  @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

  @EE I’ve spent allday being told there’s no issues, when in fact 30house down the road have had no internet allday and have been affected if your on EE, BT & Sky so why aren’t your staff being open and honest about the situation????.

  @SkyHelpTeam @EE There's a problem with sky you can't call or receive a call from anyone on sky .other networks seem ok . Hopefully sky can fix it. Hopefully telling everyone on the website about it.

  @EE broadband installation failed, customer services is any thing but, complaints team do nothing. Been customer for 15 years and never have I ever experienced a complete lack of customer service. No communication, failed appointment dates and false information relayed. Shameful

  Heads Up! I have finally seen sense, and ditched @EE , for my Broadband, which was costing me £50 per month, for a very slow connection. Certainly not the "UK's Best Network". I have a final bill for £44, just received, but @EE have passed it onto debt collectors, demanding £59.

  Best of luck switching to @EE with their bait and switch £50 deposit mentioned literally nowhere until you get your first bill and which they will hold “until you establish good payment history” which means indefinitely. FOH. Cancel it quickly please.
