    @EE @BenGungyal The basic problem is that large companies (all, not just you) view long term subscribers as cash cows to be exploited rather than valued customers. The fact that switching supplier every two years is better than being loyal to one is a sign of a fundamentally broken system.

    @EE hoodwinked my 83 yo father in law into a new contract making him believe that would solve his signal issues in his home. That he went into shop to ask for help. Hes Still having signal issues. Now they want £179 from him to get out of the contract they mis sold him.

    @BenGungyal @EE Seems more like **** family members not helping out enough. Customers gets notified of price increases all the time, especially out of contract customers. It's common knowledge. Lets hope you're not emergency contact, because it'll take 15 years later before you know they've died

    @EE why are you so hard to get hold off? Always seems to be an issue logging in or with your systems. Supposed to have a router delivered today but can’t see what’s happening with it, been stuck in all day and I’m going greyer by the minute! Any chance if an update
