@chrisevans1001 @EE I’m a colleague of Chris & affected by this. I work at home for #NHS111 and this problem meant downtime, unable to take patient calls. So anything you can do on this will be appreciated.

My god, I wish I would have not moved to @BTBusiness broadband, but the @EE sales rep said it was the only way I could get the speeds I want. What a load of crap that was, there's 5 other ISP's on Gfast and offer home packages at half price I'm paying. Roll on October.

Judging by @EE App reviews this is a common problem - perhaps it is the App that is at fault since the last update. Perhaps the technology giant can't struggles with providing reliable Apps for its customers!

@robsaunders1 @EE Yeah the picture is 'mixed' for sure. I've had similar to that too, 100ish down near Swindon and in Bath but when I went to Cardiff to test Three it was about 700 (in an optimum position). Have seen more than that in action but that was a demo in the car park at Vodafone HQ.

@EE Old EE router that was meant to be faulty. Which I feel was not the case, I think it’s the speeds provided by EE. As a consumer, I have no proof of what they should be or if there is a fault. I can only go by the speed tests, which are ultimately poor.
