Nelly - @thebaines.bsky.social (@thebaines) reported@EE We tried an option where we have slight increase and installation was due, but even keeping the same it still said installation was required. We did have teething issues when we originally installed so wouldn't want a repeat and are confused as to why it even comes up...

Sally Finestone (@SallyFinestone) reported@EE It was suggested I get a WiFi extended but if the signal cuts (sometimes the TV buffers) I'm not sure that would help. Whilst that didn't bother me but explains recording fail because of lost power I didn't realise it was affecting team calls.

Karen Loughridge (@KLearn) reportedDon’t often take to X but I’m beyond frustrated with @ee Business Customer Service response today. I don’t mind any company making human errors, but the true test is how they manage their customer response…call centre and chatbot epic fail! Shoulda gone to @Vodafone

Jake Murphy (@jake_murphy95) reported@shughe02 @skytv @EE They got me down to about £80 then deals expired, went to £92 and now it’s it’s £106 Before I called them a few months ago it was £112. No wonder why so many people buy fire sticks, I just can’t be asked for the issues that you can get with a stick

You can’t respond to their BS texts if your texting issue intermittent 🙄
-
Sparky (@sparkyuk11) reported@EE It's just your signal/service, no issue with the hardware as it happens to all in my team and we're all over the UK, different devices. Get 4 bars, but data throughput is very poor.
-
Emma-Leanne 💓’s Rapha (@Raphas_Angel_) reportedSo @EE is down and I can’t pay my bill 😩 could you please fix this issue so I can pay?
-
Karen Reid (@Karenreid24) reportedTruely awful customer service yet again from @EE - they just fail in their customer service over and over again.

Dave (@DEI_Bollard) reported@EE Your customer service used to be good. Then BT got involved. Now its all text messages and **** arsing about. I remember when I could call speak to a very helpful Irish person. Now its just about pleasing shareholders and not the paying customer. Good riddance wankers.
