    @lee_o_85 @EE @bt_uk Paying £45 per month for fibre BT Internet and BT Sport but can’t watch most games because their Internet is too slow. Tonight I can’t even get a measure of the internet speed because BT Internet too slow. Pointless moving to any other supplier because they all use BT Internet.

    @EE what's the issue with the upgrade team been trying since Thursday and all I get told is upgrade team is busy this is very poor service

    Went into @EE today knowing exactly what I wanted. "We don't offer that in-store". More and more companies beginning to offer a completely different service online to offline.

    @EE Nope and it's been a long running issue. It flickers a lot in the evenings which is when I'm usually using it the most.

    @EE our internet is just 2mb per second rather than normal 25. Is there a known issue in TA3?

    @EE Hi, I’m am no longer able to cast BT Sports from the BT Sports app via Chromecast to my TV. It says the feature is no longer supported although I pay extra for this on my monthly bill. Could you help me resolve this please? Thanks
