@EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

@EE Please could you tell me how I can stop you stealing from me? I have raised a complaint several times because you keep taking money from my old broadband account, despite numerous phone calls and assurances, and yet again you have taken money that is not yours.

@EE sent DM. Cannot call as have lost network but WiFi fine. Weirdly though received call today but now there's an issue and SIM seems inactive?! only thing of note was using eSim for a few weeks as travelled but cannot reactivate main physical SIM but was called earlier?! How?!

@EE good old customer service living upto its normal standard. Raise 3 complaints. Meant to have a callback from a manager -even gig agent to text arrangement as proof knowing you’re history and nothing!! Seems loyalty mean nothing having been a customer 20 years.
