@EE service at my home has degraded considerably over the past 6 months. It feels like everyday I get a text about an issue. Some taking multiple days to resolve. I’m throwing money away having a phone that cannot be used unless connected to WiFi. Joke.

@EE Thanks Holly it had been the home broadband giving us trouble. On further investigation last night we discovered the wall socket was loose . Think it was dislodged at some point when we were unplugging the device as it’s not fitted very securely. Replacing has resolved thanks.

Hello @EE can you confirm problems with the mast in Ashton Bristol BS3 area ? Cannot make a call on the network without it cutting out after 30 seconds. Had the same issue in January for 4 weeks. Please let me know

@EE broadband playing up AGAIN and I’m not even shocked anymore. Looking into how I can get out of this contract because I’ve never had a day with normal service EVER since being with them 🙃🙃🙃
