Lu 🎙⚒️ (@recklesslntent) reported@EE my dad is calling g about his contract and reducing the price of this. I understand due to RPI and being out of contract the price has gone up. But why is he being asked about Netflix and almost a weird focus on this rather than focusing on the issue which is finding an upgrade price that is lower. The agent then focused on cableing which dad has explicitly said he doesn’t want My dad has had a stroke - his vulnerability was not addressed or empathised with once during the call I understand we are supposed to be kind and pleasant on the phone but the agent you have in retentions who spoke to him was not listening, hiding behind process and utterly incompetent

Tim Blandford🏴 (@tim_blandford) reported@djmattye @EE Seems to happen on WiFi and 5g phone calls. Resorting to WhatsApp voice calls which work fine. Issue is definitely with network.

Danny wright (@Dajwright89) reported@EE glad it is not just me with signal issues! Been passed from pillar to post with how to resolve my network and data issues. I was even told that because my garden is in the middle of 2 masts my phone struggles to connect as it doesn’t know which one to connect to. Embarrassing
