    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @EE having issues making calls, doesn’t ring just gets dropped. Service status isn’t showing issues. Tried restarting phone - happens on wificall and cellular. How can I get help?

    @EE Hey! Any issues in the TR16 area today? Absolutely awful signal. Phone keeps dropping off network and then everything comes through at once. Could be the weather affecting it I guess? It’s like a monsoon out there.

    @EE is there any news as to the service coming back? I’ve tried restarting my phone but I’m still not able to make calls?
