    @EE I am sick and bloody tired of not having a phone signal , to do anything is almost impossible , THIS MUST CHANGE . #2020 not #triassic

    @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

    @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

    @EE no signal now all-day😡you don't know from one day to the next whether it will work. Not good enough!!

    @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 I had similar issue recently, I decided to get a sim free phone from ee and a separate sim only deal, it worked out about 15 quid cheaper than what they quoted. So if you buy iPhone 17 sim free, it's about 32 a month over 24 months, then buy a sim deal. It will probs be cheaper

    @VodafoneUK really not happy. It seems when I call 191 I can’t even talk to someone to complain. 7 mth issue and no one gives a stuff. Let’s see if @EE are able to offer me a better service after 30 years of being a Vodafone customer.

    @EE third time in a month I haven’t received call back that I have been promised. Total of 3 hours and 8 minutes on the telephone to you so far for zero result. Can’t imagine how you would treat someone who hasn’t had several contracts with you for years! Sort it out!

    @EE I tried to phone you twice yesterday (12.30pm and 17.00pm). I am not spending 25 minutes and 45 minutes of my life on hold. Why don't you offer a call back service? @Ofcom

    I recently changed my tv and bb provider from @bt_uk to @EE the system was supposed to be a straight transition withe same quality of elements but the EE system is rubbish and it is almost impossible to speak to someone to help

    @EE Yea, me and my no phone signal will give you a call to figure out the problem as to why there's no phone signal....

    @EE Looks like their E E. X has broken down. Would not recommend how things like alarms, all the mod cons in the house don’t work. One of the biggest mistakes I’ve made. I’m going to consider sky and see what penalties they will cover for me if I leave E E.

    @EE ARE RUBBISH. Parcel delayed and I am going on holiday. (Failed to send me a tracking email too). Told me to go to @RoyalMail sorting office and tell them which I just did. They told me it's EE problem not theirs and they should be dealing with it.
