I would say £25ph for inconvenience plus null payments during dispute is reasonable. Every email cost 1 hour. Phone calls by the minute rounding up. hth

Wend (@wendmyway) reported@EE I have broadband with you. My contract has expired and I’m not sure I’m getting such a good service. The speed of downloading is poor and the reception isn’t always good. Drops in and out! Should I look elsewhere?

Tony Crystal (@TonyCrystals) reported@TheWobblyGamer @EE I had that same problem, tried calling the customer service. No answer. Hours on hold. Cancelled the DD in frustration. They slapped a £600 termination fee on me and sold it to a debt collector for £100. EE is a sewer.
