    @EE Ordered a Ring doorbell only to be told by you that you have absolutely no idea when they will be back. Really? Great customer service. And if you dare question your customer service advisor lies that you are swearing at them. I'm livid

    Dear @EE Our children are out of data but for some reason we cannot login to the MyEE app, or on the website, to send them any. Have we been hacked as it keeps telling us to change our password. Very frustrating.

    @EE Jenny BT are saying it’s a larger issue then previously thought and maybe longer. How is EE going to compensate or address? You are part of the same group? Also no service being delivered…
