  @chrisevans1001 @EE I’m a colleague of Chris & affected by this. I work at home for #NHS111 and this problem meant downtime, unable to take patient calls. So anything you can do on this will be appreciated.

  My 86yr old Mum took herself off on 2 buses to the phone shop. Her mobile “was blank” the nice man probably just switched it on 😉Thanks for not making her feel stupid @EE #folkestone

  @EE I take out a 5g phone and can’t get any signal even when it drops to 4G I pay good money each month and the signal is **** ! Don’t say check the area to see if theirs a fault either ! Sort or it goes in the bin !

  @EE have used EE mobile for years and latest renewal offers are terrible. I don’t even want the latest #iphone but still looking at about £10 a month extra. Looking at @tescomobile now.

  @VodafoneUK @EE your signal along with every other mobile network in the UK is pathetic. You even advertise that when one doesn’t work the dual network kicks in. Well it’s shite. I can’t make calls or receive signals in so many places which is 3rd world levels of embarrassment
