    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @EE I am thank you. Hope you are too! I’ve tried calling and logging into my EE account to pay my phone bill but everytime it tells me I’m not the account holder, therefore unable to pay the account which means the phone bill has now gone to over £200. Never had this issue before now

    @EE Hi Suzie. Thanks for the reply. I finally managed to get through via the number. Turned out it was a BT Sport issue.

    @EE It’s not so bad because it has wireless charging, but my car only has wired CarPlay for sat nav/phone etc so I can’t use it for that at the mo That would be great do you need me to DM my number? Thanks- Sam

    @EE reception in my area has been poor/non existent for 48 hrs now. Calls keep dropping out, no one can call me. Your website webchat is useless. You coverage checker says there's faults and it's being worked on, but it's been 48hrs now... Not good service
