@EE a big thank you to the helpful guy in the EE store at Sainsbury's. He helped a lady in distress when she got her SIM card stuck in her new phone. Great customer service.

When you call @EE several times to say your upload speed is below the guaranteed speed at a certain time every single day and it's never fixed. (upload needed for streaming and it seems to be throttled at two certain times every single day 🤬) *CS are great though. #WhenItCounts

@EE Why is signal so bad in Pontcanna Cardiff? You've had tweets complaining about this for the last five years.

@EE I tried this at home and now I don't have a head. Apparently it was due to "network jitter, latency and variance in throughput". Don't try this at home kids! ;)

@EE Any known 4G issues in the Birmingham area? I’ve not been able to connect to the network or use mobile data for around 24 hours now. Typical problem-solving hasn’t resolved the issue.

@Plusnet I am now hearing from a friend who has been in contact with @EE that people in my area will not have the issue of no phone signal resolved for another 2 weeks, making 3 in all. I trust that this month's bill will be £0.00

@EE EE hasn't been good in my area for a few months now. Very little signal and it seems to be a common problem throughout the town now for many ... used to be good. Will probably have to move onto another network soon, which is a shame. Sorry EE :-(
