    @dbcxptures @EE I hardly really never have a reception, I mainly rely on wifi. Was on M25 at weekend not reception there either, neither near Norfolk

    @EE When I was changing my contract I was told I could never downgrade and had to stay at the highest plan.

    Customer of @EE for over a decade. Phone , TV and broadband . Today is the start of the end of that relationship. Some of the worst customer service have ever come across. They are apparently allowed to charge people £39 because they got there @netflix billing wrong .

    Dear @EE 1. Do not delay sending PAC code in case someone wants to leave ur company 2. Train ur customer care good enough to trust customers rather than doubting them and making them feel as liars

    @EE why is your website such none functional dog **** for doing the simplest thing, can’t download bills, can’t even put an EU roaming package on and all this on a business account

    How can anyone not feel like they in the stone age again when going to Challaborough Bay in Devon with at least like no signal in the area with @EE and @O2 mobile networks
