    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @EE how many people are going to say your app isn't working before you realise your app isn't working? And yes, my app isn't working. And no logging in online won't help me with WiFi control.

    @EE Thank you. I have already had a polite conversation. I, as a customer of many decades (and a pensioner), have been advised it's just tough luck and you wish £490 to get me to stop being overcharged. Very disappointed.
