My 86yr old Mum took herself off on 2 buses to the phone shop. Her mobile “was blank” the nice man probably just switched it on 😉Thanks for not making her feel stupid @EE #folkestone

@chrisevans1001 @EE I’m a colleague of Chris & affected by this. I work at home for #NHS111 and this problem meant downtime, unable to take patient calls. So anything you can do on this will be appreciated.

@EE Hi EE, can you explain why being with you for 20+ years in the same address and and always having 4 bars on my signal, for the past 8 months, at best I get 2 bars (often no bars), and very frequent messages telling me there is a “problem in my area”?

@EE Your customer experience team called me and could not provide details of how they received my number They were from EE customer experience yet sounded like they were not from the UK They called me mad when I asked how they got my number

In my life I've made some dad decisions but quite possibly my worst ever was to go with @EE for Broadband ... hands down the worst provider I have ever used

@EE I’ve said all I’ve got to say to you on the matter. I’ve asked for you to send an engineer and your response here’s a link. A link is not good enough. Send an engineer tomorrow or you’ll loose a long standing mobile customer.

@EE cannot get online (can’t link sim), can’t connect to anyone on the phone despite holding on for over 1/2 hour. You’re threatening to suspend my service - how am I supposed to fix this? If this is the level of service, it’s disgusting!

@EE There must have been a reboot while I was out and two of my cameras were not working. I needed to check the IP addresses applied automatically but I couldn't get that info in the app.

@EE why do you send DPD PIN codes through text when the numbers we have got with you are for iPads. We don’t receive texts through iPad. So now have to reject a delivery because this is stupid.

@EE I was over 6 months with non working extenders ! Despite paying the extra for the service . No refund ... the app is absolutely appalling ! It is absolutely no use to see what is going on within the home network when various devices aren't connecting/ dropping out ! Very poor
