    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @EE what an shockingly bad customer service you have. Ive been waiting on a manager to return a call since Monday. Its truly an appalling company.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE You're right. I never have trouble with reception in France. BUT Tom if you ever had to deal with French telecommunications companies you would quickly realise our own EE/BT customer services are far better.

    @EE I have tried this to no avail. Do me a favour, you try and navigate your website to report service disruption and see how you get on. The UX you offer is dreadful.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom Tugendhat suggesting that somehow the Government is responsible for very poor coverage by privately run mobile networks in Dulwich, and that taxpayer should be funding improvements for companies like EE (2025 profits £1.2 billion) as infrastructure rather than cycle lanes.
