@EE the stupid customer assistant keeps texting me that he or she has done some digging and everything is right insinuating that i am a fraud EE how long have been on your network do you want me to post all my bills because in just four years i have spent almost £8000K

@EE At Wimbledon where EE has pretty much collapsed. Totally overloaded. Major, major problem when you need to be able to download e-tickets. Everything is very slow - its not the Wimbledon websites problem.

@EE can you let me know if there is a problem with coverage in AB42. I am waiting on a call from the GP and had no service the whole day it been poor all week

So it took 4.5 hours on webchat and about 7 mins on a phone call to @EE to resolve a simple question of what roaming add on I need (or not) for the US, Great service from Mishael and then Matt - but those webchat support team are truly dreadful

Imagine not having a setting in your @EE smart hub to hide your network from broadcasting itself... seems like a silly decision not to include it anywhere in the settings. Thanks, EE.
