    @chrisevans1001 @EE I’m a colleague of Chris & affected by this. I work at home for #NHS111 and this problem meant downtime, unable to take patient calls. So anything you can do on this will be appreciated.

    My 86yr old Mum took herself off on 2 buses to the phone shop. Her mobile “was blank” the nice man probably just switched it on 😉Thanks for not making her feel stupid @EE #folkestone

    @EE No. I'm giving my notice as soon as I get another broadband provider. Unless you can guarantee I get a signal in my kitchen, literally 15 feet away from my modem at less than what I'm paying. I've been a customer since 1999 and am seriously thinking of cancelling all 8 lines.

    @EE Hi Emma. Yeah it was weird. It just went down and would not come back even after resetting router. I gave up went to bed and this morning it is fine again. Thanks for getting back to me.

    Email from @EE at 07:21 to confirm all work completed. 4G signal went off at 10:28 and only came back on there at 12:30. Shocking that customers don't get told that the network will be out - for planned works! If I had known, I'd have gone into town to work! @weloveSY @Sygazette

    @EE please can someone help me. Ordered a new phone via the app/website yesterday but the parcel couldn’t be delivered by DPD today as our house number wasn’t on the parcel. You need to contact DPD to update address. Thank you, Iain peck
