There also appears to be no online assistant service or contact email. V. poor 0/10.

Richard Marshall (@Marzy1867) reported@EE with just awful customer service. "Sold" broadband to wfh and stream and we get 6 mps (six) to 10 (ten) down from 250 with old provider. Agent closed complaint within 5 seconds of setting it up (without consent). When the mobiles come for renewal they are all gone.

When customer complains, they refer him to credit agencies, who slap a credit penalty of 3 strikes???!! @ee

If that's not profiteering by stealth, you are truly unfit for purpose. @MartinSLewis disabled people need support
