Hello @EE do you make a habit of scamming all of your customers into opening contracts or just a select few? Two incentives I was told when signing up have turned out to be lies. Going to submit a SAR to gain access to my call recording with you & I’ll be using this to cancel 👍

Staff member which I was told would be before mid day today - still haven’t had a call back and undoubtedly will have to inconvenience myself to try and get through to someone after work. Hilariously I’d called to renew / sort my plan with them. Lovely customer loyalty @EE 👍🏻

@EE Since I joined 8 months ago this is the only time I’ve been unable to get a signal at all ever on EE! I also have a 3 mobile phone & Internet account which died at the same time so I already figured out it was something else other than poor reception. #ServerReset
