    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @EE @JoshOwens98 As long as its not just from the coverage checker, real life really doesn't match it. I'm with EE (via virgin) as it's the only one I can get any spotty signal with in my flat but the checker will tell me I can get excellent 4G inside and out when I'm on emergency calls only!!

    @EE Help, changed from a pay monthly business account to a PAYG because company closed. Now I’m in Spain working, my phone doesn’t work everything is Barred! How do I fix it when I can’t call EE from my phone to fix it? Ive tried everything online & nothing changed

    @fifibonbebe @EE Hi Fia, we were experiencing a network-wide issue which should now be fixed. Please could you reboot your router and if the issue still persists then try turning off/on your ONT too? Thanks, Zoe
