Simone Bini (@SimoneBini) reported@EE reception in Wimbledon Park area is now a 1970 service. Impossible to make or receive calls. Disgraceful to say the least.
-
Danny Healy (@DannyHealy9) reported@EE I spoke to your under trained business customer service, who said my line was cut off for non payment on October 11th yet the direct debit was not due to be collected till the 24th of that month, so that doesn't add up does it.
-
Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported@EE I still want to know in presise detail the following a) Why was my complaint closed without consultation with me? b) Why did it take so long to close out the order so I got what I am paying for? c) why wasn’t a team leader interjected into this matter(still not heard from anyone more senior)? d) why wasn’t it me that was doing all the chasing to get a resolution So you’ve apparently been voted the ‘BEST’ 13 years running - now it’s time to prove why and give me answers

eekman (@ebuz445) reported@EE you people should be embarrassed for the service you offer. I have had connection issues in my house 3 years now and you have failed to fix it. I have now been told to buy a shelf to elevate the modem which i did and its now even worse. What exactly am I paying for?

None Superior (@nonesuperior) reportedI’ve read time & again that a toxic workplace often reflects the character of its management, from senior leadership down to operations. @Concentrix is a clear example of this! And @EE is complicit in this with the upselling and unending sale targets. @Ofcom needs to look in.
-
Mr Gray (@Monetization26) reported@EE I have just spent another 1hr 30mins on the phone when the phones been put down, this is and utterdisgrace. I will not spend my life on the phone to EE, I want a senior manager to ring me!!
-
Gareth Owen (@gjo2405) reported@EE Why have I got to keep on calling? Surely good customer service would look at the number of complaints about the poor broadband and then propose a solution? Oh and also take into account the number of times I’ve called during the course of the complaint as well as accept fault
-
Bez Beresford (@bezberesford) reportedHello @EE your mast at LA6 3AR chapel le dales seem to be offline? Is there an issue
-

roqzee (@roqzivelli) reportedBest of luck switching to @EE with their bait and switch £50 deposit mentioned literally nowhere until you get your first bill and which they will hold “until you establish good payment history” which means indefinitely. FOH. Cancel it quickly please.
