    @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

    @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

    @EE no signal now all-day😡you don't know from one day to the next whether it will work. Not good enough!!

    @jpwhutv @EE I'd recommend ditching @EE for another provider. They charge arm 'n' leg and provide no value to the customer.

    @EE is it true that you can not provide internet for several days through no fault of the customer but the customer isn’t allowed to not provide payment? Is it also true that you don’t provide any compensation for loss of earnings due to you not providing internet?

    @EE Yes I have an eSIM for my phone to access the cell network also bought a seperate 5 Day WIFI plan and that is giving me issues.

    @EE The frustration is you trust openreach to fix something and they don’t, at the end of it is a customer who has been given no information as to what’s going on. I finally managed to speak to someone who has tried to get the ball rolling again.

    @BTBusiness the sooner I can get out of the contract with you the better…. Actually costing me money now!! Utter shite!! Possibly the worst provider I’ve been with in 23 years… @EE sold me this **** too!!

    @StupidNeilAgain @DaniYesod @EE Saying you want to cancel gets you put through to a relatively A-list customer services ***, and they’ll be able to do more or less anything you need.

    @EE why is your website such none functional dog **** for doing the simplest thing, can’t download bills, can’t even put an EU roaming package on and all this on a business account
