  @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

  @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

  @EE Of course I’ve already done that I’ve spent 6 hours on chats this morning. I’ve been through the base level AI you have and constantly get to, I want technical support and it states you. Can’t message them you have to ring them. I CAN’T RING THAT MY ISSUE!

  @EE That’s total nonsense. One of my team have spoken to EE abd they’ve advised they’ve a significant technical issue in Europe. “A few minutes abd it’ll be resolved”…it’s not been resolved and as for the chat…should anyone, let alone a business account holder wait an hour!?

  @EE Not having any issues i just want to know why @ITV where you RECORD a programme to watch later and prevented from skipping Ads. I would be interested to hear from @ITV about this as they seem to be the only commercial station that does this
