Hi @EE, I topped up my SIM today online, but there’s an outage in EX16 and I can’t use any data or calls. I’ve tried going through your online service. I’ve had to borrow WiFi to message you. The top-up’s useless right now — can someone help me get a refund or credit please?

  • Stewart_1592 Stewart Rowe (@Stewart_1592) reported

@EE been no service for PA238SG. According to your website it’s been saying expecting 16 hours… it’s been now 3 days. Just wondering if there a more accurate update for this. We had to go get a o2 payg sim to get some internet service 🤦

@EE I bought a new tv from your store less than 4 months ago. Today I’ve noticed that it would appear the there is already issues. There’s visible cloudy marks on the screen that looks like smears marks. This would usually indicate a faulty screen. How do I get this addressed?

  • briavelsjon Jon Pitts (@briavelsjon) reported

  • phillyonskem The Real Philip Lyon (@phillyonskem) reported

@EE an absolute joke of a network. Going on 3 months of practically no signal in Skelmersdale town centre. And they've got the audacity to be advertising the new i phone on the digital billboard as "ee Britain's best network." What a ruddy farce.

  • katyyshaw_ katy🦋 (@katyyshaw_) reported
