    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @EE when your told the reason your wifi isn’t working right is because it’s school holidays and the WiFi traffic is bad. Doesn’t change the fact that I PAY to use WiFi school holidays or not

    @EE Why are u telling me this now I was unable to ring any of those numbers earlier. When I try to ring EE, I received a message to say you had tried to call earlier. Not spoken to EE for over a week while they’re trying to resolve my issue. 25 times best provider is rubbish.

    @EE hey wondering if can help, we’re currently away out the country and our account went over drawn with your direct debit, I’m unsure if we transferred funds in time as don’t have phone signal most of the time only WiFi. If the direct debit fails today, what happens? Thanks

    @EE @AfroVII We having same problem , they keep ringing saying there’s nothing wrong with it. Not willing to pay for something I’m not getting
