All the websites now have an AI bot that absolutely pointless but needs dealing with before speaking to a human. It’s just so frustrating and stressful.

Abdullah lodhi (@alodh15) reported@EE On top of all of this we have had to lose our original account and told to sign up as a new customer. We have been a BT/ and now EE customer for nearly 20 years ! this all due to an EE error. @EE @WeAreOpenreach

Their newly supplied Smart Hub wouldn't connect, landline doesn't work. Customer service is appalling, also now told can only view bill via App. 😤 Good luck!

Abdullah lodhi (@alodh15) reported@EE @EE @WeAreOpenreach Still without any broadband, no Internet connection and its coming upto 3 months. Absolutely terrible. No one has any idea of when it will be fixed. There is so much miscommunication between EE & openreach, its the customer's who suffer!
