    @MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

    Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

    If I had £1 for every time my signal dropped out on @EE I’d have enough to buy myself out of this ****** contract and service and get onboard with a proper mobile network. Useless

    @EE had a really stressful month with the worst and most inconsistent service provider in the UK. 10s of calls dropped, no service some days and over 3 hours on hold trying to speak to someone and still a week later not being able to get hold of customer service. #uksworstnetwork

    @EE @EEHelpdesk after a bit of deliberation I renewed a 2 Yr contract with you this week. Suddenly I'm having problems! Been through EE support and now I have to wait 6 days for an engineer! Not good enough. @SkyUK want any business?

    @EE the worst phone network. Been messed around for days and on hold for over half an hour at a time. My contract was up on Friday 26th and I still haven’t been able to cancel it. Explained my personal reasons and been messed around by your employees.

    @EE there seems to have 'been a problem' with the android app now for over a week. Any chance of fixing it? I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, but its still not working?

    @EE Could you tell me why you've closed our complaint we put in this morning without even contacting us. All we wanted was to upgrade how hard is that but now you've added an extra £40 on it when we have the original invoice. You have lost a valuable customer of 10 years

    @EE Do you have a known server / mobile data issue as I’ve not been able to connect properly since the weekend despite turning off / on again and only seem to be able to access properly on WiFi?

    Terrible experience! Was offered a PS5 so paid full price. EE then decided because I was a new customer they were going to cancel my order after taking money. Customer service unhelpful, on phone for hours to get through. Lucky I was in my cool off period! Now left. Avoid @EE
