@NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

@NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

@EE Broadband. 2 months of on off service, 2 calls, still no fix. Only been happening since my bill was dropped in price (which I appreciated at the time). Now waiting on an engineer to come this wkend

@markyp11 @EE Did they add this onto your plan without permission? I received this text and never signed up to it! They’ve been charging me on 2 sims and didn’t even mention it when I called a couple of weeks ago to cancel our 2 old sims (that’s how I hadn’t noticed the rise in payment)

@EE I spoke to several people at Goodwood who said the same thing. They either had full 5G signal and couldn’t make calls or use the internet, or they simply didn’t have any signal. Why?

@EE/@bt_uk/@BTCare-We moved my elderly parents to Digital Voice. Now we cannot switch the voicemail feature off. Why can you not add the ability to switch this feature off, especially for the elderly? They cannot work Voicemail in the upper 80’s. Help create the ability to action

NCSC Continuous #cyberattacks 03-07-2025 0000hrs - 11-07-2025 ongoing (DDOS & Bandwidth attenuated, signal suppression) in MK region. Properties (10), (12), (13) in particular involved with UK telecoms interference. @EE please advise asap 100Mbps+ to< 10Mbps 4G in 5G Unlimit area
