  @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

  @EE attempted to upgrade Now told i cant & that was for my sim only deal. Spoke to an advisor online. Can either pay 2 bills for 7 months. Or do some minor repairs to my phone & send it in with a possible £300 charge. Seems to be right across the board with poor customer service.

  @EE disgusting I have mobile, tablet, internet and tv with you yet can not access it. No one replies to DMs yet you continue to be happy to take payment from my account! Maybe it’s time I cancel direct debt let’s see how long it takes someone to reply then!!!

  @EE Just got your broadband and i was better off with bt as your Internet is utterly useless it basically only can ******* run prime video can't play any video games without your Internet being so **** worst mistake going to you!!!!!!!!
