Will Wright (@WillWri36918764) reported@EE for anyone looking for home broadband, AVOID EE. Since renewing, laptops and mobile phones won't connect at all. They resolved this once for about a week, now happening again. Won't let us leave the contract and have spent weeks trying to make a complaint!

Danny Healy (@DannyHealy9) reported@EE Your agent was supposed to email me the bill's and the non existent emails I never received telling me the line was going to be cut off, I still have not received them. This problem is above your agent's pay grade, in fact I don't understand why you have a customer service.

Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported@EE Let down by what service - I really wish I’d had a service to be let down by - a 💩organisation doing what you do - voted ‘the best company 25 times’ in what universe was that ? Frustrated doesn’t even start to cover it.

Ben Parker (@BenParker10) reported@EE My DM is getting stuck in an automated loop. I am abroad in Australia with an account bar on my SIM - outbound calls/SMS fail and I can't clear my voicemail. I have already tried speaking to your agents over the phone but none have been able to help

RageByRich (@RageByRich) reported@bmstewart2004 @EE are no different. I get a message to extend my contract when it ends in November with "great offers" but I'll be paying £3 more per month through the app (currently £49.99/mo). They want me to "contact customer services" to talk about it but no, I shouldn't have to. I can wait until my contract ends, then go through my Zable Credit Card and take advantage of the same speeds, etc for £25/mo. You want to retain your customer vase, EE should offer the same prices as "new customers" on the app. Which is where we are told to do all our business.
