  • LukeGriffiths21 Luke Griffiths (@LukeGriffiths21) reported

    @EE my Apple Watch won’t connect with my phone. Saying I need to call 150. Help us out

  • Ravendite4 Gemma Surrage (@Ravendite4) reported

    @EE Do you have an ETA for when the problem in the AB53 area will be sorted?

  • PaulGrayburn G R A Y B U R N (@PaulGrayburn) reported from Romford, England

    @EE Can’t stand these tweets when you let service in other areas go to **** for months and months and months #SlowSarcasticClap👏🏻

  • matt_game Matt'll do (@matt_game) reported

    @EE They replaced the router; no help though. I’m convinced it’s a poor BT copper line install, which just cuts off the broadband regularly. We have fibre running in our front lawn which is the frustration. @WeAreOpenreach refuse to connect us as we’re not a ‘community project’.

  • Steven_Mann27 StevenMann (@Steven_Mann27) reported

    .@EE @goEnjoy was on hold and now been cut off. This is shocking customer service. Will be cancelling my order if not resolved ASAP

  • Mags_Wonnowt Dougie Harrington-Jaquett (@Mags_Wonnowt) reported

    @EE Another satisfied customer

  • nobodywillobsrv Somebodyelse (@nobodywillobsrv) reported

    @EE Can I get mifi? No. I will give you cash, but you refuse. You **** around and refuse and discriminate based on @equifax mafia. Use @experian and let customers with cash pay for things normally. No bizarre social credit black mirror nonsense. Fix this #disriminatory behaviour

  • Wiblicks Pink & Susan (@Wiblicks) reported

    @Wiblicks well that sorted that out. The @EE signal is now so week that siting in the living gets us nothing; it will log in to @Twitter but it can't up load all the info. Even sitting in the kitchen we have only one bar where as a year ago that would have been 3.

  • wizardofflame AME (@wizardofflame) reported

    @EE Yep, tried that, same issue. I had similar issues in January and so this is a mew router as well

  • basqueinlondon Elena Sanchez (@basqueinlondon) reported

    @EE Ok, but the recurring problem is that the internet speeds seems to go down so we still hay wifi in the router room, but the extenders we have disconnect regularly. This has been happening often in last week. Can you check if service has been affected in KT1 area?
