    @chrisevans1001 @EE I’m a colleague of Chris & affected by this. I work at home for #NHS111 and this problem meant downtime, unable to take patient calls. So anything you can do on this will be appreciated.

    @EE I am trying to speak to someone about an Osprey 2 mini I am trying to reactivate for tomorrow as I’m traveling. One of your staff spoke to me and has not solved the problem at all - I’m not even sure what she’s done and now I’m Having to hold on for ages again. Pls help asap

    @EE Youtube on the wifi has been extremely slow for several weeks on every device while on 4G/5G (on a different network) it's been working fine. Are you throttling Youtube? Videos don't load at all, or if they do it's only for several seconds before lagging again.

    @EE Tried upgrading my phone online yesterday, it did not go through as apparently there was a technical error, but the money is pending to come out of my bank and it’s been 24 hours and it still hasn’t come back into my bank. Can you help?

    @MartinSLewis I’m with EE, the add ons cost more than the phone bill. @EE that said would never upgrade again. Much better buying direct from manufacturer then even if people choose not to buy in a lump sum you still save on the ridiculous apr that add on.

    @EE Hi Kelsey that's what I've tried. Other than tech support which goes straight to fault reporting, it gives me the option for accounts then billing

    @EE Your service is terrible and your support is almost as bad. I shouldn't have to deal with no service after you have the audacity to increase your prices. Fix your network and provide proper compensation to your customers.

    @EE I keep getting people calling me to say I've called them. Who knows what my number is being used for. This needs resolving for better customer satisfaction and protection against fraud.

    I am confused about the #mobile #network capacity in this country. I have never experienced such poor network with so many operators. Not even in the middle of the sea near Italy or in the deep French countryside. Really concerning @EE @O2
