    @EE hi there - I am very very disappointed- I am in Prague and switched on data roaming for the day pass (total 4 days) and it has not worked - have followed all Instructions- switched phone on/off and no luck - it has caused nothing but problems….

    @EE I’ve been without a working phone outside my house for 4 days now because of a signalling issue (meaning when I’m outside my house I have NO contact with anyone) As well as no one being able to call me from my house. When is this issue going to be fixed??

    @britishchick21 @EE The service in my area has become awful. I can barely get one bar of signal indoors. What happened to EE?

    I have made multiple complaints to @EE and even though I told them the signal is not good where I live and that I need the fibre, they insisted on sending me a mini WiFi hub as a show of "good faith" it was supposed to arrive today, guess what, it never did, such poor service

    @MichelleBeckett I had a similar problem with @EE, they stuck to their terms and conditions like glue, I only had one request and that was they inform a senior person of the situation, I didn't even want them to concede, just be aware of the issue, they point blank refused. I've had 5 contracts with them for about 6 years now. As each one ends I'm going elsewhere on principle now.

    @EE my data keeps dropping in and out, even though it says I have 5G! As well as my signal. Is there some sort of issue I’m not aware of?

    @EE internet struggling at half 10 at night with just my Xbox connected to it is a ******* joke. I'm paying for an apartment WiFi "optimiser". Reported this so many times but just get sent to a bullshit AI chat that doesn't help
