    @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

    @EE no signal now all-day😡you don't know from one day to the next whether it will work. Not good enough!!

    @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

    Had a complaint to @EE spanning 2 months, escalated to a senior manager today who dismissed issue as a glitch. When I requested a hold on the account until this was resolved, he became aggressive, told me #EE are happy to fob customers off & hung up the phone. Appalling service.

    @mayers69252 @Lionesses @EE Im sick of seeing the Lessi slander. All this nonsense over a POTM award. They don't choose themselves btw. Lessi is just out there playing football, she cant help that she assisted 3 goals, that's just what she does.

    @EE disgusting customer service. Offer of new phone revoked despite trying to call and email to confirm. Was told I had to call back within 7 days even though I wasn’t told this. Advised manager would call me back 3 times… nothing. Customer of 30 years & this is how I’m treated.

    @briavelsjon @EE Masts that cover for the mast that should be working and are close but not the main one to provide the phone service. As explained by an EE agent

    @EE I have been trying to contact you. I have roaming enabled but I cannot make any phone calls abroad. They keep failing. Everything else works! I cannot call you to sort out!!!! Very poor service!!!!!
