Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

I'm calling again tomorrow, let's hope I can get them some answers. It'll probably be 'an engineer appointment ' & they won't show!
