@EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

The signal with @EE has been an absolute joke the last few days, no signal with my phone or with my wifi. Can barely make contact with family I now won’t see for Christmas and all they offer is money off the next bill. What a joke!

@kattyork @EE @ThreeUK 3 are absolutely useless. I’ve had plenty of issues over the last year and have eventually taken them to the ombudsman, I won my case and are going to leave them as soon as my compo has run out!

@EE Thanks Peter. Appreciate the help; I’ll call tomorrow. A bit of feedback, if I may. That message comes off really condescending, whether it’s based on some background calculations or shown in error. Would love to see that rewritten in a friendlier tone.

@EE Also, how do you reconcile your statement "as swiftly as possible" with "but this is sent out through Royal Mail second class"? Seems the least consistent logistics model ever! Hopefully your signal is better than your delivery strategy 👍
