    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @EE what's going on with the internet/wifi in my area? (Ta6) Its been down all day. Ive been using my data. The time keeps changing when its getting 'fixed' we should have a month's discount. I pay for it and cant even use it.

    @EE how is it not possible to apply my NHS discount because it wasnt done at point of upgrade? Been told my option would be to return the phone and cancel upgrade before upgrading again which is more hassle than you just adding the discount which has been on the account before

    @EE why don’t i have any signal at all? i’ve done all the device resets and i have checked my postcode but if i come off wifi i cannot use my phone at all….

    @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 O2 signal is very bad, masts always going down, they now offer an extra charge if you want signal to use the new satellite scheme.

    @EE i need help with my broadband, ive been with you for 2 months now and the connection is awful. i can no longer stream in 4K and the wifi connection is awful.
