    Wow @ee have been pretty despicable. With their 30-day SIM, you have to ring up to cancel it on the DAY YOU RECEIVE IT or they charge you a fee for leaving early. Had a SIM for only two weeks and was charged £55. Unacceptable. Not to mention Liam in retentions lying about it all

    Dear @EE. My WiFi went down last night so I switched to my mobile data. You can imagine my surprise when I got full 5G signal! Thanks for letting me know!

    @EE pay for a monthly contract and you don’t even have working services, mobile data hasn’t worked for 2 days now terrible service

    @EE had phone stolen - you send an unactivated sim days later for new device.... now have to wait a further 24 hours... I assume you will discount my bill for a problem you have caused? I was told sim would be activated

    @EE are there still problems with the mast in BH23 1PR area? It was repotedly fixed yesterday and we had Internet all evening but today no connection again

    @EE Why has my 4G signal disappeared this morning? Sevice Now gone to 5G this morning, which is incredibly slow and a poor signal. Never had a problem with 4G. You would think as the tariff has gone up today, the service/signal would have improved. This is not good.

    @EE just had a call from one of your “contact centres” giving me a discount on my bill. They didn’t even try and pretend they were real much less go 5 rounds with me on the #DirectMarketingAct. Poor show. I expect better scam calls than that! CLI - 01997 617576
