@chrisevans1001 @EE I’m a colleague of Chris & affected by this. I work at home for #NHS111 and this problem meant downtime, unable to take patient calls. So anything you can do on this will be appreciated.

@EE Thanks for reply,DPD never emailed to confirm it was delivered to one of your stores, I called customer service again and they confirmed it was delivered, I hsve now collected phone.

just how much worse can the @VodafoneUK service get. I upgrade same deal they cut off my Amazon Prime. 35 minutes on the phone listening to endless Xmas nonsense. ChatBot is giving server errors. Cant chat or talk to anyone! After 10 years I'm done off to @EE
