@EE WHATS HAPPENING WITH THE APP? Tells me to log in for security purposes this will happen from time to time, I do so and now it says there’s a problem and to come back later. Shoddy!!!

  • william_usher William Usher (@william_usher) reported

@EE So the router changes to yellow signaling an issue, we have to then manually reset the router

  • davwheat_ David Wheatley (@davwheat_) reported

Thankfully the UK is starting to deploy the 700 MHz spectrum, but for 5G usage. The reasoning behind it is to provide good 5G coverage as quickly as possible, but 4G 700 MHz may have been a better option, especially with @EE's Emergency Service Network.

  • TheD1ceMan Dice (@TheD1ceMan) reported

Hey @VodafoneUK I'm getting 4Mbps on 4G with you guys (and frequently no data at all) and 50Mbps with @EE at the same location. Waiting weeks for "engineers to fix it" is getting tiresome. Looks like I'll be moving when my contract is up.

  • J_owatson Jake Watson (@J_owatson) reported

@EE Broadband issues, incredibly unreliable restarts every 45minutes and speeds drop every day at an exponential rate. We've had 2 new routers + plus another one which is on the way.

  • tattie_reads paperbackandproud (@tattie_reads) reported

hello @EE you haven't replied my message from 3 hours ago. my sim card isn't working and is not registered to a network. idk what this means and I need your assistance to solve this

  • halseyb Ben Halsey (@halseyb) reported

@EE Can my organisation pay to add our website to your list of sites that EE customers are not charged for. We have introduced new mobile technology since Covid but have a unique problem we are looking to solve.

  • arthur_haynes Arthur Haynes (@arthur_haynes) reported

@ee Really #disappointed by your customer loyalty and inability to offer my partner and I the same sim only contracts. All seems like a bit of a #scam when customer services say that my deal is ‘specially chosen’ for me as if I’m the chosen one, and can’t match for her #goodbye

  • man_of_gwent Stephen Davies (@man_of_gwent) reported from Abergavenny, Wales

@EE have you got any idea when the signal issue will be rectified in Abergavenny please?

  • ChloeHoughton5 Chloe. (@ChloeHoughton5) reported

@EE I did not sit on hold for 25 mins for you to hang up on me
