  @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

  @EE you can also tell open reach engineer not to turn up to carry out installation because he will be turned away, it will be video recorded and posted here if he does turn up , to reiterate the customer wishes to cancel within 14 days cooling off period which you are refusing .

  @Greaves24Tg @EE @tg well, that’s that sorted. Rang EE, some issue with back office, they’d not put through the order for my phone (?), ordered now, delivered tomorrow…and they’ve refunded delivery fee I had paid yesterday. Happy days. But flipping Nora…these scam helpline twitter accounts 🙄🙄

  @EE how is it not possible to apply my NHS discount because it wasnt done at point of upgrade? Been told my option would be to return the phone and cancel upgrade before upgrading again which is more hassle than you just adding the discount which has been on the account before

  @EE Already done that, says there is no issues in the area and as for the wifi calling thats great if you have access to wifi but unfortunately don't have access 24/7, multiple people in my area have had no service since yesterday

  @MajorManor @EE We’ve had the same issue in SN1 central Swindon with 4G for years. Their coverage map is cleverly designed not to show how many bars, we’ve had one bar for at least 8 years yet it shows covered. Reality check, we can barely hold a call without using WiFi calling. They don’t care.
