    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @EE Not exactly true. I'm lucky to get one bar on my phone when I'm near home but EE say there isn't an issue. Been with EE for years but will be looking at another network this year

    @EE I am so frustrated with your company. Miss sold a contract over 16 calls and over 6 visits to the store finally told to cancel the contract. Still awaiting for it sorting and numerous calls put on hold then put down. I've finally give up! I'll take my custom elsewhere.
