  @chrisevans1001 @EE I’m a colleague of Chris & affected by this. I work at home for #NHS111 and this problem meant downtime, unable to take patient calls. So anything you can do on this will be appreciated.

  @EE New Customer, new phone number, and EE dont answer, recognise my number, seems I need an activation code, guess what, the EE website, says my number belongs to someone else, wow, 1st Day and zero service, exactly 40 minutes waiting now, I made an error, big time, awful

  @EE looking at your upgrade deals... It looks like I can save myself £5 a month if I cancel my contract and take out a new one, as opposed to upgrading. Why don't you offer loyal existing customers the better deals?

  Decided to give @ee another chance and bought a PAYG Sim so I could evaluate data. Paid for a top up and got 15MB! Tried to contact support who are supposed to reply within 60 mins. 2 hours later and nothing. Glad I didn’t get a contract. Nothing but roadblocks with this company

  @Vhero @EE I spoke to a person at ee yesterday morning, they told me I will get 5gb on top of the standard min of 1gb because of being a broadband customer... My account got updated today. Still says 1gb in my ee account. I really am not trusting it right now.
