@EE I want that Microsoft so bad will you have the same deal whenever the 13 is sold? I got a new contract and phone less than 12 months ago. 😢

  • WordNerdCopy Paula Beaton (@WordNerdCopy) reported

@EE Hello. I was told by Samsung themselves that the network decided when the rollout would be, and advised to contact EE. The S20 series got Android 12 in January on most networks.. why didn't the S20 FE on EE? And yes, I've checked, no updates pending.

  • KeithTurnerT1K Keith Turner (@KeithTurnerT1K) reported

@EE @athenaki That doesn't work either. Stop lying that you're not aware of the issue, it's been reported multiple times since your price gouging was reported.

  • ayoung140_ann Youngannie (@ayoung140_ann) reported

@EE rude patronising so called executive team advisor. It’s worth every penny they are robbing me to leave them early. Refused to uphold previous advisors offer to leave contract despite call being recorded. I have been with EE for 20 years but NEVER AGAIN.

  • Rhomidnight Midnitejem (@Rhomidnight) reported

@EE I’m currently on the phone to ee customer services right now about this as DPD refused to change the address

  • mr_puce John 😷🐈 (@mr_puce) reported

@EE Ah, 30 days. The first was only on Monday. Seems a rather poor design for it to take that long, though — maybe get consent at account creation instead?

  • celticjohn67 John Connell (@celticjohn67) reported

@EE Straight from a script, more customers means more revenue. These new customers are using the same network not a new one. I would imagine your capital growth far exceeds your capital expenditure

  • mellorfinance Mellor Financial (@mellorfinance) reported

Perhaps someone @EE could explain to me what additional services I’ll be getting for my above inflationary price increase every year - as a set of customer comms who approved them?

  • KeithCP2 Keith Pates (@KeithCP2) reported

@EE Yes I contacted you a while ago but I don't think anyone got back to me again after going to check for me, Virgin are not going to help me with my bill wasted lots of time today with a stupid chat with them and all the woman Kath was interested in was getting my home phone fixed

  • marcmayan Marc Mayan (@marcmayan) reported

@EE So cannot even work from home - WTF with EE
