@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Yesterday I was told we need to do a “single user off” and we don’t know how long that will take…. “5 mins, 5 days, 5 weeks” I said… Sorry we can’t tell. But we’ll call you. Sure. @EE at which point do you realise I DONT HAVE A WORKING PHONE. Please can somebody help.

@EE worst customer service and company ever don't use ee they will keep taking money from you even when you cancel the contract and keep saying can't help you unless you go out your way to a store as they don't believe it's the person at all and lieing who you are.

@EE Trying to top up my phone. Can't do it online, the auto top-up on 150 isn't working so now I'm stuck waiting listening to God awful music. Please stop the message telling me I *may* experience a delay. I am already experiencing a delay!
