  @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

  Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

  @EE Thanks. finally: A call to 150 shd allow ME, the customer to choose to talk to a real person. Twice it leads me round the houses, then says, "Weve sent you a text. Follow the instructions and you're sorted. Good bye". I need to say thanks and bye to end the call.

  @EE can you tell me how I can cancel my recent sim-only renewal please? I moved to a capped-speed plan (was on uncapped) and it's absolutely rubbish even for normal browsing

  @EE absolutely shocking service. I have paid a £100 upgrade any time fee to upgrade my phone, only for the website to crash and the order not go through. I placed the order again through the website, received a confirmation only to be told by your online chat that it hasn’t gone

  @JoshCF_ Had the exact same **** with @EE broadband. 18 month contract came to an end, increased the initial price and new customers are £20 cheaper for the exact same deal. Retention is a joke to these bums.

  @EE Just got your broadband and i was better off with bt as your Internet is utterly useless it basically only can ******* run prime video can't play any video games without your Internet being so **** worst mistake going to you!!!!!!!!

  @EE then turned it back on after a LOT of discussing and promised to go back and listen to the sales call and call back and NEVER DID. Phoned back again and got fobbed off again. And the complaints form online doesn’t work
