    My 86yr old Mum took herself off on 2 buses to the phone shop. Her mobile “was blank” the nice man probably just switched it on 😉Thanks for not making her feel stupid @EE #folkestone

    @chrisevans1001 @EE I’m a colleague of Chris & affected by this. I work at home for #NHS111 and this problem meant downtime, unable to take patient calls. So anything you can do on this will be appreciated.

    Day two of no WiFi in Cheriton, I’m officially out of personal hotspot allowance… today is gonna be another long one. Sort it out @EE , businesses and people working from home depend on this service 😭

    @Hepworthclare @EE Clare, been going through my own problems with @EE for weeks, their transition to digital landline is shambolic. Their newly supplied Smart Hub wouldn't connect, landline doesn't work. Customer service is appalling, also now told can only view bill via App. 😤 Good luck!

    @edfen19 @EE @VodafoneUK I'm leaving them cancelling my mobile account gave them the 30 days notice & tv & broadband account will be next when contract runs out best network in britain MY ARSE 🤬

    @JohnStokes0uk @EE A speed test doesn't show coverage quality. You can get good speeds in poor coverage just as easily as bad speeds in a good coverage (but congested) area

    @EE This link is useless as it is the one I have been using only to be fobbed off and lied too. I want to speak to someone who can sort things out. Just one person who can successfully deal with the complaint of human incompetence. Who is a manager or head of complaints?

    @EE why for the last few months does my plan never renew when I'm always in credit think it's time for me to move on...not going into a store every month to solve it 🤬🤬🤬

    @AnjaliS53393221 @EE Hi Anjali! We're sorry to hear that. Many of our customers are seeing that our website is blocked due to potential malicious activity. We have checked thoroughly for faults on our end and can't see anything that would call for us to have this flag. We have been talking to the EE technical team and haven't been able to progress or come to a resolution. @EE we would greatly appreciate a deeper look into the reason so many of your customers are experiencing this issue - some of them have made contact but haven't been able to come to a resolution.
