i have to say, i find the service from @ee very good but their customer service on the phone is appauling, and their website doesn't work in some browsers. have been cut off twice today on the phone, but somehow managed to make a saving. awful experience, so british

@EE is there any reason you are rewarding my customer loyalty by ripping me off for my broadband renewal. 25% reduction in speed and a 15% price increase. I think you can guess what the outcome of such a ridiculous offer will result in!
