    @EE Hi I’ve had a lot of problems with my account. One of your colleagues from Cardiff was supposed to call me yesterday according to the customer service agent I spoke to. I never received a call or today. Please can you help. I have been without internet for 4 months

    @EE I recently upgraded my sim plan to an All Rounder plan which includes watch data, so I added on the watch plan…was told this would be discounted down to £0, I’ve just been billed for this.

    @EE your cell towers went down during lighting storm at Gillingham Dorset and Mere Wiltshire when power went out. No backup battery in place I assume?
