    Hello @EE I’ve been disconnected from broadband internet due to a reported issue with the connection by Openreach. Being three days now without access to work and a potential job loss around the corner, I’ll like to know the update on this issue. Please see the screenshot below for additional context.

    @jdklfc @EE Yeah so EE should just pay all the other companies to use their infrastructures around the world? Sure - not EE’s problem. It’s an industry problem. The infrastructure behind roaming is vastly complex, and with complexity comes costs that your basic AF contract doesn’t cover.

    @EE Hey! You guys done some sort of remote update to SmartHub+ on my fibre broadband? All of a sudden I (and other EE customers) are having issues with Zappi chargers losing connection. Router has to be restarted every time I plug my car in. Nothing else has changed.

    @EE Im making enquiries of sky at the moment as they will pay up to £200 to cancel existing contracts
