    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @EE Hi! I can’t make calls on my phone, I am on ee WiFi call as well. It is ridiculous I’m having to call your customer service on a landline. Beverley always has rubbish signal, due to the mast problem. What do I do? I need to make calls and I can’t even do that. Thank you.

    @EE hi please can someone urgently help. I cant make or receive any calls on my phone. Even with wifi calling on. I have no other means to make a phone call.
