    12 weeks without installation. 12 weeks my son has been waiting to move into his new home. Again today hes been let down by @WeAreOpenreach @EE everytime hes rang hes been told its fine its all in hand. 12 weeks?!

    @EE ee allowed Mrs Susan Burne to get a phone contract with billing address as MY ADDRESS. Never lived here! EE refuse to get their fraud team to phone me to sort this

    @Aaron96simpson_ @EE I’m actually thinking about going with Starlink, my contract with EE is up in September, I’m paying nearly £39 pm for a service that is pitifully slow. But the real kicker? They are offering new customers £24.99 pm. 🤨
