Trying to call @ee and so far I've been waiting 16 minutes. "Currently receiving a high number of calls." The waiting music doesn't help much either.

Just got my pac code, one final try to see if you can tell me anything about PAYG roaming costs in the EU before I leave, I am assuming it is bad news due to the social media team reply to all other requests but ignoring this one @EE

@EE But it is the case! I pay for 28 day/ 24hr EE coverage and service. If I leave my WiFi my phone is effectively useless.

@EE First sim / new customer. I have set up an account which is unusable until you register a phone but it doesn't like the number that came with the sim.

@EE Yes it’s my daughter’s phone you should tell people before they insure that you insist on turning off find my phone which you can’t do if the phone is broken
