  @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

  @h1xone @EE The same ee signal always crap where i live , went to smarty £7 a month as opposed to £24ish with ee , both sim only plans i still get unlimited calls and texts and 6 times the data i had with ee , now get 24gig

  @EE Rubbish service - end though I purchased data allowance on roaming in Delhi. Upon arrival my data didn’t work , couldn’t call as outside hrs, recorded message asked me to contact business chat but in the absence of data I could not even do that !

  Over two weeks since I wrote to @EE customer services about my account and not even the courtesy of a reply. Phone huge waits, web doesn't work, app wont recognise my account and now ignoring letters. Awful service. Time to contact ombudsman I think.

  Hi @EE Why have i had the same issue with billing for 8 months and each time someone opens a new compaint and closes it without it being resolved?! Complaints procedure is open a complaint and close it when its actually resolved

  @EE can’t watch France v Spain on the internet, cos as usual I have no internet, EE was good before BT got involved, it has been rubbish now for ages, fed up talking to Plymouth. I pay a lot of money to get no service

  My grandfather has been having an issue with EE since February of this year & has been repeatedly fobbed off & is still being charged for a tablet & sim, which he returned as received, that has since been lost in transit, despite having proof of postage! @EE

  @EE I'm not gonna give names or details cause i know they have a job to do, however your door to door sales people need in the spiel to say i'm not interested, as someone who doesnt mind a chat to these people, i feel bad for just closing the door on them.

  @DerekAllan61 @EE Hi Derek try Mozillion they piggyback on EE just don’t have 5G Stand alone (5G+) but isn’t the end of the world, I ordered a iPhone through them and the service has been top notch 👍🏻
