@EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

@EE having to post on X as your teams inability to resolve our issue with our broadband. Having got speeds above 15 all week and this became so bad after and engineer visit, before this it was over 50. Had issues for 7 months now and time to leave

@EE I have you broadband but the system is very poor, speed to main unit 500mbps, but to any device lucky if get 23mbps. Absolute waste of time having a decent speed coming in.
