    @EE Can you suggest a genuine more reliable network? Because seriously! yours is far from it. Can you suggest a network that Don't go out of service as much. Can you suggest an non ignorant network? If you can help me in that way, I would appreciate it.

    @EE called with regards to not being able to pay my bill this month due to lost earnings, trying to be proactive to@only be told you can only help when I’ve missed two payments! This just doesn’t sound good @FSCS

    @EE Been trying to access my account for several days now. Both app and website show errors constantly. Its shocking how a tech and comms company can have such terrible programming

    @EE Hey @EE guess what? I still don’t have the @bt_uk broadband you sold me! It’s been a week since my activation date and three weeks since you talked me in to changing! And they aren’t calling me back even though I’ve raised a complaint!

    @EE Why are you charging for unlocking service? I have never been charged before. Why do you give us network locked phone when we need to unlock it.I pay huge bill and still getting ripped off for unlocking my iPhone.

    @EE my broadband is almost non existent upstairs bit when I first got it it was fine, is there an issue?

    @ghost_wales @EE Roaming charges were always a rip off. Data travelling over the same network irrespective of the country you were standing in. Of course, with WiFi being free in so many places now people use WhatsApp, FaceTime and so on for video calls. Voice calls over mobiles is old hat.
