    @EE how long does it take to reply to a complaint I started one last Tuesday and I’ve still not had any answers. So did another on Friday and that still hasn’t been acknowledged. Your service is appealing at the moment EE

    @EE my wifi dongle is from O2 because @EE didnt want to provide me with a portable wifi box or a dongle and when i moved three months ago @EE didnt want to give me a new wifi box - even though i was having issues with it prior to moving and now its given up the ghost!

    Hey @EE I've had no broadband for 2 fulls days now due to a network fault. But apparently you can't discount my bill at all? Seems a bit sus really. Not sure why I'm paying for a service I'm not able to use

    @EE hi - just been into two of your stores (Brixton & Clapham Junction to try and sort a replacement SIM card but was told your systems we down and nothing could be done in store, any idea how long until they are back up? Thanks 🙏🏻
