@mrjamesob Two of us on the same network ( @EE ), in the same room: one gets the alert a minute early, the other doesn’t get it at all - some remedial work required, methinks.

@EE honestly guys, your new service for contacting you is abysmal. It keeps taking you back to the start without ever letting you speak to anyone. Want to talk to an advisor? Call 150. Dude, where do you think I called you from?!?

  • MelJD46 Mel D (@MelJD46) reported

@BBCBreakfast 5g phone on @EE .Sat st a friends house when the siren went off, same network for both of us. Her phone went off mine didn't.. #useless

@EE no service in Sandon this morning… let’s hope we don’t get an emergency alert

  • xantia1982 Xantia1982 (@xantia1982) reported

@EE Hi, I didn't receive my emergency text today. Was the Government to blame or your network. Problem is, in a real emergency, people on your network could get irradiated while others get the warning to find shelter. So I hereby award your company 0/10 and can expect to die.

  • ibnobi Norbert Berta (@ibnobi) reported

@EE Good Morning ! Does anyone reported poor/no signal in W1/SW1 central london ?

  • DA__writes Devil's Advocate (@DA__writes) reported

@EE Drop the roaming charges for the EU - you don’t need to do it. If you do, I’ll switch to the provider that does and never come back.

  • FionaKennedy6 Fiona Kennedy (@FionaKennedy6) reported

@eaststsm @EE I don’t know but I guess if there is an emergency we will be in same boat as you!!!

  • TheRocketMan_1 Ryan (@TheRocketMan_1) reported

@HydraPort_ @cabinetofficeuk @EE I have an S20 FE, also on EE & I received it, even though I turned emergency alerts off.

  • tyronepower81 Tyrone Power (@tyronepower81) reported from Capel Seion, Wales

@EE They have returned but all day yesterday EE and BT were down which is shocking . Surely the size of your company you should have some kind of back up, especially when your broadband goes down you tend to rely on your mobile data as a hotspot.
