    @EE As for the 4g and phone signal... This has ALWAYS been an issue but definitely worse over the last few months!

    @EE my new phone has been recalled by EE, so my DPD delivery which was meant to be delivered today now won’t be delivered. They said it’s due to an incomplete address? What does this mean? Am I going to have to wait another 2 days? I need my new phone as my old one is broken.

    @EE can I get some help, my essential plan has gone from £54 to £70 a month. I have not upgraded or have any add ons. I’m not happy

    Apparently if you dont have @EE you'll have network envy Past few days at @TrinityLeeds despite my phone saying either 5G or 4G+, actually using the data was nigh on impossible with Google saying "you're offline"

    @EE broadband is down & has been all day. Called to chase and apparently can take up to 4 days to fix 😡!! Ridiculous & unhelpful when working from home. 2 EE phones also in the house- 4g and signal always unreliable. Think it's going be time for a change when contracts end 🤔😡

    @EE All devices at same time. WiFi box just start to blink yellow and then it takes 1-10min and it’s back working. Have tried to boot it but nothing seas to help.

    @EE I’m in Tenby and the service here is absolutely awful, I’ve not had a signal all day

    @EE I've tried rebooting the phone, cleaning & resetting the SIM card, resetting my network settings, switching off and on roaming and airplane mode. No change. My partner's phone is EE, and she can call out from it fine.
