  @Hepworthclare @EE It’s called “customer service”, apparently. It’s sadly lacking in some companies & yet they talk about it enough. As with so much else, it’s just words. 😩

  Anybody else had issues with @RiseFibre ? I am not even a customer yet as we're waiting to be connected & already pissed off. Passed me around different departments & then had me on hold for 13mins. Might give @EE another call to see if they can renew my package at a lower price

  @EE Currently in Turkiye and meant to have roaming as part of my package. I've not received the "Welcome to Turkiye" text, I've been locked out my app, I can't WiFi call for support, I can't get on live chat, my roaming is out but I can't connect to any network. Ridiculous.

  @JohnStokes0uk @EE A speed test doesn't show coverage quality. You can get good speeds in poor coverage just as easily as bad speeds in a good coverage (but congested) area

  @EE I will “reach out” tomorrow, but having just been discharged from hospital after major abdominal surgery I don’t have much strength at present! You have also had the gall to send me a bill for a service I’ve yet to receive,meanwhile statutory compensation accrues at £6.46 per day

  @EE so angry with EE metrocentre. Given a price from Z fold 8 this afternoon but didn’t have my I.D with me. Called the store to double check the cost who said it’ll be that cost because of a new customer discount. Travelled 40 mins each way to be told, rudely, it’s not correct.
