LR (@raphy_lawren) reported@EE It's so frustrating that I can't speak to someone... It's only automated responses and a chat service. Everyone on there obviously don't know the job. I need to talk to someone on the phone.
-
Daniel Wright (@DanielW69987575) reported@EE your all is absolutely useless. Why is it impossible to sign in? It has failed to log in more times then be successful. Combined with the continuous signal problems, I am honestly disappointed to have moved over.

Alison Friend - ⫩ ⚒️ (@xxAlisonFxx) reportedI have never experienced such poor customer service from @EE. Very clear they don't want to retain (very long standing) customers anymore when you get offered ONE upgrade price & then get asked if you want the PAC code to move 😡 @iD_Mobile_UK you will be gaining another customer
-
olly (@olly_fosbrook) reported@EE This is a new customer contract, is the info still the same? Also is there a way to see if I’d be likely to pass a credit check before proceeding with it
-
S Esq (@__sine_nomine) reported@WoodUksparky137 @EE Never ever buy a phone with a contract on a finance agreement. Companies will often charge a premium for the device opposed to buying it outright when often you can negotiate/find a discount. SIM only is usually a lot cheaper and offers more flexibility.

Johnny (@johnmarshall888) reported@falolaopeyemi3 @England @EE Look in the mirror and say I'm an idiot, then go & seek help
-
Ian Bennett (@bernifresh) reported@ee Why can I not get 5G+ access on we business sim only. Just upgraded only to find out that even on an all-rounder tariff you cannot have access. I will have to cancel this upgrade and move network after 30 years (orange to ee account).

Tmos Monstrocity (@TmosMonstrocity) reported@suzycoos @redpillb0t @EE I could tell you horror stories about comcast cable. I was a loyal customer for 10 years, until they started fake billing me, then because I refused to pay for their wrongful billing they started adding late fees, I about cussed them out. I went down there and pulled a full grade A karen meltdown. They took me over to a "supervisor" and she looked at every one of my bills, fixed the error and removed all the late fees. I paid my bill and canceled service. F these pos companies.

Peter Cross (@CronoYellow27) reportedHi @EE like some other users I have been struggling getting a signal while at home. Meaning I can't access certain sites/apps on my phone. The mobile coverage checker says excellent coverage inside & outside but that's not the case, any ideas please?

Andy B (@nffc999) reported@ianclatworthy @EE Go elsewhere. No loyalty/empathy from these providers, @EE are terrible.
