    @EE awful internet once again. Shortage in my local area has been going since 5am and still not repaired! This is the 3rd thing to go wrong since being changed over from BT to you. Not reliable at all!

    @EE Shocking service today had to buy a 24 hour pass on EE WiFi to have some form of connection today. Would suggest a refund before I have to log a complaint .

    @OnlineQueryTm @dpd @EE thankfully resolved my issue, perfectly. I recommend you take a leaf out of their book and provide an option for customers to speak with an actual person

    @EE Where is my phone? Ordered Wednesday, no update. Phone and got told I would get a text yesterday still nothing. Terrible service

    @EE I have broadband with you. My contract has expired and I’m not sure I’m getting such a good service. The speed of downloading is poor and the reception isn’t always good. Drops in and out! Should I look elsewhere?

    @EE Or you can answer why is your network getting worse ? Yet you keeps putting prices up for this poor service, won’t be getting another contract out with when mine runs out again

    @EE I’ve tried ringing and I’ve been on the phone twice this week to sort it out and after an hour, you guys hang up on me. Just give me back my refund please. It’s beyond a joke when my final bill was you was generated on the 18th March!
