    @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

    @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

    @EE no signal now all-day😡you don't know from one day to the next whether it will work. Not good enough!!

    @EE hi, for some reason I no longer have voicemail activated on my phone. I’ve messaged 150 to say VM ON and it then tells me to call 150 and speak to customer services. I did this and I’m sent the same text message again, can you help me please?

    @virginmedia was looking forward to getting my new broadband today & here I am with none at all, due to works not being carried out in preparation to my new install today & the cancellation of my previous provider. The only thing that you have done correctly is cancel my @EE acc.

    @EE you weren't supposed to cancel my unlimited data until my wifi router actually arrived, which it hasn't yet... I'm not supposed to be paying you for a data add-on just now, but here we are

    Oh look, it's 5pm and @SkyUK broadband has gone to shite again. Every sodding day. It's bad enough @EE have an ongoing issue in the area (for months).

    @EE Just make sure you check their signal strength in the area you're in 1st though. Ideally from someone who has the network in that area you know. Mine was absolutely useless, couldn't wait to change. Went with @O2 which is far superior👌 Do your homework 1st peeps

    @EE Hi Jess, It seems the code generated to unlock the device doesnt work. Ive tried five times and have five more tries. Anything you can suggest?
