We have checked thoroughly for faults on our end and can't see anything that would call for us to have this flag. We have been talking to the EE technical team and haven't been able to progress or come to a resolution. @EE we would greatly appreciate a deeper look into the reason so many of your customers are experiencing this issue - some of them have made contact but haven't been able to come to a resolution.

We tried to speak direct to you, same again you hung up. Perhaps you don’t want to give me the deal advertised on your app & website?

Les Cashmore (@LesCashmore) reported@EE I’ve made an appointment to speak with the branch manager next week, I will be making a formal complaint and taking the issue up with him and his staff will verify the hanging up on us. Why didn’t they phone the branch back or call us back? Why do I have to phone you again?

I've not received the "Welcome to Turkiye" text, I've been locked out my app, I can't WiFi call for support, I can't get on live chat, my roaming is out but I can't connect to any network. Ridiculous.

It's like you're bothering them when you ask a question. I'm looking at moving all four of my lines to elsewhere now as I'm also sick of being ripped off with price rises
