Day two of no WiFi in Cheriton, I’m officially out of personal hotspot allowance… today is gonna be another long one. Sort it out @EE , businesses and people working from home depend on this service 😭

@chrisevans1001 @EE I’m a colleague of Chris & affected by this. I work at home for #NHS111 and this problem meant downtime, unable to take patient calls. So anything you can do on this will be appreciated.

@EE is there any current issues around the Bristol area with home broadband? It went down around 12am and somewhat came back around 2/3am but has been running slow ever since. I’m talking dialup slow. Have reset/off on router multiple times.

@EE Indoor was never great less drops depending on location in home but slow and low bandwidth at times. Ideally @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach just fix it soon but DM anyway as requested if you can check if there's wider issue affecting bandwidth

@EE So. My 3rd day of contacting you. 4 hours on hold and calls to 6 different reps plus an hour on Twitter DM. No promised call back. No fix. No updates. Nothing.

Hey @EE How come as a new business customer I get a Galaxy Flip 3, 30gb data, unlim calls/sms for £46.00, but when I try to upgrade, my 10% loyalty bonus reduces the price to only £45.90. Also, new customers get the phone from stock, I have to wait 7-14 days. 😡

@EE Please please please don’t order a phone from EE after waiting 4 weeks I’m now told my phone still have no delivery date and if it doesn’t come by the weekend 5 weeks just cancel it. What a joke of a company avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid

Hey @EE, can you improve your Apple Watch cellular data setup? It's pretty low contrast (poor accessibility), and not clear that you need to choose from the 1 choice of plans, or that you have to agree to the terms and conditions to show the button...
