    @EE no signal now all-day😡you don't know from one day to the next whether it will work. Not good enough!!

    @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

    @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

    Can't use the live chat on @EE website, just refuses to help me. 20 minutes of dreadful songs over the phone while on hold is all I could handle. Going to send an email now, if that doesn't work I'll write to them or maybe send a fax! 🙄 All I want to do is cancel this sim.

    @EE just trying to play Xbox with my mates on standard shitty WiFi is horrible the fact you pay for 1Mbs WiFi is a joke all I do is lag “no.1 net work for gaming” my ******* arse

    @EE How can you if you cannot get WiFi signal. Internet a nightmare. All the staff working from home ignore the calls and emails.

    @EE I ordered from your web site 2 weeks ago one of the free pay as you go SIM cards. Was informed at the time I would receive it in approx 2 working days. I accept the post is a bit slow at the moment, 2 weeks to get the SIM seems excessive. Any ideas why I haven’t received it.

    @EE worst customer service. Took money from my account after cancelling my account! Hung up on and then major breech of data protection.
