My 86yr old Mum took herself off on 2 buses to the phone shop. Her mobile “was blank” the nice man probably just switched it on 😉Thanks for not making her feel stupid @EE #folkestone

@chrisevans1001 @EE I’m a colleague of Chris & affected by this. I work at home for #NHS111 and this problem meant downtime, unable to take patient calls. So anything you can do on this will be appreciated.

@EE hi. I've followed your app on "help" and no option exists on the phone menu, so it's twitter now. I added £10 additional credit on the 28th Jan, and its disappeared from my account. Where's it gone?

@EE It was yeah, and when I tried to state how much of a coincidence it was that it worked straight after purchasing the bloke didn’t want know. Made me feel like I was stupid cus I brought data I didn’t need and made out I was lying. Can’t wait til my contracts up now.

Absolutely appalling customer services from @EE ... what the hell? ... don’t listen to what you’re saying, when you try to explain again put you on hold half way through a sentence and transfer you to someone else and just plain rude

Nearly 2 weeks now of no internet because @lb_southwark cut through a cable. @ee not got back to us. Daily phone calls give us nothing. Have just lost a contract through being unable to access internet at home (hotspot too slow). Who can I claim compensation for lost earnings?
