    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    I haven't had an active mobile phone since Monday because of @EE and BT Every time I call, I spend 45 minutes on the phone. Every time someone says something different. Still nothing. I've half ported from 02 and am now on day 4 of being in 2 sims, no network LIMBO.

    @Lionesses @EE Can't knock ****'s effort, ran her socks off...but her crossing was awful. If she could cross better, damn. But either Kelly or Agyemang for me, don't mind which.

    @EE I'm still having issues, there isn't a single day that goes by where i done have a phone call drop out

    @EE what do I have to do to get you to send me a label to return equipment that your sales team should never have sold me in the first place - now the third time trying to contact your company !!!!

    @EE God knows how….4G router returned as wouldn’t work, as was suggest it wouldn’t as the signal is barely 3G, proof of delivery back to EE yet here we are are over two weeks after the event, multiple promises made about refunds and another payment about to go out. Appalling!
