    @EE Your recent price increases are unconscionable and nothing more than naked profiteering. I recommend that anyone looking for mobile phone service look elsewhere. Do not get locked in with EE as they will gouge you as soon as possible.

    @EE My husband has been scammed he changed broadband to EE was told he would get free iPad with a sim he said I don’t need it they said it’s free he has only just noticed he is paying £13 a month this is a disgrace he has never took it out of box will be reporting to ombudsman

    @EE just moved over to EE. Trying to set up my online account and it says I need to call 150 to set it up. I've been with EE in the past so think it may be causing some issues with my email address?

    Good afternoon @EE ! Please help, I’m in London to run the marathon and I’m unable to connect to EE WiFi-Auto when travelling on the Tube/Lizzy Line - it’s never been a problem before on my device - rebooted phone twice - it now asks for a username & password? What should I do!

    @EE Yes. Last bill issued 16/04 for service until 11/04. Direct debit taken today.
