@EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

@EE Hi and thanks for the messages. 3 of us on EE had a difficult time in Cambridge on Friday die to very slow or no data. It's been fine since we retuened home. Not sure if there were issues on Friday?

@EE No Kyle......as this is a continuous issue I'm calling into my local store on my only day off. Getting beyond a joke to be honest....the amount of money I pay a month and the phone is pretty much unusable when I'm at work in Rock Ferry(Wirral)!

@EE Your colleague left the conversation, without notice and further wasting time and adding to my frustration so please refrain from being so sanctimonious, this conversation shouldn’t happen in the first place. The visit to town shouldn’t of happened et and still no service so…
