@ee Its an absolute disgrace and a real kick in the teeth to loyal customers who have decided to stick with you despite the current problems with the costs of living

  • jamie__leonard Jamie Leonard (@jamie__leonard) reported

Once again @EE you have an app and online login that are unable to allow me to manage data, my account and so on. This isn't an isolated occurrence, it's becoming more and more regular. A poor customer experience due to shabby back end management.

  • NickJ211 Nick (@NickJ211) reported

@EE hello. Is it possible to raise an issue with home broadband via email or ticket. I am unable to speak on the phone.

  • Here2watch2 Here2watch (@Here2watch2) reported

@EE So rather than use some or the huge profits you've posted these past couple of years for the investments, you're upping your customer charges so we have to pay for it???

  • JimSnape1 Jim Snape (@JimSnape1) reported

So @EE charged me £181 to canx a contract early, then sent a letter notifying price change, which would've let me canx without charge. Convenient that... Doesn't seem a fair way to treat customers @financialombuds @TheFCA
