    @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

    Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

    @EE are a absolute disgrace! Spoke to 3 people on the phone and all said different things, trying to cancel and never even got told I was on a contract! Customer service is disgusting and this is exactly why I want to leave and will be #ee

    @EE hi there, I was told someone would get in touch with me regarding my sim only contract order but haven’t heard anything. Order confirmation email says successful but haven’t heard anything since. Can you help? Thanks

    @ayoung140_ann @EE They also treat disabled customers like absolute crap taking money from an app that doesn't work and refuse to help also don't let you speak with anyone cause they closed the lines in 2minutes yes that's right no care for customers just what time they finish

    @O2 your 4G is worse than a late 90’s dial up, when it works of course. As you are consistently failing to provide…well any service what so ever, I can break my contract no questions ask and go back to @EE that I wish I’d never left?

    @EE absolutely appalled that after being ill advised by customer service team I have lost my number of 10+ years with little to no mention of compensation apart from a new easy to remember number free of charge. The stress this has caused and my time should be fully compensated.
