@EE Yes they even provide a link to upgrade but when i press it I get the same page, we're working on a problem page I cannot use the phone to order as I end up with your top of the range unsuitable contract (due to my memory issues ) and no doubt your bonus scheme

  • jharrisanim Jonathan Harris (@jharrisanim) reported

@EE I'm looking to cancel because I have moved and have signed up with another provider at my new home. I'm aware I'm generally meant to give 30 days notice of this but it slipped my mind as I had a lot to deal with leading up to the move.

  • Robbo_87_ Robbo (@Robbo_87_) reported

@EE Hi, since moving in to my new property I struggle for signal in my house, constantly on one bar. The signal checker is reporting it should be ok. Can this be looked into ?

@EE signal and Connectivity has been poor lately. Not to mention the cost of new contracts. Upgrades are ridiculous with them... @O2 what you got for me? think it might be time I return to you.

  • mattd8b Matt Den (@mattd8b) reported

@EE utterly useless in helping out customers Advice to anyone, once they have you on contract they don't care. They have your cash. Best bet, try other providers with actual customer service!!!

  • jakeleopold Jake March-Jones (@jakeleopold) reported

@O2 No it’s fine, I’m hoping @EE can help me out as I have a line with them so going to switch this one to them too

  • chduccuxytxycyc m (@chduccuxytxycyc) reported

@EE hi, what’s the process of shutting down a phone contract that an under 18 year old has taken out? Would the account be closed immediately?

  • weavero96x Ollie Weaver (@weavero96x) reported

@EE how can I stop automated texts from you giving me updates of signal issues in an area a previous partner lived?
