My 86yr old Mum took herself off on 2 buses to the phone shop. Her mobile “was blank” the nice man probably just switched it on 😉Thanks for not making her feel stupid @EE #folkestone

@chrisevans1001 @EE I’m a colleague of Chris & affected by this. I work at home for #NHS111 and this problem meant downtime, unable to take patient calls. So anything you can do on this will be appreciated.

So learnt something new today. Never ever buy a phone from an @EE store. Got a faulty phone have already lost faith in it and go politely told to jog on as there is nothing I can do so now stuck in a contract with a product I don’t trust

@EE Can you sort the signal out in South Wales, please? Between your non-existent signal and Virgin Media's abysmal wifi service, I can't even send a message through WhatsApp. A little bit of rain or winds over 2mph & your product sucks.

Never ever go with @bt_uk or @EE was asked to swap over, mis sold products, over billed and now on day 17 of trying to get a resolution. Was a decades long customer!

@EE other suggestion communications since my phone DOESNT WORK. I could try a fax machine. I could throw a letter in a bottle into the ocean. I could try smoke signals. All of these make more sense than what you are asking me to do.

@EE Hi, I left EE broadband around 2 months ago but I never got sent the return kit in the post so I've still got the router, can you sent the kit out so I can return it please

@EE for someone who pride themselves on customer service I am so glad I left EE. Complaint open over 3 weeks been promise two manager calls backs. Last one was promised by 3pm today it’s now 6:15pm still nothing.
