    @EE Didnt do anything. Im awaiting broadband from yourselves activated on thursday. The 4G back up is useless as there is no signal No signal on my s26 outside It is unacceptable in a major city not to have any signal at all

    @ee Wow, due an upgrade (customer for 25+ years). Samsung S26, same plan, same duration. With @iD_Mobile_UK it's £19 upfront and £29.99 a month. With yourselves its £20 up front £72.81 a month (first month is £92.81).... What the actual hell ?! Think you lost a loyal customer!

    @EE why do you advise to contact you if you have issues then get a generic response! Network update: We couldn't find a problem in location:This may have been a one off and we recommend you restart your device. It’s not a one off!!

    @EE 40 minutes isn't just "never ideal", it's not happening. I've tried both the number you just quoted and an 0800 number I found online - both go through to the same endless set of menus to then be told I've to wait 40 mins to speak to someone. I could just air the details of/

    @EE spent ages on the phone with auto customer services. For it to end with you must text for this service and they ended the call. I do the text thing and get a response "we cant match your details to an account" So yeah.....useful service. WiFi signals been awful for days!

    @EE I’ve been without a working phone outside my house for 4 days now because of a signalling issue (meaning when I’m outside my house I have NO contact with anyone) As well as no one being able to call me from my house. When is this issue going to be fixed??
