@EE hello. For the last week my signal has been dropping in and out at work. Are there any issues in the camberwell area? I work in a hospital and I need to be on call, so really need to have the signal!

Just joined @EE and separated from @ThreeUK after 10 years. I have to say, my initial experience with @EE is frustrating and woeful. Simply no way of getting hold of customer service. Waited for 26 minutes only for the call to drop. Absolutely appalling! 😡😠 Not a good start!

@EE Hi! Any idea why our compensation (broadband down for a week) isn't showing on our account? Our latest bill is reduced by £5 yet we were told we'd have £30odd in compensation (5 days worth) this happened in Oct and we've already had to chase it up several times..

@EE are you having issues with your systems? I can't seem to log in as I normally do, and when I do my bill isn't showing - it says I need the 'account holder's' permission, even though I am the account holder and have been for years...

@TMobileHelp @EE He is a T-Mobile US customer and would like to be able to use his phone over here since he’s moved and not pay roaming charges
