    @EE I did not buy a device. It was a sim only upgrade and I wanted to upgrade the upgrade which store fixed straight away and couldn’t understand why you would not help me. The email I got about the broadband says in black and white I can cancel within 14 days! It’s cancelled! 1/2

    Fair play @EE your service the last few months has been nothing short of awful. How you continue to charge your customers using your network with the inconsistency is nothing short of daylight robbery. When will the issue be resolved?!

    @EE absolute joke in-store! Changed name on account but wouldn’t let me pick up delivered upgrade with several forms of ID! Got to send it all the way back to reorder?! Joke! Cancelled it. Poor service! Been waiting weeks for upgrade as it was!

    @EE highly recommend changing from DPD as your delivery service, they have caused nothing but problems and I still do not have my parcel

    @EE No. Sorry for delay in replying, I’ve had to wait until now to be able to use mobile internet… is it acceptable to take a week to fix an issue that would’ve taken hours if it had happened in a more populated area?
