@rytel_dylan @EE Zero support is offered from the support service. Got my account back through the help of #Gitsecuriti on Instagram after trying to get help from the support team. Haven't had any problems with my account, my account run smoothly, I'll suggest you reach out to them

Today hasn't gone to plan at all. This afternoon I was unable to 999 until I reset my bloody phone again. I have a #PACCODE From @EE but am currently unable to use it as I require pack codes for my other devices. When they treat long term customers this badly it says a lot.

@EE the worst customer service to date! Been trying to get a repair since December. Told it was in warranty and after giving it in at 11am this morning got a call back at 5.30pm saying it’s not in warranty and we need to pay £400! What a joke! Not renewing our contracts!

**** off is @EE planning on continuing to charge me for my phone and sim contract at the end of the month when my contract ends! ******* piece of **** company! Raves about a loyalty scheme yet I’ve never had any better deals from being with them for 4 years!
