@EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

@EE the fact that I contacted EE around 9am this morning to find some help and they still haven’t done ANYTHING at 1pm, confirms that I am going to use another provider. Clearly lots of complaints to be had if you only respond with a sentence once every hour!

ordering a pixel 6 pro and getting nowhere, @EE only willing to do me a deal if I sign a new contract rather than help an existing customer, @Klarna only offering finance which is less than the cost through Google store and no option to split a payment on @Google so frustrating
