@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

Back in the @EE store today. Still trying to get a phone returned and contract cancelled. Absolutely appalling customer service. Nobody seems to have any authority to do anything, just shrug their shoulders.

@EE Just thought your top brass should know that I was in your store today at Bloomfields Shopping Centre in Bangor, County Down. I was served by a young woman called Jess. No older than early 20s. Exceptional customer service, patience and knowledge. A really good experience. 👍

@EE Yes there is a issue with the dunball mast and apparently there is nothing you can do about it someone else from my town has also complained signal has been shocking for months tho here
