Dan 'Nubz' 🤔 (@IamNubz) reported@WeAreOpenreach & @EE again failing Rural customers. Two major service outages in 6 months. No communication, last one was from 19th December to 7th January with no Internet in area with no indoor signal. This time ETA is 29th April, was 28th yesterday. Pathetic.

Nelly - @thebaines.bsky.social (@thebaines) reported@EE We tried an option where we have slight increase and installation was due, but even keeping the same it still said installation was required. We did have teething issues when we originally installed so wouldn't want a repeat and are confused as to why it even comes up...

Oldpuddle (@Oldpuddle) reported@EE and @HBO - if you offer a free trial to customers then don't charge people for it when they sign up. We even called customer services and lo and behold - we get charged. Terrible behaviour.

I'm missing out on income and paying you for the privilege. Not good enough. I don't even have the signal to reliably get on the EE app

Nix's (@nickinoonoos) reported@bt_uk shocking service not had internet or Tv for 3 weeks, engineer arrives last night said in the service box repaired issued less than 15 hours normal service resumed and in tv or internet, and now no one will pick up the phone, quick to charge you the bill ... @EE @numan64
