@NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

@NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

@EE I have all that. Now the problem is that I can’t be told when data is running out, because that alert will only go to the dongle. So I have to keep checking in case something goes wrong, which was what I was trying to avoid. I was told the opposite, again. More lies.

@EE Hi Rach, unfortunately yes and the team told me it was your server. Then I receive a price increase. So sadly k change provider in few weeks now sorry. I was a 8 years customer

@EE There is no resolution. I’m told there can be no resolution. All we have is money spent, time wasted, my aunt distressed, and everyone claiming it wasn’t their fault.

@EE Then they told me that they couldn’t actually help, but that I would have to call someone. I did, whilst in the shop, and was on hold for about 15 minutes before getting someone who sorted out one issue and then told me that the last person in the shop had been wrong/lying

@EE Yup. My phone was iffy from the start, and despite contacting @EE straight away I got nowhere with customer service. Been with @EE for years and never had any problem. My new provider is half the price with a phone that works. More data and same calls and texts. No choice.

@EE The theory was no payment, but that was the problem: you promised to contact *me* when the payment was due. You didn’t. So the payment didn’t happen.
