@EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

Dearest @EE Any chance of providing a phone service in Witney, OX28? Any chance at all? Now into at least week 2 with nothing, zilch, no signal whatsoever inside or outside our house. Heard a rumour you are aware of an issue, sadly no rumours you are doing anything about it!

Regretting leaving @EE now! Issue after issue with #O2 . I wish I had read the reviews now before signing up. #O2 staff - please talk to each other ! It certainly doesn’t do what it says on the tin. One angry customer is one too much ! #o2shambles
