    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    So between @ring_uk and @EE now none of my devices I have paid a fortune for work. They would rather blame each other actually fix the problem, absolutely disgraceful

    @EE Well I have spoken to them and looks like they can’t transfer the number over without loosing the credit I have on my phone (£15). Why force people to buy a new sim when purchasing a phone. It’s awful.

    Never ever ever go with @EE if you actually want to have a working phone or good customer support!! With a current total of 8 hours of phone conversations (hopeless), 2 hours in an EE store, currently 3 false promises and 1 month later= phone issue STILL not solved!! 😡😡😡 #EE

    @EE I placed an order for an upgrade last week, I’ve had no email and every time I go to track the order it says can’t track right now? Any ideas? I’ve never had to wait for a phone always came next day?

    @EE The mast covering LA22 0HY has been intermittently unserviceable for months. EE are aware but the 4G WiFi I pay to use is unreliable. I have been refunded but I’d like some honesty about if/when service will return to normal.
