    @EE Hi mark no this is a 24 month contact also.upset that I havnt been offered the same deal after being a loyal customer for 7 years with 2 phone contracts & broadband with yous.Honestly this time I will have no choice but to take my accounts elsewhere but I’d prefer to stay

    @EE My partner waited 15 mins to be seen, he asked for help and clearly didn't receive it due to your salesperson. The store was busy, so he left. Do I write a letter of complaint to the store, or rather to Head Office?

    @EE booked an appointment online with the Muswell Hill branch for 12. Got there in the rain to find the shutters down and shop is shut!! Wasted money for parking and got soaking wet. Thanks @EE

    @MarcAllera hope your proud of your @ee company I had technical issues for over six months which I feel your technical team are not trying to fix! I give you notice that now I will be with holding payment due to not getting the service I’m pay for! How on earth you have no1 for 8

    @EE our internet has not worked properly for months. Ive called a few times but just dont have the will to do it again...so far ive been told to move any mirrors away from the router (!) And that i need to hardwire the wireless service i pay for. Any ideas please...
