    @EE there is nothing you can do because my problems are like everyone else, the cell towers are going down multiple times a day and night since just before christmas day and i see its happening all over the country according to the "is it down websites"

    @EE putting official complaint in about being mis-sold something, feature to cast from BT sport app to TV has been disabled after upgrade 13 days ago, tech engineer tells me it is £5 extra to my bill, but I was told ALL features I had before upgrade would stay same.!!

    Why is it so hard to get a PAC code? Been on hold 20 minutes while he gets it! Probably taking all that time yo tead through my motes/complaint! Never know anything like this! @EE terrible service! #eeterribleservice #leaving

    @EE It was very intermittent and slow. Connecting to free WiFi was fine but using data roaming and mobile data it would just come up no Internet. Will double check things today with it all on my account.

    @EE Why is it such a problem to upgrade my plan? I want more data but have to pay off my contract for the privilege...

    @EE @bt_uk also during the months of October through to December 2022 I was promised compensation which has never been added to my account. I have had many complaints opened that I have lost count and now I am on hold to BT as I will be looking else where
