  Had to call @EE twice for two separate issues today. Both call centre operatives listened, were polite and helped quickly. Massive improvement on when I dealt with BT previously. Well done EE I’d moan if you were bad so credit where credit’s due. 👏👍

  @EE gotta love EE's service. Took out a phone contract which was billed incorrectly, then spent an hour of my time trying to resolve for the other advisor to get the discount wrong. To add insult to injury, refused to refund the difference and said no point in making a complaint

  @EE just moved from plusnet to EE today. Had to ring EE ( only minor issue ) and he couldn't have been more helpful . Credit where its due ! I spend my old retired age moaning about most places ! Well done EE. 👏 👏👏👏👏
