@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

Actually SO annoyed with @EE this is the second phone call where they haven’t called me back after it’s cut off (I’ve had full bars) and my problem is no where near resolved. They’ve ‘accidentally’ swapped my number with my Dads so I’m getting all his business calls awful

@EE @stephanieb7301 Investment should come from profits not by price gouging your customers, even though it won't affect me as I already have a contract, I will be leaving you on principle when my contract ends. Awful awful decision.

@EE @woodcock_miss Hats off to you if you have decided, since December, to invest more in customer services and network. Otherwise it would have been better to say: “We will reimpose roaming charges but only when the dust has settled”.

@EE EE is now charging customers from the UK to use their phones in Europe, having said they had no plans to reintroduce roaming costs . A surprise? Of course not. EE are complete lying *****. Cancel ur account asap. Take control. Put these ******** out of business.
