    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @EE Well, don't call it a contract then, it's an agreement!! More and more companies are not putting this price rise into there agreements, EE usually leads the way, why not this issue? Why, we are all numbers, you as a company, just look at the bottom line #fact

    @EE definitely don't recommend being with EE in Wales. Zero service waste of money paying for 5g.

    @EE @Ofcom On top of all the other problems you never deal with now you have made it impossible to see the bills you send out - when are you going to get your act together and provide a decent service to the @bt_uk clients you have purloined.

    @EE Shocking 5G connection by Weston hospital today. 3 bars of signal but have only managed 2 messages in an hour and internet access is zero. If you live in Weston I’d go with another carrier.

    @EE I visited your Maidstone store, gt package, gt people but saw no notice about annual price increases. Could you please find this out for me and advise. If so, then simply down to overall costs. I will cancel the order! You was already over what I am paying now let alone more cost
