    @EE @BBCOne The ceremony is awful. The canned laughter is just cringeworthy, presenting not much better. Turned the TV off. They could have done something a lot more interesting. At least the @RoyalAlbertHall is getting some well deserved money, that is about the best bit.

    @EE shocking service, selling a product that you apparently don't have an available, customer services telling me 4 different versions of where the phone is, then offering compensation of £10 - erm I would like the device I have purchased and the truth - Thanks!

    @EE Got talked out of paying the balance of my contract and moving to another provider. Seems your deals for existing customers will never improve so I am off in October when my contract is up.

    @EE @PaddockLuke Yes, having problem with this. There is a blank screen. Can hear sound but no picture! Seems like an issue across EE customer network

    Can’t watch the sound is awful as is the canned laughter. Is @EE supplying the broadband? Not a great advert for a telecoms company. 😱#BAFTAs
