  @EE I can’t ever get reception on my phone for calls I’ve called and ee doesn’t want to help, I’ve been a customer for 30 yrs with the same number and I find your customer service shocking regarding this apparently you can’t help me?

  If any company SELLS a product online, they should be legally forced into allowing customer to cancel online. Some people have terrible anxiety when it comes to making/reciving phone calls & those companies (like @EE) prey on those people.

  @EE get your act together. Sent a complaint in over two weeks ago asking for this complaint to be resolved and to send me a PAC code. You came saying you were looking into it and that you would call back. I request you deal with this as a matter of urgency.
