    @EE on a two hour journey between Stoke on Trent and London no service whatsoever. Nothing. Not even when the train stopped at stations. Which twinned with wifi @AvantiWestCoast not working as usual really made the journey quite unpleasant

    @annharrison23 @bt_uk @EE They couldn’t transfer my family phone sims between themselves, but Vodafone had no problem taking on the contract!

    @VodafoneUK my wife has been with you for 25 years just been told she need proof of who she is unreal she is moving to @EE with me @VodafoneUK poor service one ,actually daughter as well so 2 loyal customers lost ,

    @EE @chrispugh_69 Having the same issue in Fairwater, Cardiff too for the past few days. It’s weird because haven’t had a problem at home before. Why would it suddenly get worse? So frustrating.

    Switching to @O2 from @EE has to be the worst choice I've made. Worst Internet connection I've ever had and I can Barley be heard on any calls.

    . @EE TV adverts with Kevin Bacon using fear as a driver to promote products Fear of being buried alive, fear of snakes Makes no sense, the adverts are awful & counterproductive You need to win the hearts/minds of customers not associate @EE with fear #WorldcupQatar2022
