    @EE The frustration is you trust openreach to fix something and they don’t, at the end of it is a customer who has been given no information as to what’s going on. I finally managed to speak to someone who has tried to get the ball rolling again.

    Just had a power cut in #WestOxon. It's times like this you realise the importance of a usable mobile signal. It's a shame @EE and other providers don't recognise this and refuse to accept their signal here is not fit for purpose.

    @EE Hello. Already done that thanks and there was zero interest. Also, I'd be careful about commenting on being the best, I've never know it as bad for phone signal or non-existant data.

    @EE @Dykediaries69 Funny you mention that I tried your online support and I tried your "team" via the phone no help was provided as still having the same issue.

    @EE Hi, for the last few days my broadband has had intermittent access. Not helpful when trying to work from home. I've tried resetting it but it doesn't seem to help

    @EE Hi, i bought a sim pack for 75gb from your site. I cant seem to activate it. When i enter the sim serial number it doesn’t go further. Any help?
