@EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

@EE I absolutely will! Contrast to when I left Three where they misled me so outrageously that I ended up with £100 due to their dreadful customer retention tactics. Sadly, they were holding dear to those same tactics years later when a friend had the same experience. Never again.

Credit where credit is due. @ee have, without any fighting or unpleasantness, allowed me to break my mobile contract early as I was not happy about certain aspects of the service. Good customer service will not go forgotten.

@EE constant adverts, not so bad, but when advertizers start emotional blackmail, I switch off,network envy, is for me on par with the uncared for donkeys carrying bricks

@EE causes connection issues when joining pc gaming servers, won't let me stream from my phone to my tv, other random connection issues..none of these issues happened once with the old brightbox

@EE It’s my mobile tried switching on off iPhone but network keeps dropping searching it seems that the reception is back after an hour now but I couldn’t make calls to soemone with EE but no issue with other numbers
