    @tescomobile @EE I've been all over Staffordshire today and had no service. The 4g is horrendous almost all the time anyway in Staffordshire, a bit of Derbyshire and Wolverhampton

    @ee my partner paid for an add on so he could use his phone in Egypt which hasn’t worked for 3 days. Support say they can’t give a refund as it was an issue with the network here.. but I’m with @O2 & connected to the same network here & haven’t had any issue. Can someone explain?

    @ee ordered a new phone and contract with you guys this morning, tried using the order number to track it, and nothing came up, im worried this is not on the up and up and help is necessary, i couldnt even get through to customer service, sent a dm as i need help

    @EE Yes, having a good week so far, it was pay day yesterday. Ahh that’s fantastic news. I’m fed up with images not loading properly on Twitter app via Vodafone plus a low signal so I’m thinking of coming back to EE in November. Been with you before and had no issues

    @EE hello. I’m thinking of moving to your network from @VodafoneUK in November due to poor service and I’m wondering if there’s any limit on using my mobile hotspot on your unlimited data tariff since I use it to power my internet radio since I don’t have WiFi?
