    @chrisevans1001 @EE I’m a colleague of Chris & affected by this. I work at home for #NHS111 and this problem meant downtime, unable to take patient calls. So anything you can do on this will be appreciated.

    On Weds it will be 3 weeks we are without phoneline, broadband and careline - my 82 year old mum is prone to falls. I’m a teacher who can’t deliver online unless I leave her to go to work. Shocking service for vulnerable and key worker. @OpenreachHelp @EE

    @EE So basically I am just going around in circles with no answer or even the wrong answer. Not really the best customer experience. Been with EE a long time but really thinking about moving elsewhere. Not sure why this is so difficult to resolve ????

    @EE We are in TPS, we block all these numbers, but still it continues... Your technical people know who these subscribers are, you should report them, or close them down! My wife is blind and disabled, she needs to keep her phone near her, but they frequently interrupt her sleep.
