@EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

@FrStephenB @virginmedia Yeah, I now have to factor in extra cost of back-up data if I'm running a course or coaching... Can't really help with the kids schooling that way though, and tbh the (@EE) 4G can be patchy too

@caravans_x @EE My signal just goes out randomly and it’s really starting to get on my nerves. I can barely make calls outside unless I’m on WiFi calling

Followed the instructions on the @EE website to factory reset the smart hub, done this 3 times, still didn’t work. Have had small issues before with lose of internet for 10-15 minute period but by the time I get to contact #EE it comes back on. This is not the case now

@EE Never had a problem with my Broadband, renewed this week and getting alot of dropouts everyday!!! What's going on?? I have been with EE for a long time and this is becoming irritating!!

@EE @btsport Having started paying EE an extra fiver every month, I can see that BT have randomly started an app on PS4. Do I still need to pay EE the extra fiver or can I cancel?

@EE can't receive or make calls says not registered on network, seems to happen at least once a month!! Why does this happen, will be contacting customer services yet again!

@EE joke, said thay sent my ipad a month ago, never arrived. When after 10 emails and 5 calls said its DPD's problem so speak to them.

@ShayneWilliams @EE @O2 Glad I switched recently. Mainly because of Apple Watch Cellular but been very happy with the service so far.
