@EE It was only last night but I’ve never done an upgrade online before just want to make sure it’s not stuck or anything I would really appreciate it being delivered tomorrow lol

  • mattyhighamZA Matt Higham (@mattyhighamZA) reported

@EE Secondly, very nice of you to help the vulnerable (honestly) but why pass that cost onto the customer? What are profits for? Sick of MASSIVE companies guilting their customers when they ask about price increases after having company costs passed onto them. It's a nonsense.

  • chloe32970155 chloe (@chloe32970155) reported

@EE there’s no way to speak to someone unless you pay 25p I topped up 15 pound and got which is now only available to pay as you is unlimited minutes and text for £10 I called a vodafone number it use up the remaining £5 ? I can’t call 0207 and there’s a 25p charge HELP

  • sarahharrison86 Sarah Harrison (@sarahharrison86) reported

@StarWalf @tescomobile I wouldn’t recommend Vodafone to anyone. Totally garbage network and customer service. I moved to @EE and haven’t looked back.

  • tinayoung3 tina young (@tinayoung3) reported

@EE Why is the signal so bad currently in Bexhill? All 3 of us have one bar or none? been like this for a few days.

  • RubySplashy Ivette nyxabelle (@RubySplashy) reported

@mattyhighamZA @tescomobile @EE Yep breach of contract. Just cancel the contract or refuse to pay the price rise. Don't pay more for less

  • mattyhighamZA Matt Higham (@mattyhighamZA) reported

@EE OK, lots to unpack here. Firstly, you've missed my point - a 24 month contract where I pay higher than agreed for 23 months of it is not a good contract, yes? If your price increase is in March and I sign in Feb, just incorporate the price increase into the contract! More honest

  • kadoomed Kadoomed (@kadoomed) reported

An update on my @EE phone repair saga. It's taken 9 days but it looks like I'm now getting a replacement phone after the repair centre accepted it was still in warranty. A shambles of a service though with poor communication, shady pressuring tactics and accessibility issues.

  • tdunne888 Jen (@tdunne888) reported

@EE Wrong person, its @msjaninesmith who has the problem!

  • DLbi12John_boy John Casserly (@DLbi12John_boy) reported

@EE @mattyhighamZA Kind of makes a mockery of the word "contract" though doesn't it? If the customer changed the amount they paid you you would penalise them for breaching that contract. Contracts work both ways.
