@EE Hi. I reported a fault yesterday and have a report ID. The SMS I got at 1845 last night told me the network maintenance impacting the issue is now fixed but my issue remains the same (no network coverage in my house for 4 separate phones). How best can i move this forward pls

@EE Tht no1 is actually checking settings & seeing battery health themselves. Ive not had this phone a year, i dont do anything abnormal and its down to 86%, ive spent hrs on phone with EE and noone wants to fix the fact that youve sold me a product which isnt fit for purpose. 2/2

@EE Its been like it since 9pm it's now 9am that 12 hours so you guys can't try that hard to get it up and running..if I did have an update from your tech team I wouldn't be saying I've not had an up date would I..12 hours the service I pay for has been down.....best network my arse

Given up. Tried the process exactly as stated on the glossy package from @ee with another email address. It just doesn't work. Worst customer onboarding experience ever.
