    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @EE @EEHelpdesk Why can't anyone help me. A loyal customer with 4 active contracts. All I want is a SIm upgrade and you deactiviate my SIM before teh new arrives and when I try to activate a eSIM it fails @VodafoneUK can you help

    I have a flip z4 on @ee a few weeks ago the screen broke. Shop 1 had been burgled, can't help, go to @Samsunguk shop, samsung- go back to ee. Ee shop- no phone spare, try a different one, next ee, go back to first shop or Samsung. So I have been to 4 shops to try to get it

    @VodafoneUK I am happily going to pay my mothers early termination fee and transfer all of her 3 lines to the uk’s best network @EE so @EE please get in touch I would be more than happy to speak to your sales team. Vodafone sales just put you on hold for two hours

    Wow! New nightmare. Tried to leave @EE for @O2 .... It's been 3 weeks and no SIM card still and O2 are already billing me. Called to cancel and they say they can't authenticate me as the last digits of my bank acc aren't correct? Funny as that's where you took my money from! Ugh

    Because I am really mad at @EE for their shoddy broadband. But @ThreeUK I did not brave the cold to go to an empty shop with FIVE members of staff doing NOTHING to receive shoddy customer service.

    I was told 9th December. Apparently you have ordered some parts on 30th November and you are still waiting for delivery. This is despite a message on Monday morning saying that the problem was solved. Why are you lying @EE?

    @EE If someone sends a text message to my EE device while the device is turned off, how long will the text message hang around in the ether waiting to be delivered before it is lost forever ?

    @EE how can you treat a 79 yr old man like this. My dad asked to keep his number, go pay as you go, this is supposed to take place today. Yet we've just found out this was never put through EE you are certainly not best network

    @EE @OpenreachHelp Have to say #EE have been great regarding my line fault. #BT on the other hand.. total ****. No landline,no broadband & no mobile signal means I'm back in the 80's. How the **** does a line fault take 2 weeks to fix in this day&age 🤔 #takingthepiss
