    @PolemicTMM @EE Obviously not totally automated but I did use AI to help her. Quick 2 minute query written up in a way that she could understand how to change within the EE app. Sent the output to her and it worked a treat

    @EE Placed order twice for new phone. First order cancelled by you. EE text to speak to bot. Bot said phone you. Tried. Time didn't allow me to wait on hold. New order placed. Your text. Speak to bot. Been waiting for bot to speak for 5 hours... Can someone real please help!

    @EE Oh my days. Ordered a phone its all messed up now cancelling and going to Tescos to buy the said phone that was ordered the service has been abismle. Service of the year ? You must be joking ! Primary school children could do a better job 😒

    @EE Disgusting you won’t look after your customer. My phone contract finished on February and yet you still charged me for march and April while my phone finished on February and you won’t refund me. Absolutely disgusting. @financialombuds

    @EE Can you get it escalated ? I have an o2 sum and willing to terminate EE contract. Immediately and move to 02 who have undercut you anyway
