    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @EE @TomMaddocks9 It's not solved by restarting our phone or turning airplane mode on, please don't suggest that to everyone! ... a lot of the country still has no service but EE hasn't offered any information 👀💭

    @EE The app is still unusable even after uninstalling then reinstalling. I now get a message that says I must add a number to my account and suprise suprise when I put my number in its already registered to my account! Funny that?! I called customer service but no help there...
