    @SamsungUK I've had my new s22 ultra for a few months. The phone will not update android or UI. I have to connect to my laptop and update via smartswitch. I've spoken with @EE and they have informed me that this is an issue for you to deal with. What's going on?

    @EE don't believe anything these people tell you. They say 1 thing on phone then never do anything or get back to you. Save your money & go elsewhere. 0 customer svce 😡
