  @EE @NOW we've recently purchased another Firestick (for mostly watching F1). Our EE box is very close to the TV due the living room layout, but why is the firestick a little buffering. Sometimes it feels like it's being filmed in 1.25 speed & then 0.75 speed, any help/know why?

  After more than 2 weeks of hassle at least, a dozen calls to customer service { 6+ hours }, 2 failed orders. @EE offer me a contact that any mug punter would be offered on the website 😡 14 years with them, currently 4 lines. These bastards offer horrendous customer service

  @Fletchmeister81 @EE Seems to be an issue in every store now. The staff in Sunderland bridges are the worst I've ever encountered. It's like you're bothering them when you ask a question. I'm looking at moving all four of my lines to elsewhere now as I'm also sick of being ripped off with price rises

  Our @EE broadband has been down in Keswick since at least 6am yesterday, your service status page isn't working, and all we've heard from you is a text saying you're looking into it. An update of whats happening would be nice!
