@EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

@MarcAllera @EE @bt_uk Feeling extremely perturbed after viewing EE’s latest advert where Kevin Bacon is remotely shaving Tom Ellis’ face on a mountain range. EE’s claim of network coverage anywhere but yet no coverage in NN12 8PL - we have no stable WiFi connection and only 2G mobile connection! 😡

@EE hi EE, how do I ‘upgrade’ my well overdue SIM only contract to another 4G SIM only contract please. Only being offered 5G contracts in my account. No interest in 5G and my phone can’t support. I just want 4G. Thanks.

@EE I’m in the impacted area everyday. These messages have been the norm a few times a week for the last year. It’s now become daily! But CS just keep brushing it off, so I just gave up. Home address is terrible though. Drop calls is the norm 😫. 15 months and I’m free!

@EE Hi Olivia. Sim only with unlimited data text and mins. I’ve checked this out on your website but this is double the cost of my current plan which is as per the above. No issues with Three other than they appear to be stuck on the dark ages with regards to E sim.

Well looks like @ee really have failed to respond to my complaint about over charging after a contact had expired and inadequate notice. @Ofcom how long do they have to deal with the complaint?

@EE I was a loyal Orange customer. Trying to get any customer service during the transition to EE was an absolute **** shower. I’ve switched to O2 4 years ago and absolutely no complaints.
