    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @EE We have not had a landline for over 5 weeks since an imposed switchover from BT. Now being told there isa problem with the number which we have had for over 50 years Then a DD which we have no notification about. What an unholy mess and nobody is interested in helping

    @EE you turned my internet off erroneously and now wont reconnect me for a week. Your company should be shut down by trading standards or you should be forced to rename your company somewhere sometimes. You really have f'ed me in the a when I really didnt need it. I hope you all catch ebola.

    Renting a new place next week: @EE: “Unfortunately we can’t activate your fibre broadband until the 26th as the previous tenant still has an active service.” Me: “But they moved out in April.” @EE: “Yes.” It’s not EE’s fault but lol, not a problem I thought could exist! 🥲
