@EE my partner has left your service for another provider. There was an outstanding balance on his account which he paid by bacs. However we are still getting letters saying there is money to pay. When he tries to call we can’t get through because he is no longer a customer. Help

@EE afternoon :) I work across east London and all week my 4g signal has been bad and pages don't load, no matter where I am which is very bizarre for EE. I seem to be the only person with this issue. Any ideas?

@EE help needed please... I need to upgrade my home broadband before Monday... I've rung the number given many times and after 30mins on hold am cut off, its not something I can do on my online account.. How am I meant to do this?

@EE please get the My EE app to work properly on the add on section so I can try and get my BT app access working. Also, find it utterly comical and brain dead that you've removed the live chat option from your service.
