    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    Very frustrating that after being a loyal customer of @EE for over 25 years the best deal they can do me is £73 a month for the new iPhone 17 when @O2 can me the same deal for £57 a month. Loyalty means nothing these days ! 😡

    @EE cant wait for my contract to be up with tesco. Switching to ee as it'll be cheaper amd has a shop like 10 minutes away if I have issues #EEForTheWin

    @ee our broadband doesn't work, trying to get you to help, get routed to diagnostic bot then told this may incur a charge. Surely this isn't right?
