    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    Hi @EE, I’ve been trying to get my @btsport app to work on my PS4, I have it as one of my smart benefits but didn’t realise I had to get the large screen add on to watch it. I’ve just seen that there’s free 3 months of large screen BT but it’s not working when I text sport to 150

    @EE when I try and unlock my phone when using my new sim with a different network its saying I need my old network provider to unlock my phone for me but on my ee app and the ee website its saying 'you can't access my ee right now'

    @EE Nah Ive just been supplied with the biggest pile of crap on the planet while my Samsung is being repaired. I had to delete Duolingo off it (I'm a language student), in order to make room for the app I use to put electric on my meter. It struggles to run messenger. Lol.

    @EE The broadband is very difficult. The internet speed is half the contract that the customer closes and the bandwidth is cut off several times a month. The network is not good #EE #broadband

    @EE Are you having issues in LU1 2LT? Mobile data seems to be hit and miss, work one minute then say no data connection the next. I do have enough data and I've restarted phone, still having issues here. *Tweeted on WiFi

    @EE Nowt, no call backs. I presume its cause its on the system and for some reason not on the pre order page for anytime upgrade but is in store for new customers...didn't have this trouble with NOTE 20 pre order so why #surfaceduo
