  Absolutely disgraceful customer service from @EE . Expecting customers to wait 45 mins to get someone to answer your call . Time after time this company fails the consumer. I've been with them 25 plus years but on renewal will be changing - enough is enough.

  @EE I'm not gonna give names or details cause i know they have a job to do, however your door to door sales people need in the spiel to say i'm not interested, as someone who doesnt mind a chat to these people, i feel bad for just closing the door on them.

  Just been told that the @EE appointment booked for setting up my broadband today, doesn't exist as the request wasn't registered with Open Reach, & will prob be August for a new appointment. They suggested asking a neighbour if I could use their WiFi! New customer experience....

  @EE I’ve been without a working phone outside my house for 4 days now because of a signalling issue (meaning when I’m outside my house I have NO contact with anyone) As well as no one being able to call me from my house. When is this issue going to be fixed??

  Luckily the @EE account seems obligated to reply to every complaint, So I will simply tweet every time I lose connection from now on (several times a day), so everyone can see how bad they are on their replies.
