    @Itisallacademic @EE Got same problems.. I have the smart WiFi and router just stuck on yellow light.. ive put a complainant in and as you say, it’s always when you can’t get in touch.. so frustrating!

    Unreliable ee broadband has put paid to anymore work tonight... service down. @EE this happens too often at a time when then is no customer support.
