@chrisevans1001 @EE I’m a colleague of Chris & affected by this. I work at home for #NHS111 and this problem meant downtime, unable to take patient calls. So anything you can do on this will be appreciated.

My 86yr old Mum took herself off on 2 buses to the phone shop. Her mobile “was blank” the nice man probably just switched it on 😉Thanks for not making her feel stupid @EE #folkestone

@EE Tried to contact you call center buy was on hold indefinitely. Your text service is also useless. And still no communications from EE. Some people rely on their network connection for work.

@EE It's bad enough I toyed with returning the S22U as it's a complete Donkey compared to the S21U. I am hoping I don't have a lemon and that all the issues will be sorted with OTA updates

Had to use my mobile data all night for work because @EE broadband has been off all night 😡 apparently down all over the UK and not a peep out of EE about it.
