@leewalton1976 @EE Hey @ee I can't believe that your answer to my question is a simple copy and paste. Investment in infrastructure, please.... I am paying for 5G service and only getting 4G 98% of the time. Is that 2% worth the 14% hike??? I wait for your reply #Mobile #phone #charges

@skyblueloyalist @EE It was an expensive phone. So, 57 was ok at the time. I will be moving elsewhere in October though! Do you get decent signal with 3?

@EE Hi I need help with my order for the oppo n2 flip, I can’t keep track of it right now as your page is down.

  • congastuey Stuey Lee (@congastuey) reported

@EE Rather than reducing profits to help struggling customers, you decided to pass on any inflationary costs, plus a little extra for the extra toys you want. Its just wrong, and there will come a time, soon, when ppl are fed up with greedy companies like this!

@EE Armed forces covenant not honoured. I've moved home due to being in the Army and EE are billing me £160. My new home is not covered by EE but they promised me it would. I'm disappointed they made a show of signing the armed forces covenant and claim to support us they do not

  • _CLChapman_ Charlotte Chapman (@_CLChapman_) reported

@EE Nope not sorted. Will send a dm now, I’m relying on wifi as I still have zero service.

  • n16ectruns Nigel Taylor (@n16ectruns) reported

@EE I've had to spend another 20 mins on the phone last night to sort this. Terrible service

@EE How do I make a complaint???? It’s NOT acceptable to reply to people who tweeted hours after me and ignore me. Then leave me waiting over an HOUR in a live chat. No one is speaking to me and it’s outrageous & causing me more mental anguish😡😡😡

  • Tom_f96 Tom (@Tom_f96) reported

@EE help! Tried activating apple music on my account. But I haven’t received the activation text. (I am roaming abroad at the moment) can you help? Thanks!

  • warecambridge2 Warecambridge2 (@warecambridge2) reported

@EE Yes. But I am very unhappy with the concept of a new contract after 38 years a customer! It’s no way to treat such loyal customers. And, quite apart from really poor communication and the service dropping out after 31/2 days. @MartinSLewis
