  @EE No my contract is up Dec 27. Just trying to sort the issue out without having to buy a 3rd party router. I need to be able to prioritise online gaming but that cant be done on a smart hub 2. To get a 3rd party router and set up is a challenge.

  @ee Hi, I have problem in establishing with some degree of accuracy when my property is due to be able to access Full Fibre. Having been told last year it would be the end of 2026, now I am told there is no identifiable plan. Not acceptable. Help, please.

  @EE down again. Can’t go 20 minutes without being ****** over by the broadband. My *** are they the best provider. It’s 2026, how can your broadband be THIS terrible? Been happening for months. Ridiculous.

  @EE I understand this isn’t directly you. But we are being lied to. Everyone locally is complaining. And nothings being done. You’ve turned a mast off in the town centre. There’s little or no signal, 4g and 5g barely works. I’m at home with 1bar. Where as before it was full.
