@EE No. I can’t use it on my landline because I have a copper line with 1/0.3 MB/S speeds. It should work with my 4G router (O2 SIM) but it doesn’t. The mobile signal here varies between -107DB & -120. Not good either.

@EE Although oddly, my wife can make good calls on her iPhone 7, but my XR is terrible. I have taken it to Apple & it passed all tests.

@EE hi. nope, i'm looking to get 4gee home broadband. before i enter into a contract with you i want to understand whether i can exit the contract if i get no/poor signal with it? is there a contractual clause to cover this?

EE engineer fully came round to sort the internet out for the 3rd time in 2 weeks and said with his chest our connection drops out 26 times a day. Don’t buy their **** internet @EE

@EE Excellent service from EE. Phoned and got through immediately, no waiting time at all. Customer service escalated to engineer and fixed within half hour. Very impressed, thanks

Hi @EE , is there a problem with data roaming in Greece today? My phone has been showing E all day. I’ve tried manually selecting other providers (Wind GR & Vodafone GR) , but it won’t connect to them

@EE the bill amount in my app is in correct still despite having made a payment towards it. Worried that service will be suspended. Also should be able to email EE for service issues.

@EE Because we never had any notification of the bill going up it's gone up so much, I was with orange before EE and I'm starting to see the greed after all these years 🤬
