@EE absolutely appalled that after being ill advised by customer service team I have lost my number of 10+ years with little to no mention of compensation apart from a new easy to remember number free of charge. The stress this has caused and my time should be fully compensated.

@EE taking £220 out my account without informing me. Taking money for a SIM contract that I was told hadn’t been processed. Spent most the morning on the phone to customer service and still no further forward. UKs best network, no way.
