    Sitting in Inverclyde Royal Hospital, can’t get even 4G on @EE , guy next to me to me getting full 5G on O2, my phone is fully updated iPhone 17 pro max so no issue there, been with EE since T mobile, think I might have to switch, service is awful now.

    Never known a company so determined to con people than @EE … outrageously bad customer service and they’ve lost 3 potential customers thanks to their con of a website. Avoid.

    @EE attempted to upgrade Now told i cant & that was for my sim only deal. Spoke to an advisor online. Can either pay 2 bills for 7 months. Or do some minor repairs to my phone & send it in with a possible £300 charge. Seems to be right across the board with poor customer service.

    @bt_uk can advertise all they like, but the fact remains they are an anti white super woke organisation who's sole purpose is to rip ******** out of people. Really hope they go out of business and take @EE with them.

    Formal complaint incoming. @bt_uk @EE @OpenreachHelp for nearly a MONTH. Told it’s “escalated” but no progress, no accountability, no communication. Completely unacceptable. Next step: formal complaint, compensation claim & escalation to Ofcom if not resolved immediately Pt2

    @EE We have phoned and got through to someone, seems like an update last night made the router go offline. Had to do a factory reset and reconfigure our network settings to get it back running again.
