@EE there’s a cost of living crisis, you can’t help me with my tariff unless I spend disposable income that I don’t have in places like Asda to get cashback, so please don’t ring me trying to sell me additional products because ‘I’ve been such a loyal customer for so long’

  • HalewoodJ Jon Halewood (@HalewoodJ) reported

@EE if you’re going to close both of your Newcastle stores all day for training, at least have the courtesy to update the opening hours on your website, or better yet not have your customer services agents at the call centre send customers to those stores to have issues resolved!

  • Essex_Sankey Michael Sankey (@Essex_Sankey) reported

@EE I've been waiting for broadband to be set up for over a month, now another 2.5 week wait apparently. Openreach seem to be the issue, but they are owned by BT, as are you! We have poor mobile signals and elderly grandparents, let's hope they can get us if needed!

  • giofrattolillo Giorgio Frattolillo (@giofrattolillo) reported

@MrTiboo @o2businessuk @EE Same here, it’s painfully bad. It’s annoying how I see so many complaints yet nothing gets done about it too. I’d say EE, a colleague of mine gets signal everywhere (even in the middle of nowhere) as we work in a lot of rural areas.
