    Renewed my broadband today with @bt_uk / @EE / @BTGroup As per the perennially poor service, a service costing me £26 a month was added to my contract without my knowledge. Complained when I found out - and the problem was put back on me to solve!!!

    @EE Thanks but I can't call from my mobile as there's no signal and my landline package (which I resent having to pay for but have to have because of the lack of signal) doesn't include calls to 07nnn numbers.

    @EE My son & I called you yesterday. You are charging me for a tablet I didn’t ask for and that never arrived either. We were told by your team that I will have to continue paying for it even though he could see by looking at my account that I’d never activated nor used it, u thieves

    @dbcxptures Totally agree. Starting to question what is the point of a smart phone! The comments seem to suggest @EE is a good option though? My @O2 signal is pathetic!

    . @O2 I keep using your bad network due to priority and it's been weeks that it won't let me even access it. I called your customer service repeatedly and they have no idea what's going on. I'll give it 2 more days and then my husband, parents and I will switch to @EE
