I have to pay the outstanding device balance as well just because I have over 12 months left!

Tony Crystal (@TonyCrystals) reported@TheWobblyGamer @EE I had that same problem, tried calling the customer service. No answer. Hours on hold. Cancelled the DD in frustration. They slapped a £600 termination fee on me and sold it to a debt collector for £100. EE is a sewer.
