  @EE awful internet once again. Shortage in my local area has been going since 5am and still not repaired! This is the 3rd thing to go wrong since being changed over from BT to you. Not reliable at all!

  @OnlineQueryTm @dpd @EE thankfully resolved my issue, perfectly. I recommend you take a leaf out of their book and provide an option for customers to speak with an actual person
