    @EE @Apple What is going on? A friends new iPhone 16 was crushed by a car in a carpark by someone else and you can’t do anything about it because no insurance.. even tho it can still be tracked and rings. They are still paying £65 a month for contract. Poor poor service

    @EE App doesn't work ... Why or how would I contact you through the App if it's not working? I'm not sitting on the phone to tell you your App is **** and needs fixing, I've just done that on here. Let me know when it's fixed!

    @EE @danfotoman1 @ee are so ****, i used to have 7 phones and 2 i pads with them, i`m finally down to 1 phone and i still feel like they are ripping me off. good luck you`ll need it

    @EE On top of all of this we have had to lose our original account and told to sign up as a new customer. We have been a BT/ and now EE customer for nearly 20 years ! this all due to an EE error. @EE @WeAreOpenreach

    @EE My roaming was all set up from my previous trip a few months ago. I've never had to take any additional steps prior to this. If I turn my phone on and off or manually search, it connects for just a minute. Already said I don't have access to another phone.

    I need to speak to customer services. It's a nightmare trying to speak to someone - is anyone there. Phone the local shop - nobody picks up. Had to buy a new phone - my previous phone - stll on contract non operational. This is not good. How can I get some service @EE

    @EE 👋🏻 my boyfriend has dropped his phone in the canal. I have called your customer care who advised we can’t get his number back? We need that number for his customer database. Please help!
