    @EE I’m taking it that the ‘upgrading’ part means that when a current contract comes to an end the charges will apply? Can see I’m not alone in wondering why I’ve stuck with you (I was an 🍊 customer) Introduce this with new contracts, but surely loyalty counts for something?!

  • MrsDervish Oya Dervish (@MrsDervish) reported

    As a long-term .@EE customer with multiple products, I am disappointed that they were not [and didn't really try] to beat a deal from another provider to retain me as a customer. #leavingEE

  • Chigglesworld Chigs (@Chigglesworld) reported

    @Nick_L_B @EE Honestly, since I left them years back I've been so happy. They never rewarded loyalty.

  • steelo1977 Ancient of mumu (@steelo1977) reported

    @EE very poor choice returning to roaming fees. More so after saying your customers wouldn't face them. I won't renew any of my contracts if you go ahead with this. Might be no better off elsewhere but they won't have lied to me. #EE

  • SAnderson78uk Stu (@SAnderson78uk) reported

    @KrisReynolds @EE @EE That will be me moving networks. I am glad I found this out just before my contract ends and not after. Really poor. I am sure many customers will follow suit.

  • dmrobertson Daniel Robertson (@dmrobertson) reported

    @MartinSLewis Easy solution don’t renew with @EE

  • zhingmaster Blahoo #FPBE (@zhingmaster) reported

    @EE with the announcement of you opportunistically bringing back roaming charges, just months after ruling them out, coming just after a terrible 2 hours speaking to your customer service, I can assure I, and a few other I know, will be looking to leave you.

  • Trogdouser PaulTM™ 🇳🇱 #BlijfThuis (@Trogdouser) reported

    @EE Hi there, You’re re-introducing roaming charges within Europe. I’m not a new customer, or upgrading. So how does that work?

  • TVJohnCooper John Cooper (@TVJohnCooper) reported

    @MartinSLewis But if it does introduce the surchatge will @ee still slow down the 4G signal, like it does now in Spain ?
