  @EE can you advise why this morning my husband was given a 12 month SIM only deal and I am being told now that I can’t have a 12 month deal as you don’t do them. I have been a customer for over 15 years.

  @JamesHiggs76 @EE Since they merged with BT, it’s a joke! Customer service reps who stick to a script with no deviation..gaslighting customers even when you tell them you can’t afford the plan they’re offering

  @bt_uk @s_starrr6 @EE My BT broadband has been broken for a week. BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.

  @Ofcom Can you point me to the relevant guidance about mobile service prolonged failure @EE has had signal issues for the past 90 days and have offered £0 in compensation, only credited what I would have paid if it was working 😵‍💫😵‍💫

  @EE please help guys I have only a E sim device and my eSIM has deleted 😭😭😭😭 can’t access my phone or emails unless have WiFi and don’t have it in my work place where I am
