@chrisevans1001 @EE I’m a colleague of Chris & affected by this. I work at home for #NHS111 and this problem meant downtime, unable to take patient calls. So anything you can do on this will be appreciated.

@EE disgusted having been an EE customer for years you’ve tried to charge me £50 upfront code of an upgraded device despite having confirmation you paid this on my behalf, & over charging me per month despite me having in writing from an advisor my set monthly charge.

So nearly a week of having the new phone after an emergency upgrade, due to tech issues with the old one. I have to say that Andrea at the Southend High Street @EE store was brilliant, no trying to over-sell, and great customer service. #EE

Not great service from @DPDgroup_news however when contacting @EE they didn’t really want to know. Said I’m considering leaving the network after 10 + years as I was very upset. Told.... that’s fine. Lovely

@EE so the broadband engineer just left after changing cable on router and tech settings also says that what I have caused more trouble than its worth so I'm seriously thinking of downgrading I am not going to pay for all the trouble

@MarkMorrison94 @JasonG84Gaffa @EE Already got one that’s my issue - so for it to carry over on contract usage instead of wifi only, I have to go direct with “the big 3”

@EE this is just getting RIDICULOUS!!!!! I’ve been chatting to you via DM, you say you’ll help me and all that, I passed my details over so you can enter my account. The person “helping” hasn’t come back to me for over an hour after accessing my account

@andy_cov93 @EE I spose the issue is Apple still charge 1000 for a 12, so EE would still be thinking to get that on a sim only and buy the phone outright, you’ll pay more than 1300 overall. Shambles tho. Same as Virgin, new customer - £30, customer with them 20 years since NTL - £80
