Hey @EE are you having website problems in general today? Trying to log in keeps on getting me directed to a page that says "you have successfully logged out"... not especially helpful!

@EE I read that texting "VM OFF" to 150 turns off Voice Mail, but 150 replies with "We've had a problem with your request, please try again a little later". Tried 3x, same result each time.

I'm not 100% sure @ee Customer Services understand the concept of 'service' .... can't contact by phone and whoever was intermittently contacting me via DM appears to have gone home ... 2 hours after starting our conversation

@PaulaRossi47 @EE @rootmetrics I’ve been with them since start of Orange back in the early 90’s when it was a ace provider with excellent customer services and the appreciated loyal customers now it’s a misleading company and way expensive so I’m off when my contract is up in October

Frustrating flagging a technical issue with an app that won't work on 4G via @EE (works fine on wifi & worked yesterday). Rang EE to raise and it's a "computer says no" situ if they can't access your account (which I don't want them to do anyway). Website is equally rubbish😩

@EE Yes fine but I’m in Liverpool now. It was just very slow in Melksham so I just wondered if it was a poor area or was it my phone
