@EE Your app sucks. It shouldn’t be taking me an hour+ to try and pay a bill. All your links are broken, not good enough considering you’re the most “premium” network with the most premium pricing.

@EE I’m absolutely disgusted with your service. I have got an upgrade that wasn’t due for delivery for 7 days. You then delivered using @DPDgroup_news who have delivered to a different address 4 days ago. I do not have the phone and your telling me it’s my problem to sort!!

@EE Awful customer service when phoning from abroad. Dialled the +44 7953 966250 number. Been on for 40 minutes and nothing. Won't be paying a bean of it either 👍🏻 Sort it out!
