    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @EE I have little, if any criticism of your staff, who all seem to have tried vet hard, but their hands are clearly tied by ineffective systems and processes. All they need is the ability to delegate upwards when a problem is beyond their ability to deal with.

    @EE not had a chance to speak to them yet. The issue only occurs on valorant and like i said in the recent post its only on London/Paris servers. Its not a valorant issue as i have spoken to their support team

    @EE Yes - as always customer service with @EE was excellent - did everything they could, apart from get me a signal without using Wifi calling, hence it’s such a shame I’m having to move networks to @SkyUK to make a call from home.
