@EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

@EE Hi Georgia, its currently 12.0 download and 0.70 upload , doesn’t help that they live in the country just south of Hereford, mobile signal isn’t that great either.

@EE I have a PAYG and want to disable voicemail... I've tried texting "VM OFF" to 150, but it just says it "trouble completing request"... please confirm how to do it :) Thanks
