    @EE Of course I’ve already done that I’ve spent 6 hours on chats this morning. I’ve been through the base level AI you have and constantly get to, I want technical support and it states you. Can’t message them you have to ring them. I CAN’T RING THAT MY ISSUE!

    @EE I've replied to the email from the complaints team asking for a call back. If you could look at my email inbox, you'd see a string of complaints to EE going back over all ten years of my being your customer. I can't believe I've put up with it for so long.

    Changed to @EE broadband, awful coverage in the house beyond the living room and dining room, on top of this trying to sort my home phone with them, i think its now 4 times they have failed to complete my order. Really wish i had just stayed where i was.

    @EE never had reason to complain but following you failing to turn up to upgrade my broadband you are sending repeated messages that I must return the kit & a list of penalty costs if I don’t. You know, the kit I continue to use as you failed to turn up. This is harassment

    @EE If I do the upgrade in person I assume this won’t be an issue and the device will be delivered to the store. I can do this if needs be

    Another day out this time at Cotswold Wildlife Park and another day fighting to get signal to take pictures and send messages despite showing 5G with 2 bars @EE 1 month until end of contract and this torture.

    @paulmatt86 @EE Because the UK is so so broken and has been since they removed the Huawei stuff years ago and never got replaced with anything as good as that . But the likes of EE still ripping the customers by charging us more but get less…
