    @chrisevans1001 @EE I’m a colleague of Chris & affected by this. I work at home for #NHS111 and this problem meant downtime, unable to take patient calls. So anything you can do on this will be appreciated.

    My 86yr old Mum took herself off on 2 buses to the phone shop. Her mobile “was blank” the nice man probably just switched it on 😉Thanks for not making her feel stupid @EE #folkestone

    Day two of no WiFi in Cheriton, I’m officially out of personal hotspot allowance… today is gonna be another long one. Sort it out @EE , businesses and people working from home depend on this service 😭

    @EE I want to make a claim on my personal insurance outside of EE for a broken phone but I need proof of ownership. Where do I find that online or on the app?

    @EE Myself, wife and friends in West Cumbria are having problems with slow 4G. We all used to have good download speeds and it was quick but over the past few months it’s been terrible. Spoke to EE and they suggested it was my phone but it can’t be if lots of others are affected!

    1/2 Awful customer service from @EE been a loyal customer with them for more than 15 years and when asked to leave a pay as you go contract 6 months early due connectivity issues making it impossible to speak to clients. They will not consider waving the £100 fee!

    @EE your network coverage around Canary Wharf remains appalling. Having 5G reception but no Internet connectivity isn't a good look at all. It was bad two years ago and still bad today. What gives?

    @EE I’ve ordered a new sim only contract, will my current contract end by default on the date it was originally set to end or will I need to phone EE and manually cancel it

    @mouthwaite @EE My son tried to cancel his contract after the expiry term of its 2 year period and despite saying it was cancelled EE continued taking the DD. He then cancelled the direct DD and they issued bailiffs 😤. He now has no credit rating - 😡🤬and You can’t get to speak to anyone

    @mouthwaite @EE Left them years ago when t mobile first merged with orange. Totally shocking customer service and rude. Am now with 3, much better phone and customer service xx
