Surprised @EE isn't more eager for me to trade up from rolling PAYG to a 24-month contract. I would take a deal like the ones they offered recently, to get e.g. visual voicemail and Apple Watch support. Seems odd not to be courting their new PAYG customer during my first month.

Shocking service from @ee - no signal at all for a month at home because a mast is down. Refuse any refund. Telling me it’s because of scaffolders!. Stay away people.

I urge anyone using the cowboy outfit of @ee to reconsider suppliers at contract renewal. Currently on hold for 25 mins and counting. Yesterday 42 mins and call was dropped. Day before that 38 mins. Ongoing unreliable, terrible network coverage. Beware and be warned! #poorservice
