    @EE hi I have a new broadband provider and I was told when they took over the line it would cancel my EE one. How do I check thats actually happening as my EE broadband is still on and nothing showing on my billing. Need it cancelled otherwise im paying twice. Cheers.

    @EE can someone message me re data roaming abroad? I’ve not had signal for 12 days I’m just WiFi hopping so I can’t ring 150 and your dm’s just go to an AI bot

    Ordered new broadband fullfibre with @BT /@EE in May & had to wait for installation. @WeAreOpenreach have cancel 3 times, with less than 24 hours notice. “Connecting you to your network” #idontthinkso 2 months waiting for a new connection, 3 cancelled appointments & still waiting

    @EE been trying all day to speak to someone about my WiFi router which can’t hold devices to it. Keep going through the text and waiting for someone to call. Seriously considering leaving. V poor service

    @EE @_nicks_tweets You are having issues with roaming. My husband and I can’t use our SIMs in Austria either. Can’t call as no signal

    @EE So what happens with my 7 days of data for 30 pound do I get reimbursed for that aswell considering I’m no able to use.. and surely if it’s worldwide I’m no the only one with this issue

    @EE Does this include the Android app to log in as keeps asking me to login, i do then loops back to same screen. Also very stuttery
