Just rang @EE and they are now saying my phone which I preordered on the 9th September for delivery on 16th September could take up until the 12th October to arrive. Never met such an incompetent company before.

Would @EE like to try to justify why it is incredibly quick & easy to sign up to a service, but if you need to cancel a service because of poor coverage, you have to hang on with bad pop music for ages?

Live in Dundee, if you ever call the @DundeeCouncil payment line (it starts 0845) from your mobile device @EE treat this a premium rate phone number.. so when I called to make a payment to my council tax in august I was charged £5.50 for that call. #DaylightRobbery #Dundee
