  @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

  @grantaddick100 @EE Those, and all the ones with a ‘higher than average’ call waiting time and then cut the phone off after a set time so you always end up at the back of the queue. Employ more people, pay them better, actually help your customers.

  Never known a company so determined to con people than @EE … outrageously bad customer service and they’ve lost 3 potential customers thanks to their con of a website. Avoid.

  So I have people who sometimes can’t connect to me. Says number doesn’t exist. I then have people calling me and saying they have a missed call from my number when I haven’t called. @EE how do I actually get this resolved? The number has a routing issue that no one will help sort

  If you are thinking about moving to @ThreeUK DON'T I've had no service pjone or internet since yesterday morning and no sign of it retutning. Their support just reads a script saying your service will be fixed shortly. Thank goodness for @EE pay as you go WiFi hotpot.

  @andrewmacdowall @EE I find @spusu good. Same EE network, but customer service via WhatsApp with a few hours delay. Payment terms much better than EE too.
