    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @EE Unbelievably stunned by the lack of service of @EE. Bad communication, bad service, bad products.... Really wondering how a company like this is still on the market wirh a service like that. Awful experience and would not recommend to ANYONE!

    @shibbydudesweet @EE I didn't, I put up with it for about a year and a half before I bit the bullet and early upgraded. It was honestly the worst Samsung phone I've ever had

    4g Network has been abysmal for a few days @EE . Spinning wheels and freeze up all day every day . Unusable and unstable .

    @ThreeUK can't wait to get my contract finished been a customer since day dot and 4g service is worst it's ever been,hardly ever works in London! do not have any problems on work phone on @EE

    @EE I then called again, and the person I spoke to can’t access the accounts, he’s now called around other customer service centres and they can’t either.

    Didn’t have the best nights sleep last night. The internet and phone signal mysteriously went down for the 3rd night running at around 1.15am so I had to get up and restart the bloody hub. Not good enough @bt_uk @EE 😕
