    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @EE Hello, thank you for your help yesterday. Turns out we was trying to use a landline number rather than the mobile one and this is why the bill paying was failing. Really sorry about that 🙁. Hopefully bill paid this morning. Thank you!

    @EE outrageous ee has no broadband help when it goes down .. unless the fault is between 8am-9pm???? Why has my broadband stopped working after midnight ? I never watch tv this late but I’ll be watching now every night to see if this is the usual ?!!! #raging

    @EE I am tweeting because I can’t reach EE by phone or message. You have cut all phoning services - despite my add-one and roaming packages. Yesterday, I could phone. Today I have no bars from any network. Please DM me. And then phone me. CustomerAbroad for family emergency
