  @EE I contacted you in June regarding my parents tv broadband mobile and land line, ringing 150 was perfect and we received excellent service over the phone, sadly that’s where it ends My mum is now without mobile data, and they have no internet or land line absolutely shocking

  @EE Then I find out that my tv order has been cancelled, and will not be delivered, and now I have to reorder again tomorrow, you’ve had a month, dreadful service, I’d better get my boxes by Friday

  @EE again absolute shocking service from EE ordered additional handset for my bussiness over 4 days ago, no order confirmation, when I ring CS passed through multiple departments which results in automated message saying that are too busy to speak to anyone. EE are a joke really
