@chrisevans1001 @EE I’m a colleague of Chris & affected by this. I work at home for #NHS111 and this problem meant downtime, unable to take patient calls. So anything you can do on this will be appreciated.

@NealSlideways @EE That's exactly what I did. Was with them for over 20 years but they don't reward loyal customers so got rid last year, bought a new phone and went to sim only with another network. Hopefully more people will do the same!

@EE I’m continuing to have network issues due to issues in my area. Your website status checker is poor. It tells me it’s sorted when it’s not. Then it updates to say 7 hours. And repeat. since Monday. Not happy with 5 days line rental refund. I have a case number. Help please.

@EE how do I contact someone to ask for help with a phone problem? I mean speak with a real person not a text message which then links me through 6 options which ultimately lead me back to a phone number which then sends me another text??

@EE I knew that would be your response before I even hit send 😴😴😴 start waving off your customers EE. I hear sky is more favourable for pricing, customer service and loyalty 👋🏼👋🏼

@EE have put my contract price up £3.18 due to inflation, not annoyed by it, everything’s going up. Curious, if inflation falls, does my price also go down?
-
James C
(@JamesChinery) reported
@EE have made a big mistake with their greedy 14.4% increase. Like many I’ve been loyal to them since their inception (and as Orange) but I will be changing my broadband and mobile provider as soon as my contract ends! I’ll also be moaning anytime my service is less than perfect!

@EE So the economy has gone to ****… which means your should jump on the bandwagon and throw in another price increase against loyal customers. Well played EE 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Not a happy customer, more ridiculous increases! 3months after taking out a contract for £35 p/m with @EE my bill increases by £3.26, I now get another email a year later increasing the bill again this time by a whopping £5.50. this takes my initial £35 to £43.76 p/m. 1/3

So @EE has increased my monthly contract price by £10.. they can **** right off. At that price its cheaper to buy a new phone unlocked and go with the cheapest pay as you go Sim only deal. 15 year customer no more.

@EE A simple solution. Don't add the 3.9%. That doesnt reflect increased costs.
