    EE down yet again in Abergavenny area. Fourth day this week. My phone is now simply a camera.I may as well leave it at home in the drawer switched off. No apology. No refund. Again and again and again. Breach of contract if you ask me. @EE

    @EE Interesting my carer calls the EU all the time. This is his first bill he's been charged extra for it. Hence his first call to customer services, he's been on the same contract since before T-Mobile became EE. So something somewhere must have changed.

    @EE absolutely disgusting service I have been a customer of yours for 5 years both mobile and broadband I am moving house and need to cancel my internet and you are charging me £228 to cancel because I recently signed a new contract. Safe to say I will not be renewing with you

    @EE it saddens me to say but after 14 years with EE, I have made the decision to leave due to very poor customer service. It seems that large companies seem to think they can get away with anything very dissatisfied. 😡😡😡

    @EE I plan on not getting a PS5 as I never got an email saying they were restocked despite registering interest more than once in December, checking market preferences were set correctly and checking spam folder daily.
