    @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

    @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

    @EE no signal now all-day😡you don't know from one day to the next whether it will work. Not good enough!!

    @EE What's happening my broad band is down via you on BT... And your bb tracker is offline. So... Not really sure what you can propose. This is also the third time this week and had a whole day in the weekend out which is in you sla but cmon

    @EE @nickduval Not everyone has either of these, so what you are basically saying is we don’t want you, I suggest they go elsewhere where there is better customer service.

    So the cheapest to renew my @bt_uk contract is £57 a month but a new customer can get it for £38 a month? I've already phoned and they can't knock anything off the price... Switching to @EE is no cheaper either... make it make sense

    @virginmedia let down twice in 24hours!! Promised me an engineer today yet none arrives!! Working off of 4g data at my extra cost, certainly leaving ASAP @EE let me know about your broadband deals!!

    @EE Your customer service used to be good. Then BT got involved. Now its all text messages and **** arsing about. I remember when I could call speak to a very helpful Irish person. Now its just about pleasing shareholders and not the paying customer. Good riddance wankers.

    If you are thinking about moving to @ThreeUK DON'T I've had no service pjone or internet since yesterday morning and no sign of it retutning. Their support just reads a script saying your service will be fixed shortly. Thank goodness for @EE pay as you go WiFi hotpot.

    @EE down again. Can’t go 20 minutes without being ****** over by the broadband. My *** are they the best provider. It’s 2026, how can your broadband be THIS terrible? Been happening for months. Ridiculous.
