    @MDCCCXXXVII @EE I am having this problem too. Cannot get through to EE for help. Phone line says to call back tomorrow as they are too busy. Online chat has no answer. I can't access my account to check either.

    @EE absolutely ridiculous paying £120 a month for speedy reliable service apparently. Why not tell people what the issue is and how long to fix,

    @EE are you going to realise at some point in 2021 that your whole network is down apart from txt and calls today? Can’t use any of the apps outside of Wifi. Stop asking people to DM their area and realise it’s a wider issue, possibly even everyone in the UK.
