@EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

I've had the worst customer service in all my life. @EE told me they'd scrap fees, then said they can't, even though they listened back to the call where I was told they would/admitted it was wrong. Also so rude throughout. How to make longterm customers feel crap. @MarcAllera

I'm used to no phone signal in the Dales & Lake District, but was in London last w/e & no signal in High Holburn either. I have a new 5G phone, but have rarely had a 5G connection, ocasional 4G, usually 3G & often zilch. Why is it so crap still @EE ?

Day 106 of #PhoneGate @OmbudServices as ruled in @EE's favour despite accepting that #EE have used my #Neurodiversity.to placate their requirements under CRA 2015 The equality Act 2010 apparently means nothing I am in a really bad place and feel like a second-class citizen.

@EE I received my new phone through the mail however I never received any sort of invoice email at all. I am trying to claim the promotion and unable to without the invoice. How can I go about requesting the invoice to be sent to me?
