    @Janeyk12 @EE Jane, we are doing our best to fix the website and our EE app. We are getting countless messages a days saying about the state of our website and app and we are on it. Please just be patient.

    @EE are useless honestly, they mail over the broadband kit to manually set up, you plug it all in and then it just flashes orange continuously. Awful service.

    @EE ee allowed Mrs Susan Burne to get a phone contract with billing address as MY ADDRESS. Never lived here! EE refuse to get their fraud team to phone me to sort this
