Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Hi @EE, why is it that, as a loyal customer of many years wanting to renew my contract, I can’t get anywhere near the deal I have found with other providers? Surely you don’t want to lose customers?

@EE Hi. Spoke with EE on the phone resolved that issue. The app want working for a while so I did uninstall and then reinstalled the app. Still didn't work....but then 15 minutes later all was well. 😎. Thanks

@EE is your network down in Hampshire or do you just not cover that county? I have had no reception all day, and just spoke to another EE user that has the same issue.
