@EE are you have phone signal problems in the Suffolk area. Been out all day and had no signal or data anywhere I've been. Is this due to the storm?

@EE I've been a customer of yours since around 2006 and would like to avoid the hassle of leaving you. However reviewing upgrades, the Pixel 6 on the plan that now suits my needs comes with a £50 up front cost. Is there anything that can be done about that at all?

  • TauntonSinf Taunton Sinfonietta (@TauntonSinf) reported

@EE Not in East Devon. FFS there isn't even a 2G phone signal on EE anymore. Used to have 3G, now nothing.

@EE Broadband:s working - it's our landlines which lack dial tones. An Openreach problem presumably, but I can't contact them directly.
