  @EE I have tried all that and it has worked overseas with no issues previously 🤔 Have turned it on and off and toggled between airplane and no airplane - only works on wifi 😢

  @EE why is your App deliberately difficult to find what you are looking for? I signed up for TNT sport through EE and want to cancel it. Cannot find where it is in the app at all on my account. Everything that should be simple to find in the App is buried and this is deliberate.

  Warning to anyone thinking of switching to @EE - I’m switching to @plusnet on the same plan, £30 a month cheaper. Paid my final bill and an £86 exit fee on Friday. They cut me off the next day - six days b4 the switch. Still can’t get an explanation. Terrible service @EE

  @EE you fixed it and withing serval hours its down again EE are a disgrace I want my contract termianted for breach of contract people please dont sign up to EE they lie to you and blame people and just want your money for a **** service

  @PaulaButlemm8o @EE @EE are awful at customer service. They say all the right things but no action. I can’t wait for my daughter’s contract to end and to move to another provider.

  I’ve only been a @EE broadband customer for a few more and we’ve had a few issues with our income through our fault of our own. I can’t even begin to put into words how unbelievably helpful and accommodating and they have been. Absolute top-notch customer service 👌

  @EE I haven’t been able to use my phone since I get to Spain a few days ago. I can’t make calls or use the internet. How can I log into my account when I can’t receive the text code sent to my phone. I have never had this problem on other networks.
