    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    Superb display @EE for increasing my monthly bill by over £5! A nice 10% for you and a swift goodbye and good riddance when my contract is up! Absolutely shameful and disgusting to increase that much regardless of what crap you force into contracts!

    @EE Trying to register sim card says it will send text to phone with code. My partner got his as but I haven't and keep requesting one. I have no phone to call anyone for help. I cannot get started or call 150. My partner has got a pack but now that won't work! Fed up.

    @EE when are going to fix your mobile masts that have been down for most of a week? Difficult to understand how you get 8 years good credentials yet yours is the one network I see giving patchy service.

    @EE How can you not be sure? You guys are stupid not to sendn me message to inform me that the MAST my phone is connected to is having problems. U charge me silly amount of money yet u can't text to inform that mast was being repaired. I was out of Internet & could not work for hrs

    And that's @EE losing a customer. Rang sales team to sort order out, was told all I needed to do was sign trade in forms. Afterwards, was told that the price stated on their website was wrong and that I would have to pay the full contract price, despite the offer I was given.

    @EE what's the point in an app that 100% of the time never works. I uninstall and reinstall it and it still never let's u log in. I haven't been able to use it for months

    @VodafoneUK I've spent hours this week trying to get a very simple mobile upgrade issue resolved and continue to be messed around. Shocking service, ready to go to @EE.

    @EE Hi, no I didn't install anything I've since learned this is a fault across many S22 Ultra units that were shipped. Its all over twitter and you tube etc. @SamsungMobile @Samsung can samsung confirm any fix?
