@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@EE I tried the website. Phone number doesn't work and the form link doesn't work. Call you and get told there is no complaints department and they sales team deal with that. Won't connect you to a supervisor or manager.

@EE any idea why Arlsey is a network blackspot. Every day travelling through on the train my 5G drops to 4G and then E with no network access at all

Hi @EE @EEHelpdesk I have a landline number currently with Sky Business, with internet also.I want to get rid of that service completely, keep the number, and have all calls be permanently diverted to a mobile number. Is this something you can do and add to my account please? 🙏🏻

@EE Hi, I need urgent help with a PAC transfer that hasn’t gone through, trying to move my number from Vodafone to EE using a valid PAC that expires 18/06. When I submitted the request on 17/06 , I got an error message saying, “Something has gone wrong with your PAC port-in request.

@EE u managed to prove crap service in less than 3 months, it's deffo worth the £500 early termination fees just to get away from the worst customer service i have ever experienced ever, highly recommend ppl to stay away from EE broadband!

@EE Tried that they say network ok, strange that I or anyone visiting me can’t hardly get a signal. Also WiFi calling is extremely annoying as it doesn’t hardly initiates.

@EE nearly every day I get a text from EE stating that they are carrying out maintenance work that may affect my service. I live in a small village with very poor network coverage. Is EE network so poor that it need maintenance nearly every day in my location.
