    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @neon_rainbows85 @mouthwaite @EE Treated you poorly, yet still got a Sim? Glutton for punishment springs to mind. Due an upgrade, but still looking at them for upgrade even after poor service? Clearly you enjoy bad service. Not go upgrade to meet your budget, but buy an Iphone? Starting to doubt your honesty?

    @EE restarted phone didn't work, wouldn't want to reset network settings as this will remove our Wifi settings

    @mouthwaite @EE EE are a disgrace off a company wouldn't replace my daughters when hers broke. Then charged her £357 to cancel contract even tho it wasn't working

    @EE are there network problems today? My phone is really struggling to connect to 4G.

    @mouthwaite @EE I had been with them since they were ‘one to one’, they had no interest in keeping me as a customer. I gave up on them and bit the bullet and switched to an alternative provider, it was the best decision.
