Yeah, @bt_uk needs to have a word with Alcatel. These 4G Mini Hubs are probably the most rotten pieces of technology I've ever used. The ones I've been assigned constantly, CONSTANTLY disconnect from everything. And drop @EE, their 4G signal is abysmal.

@EE are ****, there alright taking your money for 2 years. But soon as you want them to unlock your device they drag there feet and pass you from one department to the next. Thinking that you will take out another plan. Think again!!

@EE is there a way to request for a phone mast in a area has I’m moving home soon and I’ve been there a few times and signal is really really poor like one bar or none ?

@EE My signal goes in & out constantly at work & 4G doesn't work very well in different areas of the building. I'm guessing our work place has thick walls as nothing is wrong with my phone or the network.
