    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @EE I might be switching network providers soon. If I take a sim only pay monthly deal can I use my data allowance in the Republic of Ireland on holiday without any extra charge?

    @O2 On the commute into Sheffield I had issues with signal, at time went to 3G (I can’t remember the last time I saw 3G with @EE). I also had some signal issues whilst at work in the centre of Sheffield & didn’t once achieve a 5G signal.

    @EE please can you sort your network out. Mobile internet has been dreadful this week. Keeps dropping and can’t even load an Instagram post without waiting 5 mins!!! What a disaster
