  @EE @giffgaff you must be aware of the scam company OnTopUp that uses your credentials to scam customers. We’ve had to TWICE cancel fake accounts in our names which we NEVER signed up for & they’ve taken money from both our bank accounts every month even after cancellation! We will be seeking legal advice against them & unfortunately you too as they are part of your circle.

  @EE Is it that that difficult to enable the BB service? Contact signed a month ago. Received can connected the router to the modem last week. But the activation is delayed for 2 weeks because you have to wait for @WeAreOpenreach to do something.

  @EE Can I raise a formal complaint on this matter and arrange a refund. I have tried several numbers. Nobody is interested in helping unless it relates to a phone issue. It has now been 6 working days with no information, with a promised 1-3 working day delivery.

  @MarkyTalk @EE Pretty much same m8 I been with them for over 20 years and feel deals are getting crap plus now the way they split payment between plans and device is terrible as shows on credit rating as a new loan impacting credit score
