Long conversation and a good long while on hold, multiple times, @EE have now just hung up on me. No resolution. So not only have they got £25 of my money that they refuse to refund. But I have spent hours in contact with them via phone and chat and email with nothing.

@EE could you fix your online complaints email webform, please? It says you are allowed a maximum of 500 words. I am trying to submit 402 words but it won't allow me to as it says I am only allowed 500 words? Very hard to contact EE.

@WAFLL_92 @EE PLC’s are a broken model imo. We have to find a better way. Not saying they should be state owned, that’s got it own downsides, but having most of the planets major companies only concerned about profit, it’s just not health.

@EE @ArmWap Not being funny but earlier you said you were serving more customers than ever = more money. Shareholders getting millions in dividends, yet the customer is sucking on the 7.5% price rise.

Thank you @EE for causing yet more stress. Why would you send an existing customer a new number when they update their package. Easily fixable? I hope so. But why create the problem in the first place? More wasted time on automated systems is just what people want.

@EE How do I talk to someone who will actually listen to a genuine complaint I have that has led to me trying to cancel my broadband within the 14-day cooling-off period? I have emails to prove I was misled by an EE employee. So far no one seems interested??

@virginmedia #broadband is currently shite and my @EE #4G is being shite as well. I mean I know it’s 21st century problems but it’s bloody annoying when I’m accustomed to (and PAYING FOR) continuous internet access.
