Make a claim online 24/7 @EE said? Try and do this for my faulty @SamsungMobile Z Flip 6 as the screen has gone haywire and they said 'call us to discuss your policy' Not quite the service I'm paying for is it? Sort it out! #poorcustomerservice #brokenphone only had it 9 months!!

@EE Today, I went into an EE shop to change my contract. I have been paying £14 pm for an extra SIM which hasn't been used since 2017, an overpayment of £1,344. We had to phone EE to change this and waited 30 minutes for EE to answer. They said they could do nothing and the system was down and they couldn't transfer my call to a supervisor and no managers had a phone to call me back on and I had to phone in again and speak to someone else. The EE shop assistant was beyond embarrassment hearing this and agreed this was about as bad as customer service could get. The call would have been recorded. What do you say EE?

@EE @ee if no engineer visits tomorrow I’ll be making a formal complaint to @Ofcom. Apparently I have to wait 30 days to cancel. That ain’t happening. All 4 SIM cards will be cancelled as well. I will not be fobbed of with excuses and keep moving the estimated repair date.

@EE trying to sort a replacement sim out which isn’t working “straight away” as you suggest. Can’t get through to anyone on your helpline. Can’t sort it out ourselves as the mobile number you are trying to send a code to can’t receive it because the sim isn’t working. Help?

Absolutely ****** service from @EE broadband. Got the connection on Sunday after a delay. Stopped working on Tuesday !!! I need a refund for the days that we don’t have connection. On the app, they mentioned that the service will be fixed by 01 September. Bullshit

@EE We’ve called several times and just get fobbed off. We’ve already put the cancellation request in because you refuse to send engineer telling it’s a major outage in the area. Apparently a problem with the telegraph pole but I’ve been round the neighbours and they are on.
