    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @EE 2 different attempts to call customer service today, 40 mins wasted. Still not got through, can’t sort new contract because you seem to think I’m not the account holder on my own account. Not impressed.

    @EE currently having issues on 4g voice and data in the bb10 3ns postcode. Myself on pixel 6 and family on other ee phones . Cliviger mast at fault. Works ok on 3g voice and data.

    @EE Just spent 30 minutes waiting to be cut off from the call centre, after he put me on hold😤I am supposed to be moving to payg from 2 yr sim plan today but have received no communication. Can anybody help?

    @EE just joined your network and i’ve been on hold for 45 minutes (and i’ve been cut off) after trying to activate my PAC code. Pretty poor service…

    @EE can you tell me where I can find my account number for my mobile account? Cannot find it on the app or website. Texting account to 150 doesn’t help.

    @jonbradyphoto @EE Hopefully they’ll be giving their employees a 14% pay rise as well then! They can try and explain it away but it’s extremely calculating and they’ve lost a customer for life here once my contract is up.
