@EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

@EE Was with you for over 10 years not to a couple of quid a month but were talking a lot on upgrade 2 people told me they were the top people and couldnt get anywhere near so changed that day called day after by someone who said could match price 2 little 2 late poor

@EE Supposed to be good the building im in now my son is on EE and is struggling big time but I'm on the better @VodafoneUK and I'm getting 5g with no issues .....

@EE I'm on EE but also on O2. Better signal with O2. Can't use my phone in some places in Cornwall whereas O2 coverage everywhere. So EE not totally the best! On a par with O2 I'd say.

@lauraMH91 @EE That's ridiculous, surelythey must cover the full month? I'm at the Ombudsman stage, but they are not helpful either. I had to leave EE and join another network.

@EE I tried this at home and now I don't have a head. Apparently it was due to "network jitter, latency and variance in throughput". Don't try this at home kids! ;)
