Theloneliest Monk (@KvetchHell) reported@EE Your site has the facility to rearrange an engineer appointment, but it appears to have a design fault as there is no immediately obvious button to click in order to cancel. There also appears to be no online assistant service or contact email. V. poor 0/10.

MARV (@marv33067105) reported@astortate @virginmedia @EE Unfortunately most companies are doing this … try speaking to human at Evri!! .. and they the nerve to call this ‘Customer Service’
-
NathanJT (@NathanJT) reported@crit_gen It's still better than @EE 's "chatbot" though, that pretends it can help and then simply either points you at their community section or tells you to call 150. It's utterly pointless.
-
IndianAlways (@IyengarPallavi) reported@EE Hi i was recently trying to purchase your broadband as shift to new place, but my goodness your client support is poor - A girl in chat support promise me yesterday that smart mobile support costing £10 will deliver today and also i placed an order
-
Kevin Buck (@houseofbuck) reported@EE your customer service is atrocious. Had a new Broadband server fitted last Tuesday, it didn’t get activated by the engineer and was lied to about it would come on at midnight. Next day rang and got a BT engineer who arrived on Thursday took 10 mins to start it. No comp/sorry!
-
Darren Hammans (@DarrenHammans) reported@EE @nickduval That seems to be an EE issue, not a Nick issue… Hopefully he takes his business elsewhere
-
Karen Loughridge (@KLearn) reportedComplaint ID29651411 now reported closed - you have not yet processed the SAR request it contains. @EE customer service is beyond a joke!
-
Dr E 🇵🇸🏳️🌈😷 #FreePalestine #MasksWork (@E_catservant) reported🚨SECURITY ALERT! If your @EE SIM card fails they require a maskless (& presumably no glasses / hat) scan of your face to replace it 🤬Also means any immunocompromised customer either risks their life or has to get a new phone number (top tip: NOT wt EE!)
-
Mr tas gol (@TasMr46834) reported@EE The company must be the worst ever scums when dealing with customer issues. How are they still in business and not shut down , I do not know. A bunch of illiterate, ill advised , ill experienced amateurs, good for nothing.

Bill (@NewGolfer1414) reported@virginmedia let down twice in 24hours!! Promised me an engineer today yet none arrives!! Working off of 4g data at my extra cost, certainly leaving ASAP @EE let me know about your broadband deals!!
