JT100 ๐ (@JT100_London) reported@EE hello, I was sold EE by BT 2 years ago and have had no reception since then so I canโt phone you. I had a text saying my contract ends 6/8, just requested PAC and says works from 29/8. Please help or tell me how I can get help but canโt phone. Thanks

ChrisM (@chrismaddison74) reported@Fletchmeister81 @EE Seems to be an issue in every store now. The staff in Sunderland bridges are the worst I've ever encountered. It's like you're bothering them when you ask a question. I'm looking at moving all four of my lines to elsewhere now as I'm also sick of being ripped off with price rises

๐๐ ๐ฃ๐๐ช (@garynetchells) reportedWhat is it with the infrastructure of mobile networks in the UK when you can get a signal - at all on a train?! Why is that? Why in 2026 with a digital generation can I not access an email on a train? Itโs ridiculous @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE

Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported@EE another day and still no resolution so Iโve added another pile to the count ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฉ- 15 piles and counting - Iโm just putting it out there how poor you are - I would have gone to another provider if I had known most definitely

shaun bull (@shaunwbull) reported@EE Can I raise a formal complaint on this matter and arrange a refund. I have tried several numbers. Nobody is interested in helping unless it relates to a phone issue. It has now been 6 working days with no information, with a promised 1-3 working day delivery.

Sarah (@idlewildgirl) reported@aaron_mcr @EE wtf! How can they say that lol
-
Lennox Richardson (@lennyrfc) reported@EE Never ideal & always frustrating - itโs 2100 in the evening & Iโve got one bar of signal strength so Iโm not dialling a number to speak to an automated person yet again or have a response via this forum using a bot. Your service is woeful at best.

Forgottengirl078 (@forgottengirl78) reported@EE This link is useless as it is the one I have been using only to be fobbed off and lied too. I want to speak to someone who can sort things out. Just one person who can successfully deal with the complaint of human incompetence. Who is a manager or head of complaints?
