    @EE We order a TV and it’s damaged. I spoke to the customer service more than 1 hour and 1 person ask all the details and waste 20,25 minutes and pass the phone to another and she asked me the same questions and pass to the other. EE supply chain giving a time slot 9am to 5pm 1/1

    @EE @Cariboo9361961 "We never expect to see any issues"! What an absolute load of ****. The team will do absolutely nothing about it. I've reported numerous issues and yet my data connection is as **** as ever.

    @ee phone mast appears to be down MK1 1SW. Lots of people with EE, no phone signal and no 5G.

    @O2 @ee Does O2 have problems in GL51? My iPhone 13 shows 5G and 4 bars but NOTHING works (e.g. X, WhatsApp). My wife’s EE iPhone 13 works perfectly there … comments/advice please.

    @EmilyJessicaBea @EE It's one of the last things you should be referencing for billing because they're so poor for variable direct debits because you could have come off a month of paying a high amount for call charges etc and that's what it will show for the next month too.
