    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom doesn't use bike lanes or crossings so nobody else should be able to. Tom likes to show off that he lives in a more expensive area than you but thinks your tax should solve his connectivity problems. Tom hasn't heard of broadband or WiFi. Don't be like Tom.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE That's private enterprise for you Tom: promises investment, better cheaper service than the state could provide but trips over its own boots failing bigly However, as you surely know, mobile phone signals in La France Profonde, despite it being 6 times as big as UK, are fine.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE If you think Dulwich is bad, try Brighton and Hove. The entire hilly city has draconian parking restrictions that mostly operate 9am to 8pm seven days a week. The only way to park is with a phone app and then you find there's no mobile coverage.

    @EE I have tried this to no avail. Do me a favour, you try and navigate your website to report service disruption and see how you get on. The UX you offer is dreadful.

    @EE And the Broadband connection has just gone down again this morning. What is going on? This broadband service is unreliable. Every day, it goes down.

    Love how I pay a small fortune to @EE and still have shocking broadband and have to hot-spot my phone..one day off I get and can't have two items on at the same time. Done the checks, had new router and engineer visit still crap. How hard can it be to get what you pay for

    Well Laura from @EE Customer service promised me she would call at 4pm today, it is 5.45 pm and she hasn't called. Can a real human look at this. Thank you.
