@EE Why is your service still shite and why have I been ignored? I’ve cancelled my direct debit on advice from citizens advice and the telecommunications ombudsman until someone works out why on 4g and full bars I can’t hold a phone call for longer than 4 seconds.

@EE You've just doubled my ee bill for my families phone, with no alternative, been with you since orange days. Signal is very poor. For my own phone I have gone to tesco with a great signal and far cheaper.

@brooksy7955 @EE My account wasn’t locked, Support was not doing anything over 30+ days since first reported.All access denied I couldn’t access it, I was so confused not until someone referred me to Multitask_support on Instagram who help me to reactivate it so of course they can help

@EE Thanks Peter - it’s an iPhone 11 Pro. I’ve turned off WiFi calling which has solved the problem, but I’d have thought a 100mbps would be sufficient for it to work.

Keep getting kicked off the internet when in CH64 area and @EE reckons there's no issue. Just told they have reset some settings and I should reset phone. 🤬

@bt_uk You are amazing - "Please use our online service to book an engineer etc etc " That's taking the mickey really when it's the lack of Broadband that's the issue! "Please enter a different phone no for us to call you back" With @EE being just as bad, you are both comedians!
