    @EE PLEASE HELP, my account isn’t working but payments have been taking out but when I call the automated service it says it’s declined from the bank but you’ve taken the payments? the problem is your end not the bank 😡

    @KH4NZ_ @EE Yes! The problem was the phone number had been associated with an EE Apple Music 6 month trial before. It took a while on the phone but was sorted in seconds in the end 👍🏻

    @EE I DM'd yesterday morning and have had no response. I was told due to the lack of network and issues, I would be credited a month's payment but the payment has been taken anyway 😡
