    @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

    @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

    @EE no signal now all-day😡you don't know from one day to the next whether it will work. Not good enough!!

    @EE Unimpressed to be on hold for 45 minutes and then be unceremoniously cut-off when I do make it to an advisor. Do you guys track deliberate cut-offs? And oh yeah - Can I get some help adding a data roaming package please?!

    @EE Is there any repair work taking place or known faults for broadband in the North East Derbyshire area? Tried asking several times if there's a way for customers to check with no answer, seems like a basic service to expect from an isp's website

    @EE I even spent 50p I shouldn't need to requesting a new esim code online, and that didn't work either. So have no confidence the paper version will when it arrives. Asked in store (after they said they couldn't issue esim despite phone saying they could) if they could give me 1/2
