    @EE no signal now all-day😡you don't know from one day to the next whether it will work. Not good enough!!

    @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

    @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

    @EE Hi @EE after 6 calls, a complaint, a request to disconnect the line so that I can go to a competitor who would offer me a discount because as a local authority employee. Your company finally got their act together. Wasn’t the best customer service if I’m honest.

    @EE Hi apple support asked me a few questions and asked to contact them again after 3 days. It's still with a poor battery and if you feel you can help then please do so.

    @EE Well could I cancel my ee contract then join since long existing customers get nothing as a reward. I have and with the prices of some of the offers I'm cheaper going with @VodafoneUK at the minute

    @EE I needed help as no service. Rang EE and recorded message said EE would check and cut me off. I next got a text saying Hi from EE. We haven't found any issues with your network. Two days since EE have had further network problems. Changing network.

    @ThreeUK @EE @Ofcom when will this mast be repaired. It has been like this since February-March this year!! And both your websites are saying there’s a problem in this area that will be fixed shortly but still hasn’t!! What’s going off!! NG18 1BW!!! Ofcom can you look into this!
