    @EE any update on the FIVE masts down in TN33 yet? Day 5 of no signal and router. Currently parked in the next town to send this!! Ironically just a couple of miles away where they have 5G yet TN33 rarely gets 2 bars of 4G!

    @EE how does one become a customer with you? Trying to checkout but get "Must only contain correct characters...Please correct the errors below" - but there are not errors below displayed or highlighted? On the checkout page there is no 'help' option, or contact option? 1/2

    @EE I predict that despite the fact I cancelled my contract in November and transferred my number...you will still continue to charge me..The contact us feature on your website is down and I get an error staying my login is blocked..?

    @EE are literally the worst phone company in the entirety of the UK. If anyone is thinking of moving to them do not.

    @EE I;m out of contract so goodbye EE. This is really the worse level of customer service, to have to pay for something that, due to their fault, I cannot access for free.

    I have DM’d @EE. They are looking into it. I am now 8-days in and still can’t make phone calls. Despite my bill being paid and being a loquat customer for 8-years. I first raised this on their app 27 Dec. @MoneySavingExp any advice.
