    Day two of no WiFi in Cheriton, I’m officially out of personal hotspot allowance… today is gonna be another long one. Sort it out @EE , businesses and people working from home depend on this service 😭

    @chrisevans1001 @EE I’m a colleague of Chris & affected by this. I work at home for #NHS111 and this problem meant downtime, unable to take patient calls. So anything you can do on this will be appreciated.

    My 86yr old Mum took herself off on 2 buses to the phone shop. Her mobile “was blank” the nice man probably just switched it on 😉Thanks for not making her feel stupid @EE #folkestone

    @EE You are going to need it when @ee fail to deliver your broadband repeatedly and they suggest just hot spotting your phone.

    @oliverhenry @CavalierMarty I've got to give it to EE, been with them since way back whrn they were Orange, must be coming close to 20 years now. Never ever had any issues with the company and only in some remote places have I had poor signal but never completely zilch. @EE you're doing good by me.

    @robbopalmer @EE They seiously over charge newer companies charge a 1/4 of the cost to still be on the ee network.

    @EE Guides tell there is no current plan for FF broadband to my property. Openreach tell me “building in this area in the next year”. No fixed plan just a time frame that moves forward. HELP!

    @EE has the network been down the past few days ive had signal and 5G but it dosnt seem to work or load anything pages, or texts,calls over WiFi, ive restarted my phone multiple times

    @EE looking at an upgrade for my wife and i but your prices are a joke can get better deals elsewhere so guess i will be leaving after years of being a customer

    @EE @BenGungyal The basic problem is that large companies (all, not just you) view long term subscribers as cash cows to be exploited rather than valued customers. The fact that switching supplier every two years is better than being loyal to one is a sign of a fundamentally broken system.
