@EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

Credit where it’s due. Just got a text from @EE saying that streaming and all data use is on them on Sunday from 6pm till midnight. I have a great deal with them anyway, but top marks to them for supporting the Three Lions and good customer service! 👍🏻👍🏻🏴🏴👏🏻👏🏻

@EE Sure. I have been communicating via email. It was his suggestion to arrange a call. The point of my tweeting about all of this is to make public the issues & frustrations I face as a longstanding @EE customer, rather than hide it behind DMs or emails.

@O2 you have the worst customer service I've ever received they are happy for me to pay for a service they can NOT provide and don't even KNOW when it will come back on AND NO YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND MY FRUSTRATIONS OR YOU WOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT @EE I'll be call in tomorrow

@EE I got an email from you about an unpaid bill which is.. odd, I’ve tried calling customer services on your website but I can’t get through to anyone. I’m no longer an EE customer, didn’t call the number on the email cause scams are getting pretty elaborate these days

@kevinbacon @EE can you please help me get a refund from EE because they have cancelled an Active pay as you go SIM card and advised me to then purchase another one which they are now not activating. It’s not much money but it’s the principle and have technically STOLEN from me
