@EE is there a system issue at the moment? The app doesn't recognise my login details even after a reset. The website says the same on my phone and on a pc with the same login, it tells me I've logged out successfully and that's it! I need to transfer data to my daughter

@EE you guys sent someone out a few yrs ago to fit me a new socket for the internet and you moved it from where it was, we’ve never looked at it and just moved the settee to have a new carpet fitted and this is what we are greeted with! Socket with no facia because the engineer

@EE 5 accounts for family. Trying to update 3 phones but can’t due to technical issue your end. Awful customer service with a issue going on since 27th July. Just been cut off with no call back. Just WOW.
