@EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

@EE my grandma has the family plan and she’s my bill payer. On her myEE app we can’t see the data gifting option. When I go to my myEE app on my phone it’s not there either. Please help?

@Thebigman1888 @EE Showed they were in stock all day. Every time I went to add it your website conveniently said it was down for maintenance. Now says out of stock. What an absolute sham!

Recent phishing email re my @EE account was EXTREMELY convincing. Always call the company direct and never on the number in the email. I do this as routine practice but I thought it was genuine.

@EE "The Most Reliable Network" or so they say, held onto my money now from 12th of Feb that you owe me and continually fed bullshit on the phone. It's maybe not alot to you but it's alot to me. #Greed #PoorCustomerService #EE and save me from the DM nonsense also.

@ShinyQball @DJCElijah @EE I had this issue all morning- then chanced asking a relative once I gave up, who landed one for me right away on their account. Since EE claim there is no 'issue' (with the only advice being to clear your cache, etc)- this is obviously discriminatory in some way shape or form.

@MarcAllera Marc, I have been extorted and gaslighted by your company @EE, their fraud department, customer services, Kerry Rutland and Aimee Dagg. I was the victim of identity fraud in 2015 and EE have failed to rectify their wrongdoings and are now gaslighting my experience..
