  @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

  @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

  @EE no signal now all-day😡you don't know from one day to the next whether it will work. Not good enough!!

  My 96 year old gran who is more or less deaf and never wears her hearing aids has somehow got a voicemail service added to her phone by @BT @EE and now can’t get to it fast enough to answer it. My father phoned to cancel it and was told it’s cancelled but it’ll stay on her phone for a month. This is a very vulnerable elderly woman that has no requirement for voicemail. This should never have been added in the first place and it needs to be removed immediately! I wonder if someone got commission for setting this up?

  @EE Plusnet migration to ee is a bit of lie when they say you'll be connected on the day plus net terminated and ee connects they mean days without no service at all despite setting up the contract day @Ofcom @Plusnet #plusnet #ee

  @EE @nickduval Not everyone has either of these, so what you are basically saying is we don’t want you, I suggest they go elsewhere where there is better customer service.

  @EE number via DM for my broadband and tv before I finish work otherwise I’ll be having lovely call to cancel everything on the drive home!! 😡😡 and don’t worry about the “thanks for choosing us” email from when my services were changed 3 days ago, got lost in sky I’m guessing!!

  Warning to anyone thinking of switching to @EE - I’m switching to @plusnet on the same plan, £30 a month cheaper. Paid my final bill and an £86 exit fee on Friday. They cut me off the next day - six days b4 the switch. Still can’t get an explanation. Terrible service @EE

  Started new job & get 1st wage end of July. Phoned direct debit companies such as @EE and asked for a payment break until I receive wages, they were great. However, I called Creations @CurrysServices @currys who advised me to let direct debits go unpaid. Very poor and let down!
