  @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

  Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

  @EE I can do that but I terminated the call. In the meantime I have a problem of getting sensible information from EE about my broadband. There is a complete disconnect there over assisting me. Your Guides are limited in what they can do to assist. How do we progress this?

  @EE how is it not possible to apply my NHS discount because it wasnt done at point of upgrade? Been told my option would be to return the phone and cancel upgrade before upgrading again which is more hassle than you just adding the discount which has been on the account before

  @EE boast best provider for 25 years. No true. Very poor CS. No WiFi for over a week. Open fault whatever that means. Waiting 35 mins for someone to call. Pathetic service

  @EE cant wait for my contract to be up with tesco. Switching to ee as it'll be cheaper amd has a shop like 10 minutes away if I have issues #EEForTheWin

  @ThreeUK I renewed my contract for a one year last year with you guys. Turn off a couple of months maybe realise I cannot wait to leave in September. And jump to @EE . I’ve been with 3uk since 2012 since you joined Vodafone, my signal and 5G have been terrible
