@EE Good morning Helen. The service has returned now so I’m assuming it was just a minor issue. Someone else I know in the area is with Vodaphone and they had no service too. Thanks anyway!

@EE Shockingly the message I sent you via DM hasn't been acknowledged or replied to. Almost like you just wanted to divert a customer from posting publically.

@EE Sadly; when you brought back EU roaming charges you lost me as a customer forever... now with Three, and very happy with the coverage

@EE Hi LB - thanks for your reply. Am I right in saying that once the 24-month contract has ended and it ‘rolls on’ it is ‘rolling on’ on a month-by-month basis until the customer stops the rolling monthly contract or enters a new 24-month contract?

@EE No. This isn't me being too stupid to understand billing. This is a case of your employee agreeing to take a payment of a certain amount, and then adding £25 to it. I already wasted time trying to talk to EE this morning. Now I'm struck waiting forever for a callback.

@EE is signal down in Goytre, South Wales? I have no service whatsoever and have done so for about an hour now. I normally get a text if works being done that affects service so I’m a bit confused?
