@EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

@EE you are by far the worst company i have ever the displeasure of dealing with. Get passed pillar to post. Bought a tv from you and it was faulty. I've dealt about 20 different people and yet no resolution forthcoming. Never been treated so bad by anyone ever.

the canteen on site is 6 or 7 containers all side by side to make one big space those who aren't on @EE sit anywhere watching allsorts on there phones and those who are on @EE sit holding there phone to the windows to get a WiFi signal.

@EE No it's fine, I've been told it hasn't been done with the switch so will be calling later to cancel the broadband and stick with virgin

@EE Still waiting for your so called team to get back to me. This absolutely diabolical service. I will switch all my services to another supplier. Why am I paying for a tv i cannot use. This is now becoming ridiculous.

So I have moved and have tried EE for internet. The promises most definitely do not match the service and to add insult to injury they want me to spend money for more equipment so they can supply what they said they would in the first place! Best provider, I think not. @EE

@EE your broadband is by far the worst I have ever had, constantly cuts out for London reason. Terminating the contract and my phones with you today
