    @EE Nice touch. Well done. Now make sure your long standing UK customers have good signal everywhere. Because I wouldn’t be able to make that urgent call abroad for free with my 1 bar of 4G… (TN33)

  • tulipwindmill Angela Mathers (@tulipwindmill) reported

    @EE Just making you aware there is quite a convincing scam email doing the rounds. Says you haven't paid your bill, and there is an issue with your credit/debit card. I pay DD,so,I knew it was a scam.

    @EE I asked what help was available. I got told ..... None

  • LizEaton18 Liz Eaton (@LizEaton18) reported

    @EE @JoeH_Official I'm having the same problem.

  • stokesie88 Laura (@stokesie88) reported

    @EE Raising my phone bill by £13 a month and when I ask for help (because obviously I can't afford that) you do NOTHING. Another company happy to put more millions in your pockets while your customers SUFFER. I asked for help instead of just not paying, but got nothing. **** you.

  • KellyBracken Kelly Bracken (@KellyBracken) reported

    @EE are you able to help shed any light please? (As my mobile provider) 🙏

  • goonerlgh Lawrence ****** 🇺🇦 (@goonerlgh) reported

    @ee It's now impossible to reach a human about a technical issue. Every option sends me a text and then ends the call. Appalling customer service. Luckily I'm on a month by month SIM so I'll be moving elsewhere. Big companies are hell bent on avoiding talking to customers!

  • Kelly270188 Kelly Anne Thomson (@Kelly270188) reported

    @EE so after stating via DM you will resolve my £169 repair bill that your Telford store said would cover the cost of. You call me after a 13hr shift to tell me to sort it myself you won’t. You’ve even closed my complaint. I’m beyond saddened and disgusted

  • JoeBourne @joebourne@mastodon.online (@JoeBourne) reported from Lancaster, England

    Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

  • langoo Christopher Lang (@langoo) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

    @urbancyclist @EE Sounds like your not on unlimited or is it possible you've gone over a fair use policy limit or something. Maybe the system can't tell the difference and you get an automated message. Although when I was with another company they would just slow your connection down in that case.
