  @EE I need support via anything other than phone. My watch upgrade delivery has failed today because the DPD PIN was sent to the watch's number instead of my mobile. Live chat only tells me to call. Could someone please contact me via DM to sort this out?

  Rang @EE today as I had a problem with my bill. She told me she’d give me a better TV package for 3 months as a sorry for their mistake, not telling me she was signing me up for another 24 months! Should be hauled aside for dodgy sales tactics-kept me on the line for 45 minutes!

  @EE Done that, been told to suck it up. That's what 37 years as a customer does. Don't worry, I wont take out new stuff with you but I'll keep my mobile with you as your charges are ok. But nothing else I'm afraid and in March 2027 I'll cancel this dumb SIM card and forget about it

  @imjustryan___ @EE London's a pretty pretty big city, can you be a bit more specific? And is the issue poor data speeds? Or lack of coverage?
