@EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

@bt_uk been having problems with my hybrid connect been sent a new one as my old one was faulty Set it up as the instructions state got a good connection to my hub but I can’t get it to get a signal anywhere in my house What am I paying for if the @ee signal I my area is rubbish!

@EE hello , I traded in my phone to upgrade and I got and email on Saturday saying my return pack is on its way but I haven’t received it and the deadline is soon . Can you please help and push the deadline back so I can wait for the pack to come ?

Hi @EE when I got my upgrade I got told a reruns back would be sent with it .. then I had a massage saying one would be coming then I had another to remind me to send the phone. I still and received a returns pack. Can you help?
