    So I go to Turkey, @EE bill is paid up, come home, service has been cancelled, broadband shut off… And obviously no one to talk to about it…

    @EE 1 week later and still trying to fix the same issue. tech add on contract ended Jan 26, was billed feb & march for it. advisor now saying to pay the correct amount but with no bill showing this? why would i pay something with no record of & will have to message again to fix. wild

    @ee can you do anything to hurry up the activation for a new SIM card (same No kept). This is causing problems not having access to the phone. We weren’t told it takes up to 24 hours !

    @EE I have tried everything and nothing is working, I have tried to get in contact via many different ways and still no help. Please give me alternative option

    @TheWobblyGamer @EE I had that same problem, tried calling the customer service. No answer. Hours on hold. Cancelled the DD in frustration. They slapped a £600 termination fee on me and sold it to a debt collector for £100. EE is a sewer.

    @EE I am currently aboard and my mobile number has been disconnected, I have tried all avenues to contact you and it has been a fail. No contact number no help on the website so this is my last result. Could you please get back to me and help me please
