@EE So you're £9m profit doesn't help with that, and that was just for ONE QUARTER of the year!!!!! I know let's slap our loyal customers with a %14% pay rise per phone , I have 3 lines so I'm looking at a rise of £24 , that's a new contract We will be leaving EE in August

@EE So there’s no 30 day period I can cancel without a fee after you put the price up 15% is what you’re saying?

@GJRbluebird @EE Completely agree, I was expecting the email showing the price increases but not expecting nearly 15% . I have 4 lines also, been with EE, T-Mobile/orange for 15 years and leaving when these are up. Can’t justify the prices when the service is average.

@EE I won’t be in minimum contract and I won’t be staying. Another long term customer lost. Thanks for your response.

@EE raising their prices 14% means I’ll be in the market for a new network! Who do people recommend? #EE

@EE Perhaps so but this might have been a good year to consider splitting that burden between customer and profit rather than pushing it all to customers. A 14.4% price increase is too much.

@EE 14.4% increase. That isn't a change in contract. That's inflation plus 3.9% for the same service! I do hope that all the employees of EE and BT (EE's parent company) have had their salaries increased by 10.5%. To not do that would be rather hypocritical after all.
