Day two of no WiFi in Cheriton, I’m officially out of personal hotspot allowance… today is gonna be another long one. Sort it out @EE , businesses and people working from home depend on this service 😭

@chrisevans1001 @EE I’m a colleague of Chris & affected by this. I work at home for #NHS111 and this problem meant downtime, unable to take patient calls. So anything you can do on this will be appreciated.

My 86yr old Mum took herself off on 2 buses to the phone shop. Her mobile “was blank” the nice man probably just switched it on 😉Thanks for not making her feel stupid @EE #folkestone

@VodafoneUK contract up today with 3 phones. Spoke to 3 customer services advisors last week all were meant to call me back. None did, looks like I’ll be joining @EE or Sky. 17 years of custom lost.

@EE Got to love Gareth for tackling issues head on & I'm with him on everything he's come out against. Sadly it will be this standing up for what's right that will turn the knuckle dragging element who "support" England against him. I hope the FA realise how lucky we are to have him

@EE I am SO DISAPPOINTED Wth the Signal of My EE Samsung Fe20 5G Mobile indoors DL14 9UH. 40% is One Bar to NIL, CONSTANTLY. Despite Alleged Improvements.The TV Freeview ALSO Constantly Drops Out. YET Signal, without using the HUMAX FREEVIEW BOX is Fine. What IS HAPPENING??

Hey @EE been trying to contact you for 2days now. Requested call back 24hrs ago. Still waiting. Spent over 30mins on hold today,cut off twice.cant self serve on line, text service useless.Not good service.
