    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @EE I think I've mucked up ordering the 12 Pro, I can't cancel it and change it to the max 😭😭😭 the case arrived and its a small phone compared to the Huawei mate 20 pro that I have. I have to wait for this to arrive, send it back and reorder. My head hurts!!!

    @EE poor show from @EE throttling data over 600GB now. Some of us only have this option for broadband. Especially as we have no way of monitoring our data as you don’t provide that in customer portal

    @EE I’m the user of an iPhone 11 but not the account holder. Can I DM you about some concerns I have regarding not being able to discuss the account that I pay for? It’s in someone else’s name. They OK’d the contract but have declined me access when I call you. Help pls.
