    @chrisevans1001 @EE I’m a colleague of Chris & affected by this. I work at home for #NHS111 and this problem meant downtime, unable to take patient calls. So anything you can do on this will be appreciated.

    @EE Can you get someone to message about an upgrade. Im not spending another 40 mins on the phone to someone who clearly doesnt care about customer service. If not then no worries ill be cancelling all contracts

    @EE worst customer service I have ever experienced ! Terrible WiFi and stuck with a phone and watch my husband didn’t want!! Thank god for @virginmedia allowing us to come straight back as customers and showing what customer service actually is!

    @nicv27 @EE I had this issue, received a text about waiving the months left, but the app was asking me to send the phone back. If you phone them or use the online chat to upgrade they’ll sort it for you, had my upgrade and got to keep the other phone.

    @EE Appreciate your reply, I'm just not sure how talking to customer services will help. Two different phones, two sims in a dozen locations... neither has anything resembling a useful service. Unless we use WiFi calling, it's basically useless.

    @EE Hi I did call they managed to help me reset my network settings and so far it’s been okay. It’s been one hour so hopefully it stays fine thanks.

    Been bounced around by @EE for weeks – moved from eSIM to physical SIM and still having issues. Longstanding customer and getting nowhere with support. This is beyond frustrating. Can someone actually take ownership and fix this? #EE #CustomerService
