@EE Hi there, can you help me please? My BF can’t make or receive phone calls or text messages, he’s a bit of a technophobe and doesn’t like webchats and obviously he can’t phone for help since the mobile isn’t making calls, do you have a landline phone number he can call? Thanks

furious that @EE have removed my discount 16 months into a 24 month contract. to then tell me it’s my fault because I didn’t reapply the discount 10 months ago, but have left it until now to tell me leaving me no option whatsoever to rectify it. awful customer service.
