    @EE I am now being told that 5G service is patchy and isn’t guaranteed, I can see the mast and your signal checker says available in my area! May as well just cancel this contract now, endless lies and bullshit and I’ve been back 24h.

    @EE You’re scammers! I called, went to the store, and did all I can to cancel a plan I didn’t sign up for but had no luck. All your CS agents promised to look into my issue and give me call back but they never did. One of them even booked a slot to make sure I am available
