my god @EE is shite broadband & mobile. tele buffs all the time can’t get signal in the house on mobile the advert says best this best that it’s far from best of anything apart from false advertising… they say to call and no one’s answers the phone and the local branch is a joke

@EE I’ve done that and I just get automated messages telling me to download an app! Not good enough! That’s not sorting the problem!

@EE Your support attitude is terrible and I've been going around in circles for 2 weeks. I need to speak with someone as your automated approach has failed (badly) I honestly wish I'd never switched to EE as my business is now being affected.

@EE I need to speak to someone higher up than the generic customer service, as the last 2 times they were clueless. Either help me specifically or I’ll just report it as gdpr breach.
