Shaun Adams (@shaundadams) reported@EE This ain’t going to work. I’ve tried that number and end up in an automated queue. I provided my contact details to allow EE to contact me. Mark Davies (@_MarkD) reported@VodafoneUK really not happy. It seems when I call 191 I can’t even talk to someone to complain. 7 mth issue and no one gives a stuff. Let’s see if @EE are able to offer me a better service after 30 years of being a Vodafone customer.

Mark Bleach (@BlastItBle8chy) reported@MajorManor @EE We’ve had the same issue in SN1 central Swindon with 4G for years. Their coverage map is cleverly designed not to show how many bars, we’ve had one bar for at least 8 years yet it shows covered. Reality check, we can barely hold a call without using WiFi calling. They don’t care.
-
KWB (@keithwillb) reportedHello @EE can you explain why my 4G signal keeps dropping off in parts of Edinburgh where it never used to happen. It’s very frustrating. It’s almost like you’ve reduced your coverage in the last few months.
-
Paul Devine (@PaulDevine70) reported@EE when are you putting the money promised to me back into my bank account? **** show of a company
-
DML (@DMLYONDER) reported@EE Ee have elderly customers they fail to fix their phone lines and internet with 30 days put vulnerable customers at risk, fail to keep their customers informed of repair dates and times, and BT totally ignore customers, and don’t value when you been with them 20 plus years

Luke (@lukey_jt91) reported@EE I am fed up of losing signal every time I leave the house.
