@EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

@DirectTechYT @EE @O2 Got a good deal on EE eventually. Pretty much kept the price I was paying for the Pixel 3 but now have 4 times the data. O2s service is so bad here so it has to be EE

@EE I’ve never experienced so many broadband since I joined @ee. I appreciate network issues aren’t your responsibility but your routers are dire and the only sollutions you offer are hardware upgrades at my expense

@EE One of your salesmen in store failed to state that there are no refunds or returns when purchases made in store. Rude customer service when some sales advisers were laughing and saying that they don't need to tell us. They also refused for me to speak to the manager. Thanks @EE

Hi @EE no network in SK64 for over 48 hours now. Can make & recurve calls but no one can hear me, can’t send texts. Phone works fine elsewhere. When will it be fixed?

@EE hardly any reception in the Poole area I live in,literally half a bar. I have seen other tweets from people in other parts of the country with issues. It's not my phone as the Mrs has the sane problem. Are you looking into this??

@EE Yes, despite your colleague confirming over the phone on Sat, an OR engineer was never dispatched to the job booked for this morning. Have now cancelled the order altogether & after 3+ years am looking elsewhere.
