@EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

@EE Andrew was very helpful & once given the information he passed me to level 2 who couldn't help & your executive teams werent helpful to the ombudsman I go. @vodaphoneuk speed is 15x more than you offer so will be switching to them in the future.

@EE Really customer service on EE, when you say you no service can’t receive or ma any calls. No bars showing on your phone! You have frustrated customer. She says she been online and on the phone all day! What would be your next question? 🤔 So you can’t call any number ?🙀

@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

Hello @bt_uk can you help? After downloading the Japanese govt's OCHA app you have locked me out of my email for "suspicious behaviour". I am also being told I have got the security questions wrong. I cannot connect to yr UK number from Japan either @EE Er....HELP!
