    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    Hey @EE you sold me a faulty handset and failed to accept it's broken. You wont let me cancel my contract without a £900 fee, when I call, I was put on hold for 30mins whilst waiting for a manager, then the line goes dead!

    Afternoon folks, I'm really unsure if I should bother returning streaming right now while enduring terrible internet speeds. I don't have many options for my area with @EE @bt_uk or @SkyUK due to being FTTC and waiting for FTTP availability. You comment and advise too, cheers.

    @EE if I ordered an upgraded phone that arrived without a nano sim card rendering it unusable, could anyone tell me how I get the appropriate sim without going fruitlessly online 4 times or being cut off from being on hold with EE customer services? #BadCustomerService
