Went into an @EE store to change my plan today. Four members of staff sitting around doing nothing and I was told I needed to call 150 to do it. Stellar customer service. 🙄

@EE When I want to pay a bill I don't have other bills or anything else in front of me I will be adding todays incident to my letter for your head office SEND MY BILLS BY EMAIL THEN I WON'T HAVE TO DISTURB YOUR STAFF FROM PLAYING GAMES ON THEIR PHONE BECAUSE NOT HELPING ME

Shocking customer service from @EE hidden charge of £300 when upgrading when it doesn't state it. Chose a different network people, second time they failed me.

@EE No they also experienced this issue speaking with others. Funnily enough, I didn’t assume it was the network at first. Then I used my work mobile that’s on another network & it was fine.
