    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @EE @EE Jus been told I have to wait while you investigate with multiple teams where my new phone is - in the meantime I’m paying for an upgrade with no new phone and have to wait while you go through a million processes? Rubbish service EE!!!!

    Surely there’s mitigating circumstances in this and some common sense can be applied, I won’t be receiving the service I pay for and my living situation is something totally out of my control, very poor customer service @EE @financialombuds @CitizensAdvice

    @O2 @EE I’ve been in #Newark town centre most of today and signal on both of your SIM cards have been atrocious!! You really need to focus on improving signal around Newark! It’s awful!!

    @EE my signal is down in the SK22 area. The WiFi we log into is also down. I have tried the app (via a Vodafone hotspot connection), but your AI is sending me in circles.
