@EE I've been trying to cancel my contract since December and switch to PAYG, and have twice been told it's sorted and I'm today still getting info on my next bill and charges. My contract ended in January, but you continue to charge me the full contract price.

@Anxiety_Jack_ @Soxthewavingcat @EE I find it really sad and thoughtless. These are dark times for so many. People have struggled so long and hard under the tories - we've had them, banks stealing from us and treating us like crap and now a pandemic. Folks really don't need flippant flick offs like this.

@EE I just contacted the Digital sales team using the number given from yourselves but they wasn’t able to deal with my issue so transferred my call I was on hold for 5 mins then disconnected

@EE No; done enough explaining / telephone calls / twitter chats - I'm absolutely disgusted with the 'service' provided by EE both from an account perspective and technical perspective. It's without question the worst experience I've had. #EEsuckass

Big thanks to @EE for making all customers who want VAT info migrate to a business account; for wasting their time in making them to do; for not explaining that on the bills and for general customer contempt as they casually outsource work to the people who pay them. Bravo

@redvixen100 @EE Oh bless her. It’s horrible. There’s been some many people buying more and making a profit. He’s saved since last year both birthdays and Xmas. He’s looking on EBay. But doesn’t underwhelmed I don’t want him buying from there. He just keeps showing me his money
