  Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

  @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

  @WirralRanger @EE Almost every big company is a pain in the arse for customer service. From personal experience I exempt Sky tv and @firstdirect as being pretty decent. Virgin is awful.

  @EE what has happened to your customer service recently?? The last 3 calls have been awful. Today, an agent literally said that she refused to help me - she was unable to send me a verification text. She refused to ask for help then refused to help me any further.

  @EE So far- Broadband and phone goes down on Friday. 3hrs in total trying to find out what’s going on. Friday I couldn’t work Waited all day for an engineer to come, no one does Was promised a 4g devise, just found out order wasn’t ready processed. Monday phone gets put down!.

  @EE 5 years now of not having access to my online account. Told we are working on it every time. Submitted complaint in May and still no reply despite confirmation via automated receipt confirmation. Two accounts coming to an end soon so will have to move if don't get any reply.

  I upgraded my phone on 16th August to new Pixel 11 Fold pre order they were realesed on 20th August so when are they being dispatched because I haven't had anything by email, I can't check on website because it's been broken for many years @EE

  @markgregory_ @EE They’re a decent network but their sales operation is disgusting. That’s why I never accept their sales calls. I want everything in writing.

  @KevlarBrock @EE Black routers are WiFi 6 and outdated, if you’re on a full fibre connection request the WiFi 7 routers that’ll hopefully fix the issue. See if they can send it free of charge if not escalate it.
