    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @BootstrapCook @terryandrob Same for phone contracts. @EE sim only offers - 1gb for £14/month - 200gb for £23/month (12p/gb) - unlimited data £35/month It's a great deal if you have £35 a month, but if you are on a low budget then you are only offered terrible value for money. 3/n

    i’ve been on webchat with @EE for an HOUR, asked my question at least 7 times and still don’t have a relevant answer…what’s the point in trying to upgrade with them lemme go to another network or just go back to pigeon mail

    @EE Thabk you for getting back to me, I know atm only 1 network offers but will it eventually be something that may be offered, as I do prefer huawei phones and that over other, even with the US ban I've stuck with and want to carry on

    i love it when @ee breaks for no reason, also their website sucks, it’s slow as hell. oh, and unlike every other carrier, their top-up page isn’t on the zero-data whitelist. i can’t wait to switch, more reasons below:
