    @dannycrm @EE Is there a known outage? Sometimes data doesn’t work on voda and I have to reboot phone then it’s fine. Sure you’ve tried but thought I’d suggest anyway

    @electricpetrol @EE Nope. Adjusted my work contract but was never told it would drop specifically my mobile for days. Very frustrating.

    @EE I paid for roaming to be part of my package. Now I’m abroad in the US with no roaming or even phone signal and I can’t text 150 as I have no phone. And I can’t call as I have no phone. I urgently need this sorting!!!!

    @FullSen70316301 @EE Ah - that’s not good. I have always found their mobile service and support very good, I just always seem to have a problem with broadband 😢

    @lincsbirder2019 @EE I told them I wasn’t paying anywhere near £50 when I can get a new iPhone 13 for around £40. The absolute best she could do, apparently, was £49 which would increase mid-contract anyway! Keeping me on £51 after contract is awful - just for usage when the phone is paid! 🤯🤯🤯

    @electricpetrol @EE To be fair they are normally very good. Issue with a phone forced an contract change which, until the new phone for another user is dispatched, means I have no internet on my phone. Couldn’t have come at a worse week or two.
