    @EE no signal now all-day😡you don't know from one day to the next whether it will work. Not good enough!!

    @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

    @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

    @EE It was both top and bottom seal that was broken which seems a bit more than just wear, and especially with the NSO code being in the outer and not inside the actual box, is this normal?

    @BatmanVillain @EE I have the same problem, they said definitely would arrive today. After pre-ordering more than 2 months ago. Now I have rang back and they have told me it will be coming on Monday. 😑

    @EE you guy’s haven’t sent me a return bag and label for my old BT kit and I don’t want to wait 10mins to speak to someone , can you help ?

    So @EE offered me £10 a month discount for two months as recompense for THEIR mistake but because I wouldn’t say I was happy with @EE in a survey the supervisor withdrew it. It’s like slapping a customer in the face.

    @EE Can you intercede to try and help please? All I want is to take up the mobile offer that EE has advertised to me as a broadband customer. But they’ve given me the run around, closed my complaint, and now they can’t be bothered to callback. Help. Please!

    Hi @EE, I left my phone in for repair 2 weeks ago (Pixel 9 Pro) and the tracking says the device hasn't left the shop. Rang the shop and they say device has been shipped but not received. Tracking still not updated, no sign of device being repaired. Can you help??
