@EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

@EE As long as you don't go through plusnet who has disconnected my old network and they still have not sent me the sim card. Was promised it on Tuesday but all bullshit, I can't even use my phone or receive calls. This is one way for you to get a bad name.

@CamillaFAhall @WeAreOpenreach @EE I had the same issue with BT Fibre - 10 weeks I had no internet after it was installed and I was even dealing with the Chief Exec of BT’s office. All of these i’t networks too big and out of control

The @EE reception gets worse by the day. Lost count of the amount of times ive been waiting for a call back from 111 for emergency dentist. For them to only get my voicemail due to my **** service and then end my case after 2 failed call backs. Fuming!

@EE I never normally tweet but I am absolutely disgusted with EE. My 93 year old grandmother is currently in hospital following a fall which induced delirium and means she is lacking capacity. Whilst she has been in hospital we checked her post and saw on her last bank statement

@EE internet is absolutely, and I cannot stress this enough, the WORST broadband I have ever experienced. I can’t play a single game with lagging, why? Simply why?
