    @EE There was no damage on the phone it was 5 weeks old. Now there is i refuse to accept the phone back so I cant be blamed for anymore I cant do an insurancd claim because ive not damaged it and it'd be fraud! But yet theyre telling me its damaged and was when it was sent & it wasnt

    @EE Hi,im moving house and want to take out a package with EE through Uswitch. When does the credit report get run? I dont want it to cause any issue with my mortgage but I need broadband booking in asap. Can I pre book at appointment and the credit search be done when I move in

    **** you @ee that's best part of an hour I've wasted trying to view my bills, look at upgrade options - phone & broadband but you website is so shite at loading pages, or not as is the case I'm now exploring other providers options - poor customer service extends to your website

    @EE It's an issue with your website. I've reported it many times but nothing gets sorted I just get told to phone up all the time. When I phone up I get asked a million security questions which were set up 14 years ago 🙄
