    @EE I know you say contact through the app. But that’s not working for me. What’s your phone number or email where I can find out if and why you put a managed WiFi that can’t be deleted but that turns itself on, or is this a police matter?

    @JackEmson99 @EE I have been with all 4... (including MVNOs) Personal ranking from best to worst: EE Three Vodafone O2 EE is better than the rest but they are **** too... Vodafone and Three seem to have gotten worse since their merger...

    @StupidNeilAgain @DaniYesod @EE Saying you want to cancel gets you put through to a relatively A-list customer services ***, and they’ll be able to do more or less anything you need.

    @EE EE agreed the fault is owned by them. reimbursement should be automatically added to the customer accounts.

    @NallaBalu67 @EE The signal with EE is bad everywere in the uk and they arent really helpful going forward to sort it id get another supplier if i was you

    @EE Reported my wifi keeps dropping, the lady I spoke to said she could see it had been dropping for a few days & changed the channel. Also said she would send a text with a link if it dropped again - that never happened! Wifi still dropping & spent 20 minutes on phone in a queue.
