    Changed to @EE broadband, awful coverage in the house beyond the living room and dining room, on top of this trying to sort my home phone with them, i think its now 4 times they have failed to complete my order. Really wish i had just stayed where i was.

    @EE It looks like I’ll have to. It’s no major issue as we have one on the doorstep I just don’t understand this particular issue. The device I want to upgrade to is the iPhone 17 pro max from the15 pro Max. Is this device restricted if I upgrade in person will it deliver to my local

    Another day out this time at Cotswold Wildlife Park and another day fighting to get signal to take pictures and send messages despite showing 5G with 2 bars @EE 1 month until end of contract and this torture.

    @EE @EE @Ofcom - all the way through this whole saga it’s myself that’s had to put up with weak “sorry”’s - my complaint being closed without my knowledge, incorrectly- so wrong - no contact with a human being - just texts - so I thought it was time to let Ofcom knew how you operate
