@EE is there a way for yourselves to hear calls from customers back and then train your colleagues on professional telephone manners and ability to read your own t&cs before treating a customer like they're stupid? Don't appreciate the rudeness!

Hey @EE - how do I report that your network isn’t working? I’ve driven five miles to actually get some signal, and when I submit the form to tell you there’s a fault, it doesn’t submit. Also, there’s no option to report it on your IVR line.
