    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @LifeofTimDee @EE @yearhere Thanks. I'd bet he made it up. The time interval is too short for anything which might be construed as an opinion. I don't doubt that eg a bad website might put someone off very rapidly, but that is a pretty obvious observation. (I once researched subliminal perception...)

    @SkyHelpTeam ah yes the website community forum, that told me to ring the 150 number... who seemed more interested in sending me to the sales team, so i would have to sign up for a further 18 month contract to try get help.... oi @EE can you save me please?

    @LifeofTimDee @EE It’s absolutely dire and the billing part is equally as awful and clunky. I avoid going on it at all costs. Can’t believe this got through any proper scrutiny by a multibillion quid company like EE.

    @EE Hi, is there any issues with your online insurance claim portal at the moment? I have damage cover, have just damaged my phone but keep getting an EE error message when hitting the final submit button. Can i go in store to sort?

    @EE is there any issues with service in wf3/wf12 calls seem to drop and although I have signal they don’t connect

    @EE Getting charged for calls when having valid packs/allowances. Is just one of several. Taking money from my balances when you shouldn't. Contact customers complaint sometime late last year, nothing changed. It may seems like little amount for one customer but a lot collectively.

    @EE Hello, It isn't about 'feeling' that way - what else are we supposed to do? Plusnet said that there are no plans to offer Wi-Fi calling and so there is no choice in the matter - we have to find a network which does. Browsing the Plusnet forum, I imagine that we are not alone.
