    @EE @Ofcom Finally sorted c4 hours later. Quite simply this is why people lying to sell is wrong and why online chat doesn't work. Time she will never get back unfortunately.

    @EE Its the same almost every day. There is no technical issue, it’s purely down to your lack of investment in coverage. Bills go up, coverage never improves. The UK has the worst 5G infrastructure investment in Europe.

    Been with @EE /Orange over 20 years and now having to pay a small fortune to get out of a non competitively priced contact? 2 phones on basic SIM only..1 out of & 1 in contract (10 mth left) £23 pm! £5 pm each on Sky . £117 to cancel plus new cost £22 for 1 SIM. @MartinSLewis

    @EE I can’t make a call to you as my new phone hasn’t picked up its eSIM and the live chat keeps telling me to call. What is the best way of getting help with this please?

    @EE get on the line and then wait and wait, while they tell you that they get rated best phone provider in the UK. If they are the best, I'd hate to think what others customer service is like. Complete utter BS.

    Hi. Been waiting +2 weeks for #EE to sort out a major issue. 2 handsets but set up incorrectly with data allowance. Called my #business account person. Not interested. Not his problem. Went in store. Not their #problem . Thing is, I will take this all the way! @EE

    @DerekAllan61 @EE We are all with sky mobile 3 handsets one SIM only deal , all done online and never one bit of hassle . My wife was with EE for years but they were absolutely shocking to deal with .
