  EE broadband is absolute rubbish @EE talked into switching from sky..told I would be reimbursed for leaving fees (I wasn’t) now my super duper fast broadband fibre buffers all the time. I wish I’d never changed

  @EE can I get some help with logging into my account please ? I’ve raised a complaint because this has been going on for a long while now , there is no online chat without logging in ( which I can’t do) and call backs don’t seem to happen , thanks

  @LeilaniDowding @EE I've had this very argument with our providers for the last 2 years. Whenever I renew a contract they read me info about the landline being internet-based, & ask if I have a mobile should I need emergency services if the landline is unavailable. This is NOT progress.

  @EE I've called 150 to report a fault and seek assistance two days running now, as well as emailing your consumer resolutions address on both days. I'm being ignored. A customer for ten years, longer for my mobiles, loyal despite a long history of past complaints. EE is a disgrace.
