@EE it would be helpful if on your paper work or even on the website you detailed that PUC codes can’t be used over the weekend. That’s 40 minutes of my life on hold I’m never getting back!

@EE I'm having signal problems so can't call 150 and I spent 2 hours on your help chat thing on Thursday night and issue still unresolved. Tech team supposed to contact me but haven't (or couldn't?) Where do I go from here?. Signal problems are only in the area I live in.

@EE Thank you. That's worked! For years we have struggled with poor signal and no one told us about Wi-Fi calling. Thank you so much.

Dear @EE please stop misleading ads to tell us you have the best 5G coverage. I can't even get a network in Stansted and it was exactly the same in Gatwick too. If you can't get it work at the airports, just don't do it really.

@EE how do I buy Nreal Airs? Your store in Islington told me I could only buy online, there is only a login button online, and customer service says I need to buy in store? 🤡

Well, thats going well No phone line and no broadband. @EE say they can see there's a fault but no idea on how long to fix. Arghhhhh Until then our connected home is unconnected. (No heating controls) Annoying but first world problem.
