@MissLauraHolmes @EE Aren't companies legally obliged to make reasonable adjustments to avoid excluding people with disabilities from using their products and services? Wouldn't a reasonable adjustment be either a more helpful approach to the contract or some sort of signal booster? @ee

@EE Wheres the point in complaining you still use them, so no incentive to fix the problem..... Received this one, the driver opened the front door and left in hall of shared house no signature asked for. Oh well at least thats better than the driver who actually stole item at xmas

@EE I went to your shop in the end. They were great but I think you need to sort out your network before your next price increase. Definitely be looking around when the contract ends. @EE just don’t seem to be as good as they think they are!
