@EE is the ‘faster more reliable’ only for new customers? Because I’ve had MONTHS of broadband connectivity issues where I’m lucky if I can connect 1 device without issues AND you’ve put prices up! what am I paying for exactly?! A joke!

@EE very frustrated this morning - got a split service as switched telephone number from other provider, unable to send/receive texts and calls, would love to speak to a human rather than being fobbed off by automated messages.

@MarilynMill_ @ThreeUK @EE ee sucks just as much. They are all ok he same. Cancelled ee and 2 months later they are trying to charge me still. They blame their computer system and say I should pay then they will refund. Unlikely story. Now they send the details to a collection agency. Never anyone to call
