    @EE see other people have issues renewing with EE. I’ve got broadband been trying to renew existing contract for nearly 3 months, over 10 calls and chats, one call over 2 hours, today’s chat 1hr. Still not sorted asked ME to call them. your complaint Ref: C10003899253. 4th

    @LeilaniDowding @EE Copper lines are being fazed out, they just won’t exist anymore. All communication will be over the internet, if the WiFi goes down or the there is a power outage then you just won’t be able to contact anyone. Scary.

    @EE Do you access to accounts in your high street stores? I’ve just been on phone for 25 mins and eventually spoke to a lady but still the same issue

    @EE Thx. The issue is that many users are generally older not very tech savvy, (my neighbour is 92) and so could well end up with no service if there is a power cut.

    @LeilaniDowding @EE It’s your infrastructure, just like the old tv signal infrastructure was yours and not the damned state’s.
