  @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

  Impressive how EE decided to go live with PS5 on Thursday, after having purchased one at 8.04. They sent me an email today saying they don't have stock, after phoning I can't even be added to waiting list. Absolutely livid. Awful service @EE

  @EE placed a PS5 order on the 3/12. Order accepted, confirmation received. I am now being told that my upfront payment didn’t go through and they have none in stock. It took 4 days to inform me this. No payment left my bank but EE confirmation said wouldn’t be immediate. Help!

  @EE just upgraded my husbands phone to get ps5 added to his account, only to find out after checkout that its out of stock? How do we cancel his upgrade?
