    @EE I have been told another complaint has been raised to investigate why my original one was closed and Haris confirmed that there were no notes as to the reason. Such poor service.

    @EE I've called 150 to report a fault and seek assistance two days running now, as well as emailing your consumer resolutions address on both days. I'm being ignored. A customer for ten years, longer for my mobiles, loyal despite a long history of past complaints. EE is a disgrace.

    Het @bt_uk @EE we don't have a landlines any more and we're never going to subscribe to your ****** ripoff broadband or TV service so can you come and take the cable away? Thanks.

    @EE I have spoken to 3 people, been to the EE shop and spoke to one of the agents who was kind enough to call back. No one can solve the issue as why service just dropped off. Very disappointed.

    Can't believe after 18 years, I'm going to have to leave @EE for my phone and broadband because Virgin have a much better offer on their Broadband and TV - over a £15pm difference for like for like basis! Retentions unable to come down any more.

    @EE Still waiting to be sent a new code for this offer. 3 phonecalls, reaching out on here - nothing. Been with @ee since the days of Orange, family plan, valued customer- not for much longer. What a let down.

    Day two of @EE totally ignoring my complaint, now a month to install broadband they promised weeks ago, two appointments made, two no shows without explanation. 45 minutes on hold whilst they keep taking my money. Disgusting

    Ever since moving from @EE to @VodafoneUK I've had 0 issues with my connection in my area, unlike EE.
