@EE No not at the moment, so I guess it's time for your tea break. And can I say that your costumer service is one of the best!

  • Pazza_81 Pamela (@Pazza_81) reported

@EE Hi! I’ve just ordered a pay monthly SIM from you as a new customer, not realising the price is only for 3 months not the full duration of the contract. Please urgently advise how I can cancel this order - I won’t be joining at the full price. Thanks!

  • Ryzilla85 Ryan Brooks (@Ryzilla85) reported

@EE is there any reason why there is delays in dispatching phone orders even though I rang ur customer service today and was told it would be delivered by tomorrow yet DPD have no tracking or parcel info #crapcustomerservice

@EE Hi, I put a new SIM card in my phone 24 hours ago. I was told I wouldn’t need to activate it but I have had no service since, and my old SIM has been deactivated. Is there anything you can do to check what’s happening? Thanks

@bt_uk and @ee why is my Internet so **** since you put new 'super fast fibre' in? Others in the same street have said it's got worse and keeps going on and off all the time!

  • sandrachataway Sandra Scott (@sandrachataway) reported from Liverpool, England

@racingspoon @EE It’s so bad though. I can’t believe @EE would conduct themselves in this way. On a personal level it has been quite a challenging time now I feel I’ve been totally ripped off. How can they legally get away with this it’s just shameful

@EE Hi just gone to make a call from my landline, there’s a message saying that a technical problem has occurred but no need to report as they are already aware about it! Broadband is working fine. Caerphilly area. Please do you have any information regarding this?

  • thebufferstop Line Ends (@thebufferstop) reported

@EE According to your staff in the Falkirk branch of your store, there is a known issue with several transmiters in the area not working properly(2×Falkirk 1xLarbert and 1xBonnybridge). Could you say how long it will be before service is restored to the Falkirk area. Thanks

  • alex_purvis The Pink One (@alex_purvis) reported

@EE since moving into my house two years ago I’ve never been able to get signal strong enough to make a call or even look online. My internet has been down the last 15 hours and I’m now realising I need to do something about this. Your coverage checker says it’s ok. It’s not.
