@EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

@EE Yes I contacted you a while ago but I don't think anyone got back to me again after going to check for me, Virgin are not going to help me with my bill wasted lots of time today with a stupid chat with them and all the woman Kath was interested in was getting my home phone fixed

@EE rude patronising so called executive team advisor. It’s worth every penny they are robbing me to leave them early. Refused to uphold previous advisors offer to leave contract despite call being recorded. I have been with EE for 20 years but NEVER AGAIN.

@EE surely, you shouldn't be telling me (on app) that my bill has been paid before you've actually collected funds from my bank?? 2nd time I've noticed this happen, lady I spoke to last time raised a complaint as she felt is wrong. @Ofcom should they be doing this?

@EE How acceptable is it for EE to leave a elderly relative with out a working phone ? The network in my area has been rubbish for the last few weeks. My mother has a basic 3G only phone. This no longer works due to network problems. Disgusting service from EE
