    @EE I have lent received my phone upgrade since December 31st! Caked and was told a system error and I should have heard back by yesterday but still nothing! It’s been almost a month without the phone I chose to upgrade to, can Anyone help! Just want my new phone

    @EE after a very condescending call with one of your agents, I requested the complaints procedure. They have opened and then CLOSED my complaint on that call. I did not agree to closing. They sent me a link for complaints that, shock, doesn't work.I need the complaint procedure.

    @EE Im not sure, my contract run out appx 2 years ago then i used the same number for another year. My number was - 07527267100 would it help to find my account?

    @EE Hiya, woken up and my phone has completely no service to it, so does my partners but we always have signal on our phones where we are living usually, it just says no service.
