    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @EE absolutely ridiculous paying £120 a month for speedy reliable service apparently. Why not tell people what the issue is and how long to fix,

    @EE into third week of no internet with EE…you claim 4g is my solution in the interim , I don’t even have that currently. Your service is shocking! I really don’t understand what I’m paying for anymore, nothing you provide works!

    @EE I believe that my phone service is down. Has been for about 1/2 hour. None of my apps are working. My 4G home seams to be up but it’s very slow.

    @EE Is there a problem with 4g? I get good signal with my phone and 4gee home router but little bandwidth and dns slow.

    @EE so because people are calling because they cant get on social media, the rest of us with a technical problem cant speak to anyone???
