  Just been told that the @EE appointment booked for setting up my broadband today, doesn't exist as the request wasn't registered with Open Reach, & will prob be August for a new appointment. They suggested asking a neighbour if I could use their WiFi! New customer experience....

  @MMKUK1 @Ofcom @EE Take the issue back to EE and not waste your time with a social media worker for Ofcom. Escalate through the correct channels and take it to the ombudsman if you need to. They will review the issue and demand a resolution from EE if they feel EE haven't been fair.

  @EE Let's see if we can squeeze an extra fiver out of people with poor judgement! I know you can get e-sims now (and I have done previously) but it does feel like it's exploitative of people who lack the technical knowhow or confidence to do that.

  @EE I can’t get anywhere, I go to order help, put tracking number in and it says “it’s been delivered, click here for refund and return”, I DID NOT receive the item, there’s no option in the help section for this!

  @EE I have called multiple times over the last few days and been refused a manager to speak to, I am not giving my medical issues to someone I do now know, that's for me and my doctor, this needs sorting ASAP

  @EE just moved from plusnet to EE today. Had to ring EE ( only minor issue ) and he couldn't have been more helpful . Credit where its due ! I spend my old retired age moaning about most places ! Well done EE. 👏 👏👏👏👏
