    @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

    Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

    @EE All I want is decent 4G service. The problem is Thornbury near Bristol expanded rapidly years ago yet mobile coverage is bad outside town centre. I appreciate this can’t be fixed overnight but hundreds of new homes and soon thousands will be built with connectivity still the same

    @EE shocking increase, 14.4% is beyond greed…customer satisfaction no longer matters in this industry just all about profit. Would have been refreshing to see companies helping us out through these difficult times…we would remember those that did and repay the loyalty #ee

    @EE have turned off my broadband 2 days before my new service starts so now I have to attempt half term with an 8 year old & no wifi hahahaha (pass the wine)

    @EE My reliability on site and service are key to where I work but I won't demand a 14% wage increase. EE is the best for network, don't get me wrong but I have a crap phone for a lot of money

    @EE I just got a notification to say my SIM card was no available, have restarted phone and take. Sim out and cleaned it off etc - still not working, have no phone signal and my SIM card isn’t being read. Is there anything else I can do?

    @EE complaint with you guys, your representatives told me they don't have emails to email final responses and can't tell me the information for the overseeing ombudsman. With the size of your company, I think honesty is essential, as I doubt you don't have Internet.

    @EE What price rise are we meant to expect above the CPI? Where I’ve come from you have to justify rises based on attempts to nail down efficiencies and improve value to your customers. Thank Christ we’re leaving this utter ******** of a country next year. Great.Britain my arse!

    @EE I DID contact EE to say I won't be able to pay for my medication if this price increase is introduced. They told me there was nothing they could do and that my only option was to go to the ombudsman! How is that a solution.

    @EE price gouging is evil i hope the people that decided this insane increase has horrendous phone signal everywhere they go and both sides of their pillows are warm.
