They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Reza (@Reza02k) reported@EE I can’t use Relay UK because my EE SIM isn’t receiving any texts. I also can’t log into my EE account since it asks for a code that never arrives due to the SIM issue. Please provide me with an email contact.

fatreg (imaginary tick) (@fatreg) reported@EE is there a network issue atm? iPhone suggesting it can’t activate PDP network and 4/5g keeps dropping in/out. No issues on wifi!

Simon Taylor (@myworldntl) reported@Ofcom @EE online broadband 900 = 37.99 (logged in or new customer). Phone 150 to upgrade/move and i’m quoted 57.99, only lowered to 47.99 when i raise the point the website shows it as 37.99. 100% breaking regulations here
