  @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

  @EE I haven’t been able to use my phone since I get to Spain a few days ago. I can’t make calls or use the internet. How can I log into my account when I can’t receive the text code sent to my phone. I have never had this problem on other networks.

  @EE what's going on with the internet/wifi in my area? (Ta6) Its been down all day. Ive been using my data. The time keeps changing when its getting 'fixed' we should have a month's discount. I pay for it and cant even use it.

  @Benleo Had very similar with @EE utterly useless & even one year after it’s meant to have been sorted (thrown back within 14 days) they are still billing me per month for a non-existent broadband service. They are not just useless they are shysters too! They deserve to go skint!

  Have been having signal issues for the last two days @EE and your checkers has confirmed that there are no issues in my area, and yet one bar and continuous EE Edge displaying at regular intervals during the day

  I’ve only been a @EE broadband customer for a few more and we’ve had a few issues with our income through our fault of our own. I can’t even begin to put into words how unbelievably helpful and accommodating and they have been. Absolute top-notch customer service 👌
