@EE I moved seven years ago. Each time I add a phone or upgrade I ask them to update my address. Never happens. Today my old address signed for and accepted my new iPhone. How’s that for security (I thought I needed photo ID to accept it 🤔) and taking care of personal data?

@EE Customer service created a new account for us but we still have to wait until 3rd of October. The only thing you could do is to ask your tech team to add a step in the provider migration to send a confirmation email to the account holder.

@EE Mobile broadband only working for about two hours a day maximum. Phone connection worst than normal. This has been going on for five days in the EX8 Exmouth postcode. Previous to that service was generally good. Please fix the problems or lose a customer.🤬

@EE Hi, nothing needed. I’ve contacted the ombudsman to see if there’s a way of ending my contract early. It’s genuinely disappointing to see your network connectivity go so poor.

@EE No. No one’s called me and this is day 5 of no internet. You say it doesn’t sound right but EE aren’t willing to do anything about it. Your company is a damn joke. I will be cancelling my contract with you.
