    @EE absolutely shocking been trying to get hold of EE all day and had no luck your app is a pile of crap! New provider I think!

    @AndyWoodturner I hate Digital Voice too. Spent an hour sitting in my car earlier this week in the nearest spot to us with mobile signal to call @EE because the broadband was out again, therefore no phone! Useless service.

    @EE You are going to need it when @ee fail to deliver your broadband repeatedly and they suggest just hot spotting your phone.

    ffs @EE sort your 150 crap out. Trying to pay my bill Option 1, to pay your bill, Option 2 to pay someone else's bill or Press star for something else. Doesn't let you press star just repeats that same options over & over. so can you get someone from EE to call me.

    @EE What's going on? I have been trying since about 2pm to talk to someone to change my phone contract. Being consistently told there's a problem with the system. So no-one can help at this time. Not acceptable at all. Can someone explain what's happening please?
