@EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

@EE customer service has got to be the worst I have ever dealt with. Absolute jokes. Getting conflicting information and when challenged nothing they can do. Owe money back to me and I have to wait 3 weeks!!! Shocking!!!

@EE Worst customer service I have ever encountered!! Getting conflicting advice from different people with the next one saying the other is wrong. But no attempt to resolve issues. Now awaiting a refund and got to wait 3 weeks!!! Quick to take money. Jokes!!! Stay clear!!
