Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Really disappointed in @EE broadband. After receiving bad service and going without over the Christmas period, you guys are telling me I cannot leave because I'm in a contract until 2022. But I wasn't receiving the service stated in the contract anyway 🙄

@EE Please refund me the £60 you overcharged me for this month for my phone. CS appalling, advisor said I'll be refunded in 2 years with a manager just fobbing me off. Looking to cancel my contract if not sorted.

Love how @EE will fail to apply a discount code for a contract ,over charge you on it, agree to pay back what they over charged you ,then refuse to pay anything back past 3 months ,blame me for it ,and fail to answer my complaints procedure and close it without contacting me.

@O2 mobile signal is absolutely shite. Why I changed from @EE I don’t know. Is there a way you can just terminate your contract, hand your current phone in and cut all ties so I can take out a fresh contract with EE? Helppp

@EE my broadband has been off for 4 hours now, constant flashing green light. I’ve tried disconnecting, restarting the box and ignoring the problem but it’s not fixing itself. Help!
