    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @EE Thank you to the team in your Hull St Stephen’s store this pm. Had a problem topping up a relatives pay as you go phone. I don’t think the chap realised just how helpful he had been. First class customer service.

    @AppleSupport @EE I recently upgraded to iPhone 13 in Cardiff. After 2 days, I found it was freezing constantly & not responding. I managed to change it in the Wrexham store (EE customer services refused to do anything) to find my new phone is doing the same thing(!?) 1/n

    @EE been on hold an hour and a half. Poor customer service to cancel a watch contract I can only do by calling 150. 3rd attempt in a week

    An update to this story: On Friday night, after spending 2 1/2 hours on @EE's tech help chat line, I was finally able to chat to a senior staff member who solved the "no data" issue within 5 minutes (hurrah!). He also promised they'd give us the deal we'd been sold by @bt_uk

    @EE my internet went down last night, and just been told a engineer won’t be out until Monday! All my devices including tv and mobile phone are reliant on internet, as the phone signal is bad. Very upset with the service

    You'll need to wait an hour for @EE to escalate your case to a senior staff member and then another 90 minutes to actually speak to a person who can fix your problem.
