@EE Poor show EE saying you have no ans to introduce Europe roaming charges and then do it really poor show makes me re think if I want to be with a network that goes back on its word that just leads to anything being changed

  • civetta em (@civetta) reported

@EE @Allan_Lunn At the moment I'm working with the kind of kids who needed that support as an absolute minimum. Your citing them as an excuse for this decision is a disgrace.

@tomhfh @EE @ThreeUK Good luck with that Tom. So have O2 - the rest will follow very shortly. Although I'm pretty sure you said all this would never happen and it was project fear. I bet you feel a bit silly now ???

  • AlecWood AlecWood (@AlecWood) reported

@EE Thanks for the reply Jess, I wasn't expecting any at all to be honest. I've been an @EE customer since the beginning, T-Mobile/Orange days, but I travel a lot normally so I guess I'll be looking elsewhere after this contract

  • something_UX Jayhm (@something_UX) reported

@EE A network I can count on... To reintroduce roaming charges despite saying they wouldn't? I've never wanted to be someone bitching at a company on Twitter, and you've turned me into one. EE, failing #WhenItCounts

  • veryslickpaul Paul Hurst (@veryslickpaul) reported

@EE Equally; "EE said on Thursday that introducing the charges would 'support investment into our UK based customer service and leading UK network'." So the plan is to charge those going to the EU more, to pay for the UK infrastructure. It feels like that cost should be spread.

  • denkmit Simon Patterson (@denkmit) reported

@plankeiy @EE The problem with a daily charge is that it’s completely unfair to those of us from border communities. Will I get accidentally charged every time I lose signal at my home and my phone switches to an Irish network? Probably.

  • Droobus droobus (@Droobus) reported

@EE @Allan_Lunn Ooh, this is a bad take @EE. Not going to end well.

  • x0xnashx0x Natasha (@x0xnashx0x) reported

@EE @MagicBoyUK Will cancel my EE products. The company is just looking for even more profits. Don't sugar coat it.

  • pscarrott Paul Scarrott (@pscarrott) reported

@EE @kevinbellwood Poor EE, its a wonder they can drag themselves in each day given the mere £1billion a year profit the parent company is making.
