  @EE It’s to do with GFast. Why are you allowed to break contract and cut my service to a quarter to what I’m getting now? Can you imagine if I asked that about price or ending my contract early? This is now allowed. How can I take this further?

  @EE Your new superhub 7 is a pile of shite, not a single one of my smart devices will connect to the wifi, even though this piece of garbage is only running 2.4ghz. Back to the old BT hub 6 because it works fine. Stop giving people garbage.

  @EE @Vizique During my protracted time wasting with your customer service somewhere along the very long, frustrating line you ascertained that I indeed have a fault. All I am asking is, if I have said fault all I want is an engineer sent round to have a look.

  Lot of stress in the village atm because the @EE mast is down - it’s probably out of diesel again because @SSE refuse to put a mains electricity supply in the Balgy gap and as usual @ofgem sitting in London has designed a ‘****-you Scotland’ system

  @EE #ee never changed my ee login in June, I have #reg123 logged on and checked. Email says I have I haven’t. @HMCTSgovuk is walsall hmcts recieving communications from one efficiency as well as the apple case id teddie email. Both Helen Trott where stated once’s all files reviewed and any letters at any time that I don’t know about and have legal access right to know.

  @EE @kingseany94 I am in the same position as Sean and now been told it will be 9 days without internet access before an engineer can look at it. Very poor service.
