  @EE a price increase of 14.4%! Lol in line with inflation plus 3.9% so you feel it necessary to increase your profit way above inflation for what reason? Has your service changed significantly? Not mention the BoEs predicted inflation halving this year. Profiteering *****

  @EE You are upfront in the fact you say it’s coming. As an EE customer this has never been more than a few quid. This year, you are hiking it up by £12! It’s a HUGE difference and why is it Sky and Three are only increasing theirs by a few £? 👀

  @EE I’ve just received a message that my bill is going up by nearly 15 percent!!! This is totally outrageous! How on earth can you justify this? I’d like to cancel please. I’m one month into a new contract.

  @EE I just received a text from EE saying my bill will be increasing by £12.59 a month from March.. that’s a pretty big increase. From what I can see, no other network provider seems to be doing an increase anywhere near amount. If this is the case, think it’s time for a change..

  @EE Why have I just received an alert to say my 'data has been temporarily turned off by my operator'?No reason, I've logged into a computer to check your twitter and website to see if any known issues. Can't see anything.

  @EE Im a payg user. I cannot access my account via my web browser. Its been like that now for two weeks. Since Im a Payg user I cant get telephone help. When I go to Windsor / Staines stores all i get stupidity and attitude. I JUST WANT TO TOP UP! WHY CANT I LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT?

  @EE I’m continuing to have signal issues after your website said an issue has recently been fixed yesterday. Followed your troubleshooting tips (restarted phone, airplane mode on/off, software update). What’s going on please?!

  @EE Thats not what i asked. I asked if inflation comes down as predicted over the coming year, will my bill come down in line with that? Or are you going to take that additional profit and "invest to protect people"

  So @EE putting their price of business tariffs up by 14.5% as of next month! Seems fair when we can’t even get a reception in our offices. Think we’ll be changing our service provider ASAP. Another sad reflection of rip off Britain. Sure they’ll be announcing record profits soon.
