I am confused please help. I left with about 14 days on the contract so how can I owe a whole month? And why refund then ask for money?

𝙰𝚞𝚜𝚝𝚎𝚗 𝙼𝚊𝚝𝚑𝚒𝚎𝚜𝚘𝚗 (@AustenMathieson) reported@EE @giffgaff you must be aware of the scam company OnTopUp that uses your credentials to scam customers. We’ve had to TWICE cancel fake accounts in our names which we NEVER signed up for & they’ve taken money from both our bank accounts every month even after cancellation! We will be seeking legal advice against them & unfortunately you too as they are part of your circle.
