    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @EE Yep. That one and it’s 90 odd brothers and sisters. Telecoms needs a crack down to stop the number spoofing. Even worse when I decided to be put through to complain was to be sworn at!

    @EE I'm looking to upgrade my current Samsung for a new Samsung. If I went to a store, would there be someone else able to help me transfer all my apps and data over to my new phone as I'm not very good at this sort of thing? Thanks in advance G Hall

    All that’s confirmed is it has been given to @DPDgroup_news and to call them to find out.Called them and was told not able to track due to an issue and they had no information and it’s just the way it is and to like it or lump it.@EE after this contract is done I will be leaving

    @EE take the piss tbf. Customer for so many years but try and rip you off on an iphone 12 contract at like £65-£70 a month. Can get a better deal with Sky for £38.

    Hi @EE. I'm trying to help an elderly neighbour purchase a new mobile & we're looking at you guys & a specific deal. I don't know which SIM card he has, but is there a way we could transfer his contacts & so on from his existing to his new SIM if he goes ahead? Thanks.

    It’s now 70 DAYS since I got fibre installed and it’s still not active. I can’t fault @EE customer service, but what the hell are you playing at @OpenreachHelp ? @Ofcom

    @EE how can a valued regular customer not have access to historical calls when asked? Asking for a very disappointed friend 😢

    @EE My daughter keeps losing data and the calls drop from time to time we have complained countless times and she gets told to reset her phone which she does again and again she's had new sim cards as well your not providing the service she is paying for
