Seriously thinking of leaving EE now. I live just outside Welshpool, always have 4G signal on my phone and yet there's absolutely no data coming through. Apps don't load (eg Twitter, Insta) and can't stream anything. Throwing my money in the bin. Not good enough @EE

@EE Hi Inna, one of your colleagues said "from what I can see, it looks as if our engineers are aware of a problem in that area" it hasn’t been resolved as of this morning.

@EE it’s mobile broadband through an ee data hub as a temporary fix from BT so it is connected to your mobile network towers. Is there a problem with your EE mobile network in AL5???

@EE it would be helpful if on your paper work or even on the website you detailed that PUC codes can’t be used over the weekend. That’s 40 minutes of my life on hold I’m never getting back!

@EE It's not really a signal issue, except for my own residential street where all carriers are poor, and I've reported it myself endless times. It's the daft that 5G has remained NR NSA since mid 2019 whilst several other areas have been benefitting from NR SA for months.
