@O2 @virginmedia @EE Well deserved, we are so impressed! Our area isn't even covered by Virgin so we were nervous about trying another provider but for the last (3 years in April 2022), we have had maybe 3 occasions when our internet has been down for max 5 minutes... Pretty awesome if you ask me! X

@EE The problem lasted only for about 30 minutes. It affected all voice calls (via mobile and VOIP) and data services.

@EE Does the situation you describe "emergency calls" include all telephone numbers? for example; wheelchair or mobility-scooter mechanical failure repair and recovery companies?

@EE is there anything down around the Mansfield area of notts? Hardly getting any data and the phone line is getting quiet poor. Any ideas?
