@EE I did ring up earlier and they’ve put in a lost claim for me and told me to wait to see if I hear anything back from DPD tomorrow but I was just wondering if it’s possible to cancel and go in store to get my upgrade ?

@EE Ok, @EE, everything is now resolved after 2 calls to customer service to resolve 2 separate issues. I think you have a few bugs in a few of your processes. Hopefully my posts here and in the forum are helpful to your engineers.

@EE Can someone please investigate why I haven’t had a response to my complaint yet. It’s been 2 weeks & and I also sent a further complaint online. I was also due a callback last week about my mobile/broadband/tv package but no one bothered phoning. Terrible customer service.

@EE let down by #DPD again! Waiting for my son's birthday present to arrive between 15:20-16:20 no updates other than driver running late and still waiting! No one at DPD to talk to now no main birthday present. Is there anyone that can help me?

@EE Hi @EE I have called that number which takes me to online help via a text message which I don’t get a response too. I’ve tried twice today. I need to speak to someone as this has been happening for too long now but you still expect me to pay my bill…

@EE can you tell me why you have deactivated a sim for an elderly gentleman who pays his bill every month. But you have cancelled it because he doesn’t use it 🤬. The day he would need to use it would be the day he needs medical help. He pays his bill.
