@EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

@EE has decided being lazy feckless service that shuts early regularly has wait times in excess of 20 mins without shame. This is what BT has contaminated and left @EE sick. It’s pretty terminal.

@EE I've lost count how many times I have signed up to the alert me when in stock, and yet I never received anything, what's the point in staying loyal to EE if there not loyal to you.. Been trying for months to get my son a PS5 for his birthday 😭😭

@VodafoneUK having taken out 2 new contracts with you on the 1st I am still not receiving the signal I'm paying for therefore I wash to cancell both of them and return to @EE. Please tell me how I go about this.

@EE I asked for the lower amount and was told I had to wait for it to generate but I could pay the higher amount and you would credit me back! That was never going to happen. Closing my account with you has not been a particularly pleasant experience
