    @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

    @EE no signal now all-day😡you don't know from one day to the next whether it will work. Not good enough!!

    @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

    @EE Is there anyone senior in EE who can help out with problems, because we keep on ringing and being told to go to store, and when we go to store we are told to ring. Someone must be able to help?

    @EE & @bt_uk OX5 area broadband speeds are crap (0.4mg) it defies you charging us for it! 4 weeks on & @WeAreOpenreach have done FA. Your Operative said it was drain on the internet due to our landline which was stopped years ago & promised a new router- serious compensation time

    @MarinaPurkiss @EE That's mad. Same happened to me a few years ago when l went into an EE store for some help. The guy took my phone into the back room and must have phoned USA. Reported it to EE and they did not charge me. Hopefully you can check the time of the call and get more info.

    @EE I held on the line for 40 minutes. They disconnected the call because the office was closed I have been ringing for 4 days now I was told to go into store, in store they couldn't help me and told me the phone team are hopeless and don't tell the truth

    @MarinaPurkiss @EE Only to be charged 60 quid from EE then she rang up to see what's up to be told it's a roaming charge she has never left this country ever and only agreed to the 13 pound charge

    @EE @MarinaPurkiss If you’re in a charitable mood, my mum wants hers refund. She got hit with the same type of bill amount when her phone was nicked. She never made any calls.
