    @EE Are you able to advise how to gift data? Help says to log into MyEE and select Family Usuage tab. I dont have this? Does this mean my plan doesnt allow gifting?

    @EE had no signal for over 10 days now, keeps saying issue will be resolved within 16 hours…… surely being 10 days that timeframe has now passed?!

    @EE What's the point in EE having high Street shops if everytime someone goes in thet say we can't help you need to call 150. Absolutely appalling company to deal with. I actually feel like I'm starting to HATE EE

    @EE if an iPhone is under guarantee still and broke (from yourselves) will apple check the problem for free or will there be a charge? Mine was free but a while back now

    @EE blocked by EE Tried to become a/c holder on my phone, change from my daughter. Went to shop, told can’t do that. Tried on phone, 2 hours, then told can’t do it for 2 months due to your error. You have just lost a customer, been with BT since 1980. Thinking of changing Wi-Fi.
