    @EE Hello! Since Friday, so for 4 days, I am having constant texts from yourselves saying there is a problem in my area. It is 2022. You say you have more network coverage than other providers, yet I can't even receive basic texts! Gobowen, Shropshire. SY11 area. Please advise!

    @EE Big event is we've arrived in Singapore but my wife's phone is locked so we can't use a local sim. The unlock service says it has an issue. Can you confirm? As the imei I enter is correct.

    @VodafoneUK has to be the worst carrier for stable 4G/5G in London— I don’t ever remember not stable cellular connection on @EE.

    @EE Have to be the one the worst companies, order a new phone Friday have had 0 confirmation within emails or texts. Had to ring them twice since just to just get an update, was told to be delivered today and chased up and now told tomorrow! Wouldn’t have a clue if I didn’t call

    @EE Very disappointed that despite coming into your store last week to close my deceased's wife phone down I get a link to my new EE online account and it's all still in her name. I was assured it had all been sorted. Very disappointed and upset.

    @EE I’ve been advised it’s already in hand and should be resolved within 5 hours.. what I object to is being advised to use a service that isn’t available to me

    @EE I can’t seem to make any calls in the US. I’ve tried resetting roaming, turning my phone on and off and I can’t get in contact with my bank so I’m in a bit of a bad spot. Any chance you can help?
