    @EE I’ve found that I can never sign in to my account either online or app since I’ve added tv to my account , I already had broadband, I was advised to change my email address as it may of been a glitch and then link my account number to it which I did and worked once , no good

    @EE @Dykediaries69 Funny you mention that I tried your online support and I tried your "team" via the phone no help was provided as still having the same issue.

    If any company SELLS a product online, they should be legally forced into allowing customer to cancel online. Some people have terrible anxiety when it comes to making/reciving phone calls & those companies (like @EE) prey on those people.

    @EE instead of sending me multiple texts about exclusive rewards is there any chance of sorting out your frustrating broadband service. Ring doorbell still repeatedly going offline... Never had these issues with sky. Wish I'd never changed

    DPD deliveries are so impractical. @EE you need to offer an in store collection option! Delivering large orders during work hours when people arent home doesnt work, especially since DPD doesnt let you pick a day after 5 days. Theyve already failed a Saturday delivery today 😤
