    @EE The same genirc reply. I used to work for France telecom as an engineer and know first hand how your post code coverage maps do not show the poor coverage and the mast sites you have now are running at their limits with constant new build homes

    @EE I am currently not connected - I cannot phone 150 from my phone, I cannot contact other EE phones, I have asked customer service chat bot about 6 times to phone me but apparently computer says no. SOMEONE PLEASE PHONE ME if you DM me I will give you number

    After 3 months of @EE refusing to acknowledge my 4G/5G router--vital for #wfh and family connection--does not work, despite repeated evidence on my side, and promising diagnostics that never happened, I had to pay my way out to an early "upgrade". Way to gaslight your customers!

    Mast in Oswestry has been down since 4pm on Tuesday. I conduct much of my business using my phone and pay for unlimited calls, texts and data but can't use nay of it, except for brief moments I get a weak signal. When is it going to be fixed? @EE

    @EE Not really. Piss poor single in Hounslow, Whitechapel, Brentford and other areas. I have signal issues when calling my mom who only lives across the road.

    @EE Unlimited tethering without throttling the speed! I use Three as a home broadband as well All those with much lower price than any other network So again, why should swap? In London coverage it's the same for any provider.
