@chrisevans1001 @EE I’m a colleague of Chris & affected by this. I work at home for #NHS111 and this problem meant downtime, unable to take patient calls. So anything you can do on this will be appreciated.

My 86yr old Mum took herself off on 2 buses to the phone shop. Her mobile “was blank” the nice man probably just switched it on 😉Thanks for not making her feel stupid @EE #folkestone

@EE hi, for some reason I no longer have voicemail activated on my phone. I’ve messaged 150 to say VM ON and it then tells me to call 150 and speak to customer services. I did this and I’m sent the same text message again, can you help me please?

@EE I have 3 separate EE accounts and for the last 4 weeks all 3 accounts/phones have suffered from such poor signal, the phones can’t be used!! You claim there is no reception issue in my area, it used to be fine .... but is just awful now. Can a human help me?

@EE Just make sure you check their signal strength in the area you're in 1st though. Ideally from someone who has the network in that area you know. Mine was absolutely useless, couldn't wait to change. Went with @O2 which is far superior👌 Do your homework 1st peeps

@EE Ive just found a Huawei Buzzard2 car wifi in a draw at home. I want to use another network in it, can I get you to unlock it? Im not even with EE anymore thanks

Hi @EE my contract ended a few days ago, have tried to unlock my phone, was told I'd get an email inside of a few hours but haven't heard anything. Any possible way to help with this? Thank you
