@EE just found out the inlaws used their phone abroad to ring home. each connection attempt was too bad and crackly to use so they disconnected in 30-40seconds.. charged £2.50 each time they did this. total cost was around extra £30 on my bill.. grrrrr

@EE Back in the UK. Appreciate you can’t control the network but if it doesn’t work you still charge me extra by default to use my allowance (£2/day). How do I get that back?

@EE No need now, I spoke to an advisor on the phone last night. There's a general fault in the area that's not shown on your site. Possibly no home internet all weekend. It would be helpful if your website accurately reflected the info correctly tho, when numerous people flag issues.

@JossephVAL @EE did you get the issue resolved? I'm still experiencing mine. Gonna have to call them and get this sorted then... Gonna be awkward telling them its only on valorant lol..
