@EE Local issue I'm told. Best part of three hours without fixed line internet. Mobile data took a pounding. Hence the request for updated hub with 4g support as per some competitors.

@EE No. I can’t use it on my landline because I have a copper line with 1/0.3 MB/S speeds. It should work with my 4G router (O2 SIM) but it doesn’t. The mobile signal here varies between -107DB & -120. Not good either.

@EE Although oddly, my wife can make good calls on her iPhone 7, but my XR is terrible. I have taken it to Apple & it passed all tests.

@EE @DavidMarcPage Absolutely fantastic timing for the systems to go down when I'm trying to transfer an esim, and if you login to many times I'm temporarily blocked for 15mins as it thinks my details are wrong.

@EE im writing on behalf of my mam who doesnt use twitter. She trying to log on to her account however keeps getting told her password is incorrect even though it isnt. Also she is not happy her complaint hasnt been dealt with which was sent 2 weeks ago. Could u help please
