  @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

  @EE what’s going on with the signal in OL1 area of Chadderton? It’s been disgusting for a week now. Plenty of people having the same issue despite your signal checker saying it’s good so you need to change that aswell.

  @EE nearly every day in my area in wales there’s an issue. We rely on EE mobile internet for WiFi calling and internet. Yet everyday there’s an issue. And no compensation for the hideous price we pay for this. In the 21st century this should be efficient, fast and reliable.

  @EE Thanks ive tried your L1 and L2 techs. Is there any L3 group or a team that specializes in roaming issues? Do I have to go back via L1 to get to them or is there a direct contact?

  @Fletchmeister81 @EE Seems to be an issue in every store now. The staff in Sunderland bridges are the worst I've ever encountered. It's like you're bothering them when you ask a question. I'm looking at moving all four of my lines to elsewhere now as I'm also sick of being ripped off with price rises

  @djmattye @EE Seems to happen on WiFi and 5g phone calls. Resorting to WhatsApp voice calls which work fine. Issue is definitely with network.

  @SerpicoFranco Was pushed by BT by poor service etc and they said superior with EE. No incoming calls for several days, no call centre working. In fact 3 times needed the service it hasn’t worked. Will not renew with @EE
