    @chrisevans1001 @EE I’m a colleague of Chris & affected by this. I work at home for #NHS111 and this problem meant downtime, unable to take patient calls. So anything you can do on this will be appreciated.

    My 86yr old Mum took herself off on 2 buses to the phone shop. Her mobile “was blank” the nice man probably just switched it on 😉Thanks for not making her feel stupid @EE #folkestone

    @EE your TV service is shite. Just recorded the indy 500 and guess what.. The recording finished before the race ended. Absolutely bollocks I'm paying you for a service you don't deliver. That is theft.

    @EE 01282 573603 received a call saying they were calling from BT/EE sound like scammers as they said number would be blocked next few days due to new sims rolling out due technical issues,wanted me to confirm memoword/email I ignored him.

    @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 Please look at which provider offers the best coverage, I moved from o2 as their coverage was so poor. EE is much better! I’m now sim only and pay £30 a month with EE for unlimited data, calls and texts etc.

    Hello @EE can you explain why my 4G signal keeps dropping off in parts of Edinburgh where it never used to happen. It’s very frustrating. It’s almost like you’ve reduced your coverage in the last few months.

    @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 Do not switch to o2 theres a reason their cheaper their signal is awful im o2 wifes EE she always has signal i dont. I've been o2 for about 20 years the minute my contracts up im off

    @EE 0r bt or whatever they call themselves- equally as useless as each other. It’s taken me all day today trying to get connected to a service. Spoke to the Guide three times and got cut off each time issue not resolved. I do really need it sorted quickly or I’m off the sky

    @Greaves24Tg @EE @tg well, that’s that sorted. Rang EE, some issue with back office, they’d not put through the order for my phone (?), ordered now, delivered tomorrow…and they’ve refunded delivery fee I had paid yesterday. Happy days. But flipping Nora…these scam helpline twitter accounts 🙄🙄

    Why has @ee signal and 5g has gotten terrible the past couple years? Going to have to take my business lines elsewhere if it doesn’t start improving
