    @chrisevans1001 @EE I’m a colleague of Chris & affected by this. I work at home for #NHS111 and this problem meant downtime, unable to take patient calls. So anything you can do on this will be appreciated.

    My 86yr old Mum took herself off on 2 buses to the phone shop. Her mobile “was blank” the nice man probably just switched it on 😉Thanks for not making her feel stupid @EE #folkestone

    Day two of no WiFi in Cheriton, I’m officially out of personal hotspot allowance… today is gonna be another long one. Sort it out @EE , businesses and people working from home depend on this service 😭

    @EE When asked if I want to talk to someone and I follow the prompt, the call ends with an instruction to wait for further messages to guide me on how to get further support. The message doesn’t arrive, nor do I get a call back.

    @EE Thanks. finally: A call to 150 shd allow ME, the customer to choose to talk to a real person. Twice it leads me round the houses, then says, "Weve sent you a text. Follow the instructions and you're sorted. Good bye". I need to say thanks and bye to end the call.

    @EE then turned it back on after a LOT of discussing and promised to go back and listen to the sales call and call back and NEVER DID. Phoned back again and got fobbed off again. And the complaints form online doesn’t work

    @EE I am fed up with not being able to connect to the internet, I’m down again! The last time I spoke to someone non Plymouth it was fixed now it has gone again, I am paying all this money and I am rarely on the internet,

    @EE What the heck are you playing at now - a text message to be sent every time one wants to see emails and you state send text to the email address you can't get into without the passcode - what idiot in your company dreamed this mess up.

    @EE how do I cancel my broadband? My bill isn’t due until the 27th yet you decide to disconnect my broadband at 10pm, meaning I can’t even call EE. Then you disable my router from even connecting to devices in my home such as a WiFi printer!!! WTAF! 😡
