@DPDgroup_news @EE Dpd driver very rude, aggressive and threatening....all on cctv.... We have called the police and also have his registration number.. @EE dreadful and frightening service from your courier... They have also now contacted police and accusing me of theft

@EE hi, my wife had a free trial of BT Sport which was due to end 17th May but she got a message saying if we don’t cancel it by then we will get charged. So we cancelled it thinking it’ll still work to the 17th and now can’t use it. Why’s this?

@EE Same issue unfortunately plus the sim is no longer picking up 5G and has reverted back to 4G when using my new handset.

@EE They said they are unable to cancel the payment as it hasn't been fully charged to my account, and I should ask EE to cancel on their end, once they action this, the money will be removed from pending.

@EE Hi guys looking for some help recently upgraded my phone and want to give my old handset to a friend when I go to unlock on the site it says unable to unlock this device does that mean it's not locked to EE already
