  Hi @EE any known issues in CH65? Multiple devices having connection issues. Router restarted. Issue persists. Some devices working fine? Can’t even get into EE app to run tests!

  @EE @MarkyTalk The UK’s biggest buffering network , balaclava on every April , had 3 contracts / devices at one point , IPhone / iPad / Apple Watch , wouldn’t even get a tenner off a new iPhone contract ! Absolute robbing ***** no loyalty reward . On a sim only now grudge paying the ***** 🖕🏼

  @chrisdee2016 @EE the account holder, I'm afraid however to use an electric pole we do need a wayleave from the electricity board, there's no automatic right for us to use one of their poles unfortunately - if this is the issue then it will be something we'll be managing through your order (2/3)

  Anybody else had issues with @RiseFibre ? I am not even a customer yet as we're waiting to be connected & already pissed off. Passed me around different departments & then had me on hold for 13mins. Might give @EE another call to see if they can renew my package at a lower price

  @EE A complaint wont get the service thats been paid for for over a month i just want my fibre sorted as promised weeks ago !
