    @janettocornetto @EE I’m glad it’s not just me, but contacting ee is impossible abroad when they have cut off service and only on WiFi.

    @EE your app is just awful. I was about to buy hundreds of pounds worth of kit but have given up. It is always so slow, glitchy etc. I actually tried numerous times to get to check out and just cba now.

    Dear @EE, why does my new fibre broadband installation not work all the time? It's down in the evening, early morning, and sometimes in the afternoon. Not every day but it is annoying.

    @EE how do I make a complaint about your door to door people? 7pm. Presses the ring doorbell. Doesn’t wait for a response. Hits the door like he’s coming through it. Just as my 10 month olds had gone to bed!

    @EE Apparently thats already been done, but it hasnt. My broadband speed has been diabolical for over a year. I raised this in February this year. Since then your service has been nothing short of disgusting. Ive phoned again this morning and have been "promised" a call today.....

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE mobile networks have been **** for ages. we have agents out up and down the uk and difference contracts with different providers and over different handsets have all been garbage.

    @EE So what happens with my 7 days of data for 30 pound do I get reimbursed for that aswell considering I’m no able to use.. and surely if it’s worldwide I’m no the only one with this issue

    @EE Apparently you have fixed the roaming issue but Im still not connected. I have tried all the 'help' from your AI but nothing has worked, and then that's the end of the conversation! I have no way of calling anyone. What can I do?
