  @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

  @Ladydollx_ @EE I had a similar issue when they switched BT internet over to @EE. They insisted I’d get the same plan for the same price, but delivered a far lower plan and then tried to charge me for the upgrade. Eventually the call logs were “lost” and they matched the original offer.

  @EE Can you explain why I need to pay £100 for technician to come out & sort WiFi extender issue when we already pay expensive broadband package? Truly awful customer service & call handler just cut me off when I asked to speak to manager😡

  @EE Don’t need to check online I used my phone to check, online it says I can get 5g, but it only ever shows 4g with poor speeds, is this enough reason to leave my contract ?

  PT1 @WeAreOpenreach Formal complaint incoming. @bt_uk @EE Order placed 6 April ahead of house move on 15th. Install promised 22nd. Now pushed AGAIN to 5 May with ZERO explanation. Repeated 48hr updates that deliver nothing. No broadband, TV, smart devices — for nearly a MONTH.

  @EE how many people are going to say your app isn't working before you realise your app isn't working? And yes, my app isn't working. And no logging in online won't help me with WiFi control.

  @shughe02 @skytv @EE They got me down to about £80 then deals expired, went to £92 and now it’s it’s £106 Before I called them a few months ago it was £112. No wonder why so many people buy fire sticks, I just can’t be asked for the issues that you can get with a stick

  @hridoyreh @OrevaZSN Similar with @EE. Locked out. Won’t receive SMSs or calls. They took my € for top up (I thought that was the cause of no SMSs). I can’t get to the website. Password not recognised. Can’t change it because the SMS never arrives. Luckily it is not my primary number. Good bye EE.

  @EE I’m looking for some help with regards to my old contract phone, we’ve given it to my daughter, set up a new Apple ID but it’s went into activation lock. Contacted Apple and they need proof of purchase, we don’t have that as it’s been 2+years Is this something we can request
