@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

@EE Unrelated to this post, I’m in Chile, and have paid for call roaming, but my iPhone 13 won’t connect to any local service and the only way of contacting your help centre is by phone, which is pretty useless under the circumstances. Not impressed!

@EE my husband recently upgraded and got himself a new phone and treated himself to an Apple Watch, had the watch for 8 days and it’s clearly faulty he has phoned customer services at least 6 times and getting nowhere the issue still isn’t resolved! 😡

@palacejohn @EE I have to agree they are useless at the minute they also commit fraud setting new lines up on your contracts and then covering it up. Ongoing complaint again 15 years loyal service and 10 with orange #timetomoveon

@EE I need help now. I have landed in Florida visiting from UK, I have a contract with you guys. I bought the roam abroad add on but I have had zero reception since yesterday. I have no signal and cannot contact my family, my family ar worried I need to speak to them now.
