@EE Unrelated to this post, I’m in Chile, and have paid for call roaming, but my iPhone 13 won’t connect to any local service and the only way of contacting your help centre is by phone, which is pretty useless under the circumstances. Not impressed!

@EE Hello, I have a billing enquiry. I appear to have been overcharged for this month. My bill is usually at £22 per month but it has increased to £31 this month despite that I haven't bought any new products. Any help would be much appreciated.

@EE @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog don’t go with EE they take hundreds of pounds out of account without asking and say they will pay back in 4 working days. Send new phone to wrong address then Gary in customer services is rude. #donthaeEE
