Hey @EE! You kindly suggest I try out a PAYG sim to see if the network will work better in my area than my current network, before committing. Will it work ok if I swap sims every now and again to test between the networks? My phone is unlocked.

@EE What a waste of time that was! The service gets worse with each contact. How about you sort it out appropriately and not just fob off with more ‘that’ll do’s’? Tired of hearing staff say they wouldn’t be happy in my situation… but ‘that’ll do’ or take to ombudsman! 😡🤯

@EE Again, it's not a problem at my end. I'll pick this up after Christmas. I rarely use all of my allowance so it's more of an annoyance than an issue. What's frustrating is EE refusing to accept it's their problem.

@mstarmatt @EE Been with EE for years. Superb coverage and customer service. Simply pointing out that only 0.03% of their customers felt it worth writing a review, so it's hardly representative. Oh, and absolutely not a Tory voter.
