    @EE I am due to get a call from Kevin (around 12.30) only because I went into your Richmond upon Thames shop and Samira was very helpful. Otherwise, as a loyal EE customer, I feel let down and disillusioned with your service, which certainly doesn’t live up to your marketing slogans.

    @markgregory_ @EE They’re a decent network but their sales operation is disgusting. That’s why I never accept their sales calls. I want everything in writing.

    Had what I thought was an all singing all dancing business contract with @ee £65+VAT/month. Pricey yes but unlimited minutes, texts, data. Phoned client in USA. Turns out not on plan. Didn't pick up. Left 59 sec voicemail. I've been charged £2.57+VAT. For 59 secs. WHAT ********?

    @EE my wifi has been down since last night and its frustrating that everyday I have to reset the router due to awfully slow speed. I cannot continue like this.

    Service is steadily getting worse and still no support. Getting random Internet outages daily now for anywhere from 10 minutes up to 40 minutes currently. Yet assure me there is nothing wrong. @EE

    @EE So today our internet has been down since 10:30am, 30 houses have no internet so there sending an engineer out tomorrow he’s going to be busy!!!!! Why didn’t they just say there’s a site wide outage!!!!.

    @EE anybody thinking of going to @EE for mobile broadband in the NR29 area DON’T. Nearly 6 weeks of download speeds of 0.47 too 1.47 is taking the P. Yet they have only just approved the work to be done and still for not another week or so. Stay well away from them simply crap
