    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @EE I’ve now tried it on 3 separate computers and 2 tablets and a phone and it still won’t load!! What a waste of time....moving network I think!! Joke!!!

    @EE hi I just ordered some AirPods Pro on my account but it’s gone out my bank but no email and it said there was a issue when I ordered them will the order still have gone through if it’s gone out my bank

    So I switched from @EE to @VodafoneUKdeals but kept my number. Supposed to take 74 hours. I'm on day 12 with no network???????????????

    @EE I then called again, and the person I spoke to can’t access the accounts, he’s now called around other customer service centres and they can’t either.

    @EE Just had another ridiculous call back from EE. Apparently there is signal at my address but they can't guarantee my phone will work, even outside the house. I have to have internet access and use WiFi calling to be able to use my phone.

    Didn’t have the best nights sleep last night. The internet and phone signal mysteriously went down for the 3rd night running at around 1.15am so I had to get up and restart the bloody hub. Not good enough @bt_uk @EE 😕

    @EE hi is there an issue with home broadband RH10? Restarted router many times no help.
