    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @EE I think it’s important everyone can see that there is no service and no solution being offered by EE and not hide it in DM! We have at least 8 EE mobiles at this work address and you are costing a business money now

    @EE Now you’ve had a good nights sleep, can you do something about your 4G at EX22 7JN. Service has been extremely poor this week. Constantly disappearing, fluctuating DL and UL speed. Some of us rely on it for business and it’s simply not good enough.
