    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @EE I’m in Montenegro and I’ve bought a zone 1 day pass for £6 but calls out are blocked and calls in go to voicemail. All my phone settings are correct. I can’t call support and support can’t call me. I badly need to call and receive calls from the UK. Please help!

    That's the end of c.28 years with @EE , started with Freeserve - Wanadoo - Orange, finally @EE good service overall, must say, shame they treat their loyal customers with such contempt. @vodafone been okay so far, at least the guy called me to check all was okay as he promised!

    @EE - Been going through problems with @EE for weeks, your transition to digital landlines is shambolic. The newly supplied Smart Hub wouldn't connect, landline still doesn't work. Told you'll need to order landline again, awaiting further call Mon, Aug 10th. Appalling service!

    @EE Guess what? It’s still not working. I don’t want to use an idiotic bot. Send me a direct message. I’ll send you a reply with my postcode and address and when it’s sorted by you then tell me. You pay me nothing I pay you so I’d expect you to fix it. No doubt you will ignore

    @EE yet more billing problems with EE. Why is this so terrible? Some of your team are great, some not so good, but your systems for dealing with problems are awful

    @EE @Apple What is going on? A friends new iPhone 16 was crushed by a car in a carpark by someone else and you can’t do anything about it because no insurance.. even tho it can still be tracked and rings. They are still paying £65 a month for contract. Poor poor service

    Have no idea why @EE use DPD for deliveries. Every single time there’s always an issue with drivers just not going to addresses taking a picture then walking away. Just the absolute worst
