@EE hi, who do I speak to about fluctuating internet speeds. Up to about a month ago I had no issues but now the speed is regularly under 10mb/s which is affecting my work

@EE No signal in my area since yesterday. Told there was an issue that has been fixed still keeps dropping. Tried restarts. Can’t get through. Keep getting told to use WiFi calling which I already use. I pay for 50GB of ‘mobile’ data which is currently anything but mobile

@EE My phones fine now. Always have the same problem with the signal at Queens - other peoples networks still work though.

@EE You seem very blasé about it. Today I made a general enquiry about a service and was told I have to give private details. I refused. Then mentioned it in a tweet to which you contact me and ask to take my details again. then in less than 6 hours I get calls from your affiliates

@EE any chance I can cancel contract early due to the fact I can not even use my phone inside my own home… it’s just no good to me.
