    It's been 4 days with slow/intermittent 4g signal from @EE. I don't have broadband so rely on my @EE router. When is it going to be sorted?

    @EE Do batteries need to break in? Got my S22 Ultra early today and battery went down 5% just by sending a handful of snaps

    @EE Hi I'm having some issues with the EE app and for some reason I try to buy data or top up it keeps coming up with error purchase. And it won't let me check my usage it constantly says error and I have updated the app uninstalled & reinstalled it still hasn't been solved.

    @EE is there an issue with the network? I'm having to use WiFi calling as I have no signal. Not had issues before yesterday/today, so it's not the fone, area, etc

    @BrenKuebler @EE It doesn't help that my phone, watch and router are all @EE. I probably shouldn't have put all my eggs in one basket.

    @EE hi EE my mobile wifi device just does not turn on. It’s a 2020 4G mini mobile wifi device. Please help

    I liked @EE so much I ordered their broadband, they've missed two appointments with no communications and now when I ring their helpline from an EE phone it hangs up. Not the best of starts, shame because your mobile service is excellent.
