    Why has EE gone so ****? You’d think they’d be better considering how expensive they are. Tells me I can upgrade for no fee… proceeds to charge me an ETC. Happy to pay it as I have NHS discount but whatever plan I pick, I can’t use the NHS discount. @EE 🀬😑

    @EE I reckon that it's a combination of you both. Yesterday it would not work on EE iPhone but got to login on my Giffgaff iPhone but missed the 7:30pm deadline since it asked me to update app first with only minutes to go. Only once have I had the problem on GG, but 4 times with EE

    @EE I’ve just tried ringing my local garage to book my car in for a service - the mechanic struggled to hear me (one bar of signal strength on πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ best network?!) so what’s the issue?

    @EE what's going on with the internet/wifi in my area? (Ta6) Its been down all day. Ive been using my data. The time keeps changing when its getting 'fixed' we should have a month's discount. I pay for it and cant even use it.

    @EE ARE RUBBISH. Parcel delayed and I am going on holiday. (Failed to send me a tracking email too). Told me to go to @RoyalMail sorting office and tell them which I just did. They told me it's EE problem not theirs and they should be dealing with it.

    @EE got a new sim for phone yesterday. When I put in it says no service - why has it not activated??

    @GorwayGlobal @EE The app and website are both ALWAYS shocking for bugs and glitches. For a network company, it's wild how bad it is!!!
