  @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

  @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

  @EE What's going on? I have been trying since about 2pm to talk to someone to change my phone contract. Being consistently told there's a problem with the system. So no-one can help at this time. Not acceptable at all. Can someone explain what's happening please?

  @BenGungyal @EE Like all contracts its down to the customer to renegotiate, as I do with my virgin subscription, home insurance, car insurance. All companies will thrive on customers auto-renewing, now that you've taken notice maybe you can start to renegotiating a better deal for your MIL.

  @EE Checked all the locations I’ve been and there’s apparently no issues. I’m disabled and currently living alone. This is not safe, and not fair when I’m paying for a service!!

  @oliverhenry @CavalierMarty I've got to give it to EE, been with them since way back whrn they were Orange, must be coming close to 20 years now. Never ever had any issues with the company and only in some remote places have I had poor signal but never completely zilch. @EE you're doing good by me.
