@EE Hi Debbie, thanks! I actually spoke to someone at your help centre who explained that you 5G is not working atm, and to switch to 4G. It would be have been great to have been notified of this in advance, and to be notified as to when it will be working again.

@EE Can get connected but signal can be weak across much of the Yorjshire Dlaes & Lakes where we spend most of our time. A new transmitter near our cottage in Chapel Stile made a huge difference to signal availability. You just don't have good enough coverage...

@EE Not a happy lunar new year for us- manager Sade Ghorashi, at Harrow St Ann’s store says too busy serving customers to help customer missold contract in her store by her new sales person! Thought was upgrading and ended up with two phone lines! Cowboys!

@EE no phone signal for days in Portree, Isle of Skye! Supplier for all @NHSHighland, not good enough!
