    @EE pls DM me. Ordered new phone for son to be delivered to EE ago at uni. Shop says if I’m not physically there (him with my ID no good) phone returned, refunded, must order again, two weeks, still cannot be sent there. PATHETIC fail by ee. Contact me now

    @EE 👎🏻 17 years being a loyal customer only to be messed about from your customer services for a week and not providing professional service. Really dissatisfied and disappointed. Goodbye from 3 customers as we will be moving to @VodafoneUK 👍🏻 who understood our need and actioned
