  @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

  @SerpicoFranco Was pushed by BT by poor service etc and they said superior with EE. No incoming calls for several days, no call centre working. In fact 3 times needed the service it hasn’t worked. Will not renew with @EE

  @ee yet again we have poor coverage, but each time I check the app it says no problems in area. Well I’m stood with my phone in front window looking onto a mast and I have 1 4g bar. Clearly something isn’t working yet im still paying for a decent coverage/reception

  @EE @EE @WeAreOpenreach Still without any broadband, no Internet connection and its coming upto 3 months. Absolutely terrible. No one has any idea of when it will be fixed. There is so much miscommunication between EE & openreach, its the customer's who suffer!

  @EE your service is shocking, we were with plusnet, we get told we are now with you, we have tried to sort out where the equipment is, no luck, we try to cancel, and you say we are going to get charged a cancellation fee !

  @Rutherford_Paul @EE It’s every network mate, I’ve been through 4 in the last 3 months and they are all as bad as each other. It’s something to do with that ****** tower block on the roundabout

  @MarkyTalk @EE My signal isn’t great, been with them 10 years and due an upgrade for the last 4 but the new deals are so expensive I will be changing to new supplier soon and get a much better deal
