Why have I stuck with @EE /T-Mobile for 14 years? Time for a change. Year on year their customer service is becoming less and less to respond. Then you have to jump through hoops to be ignored. Are they still using COVID as an excuse for poor service?

@EE Sorry Bob, not sorted. Complaint raised. Hopefully it’ll be dealt with. Got one text saying raised, then another saying “chat ended, so we’ve closed the complaint”. All was clear (& I have screenshots), so if they’ve closed it to avoid dealing : it’ll be Ombudsman in 8 weeks.

@AppleSupport can you stop holding back iPhone 14 Pro Max units. UK network providers like @EE and @VodafoneUK are quoting 3-4 weeks before customers can get hold of one. It’s ridiculous and poor!
