@EE Hi,why do you hide the length of your broadband contract. I appreciate it is so the customer can't see an end date and hence not look at alternative deals but where does openness, honesty and integrity come into that?

@MarcAllera @EE @bt_uk Day 155 overdue for full fibre install. Back to the drawing board because engineers just dug up grass with a spade and flung fibre cable in the ground with no ducting, so it was damaged when they tried to connect. Deadline on fix about to be missed.

@EE My wife on a rolling contract, but it’s attached to my contract - how does she go about changing network? Also with my broadband, does my new provider sort it out with you for me once I register with them or do I need anything from you?

@EE are a ******* disgrace. Their customer service is a catastrophic ***** up. I'm chasing them around like a tit here. What's the advice on just stopping paying them for the rest of my contract and letting them chase me for the money?

@SimonWardMusic @EE @Ofcom I had this very issue with Vodafone some years ago. Infuriating, but if I remember correctly it was actually written in the contract that I had to give a month notice even though expired🤔😤.

My Broadband is set to increase with inflation but wages aren't increasing. In fact, over the last 10 years, I've effectively had a 25% pay cut. @EE should cancel the unnecessary price increases. Especially at a time when people are struggling, & inflation is set to fall

@EE I sent a message earlier saying I had a message saying they were probs in my area and it would take 16hrs ? gosh I gad same message recently . What is the issue in my area ? LE19 4NW thanks..
