppo would send me a text. And then balh blah blah_ NOT RRALLY THE SPIRIT OF A GIFT FROM @EE if I have to ask @oppo for them?!? Right??

@EE It absolutely can't. Sick to the back teeth of slow broadband, no signal, nothing downloading etc. Engineer came out to check, apparently we're too far away from the telephone box. We live in central Glasgow, not outer Mongolia!

@fletch_gb @EE @SimonWardMusic I was with EE for nearly two decades as I’m generally very loyal. Moved to O2 almost on a whim (EE gave me no loyalty discounts of any kind anyway despite paying them thousands over the years) so had nothing to lose. Much better service and perks.
