@EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

@VodafoneUK So - in short - Vodafone UK doesn’t support Family Setup on Apple Watch. Any plans to do so in the future or do I need to take my plan to @EE instead?

@EE a family member has died of Covid. Her husband is too infirm to go to the funeral. I’m trying to sort a way of him watching it from home via the internet but they don’t have the internet. Can you help at all? I hate the thought of him missing his wife’s funeral. #CovidUK

@EE Thats right, however I'm paying £100 early upgrade fee, and i get a free upgrade the start of march, with no clue how far down this waiting list I am, I may answer cancel my order, not pay the upgrade free and just order it in march 🙄

@EE any issues with Broadband?.... mines been dodgy for months.... its always been PATHETICALLY SLOW since we got it..... but yesterday and today its unreal can’t use it.... having to use my Data! Keeps cutting off
