    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @EE Hi Guys, I'm finding it impossible to talk to anyone at EE about my terrible phone signal for calls. It's been going on for over a year. Some sort of legal dispute but I can hardly make calls and they just drop out. Your automated service now says "everything's fine" LOLZ.

    @EE is there any issue with your app and website. I’ve been trying to upgrade for 2 days but the option to “upgrade” doesn’t do anything or take me anywhere

    @EE paid for a sim contract for a month. Spoke to an agent in live chat to cancel it after the month is up but it seems like he may have cancelled it now? I’ve paid for the month and need it, can someone check this for me?

    @EE I tried your online tech support but they haven’t got back… I can’t phone out or receive calls, same with text.. oh and I can’t send/receive WhatsApp calls.. can someone assist?

    @EE @LukeTwomey_ Same problem. It doesn't auto-connect like it did with Vodafone (before I switched, cause they ditched tube wifi).
