  @Hepworthclare @EE Been in same situation. Found e mail address of CEO and e mailed them direct. Received a call within 4 hours and resolution in 24.

  @EE another day goes by and still no resolution- your organisation really is the worst I’ve ever had the displeasure of having to have a service forced on me that isn’t fit for purpose, I’m fed up with sorry, I’m fed up of the whole damn saga - your service deserves every single one of these piles and yrs It’s now 18 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩

  @EE @SamsungMobile @SamsungUK are you just conmen? What a joke- 9 pound in parking and 2 hours for them to just say the phone’s damaged. How is their damage if you haven’t checked the phone??? Screen protector not been touched and they said no visual damage ??? It’s a known fault

  @MsVespertilio @EE EE are awful they charged me 270 pounds for a supposed breach of contract , they admitted that they have no proof but I had to pay in protest!! 15 years as a customer down the drain never again with @EE
