    @chrisevans1001 @EE I’m a colleague of Chris & affected by this. I work at home for #NHS111 and this problem meant downtime, unable to take patient calls. So anything you can do on this will be appreciated.

    My 86yr old Mum took herself off on 2 buses to the phone shop. Her mobile “was blank” the nice man probably just switched it on 😉Thanks for not making her feel stupid @EE #folkestone

    Day two of no WiFi in Cheriton, I’m officially out of personal hotspot allowance… today is gonna be another long one. Sort it out @EE , businesses and people working from home depend on this service 😭

    @EE Guides tell there is no current plan for FF broadband to my property. Openreach tell me “building in this area in the next year”. No fixed plan just a time frame that moves forward. HELP!

    Very frustrating that after being a loyal customer of @EE for over 25 years the best deal they can do me is £73 a month for the new iPhone 17 when @O2 can me the same deal for £57 a month. Loyalty means nothing these days ! 😡

    @EE Why are u telling me this now I was unable to ring any of those numbers earlier. When I try to ring EE, I received a message to say you had tried to call earlier. Not spoken to EE for over a week while they’re trying to resolve my issue. 25 times best provider is rubbish.

    @EE bought two S26 Ultra's - promised buds but its proving impossible to get them 🙁 tried to call customer services but they didn't call us back.

    @EE boast best provider for 25 years. No true. Very poor CS. No WiFi for over a week. Open fault whatever that means. Waiting 35 mins for someone to call. Pathetic service

    What the actual **** @EE why the hell can't you turn off voice over LTE on your network ******* stupid and that's coming from an IT guy!!! Calls drop constantly can the data stream can't handle it, most moronic thing i have ever seen in my life!!!

    @EE Hello.. I'm currently in the US and for the last few days have been unable to send texts and now my phone won't connect at all. I have wifi, but need mobile service. Any ideas?

    @AlanHeycock @SomeUKTeslaGuy @EE 1p Mobile is ran by Utility Warehouse, a Mutli-Level Marketing company, which is great if you want to support a business less trustworthy than BT/EE.
