    @EE Been through all of this. I am then directed to the App, using my data because I have no Wifi. New router and still no connection. You use AI Bots and close down technical support at 8pm. Frustration is not a strong enough term. I will be picking this up again later today.

    @ee Why do you make it so hard to report a fault? Your mobile network in NE65 has been atrocious for the past few days. I have a business account with you and am currently unable to work. Please log the fault and restore service.

    @EE having a nightmare with your broadband again! You have been nothing but failed promises! I was moved over from @bt_uk I had no issues with them. How can I find out when my contact is up? Thanks

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I agree. And you are right, it has got worse. Let alone those black spots being addressed. What is going on? Also offices in the City of London with no signal!!
