@EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

@MartinSLewis @EE always seem to be a *lot* faster and more reliable in London, and indeed the pricing reflects this. Are there any ways to get deals / offers to bring EE pricing down in line with the rest? They seem to be a good £5-7 more expensive for the middle (20-50gb) data bundles

@daysoutinfo @bt_uk @EE Has similar last time my BT Broadband was up for renewal. Was cheaper to get same package with EE (who BT own). So low and behold they matched it when called to cancel!

@EE any chance you can explain why the signal in my area is so bad? Trying to work and the signal is there one minute, then vanishes. It’s got even worse since the start of the year.

@EE Have BT mobile which piggy backs on EE for phone coverage. Live less than a 10 min walk from a new 5g mast in a very populated area. Can't get more than one bar on a brand new iPhone. EE- you are full of crap.

Seriously thinking of ditching @VodafoneUK in favour of @EE. Using Vodafone’s “help” last night to set up mobile data on my Apple Watch resulted in my phone losing connectivity with the mobile phone network. Job is now in a [very ******* long] queue to get reconnected.

@EE fairly disappointed with ee signal only switched to ee yesterday signal so bad whenever I make a call people can't understand what I'm saying because the line is so bad

@EE Hi - I seem to have no signal on my work phone and this has been the case for the last few hours. My post code area is AL7 (Welwyn Garden City). Can you provide an update as to when this might be getting fixed? Thanks
