Just had a weird call claiming to be from @fonehouse, claiming that they were calling me on behalf of @EE to offer me a deal. When I asked who the data controller was for the information they hold me on me, they hung up. WTF.

@EE I was trying to cancel my broadband contract. I was told to phone up and you will end it straight away as it’s expired already, but I stay on hold for hours without getting through to anyone. It’s been a week now and I keep paying for service I don’t need! Can u help please 🙏

  • lywyn /D/arr.en (@lywyn) reported

@EE Looks like you sold out quickly. I did sign up for notification of PS5 stock on your site but that has not come through so I assume the notification service is a waste of time?

  • embirdyy Emily (@embirdyy) reported

@EE can you PLEASE explain to me, why my signal STILL ISNT strong enough to not cut off a phone call or not load anything I’m trying to look at on my phone? I’ve had this problem countless times and it’s infuriating

  • cgeorgedc Craig George (@cgeorgedc) reported

@EE @Straightlline Ordered mine that day. Heard nothing more… glad someone has had good service! Even an update would have been nice

  • rhio_jones Rhi Jones (@rhio_jones) reported

@EE Sort out the signal in pontardawe or allow me out of my contract. Useless

@mikeoffoftheuk @ammaccii @EE Communication devices use microwave radiation, which is non-ionising. It can't damage cells unless concentrated, like in a microwave oven, where it'll heat water molecules instead.
