    Hi @EE - I started using my new iPhone 12 (upgrade) last night, but it’s still showing as “No service” (I’m using the new SIM I was sent) - is there anything else I need to do to make it work please? Thanks!

    @ManLikeJJ @EE Glad I am not alone, seems to have trouble switching from 4G to 5G. I’ll try that next time I’m stuck on 4G.

    @EE So why was I promised 2 weeks, I don’t have an issue with waiting but being promised 2 weeks so I swapped colour to wait less is a joke, it’s been 21 days and I’m being told to expect it mid November

    Dear @ee and @O2 I’m counting down until I can change provider, AGAIN. Please sort the basics. So bored of hearing about 5G etc when every day I drive through areas which don’t even have a basic phone signal. It’s North Wales & N.Shropshire, not the moon.

    @lighty79 @EE Oh you get to pay £100 to send your new one back so they can send you a refurbished one then they fix yours and charge the next mug £100 to do the same ,great eh this is after paying an extra £10 a month for insurance talk about a con
