    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @EE Have phoned no. supplied. I just want to report App is not working, despite re installing. The menu system to report an issue with the app seems to be non existent!

    @EE I’d really recommend you provide the service I’m paying you for. Don’t see what calling the tech team will achieve when it’s your end that’s the issue, again.

    @EE I’ve already called several times on Friday and today. Lots of time spent on hold. Online support is really poor. All I wanted was to watch a TV channel I have paid for but you have cancelled the channel, taken my money and won’t reinstate unless I call you again several times.

    @EE disgusting I have mobile, tablet, internet and tv with you yet can not access it. No one replies to DMs yet you continue to be happy to take payment from my account! Maybe it’s time I cancel direct debt let’s see how long it takes someone to reply then!!!

    @EE , having issues with boardband connection chat box to tech support was slow and difficult to explain issues. In end just gave up, spoke to customer service chat and again little support. I’m so disappointed will be looking forward to the day I can cancel.

    @EE thoroughly disgusted with treatment today from Ee! Does it really take 5 days to get back to me with a complaint originally raised in February!!!!!!! Apparently managers don’t speak to the public!!!
