@EE Any update on the repair for mast at HS3 ? was told a couple of hours last night. 2nd down time this week. Need to work on Monday.

@EE @EEHelpdesk is it standard practice for your staff members to call, ask if I’m with EE and when I question where they are calling from, telling me to “shut up, sir” and hang up? At least they called me “sir”….

@EE I’ve got one of your SIM cards to rest in my phone before I move networks but having pit this in my phone there is ‘No Service’. I don’t want to spend£20 just to check if you have signal so how can I check ? @ee

Dear @EE , I have been having horrible experience with the Customer service department.I have lost ~500 pounds in 2 months as a bill component due to poor communication on spend cap and then lack of proactive communication of Bills. What worries the most is lack of intent to help
