Have to congratulate @ee on their fabulous service. After trying to connect an incompatible package and leaving me without service, every time I chase there is no resolution and another 24 hours is added to the response time. Great work!

@EE URGENT PLEASE HELP I’m running out of time!! I appreciate you are busy. I’ve just texted ROAM FURTHER to 150 and it replied I can only use 150 in UK. I spoke to your team on 27th May. The man said he had added my roam pass, it was meant to start yesterday. I can’t call.

@NeiceyKayy @EE I always message them when I have a problem and, whilst sometimes it might take a bit for them to get back to me, they always fix whatever issue I am having. I cannot fault them. Maybe try that? Hope you get whatever it is sorted :)

@EE Not a word. The lady I spoke to agreed to take £30 off initially which I am grateful for, however it clearly states free on the EE app so I feel that's not food enough. She also said it's very misleading so clearly agrees with my whole complaint.

@EE my galaxy s10+ is my only phone, given my experience with a stock version of android I prefer to use stock android since it seems to change its UI often when updating, not to mention google phones often get a lot of support years

Counting down the months until I can stop being held hostage by @BTGroup £350 to leave or the average of £50 a month to stay.. I'm sorry for leaving you @EE
