    @EE Mobile coverage is patchy at best where I live. Where I work there is no signal at all and can't make or receive calls. My office is on the edge of Aberdeen so not even a rural area. Been told before by advisor's the system says it should work perfectly. Can guarantee it doesn't

    @EE your home broadband service is dreadful! Almost every day it drops out, sometimes multiple times a day! And your increasing your prices! Daylight robbery!

    @EE @Country_fan20 If that's the case why are you putting 14% on the whole of my contract? Surely the rise should be only on the cost of the network portion, and not the portion paying for the handset. It was bought (as part of the contract) at a fixed price at the start of the contract.

    @EE Service is still crap and network absolutely the worst though... is that part going to improve with the £7/mth more I need to pay? Or is that more money #Profiteering for you and worse service for me? #CostOfGreedCrisis #inflationmyass

    @EE That wasn’t my point I knew the increases were coming but never been as high as 14.4% before.

    @EE @DannThomas93 CPI + 3.9% , when inflation drops back down against trust you will be lowering our bills ?

    Not just @EE mobile contacts increasing an absurd amount but also their broadband too. Using the excuse they need to invest more to provide a good service etc. No improvement in service in the NE scotland though. Will look at other providers when contract is due for renewal #EE
