    @EE hi. I have a new handset with a new SIM card. The SIM card was activated over 24 hours ago but I still have no service and cannot use my phone

    @EE ever since you downgraded me from pay monthly to pay as you go my mobile signal has been absolutely rubbish. I get 1/2 bars of 4G signal in a 5G area

    @EE It wasn’t damaged when it left my hands when I handed it into store. The repair note even states there was no physical damage before it was sent.

    Sick of the nagging texts from @EE on my 2nd SIM i text STOP to 1234 but this relentless crap continues. Users know what we need to do to add data or packages we DO NOT need a bloody SPAM text every 3 days.

    @EE when are you going to fix your internet. We pay for the internet but right now we have had awful internet for over a week I cannot even load anything without using data. I'm lagging out on my xbox every hour. This service is unacceptable honestly if it was my choice i switch.

    As a new customer to @VodafoneUK I gotta say their signal coverage is piss poor compared to @EE ...get what you pay for I suppose.

    @MrJamalam @EE They keep switching my SIM off and sending out a new one. Been going on since October. I agree with you about the brewery! Hope they sort your issue out soon, but I wouldn't hold your breath.
