@EE is there any news on how you’re compensating the customers whom experienced a mass outage last month?

@EE Eventually directed to online form - after 49mins on your call lines with 40+ of those waiting for person who could help me - who promptly and apologetically said he wasn’t the right person. “Try this number…”. Anyway if the online firm works, I’m sorted, but hours of my life….

Trying to explain to a graduate colleague the evolution of EE from when it was originally 1-2-1, then T-Mobile, finally EE. My colleague cannot fathom there is a mobile network that was once called 1-2-1. He is googling it as I type. I feel f-ing old!🙈😭 @EE

@Surviving_LADa @EE It points the finger at men… & all men can feel it. It’s an awful idea. Didn’t anyone see this before it became a shameful billboard?

@ThreeUK I've had a call from 03333381040 an Indian call centre claiming to be yourselves. Is this a number you would call from? Odd, since I've never had a mobile from your network, and would never get one. I've been with happy with @EE For around 12 years. #scamcall

@Surviving_LADa @EE That's why I find it so offensive and yes, re-traumatising. Since women are abusive too, it isn't just a problem for men to sort out as this campaign claims.

@PhilMitchell83 @NeilDance @EE The only reason it may not make sense is if you don’t see misogyny as a systemic problem, and if you can’t see that it’s most likely because you’re ignoring or not looking tbh.
