@EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

@EE sick of your generic responses and abysmal “customer service” (if you can even call it that!) I’ve been trying to get in touch for 3 days. The app never connects to a guide, no one on twitter can access accounts to help, and I have laryngitis so can’t call 150… SORT IT OUT😡

@EE hi it’s been over 24 hours and the broadband is not working. We would like a refund for having to pay for WiFi elsewhere locally and for not being able to use steaming services. This is not the first time and I’m minded to complain to the regulator. Thanks

@Tango5_sec @EE My entire apartment building (and area) is experiencing an outage since Thursday. We’ve received no comms or update on when it will be solved. Genuinely can’t do our jobs right now.
