    @EE There’s no point calling the number……All your staff do is say they’ll pass you to the right department and they hang up. Same story over and over again

    I have made multiple complaints to @EE and even though I told them the signal is not good where I live and that I need the fibre, they insisted on sending me a mini WiFi hub as a show of "good faith" it was supposed to arrive today, guess what, it never did, such poor service

    @EE I can’t get anywhere, I go to order help, put tracking number in and it says “it’s been delivered, click here for refund and return”, I DID NOT receive the item, there’s no option in the help section for this!

    @EE me again..every Sunday next to zero Internet. Rang so many times I have lost count. 2 routers , engineer visit still the same shoddy service that I pay to much for

    @EE I have called multiple times over the last few days and been refused a manager to speak to, I am not giving my medical issues to someone I do now know, that's for me and my doctor, this needs sorting ASAP
