Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

@BeastlyBeautyUK FYI. My phone died! ha ha. I dropped it so I now have a new phone (with battery life) and contract. I'm just waiting for my number to transfer over. Should be tomorrow. Went with @EE because @virginmedia have shut down all their stores! #BadMove

@EE My internet connection is so bad with you that I physically can’t upload a 17mb file to my Etsy store even when connected to the router with an Ethernet cable. How can this be fixed? I use my phone data constantly because of your weak service.

@EE I have no coverage for 6 days now. This is just ridiculous. I check your coverage website every single day and it says you know of a problem in the area, but six days?! We can't do our jobs. Please fix it.
