    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @EE help! I am literally being bombarded with calls from a number alleging to be in Sudan. Blatantly a scam but I don’t know how to stop the calls. If I block the number will it be able to leave voicemails at my cost? Tried 150 but was cut off due to high call volumes

    @EE Yes, and i only stayed with ee because i never had any problem with internet until now. I just want to know when its going to be fixed and not be lied to by openreach constantyl.

    @EE why has my landline number been swapped with a stranger? I STILL HAVE NO WI FI and now no number as Val up the road who I have never met called me on her number from my own number. She is elderly, isolating alone and has no contact with anyone now she has lost her number!

    @EE Not for today they just said sat but that was from an ee person. Just more frustrating as i cannot use my phone in house as theres no signal and it runs through internet
