Jim Fogarty (@64Jimfogarty) reported@EE must say very disappointed that you ask for extra £10 for wifi extenders after promising when taking contract out that I wouldn't need them and if I did you would provide them. Like the rest once in contract yous do what you want at customer cost. Lesson learned be careful

Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.

JC (@jaykona3670) reported@EE Tried that and end with a text message service that I have already been through about 4 times with no success. I was given no option to talk to a guide, the call just hung up at the end. I can’t book an engineer as the link provided by the BOT will not load.

Mark Bleach (@BlastItBle8chy) reported@SebastianGeorg_ @EE Ive had full 4G in Norwegian mountains further from civilisation than you can get in any part of the UK. Yet Swindon SN1 zero, yes zero network over a large area reported so often until Ive given up.
