    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @EE if you’re travelling to the UK do not use EE as your carrier, absolutely appalling app, no service & no longer recognises log-in. Companies need to regulated harder as they no longer pretend to even offer service.

    @EE looking at an upgrade for my wife and i but your prices are a joke can get better deals elsewhere so guess i will be leaving after years of being a customer

    @EE Why is streaming cut off at 200gb on the Isle Of Man? I’m sick to death of this regressive bullshit 17 years ago it was perfect, now I pay more than ever & it’s ****! @SureIOM used to be good, now it’s worse than it ever was before we even had 3-4g Starlink next year

    @EE Having spoken to an EE guide on the phone they tell me the service will not be fixed/resumed until tomorrow morning. My internet is still down and has been since lunch time. At what point do we seek compensation?
