@EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

@EE is service down in CR7, we got EE broadband 2 days ago and have had no service since, spoke to an advisor and they said they cant do anything til the 19th...sort it out

@EE “Everything Everywhere” how about Everything nowhere!! Your signal has got worse & worse & worse! I travel up and down the country every day, and your signal is non existent on the train between Weymouth and Coventry. Your signal is non existent in Salisbury city centre.

@EE Contd. With both our mobiles losing signal completely several times. Same with the Broadband, my CCTV Cameras constantly dropping off due to lack of signal. Strangely, mostley between midnight and 4.00 am. This was unable to be resolved despite repeated rebooting etc. Contd.

@SBGN27 @EE A thought it was just ma phone bud because a just left ee, can't be arsed with their crap internet but I'm keeping ma phone deal with them but since Friday AV had no signal

@EE my father has been left without a landline after upgrading the internet, he’s elderly, has cancer, Parkinson’s cardiac problem and cannot get important calls , being told could be a other 2 weeks! This is life and death stuff. Can you contact me EE and get this sorted asap?

@EE Your support attitude is terrible and I've been going around in circles for 2 weeks. I need to speak with someone as your automated approach has failed (badly) I honestly wish I'd never switched to EE as my business is now being affected.

@EE are there mobile network problems in the st3 area? My wife has had no network all weekend.
