@NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

@NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

@EE no signal now all-day😡you don't know from one day to the next whether it will work. Not good enough!!

@EE Have we switched off anymore masts in the Clapham area? Can't get more than 1kb/s this morning. So much for the support masts eh? Is it usual to leave customers within service of any kind and not notify them?

Tried to call @EE as WiFi signal won't reach through whole house. Upgraded to full fibre and it's worse than old broadband. Why is it so hard to speak to somebody!

@EE Hi, Can I just say I've just had the worst phone conversation I've had in a long time with your call centre, and all I wanted to do was enter a voucher. I suffer from anxiety and this sort of thing stresses me out. Please sort this out. Thank you.
