  Rang @EE today as I had a problem with my bill. She told me she’d give me a better TV package for 3 months as a sorry for their mistake, not telling me she was signing me up for another 24 months! Should be hauled aside for dodgy sales tactics-kept me on the line for 45 minutes!

  @EE 40 minutes isn't just "never ideal", it's not happening. I've tried both the number you just quoted and an 0800 number I found online - both go through to the same endless set of menus to then be told I've to wait 40 mins to speak to someone. I could just air the details of/

  @EE I'd have expected it to be a case as simple as updating mailing lists the same way you remove my EIN. I don't have the energy to speak with someone over the phone for it, I'll just set all emails from that address to go straight into the deleted items, appreciate the support.

  @EE Ordered a phone Saturday 11th, called customer service Monday 13th 60+ minutes on the phone, called to again Tuesday 14th again 60+ minutes informed to reorder the phone, called again today another 60+ to be informed you don't have the phone in stock RIDICULOUS SERVICE

  @Birduder344 @EE Customer loyalty is dead, it's not something that is valued or gets rewarded. No matter the issue, be it mobile phone contracts, electricity, ... a "loyal" customer will get punished. It's become sadly necessary to take the shortest contracts possible and change providers often.

  Been on the phone since 9am, with @EE only for them to disconnect 3 times, they boast about being the best provider for 25 years, well you can’t even complete a query so I beg to ask who crowned you with such a dead service?
