@NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

@NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

@EE ripped me off i have been customer over 10yrs you took money for a pack said the pack was active it wasnt so when i made calls it used all my money coz u hadnt an still havnot given me my mins i paid for i want to complain an saying i need 25p per min t call you it is rong

@EE I've been trying for a few days now to get an update on the postage of a free xbax S series that was promised to me within 2 weeks after I upgraded, over 2 weeks ago. I've been on hold for over 40 mins each time. Can someone please help?

@EE Yes. And apparently franchise stores can't issue esims, despite me being sent to one by someone on the phone (he even booked the appointment!). Can you tell me the nearest non-franchise store to NR33?

@EE @DPDgroup_news Been sat waiting for my parcel today within the designated time. Just had a 'Sorry we missed you' text and a photo notification outside house. No knock, no card. Two days in a row now!! This is very poor.

@EE recent update of Android 12 to S21ultra causes camera to crash and restart the phone. Restarts also happen intermittently. Is this a known issue and is a fix on the way? Phone purchased only in July. Thank you.

O2 mobile broadband just not working well at all at the new place, so likely cancel in the 14 day period. Anyone used @EE and their antenna booster? Probably give them a call tomorrow. Get okay 4g outside on EE mobile plan.
