@chrisevans1001 @EE I’m a colleague of Chris & affected by this. I work at home for #NHS111 and this problem meant downtime, unable to take patient calls. So anything you can do on this will be appreciated.

My 86yr old Mum took herself off on 2 buses to the phone shop. Her mobile “was blank” the nice man probably just switched it on 😉Thanks for not making her feel stupid @EE #folkestone

Day two of no WiFi in Cheriton, I’m officially out of personal hotspot allowance… today is gonna be another long one. Sort it out @EE , businesses and people working from home depend on this service 😭

@ee I'm making an official complaint to EE head office. the lack off engagement on Twitter is honestly disgraceful for a company who say they strive to provide best customer service. You just lost another customer to O2. The actual opposite experience to EE marketing campaign.

@EE absolutely the worse service provider ! Avoid if travelling in Europe ! Paid for roaming but unable to make or receive calls ! And yet their automated helpline advises to call 150! WHAT PART OF MY PHONE WILL NOT RING OUT DOES YUR AUTOMATED SERVICE FAIL TO understand?ALL OF IT

@mel561 @EE I had the same issue.. Called them. It's an issue specifically with iPhones. Apple did a software update last night (16.0.2) which may or may not be linked. EE are investigating. Rebooting your phone brings it back.
