-
CHX Roller (@FareJacob) reported@EE Had to do it Via Website... your app still isn't right... logged in, entered verification code, then kicks ya back to login... and so on... keeps going back to square 1. Please sort it out. CHX Wimpole.

Phil Olson (@Ph1ltheee) reportedJust been told that the @EE appointment booked for setting up my broadband today, doesn't exist as the request wasn't registered with Open Reach, & will prob be August for a new appointment. They suggested asking a neighbour if I could use their WiFi! New customer experience....

WaveyDavey001 (@WaveyDavey001) reportedHad to call @EE twice for two separate issues today. Both call centre operatives listened, were polite and helped quickly. Massive improvement on when I dealt with BT previously. Well done EE I’d moan if you were bad so credit where credit’s due. 👏👍

Stuart Marshall (@MrMclarenNUFC) reported@ee Is there any chance you can switch back on your masts and stop offering a sub service for the same money. You’re bloody terrible

sunil bedi (@colnbrook1) reported@EE Have just spoken to your customer service team - appalling- not willing to compensate for the failure to connect to roaming- closing the case before speaking to the technical team - really shocked at this appalling service
-
Dave (@UK_DC_One) reported@Ofcom A good start Need to make it so everyone can exit a contract if either service being paid for is not up to standard, or after 6 months if not happy can switch at no cost, or added to a contract based on information provided by an agent (@EE did this to me back in December, and now im locked into a phone contract that is not what I was told I was supposed to be paying). It's time these companies are punished for ripping off the British people
-
Gaz (@TisSaff) reported@EE Contract is up, 27 year customer, prices are ridiculous now (up to 4x competitors). How do I go about leaving?
