@EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

@EE Spoke to a lady Saturday who was going to come back to before the end of her shift and didn't . Monday called again some problem this time a guy said he would definitely come back and didn't. Both UK based . You must have the most useless people employed . #usless #wastoftime

@EE 17th August and got a response on the 22nd August requesting further personal details to process the return, then never heard anything back after that. Now I’ve been charged and due to be charged again on the 2nd Oct. Please help me.

@EE customer service needs a rethink … you cannot claim to be available to customers 24/7 when you provide only one option for contact and then send people in circles with no direct contact method other than calling #nothelpful
