Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

Alexander (@Alexanderforaye) reported@EE TV more expensive than the subscription channels. And you can’t Cancel for 24months! In brief I have EE TV. Have tried to reduce package to lowest, but tied in till end of 2027. £22 a month for; NowTV incl HBO and Netflix Basic. I realise is independently it cost 15.98

Rachel Bridge (@rachelbbridge) reported@grantaddick100 @EE Those, and all the ones with a ‘higher than average’ call waiting time and then cut the phone off after a set time so you always end up at the back of the queue. Employ more people, pay them better, actually help your customers.

Rob (@theRedun) reported@bt_uk @EE @BTBusiness currently on the #caravanclub site at Clumber Park, Notts, paying for “premium WiFi” and it’s painfully slow, no faster than the free version, caravan club staff say it’s nothing to do with them, report it to you! How do I report it to you?
