    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @EE I literally can't wait. First phone I've actually pre ordered and I've been using smart phones since the HTC Desire! Just got a text from EE saying I can claim my Galaxy Buds Live too, but have no PoP because it was a phone order, any ideas to help?

    @EE having major problems with broadband. Would send you speedtest screenshot but it's slow it won't load. This is an ongoing problem and getting very frustrated.
