    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @EE I’d need about 5 x a4 pages to even explain the horrendous experience I’ve received from the 7 people I’ve had to speak to. There is no way this can ever be fixed seeing as I already raised a complaint and nothings even been done about it so I’ve gave up and walked away

    @EE if i hand my phone in to upgrade but its faulty but still in the 1 year warranty would i still have to pay to fix it to upgrade to a new phone

    @EE @MarcAllera In the process of writing to @MarcAllera at EE head office regarding the degrading and unlawful way his customer service staff at EE have treated me. I am in bits every day at the moment. They really are such cruel people. I just hope as CEO he will have at least some decency.

    Hi @EE! I'm having problems watching TV streaming services all of a sudden, Disney+, Netflix, Amazon Prime. It was working fine and all of sudden the programmes are not loading and are freezing intermittently. Do you have any ideas of what might be wrong, please?

    @EE I have had the most awful experience with EE. I would be very cautious about taking any contract with EE. It their customer service - Excutive Customer Relations - don't expect respect or any decency from them. Worst comstomer experience in my life so far. Painful.
