@EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

@EE Your network has been down for 2 days from 11 am to 4.30 pm. As a driver who relies on my phone for my business, this is a disgrace. The new S25 i got 5 days ago is going back, and I'll be moving. You need to have a serious look at your customer care.

@EE That explains why my doctors surgery couldn’t contact me yesterday. Fortunately they tried my land line. Here was me stating there was no issue with my mobile as I had no missed calls & they are thinking I’m calling them liars…

@EE the worst company what I’ve seen for their staff. Staff need to change their days off because people get fired and they don’t give a damn that their staff already had things planned om their original days off. #fail

@EE this is the 2nd day I have had issues with phonecalls in and out. My phone is important for emergency matters. We have calls to and from many medical professionals and agencies This is not good enough. I've been waiting for calls for 2 days and can't get any.

@EE Guess what EE it's STILL bloody down here in central London FFS! and STILL can't connect or get through to 150! so STILL no voice calls in or out can ONLY use mobile data for WhatsApp this is a joke and I'm NOT LAUGHING! WHEN WILL THIS BE SORTED OUT? IT IS ALL GOOD IS A LIE!

@EE still can’t make or receive calls, can’t even dial 999 what a ******* joke, imagine needing emergency services but can’t dial out, sick of this ****, I’m not paying my bill this month and switching to another provider.
