    @EE Thanks for the reply. I have the DPD tracking app and my new product was in Hinckley on Sat, it was moved to Birmingham yesterday at 5am and has not moved since. I was told it would be delivered on Mon. How can I be charged for a product/service that I am not in receipt of?

    @EE Not sure just moved with my partner who is the customer had a message from ee saying phone line and broadband active but nothing's happening if it's the cables inside how do we fix it if no one's allowed inside?

    @ee Still not fixed, keep raising issues on your site, get a text a day or so later say fixed, open a new case, repeat. Upload speeds are often in single digits, pages don't load, huge amounts of packet loss. Multiple devices, walked around ~2 mile radius.. same problem.
