    @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

    @EE @Buckmyold47 Dreadful company in my experience! Customer service isn't just bad, it outright doesn't exist! I thought BT were bad but EE make them seem like a dream!

    @EE Panic over ! We had a power cut last night about 3hrs before net went down and we think someone didn’t didn’t fix cables properly as engineers were out again this morning All working fine now 👍🏻

    @Andrewgoodrich @EE @Buckmyold47 I'll explain it. You're likely on a super cheap contract and it's costing them money to keep you on the network. There's absolutely no point in retaining a loss making customer.

    @EE @Buckmyold47 Fair point @EE, but do you tell customers that one they'll end up with a 37% increase in their bill, or is that bit left out? I've been an EE customer for 7 years now, but the second I get a 37% increase I'm cancelling both my contracts and moving to someone cheaper.
