My 86yr old Mum took herself off on 2 buses to the phone shop. Her mobile “was blank” the nice man probably just switched it on 😉Thanks for not making her feel stupid @EE #folkestone

@chrisevans1001 @EE I’m a colleague of Chris & affected by this. I work at home for #NHS111 and this problem meant downtime, unable to take patient calls. So anything you can do on this will be appreciated.

Looking forward to @EE selling unlocked phones from this December. Charging a loyal customer of 10+ years a fee of £8.99 to unlock a phone is just a money grab. The fact they don't trust customers says a lot. No locking from December!

@joolsmc @EE Latest update suggests it is back up and working, and I now have a signal again ;-) Network update: The maintenance in PA34 5PU is now complete, we recommend you restart your device. If you have already done this and are still having problems, please call us on 150.

@EE No it's still not working when I go onto EE for top up it says "additional payer authentication required" and I've heard the EE website has been down what's going on

@joolsmc @EE I had this from them yesterday, it's been going on for a good few days now. Network update: Our engineers are still fixing the problem at PA34 5PU. It should be back to normal within 2 days.

@EE Good Morning, 5G doesn’t seem to be working on my iPhone 13 Pro Max, is there any reason for that, I’ve reset all my network settings, my phone says 5G is on but I’m only getting 4G?

@ee I’ve switched over to ee in the past few weeks and was told it was much better than my previous network and I’d get excellent signal in my area but if I’m lucky I’m getting 1 bar in my village and my 4g is simply not working properly can you tell me why?
