@EE Hi there, are your calls recorded? I ask this as I've just had a member of staff be particularly rude and make accusations regarding my character, despite myself remaining courteous and professional at all times. The purpose of my call was to negotiate an update to contract.

@EE I tried to contact customer support via app to give you notice to end my current contract as at 27th November. Unfortunately they say its not possible as I have to contact them on 27th October. If I do it now, it will end on 11th November. 1/

Can anybody from @EE explain why I’ve just been asked by a member of your team what my annual income is to enable them to waver the early upgrade fee of £168?? Totally unacceptable and I will be changing network even though I’ve been a customer of yours for 17 years.

@ee I ordered an Apple Watch Ultra and paid quite large amount of money upfront. You've subsequently dropped the price of the watch and I still don't have mine. Can I cancel and re-order at the lower price?
