@MarkBorthwick45 @wrexham @EE My other half has had the same on going problem for the past 7 months with them. They halved her bill for 3 months, said it would be sorted. They done it again and then FINALLY agreed to let her come out of her contract. EE are a load of SHITE, And their customer service people!

@EE was so close to dealing on an upgrade, got a deal pushed for a little more but the agent ended the chat. Loyal customer that is now thinking of going elsewhere

@EE Yeah I’ve been using it fine for years with no problem but now when I try to join it manually it says ‘unable to join the network EE wifi auto’

Very disappointed with @lenovo_UKI. You sold me a phone locked to @EE network, without stating you are selling on behalf of @EE. Your customer service people said that they couldn't provide a network unlock code.

@EE I have tried and cannot be connected. The fact your sales chap ended the chat without a response is poor. As I’ve said I work in sales myself and wouldn’t treat one of my customers in this way. Why should I have to do the work in reconnecting to repeat myself
