    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @EE hi, I upgraded my phone yesterday and received it through Enjoy (fab service!) but my new phone doesn’t have a SIM in - do I transfer my old sim or do I need a new one?! Thanks!!

    @EE Since getting the 21 ultra and continuing a contract, signal strength seems weaker and with traveling around for work, it's much the same. Even where i score cricket at home groung now it keeps dropping out where before I'd have a solid 2 bars

    @EE Telephone customer service advised to contact store mgr . Went to store, advised to speak to the salesperson who sold phone. Salesperson advised that I speak to store mgr. Who would be in the next day……2 store visits/no resolution. Terrible customer service.

    @EE i would usualy just do the upgrade online myself but i want to enter a friends and family discount code and it is not letting me add it for a certain handset so i need help with this please.
