@EE Your network has been down for 2 days from 11 am to 4.30 pm. As a driver who relies on my phone for my business, this is a disgrace. The new S25 i got 5 days ago is going back, and I'll be moving. You need to have a serious look at your customer care.

@EE Hi EE, I’m in Newcastle (NE2 2TA). My mobile data suddenly stopped working indoors, but works fine outside. Tried on 2 EE phones — same issue. No Wi-Fi at home, so I rely on mobile data. I saw you’re investigating — any update

@EE this is the 2nd day I have had issues with phonecalls in and out. My phone is important for emergency matters. We have calls to and from many medical professionals and agencies This is not good enough. I've been waiting for calls for 2 days and can't get any.
