    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @EE another day without an answer to my question… the customer service is getting worse… is it because you are not wanting the bad press for saying no to NHS volunteers who have done a cracking job supporting the NHS in the fight against Covid?

    @EE I have 5g EE SIM and 5g phone yet it doesn't matter how many places I go in Plymouth, I never get 5g? Why am I paying extra for 5g?

    @HannahW333 @EE I also contacted the support service, they didn't do anything with the problem....but I was able to recover my hacked account with the help of @Accounthelp21 He is legit and trusted.
