@james_downes @EE It's hilarious. They have a very high number of customers and their web portals can never do the thing you are calling about. Hence they have a very high call volume! Hence they should probably get more call staff...

@EE charging me for 120gb since April last year and only giving me 60gb I phone for the 2nd time about this and put on hold for 36 minutes I'm then told by one of ur team that they can't understand what's gone wrong but will try to rectify it. Hold. Then they hang up..shocking

@EE EE are atrocious. They don’t buy your phone back off you, they make you spread it over any new contract, they don’t offer anything over 24 months,so poor. iPhone 13 pro max with Tesco 36 month contract for £35 a month. Get yourselves there. I’ll be cancelling with EE ASAP!

@MartinSLewis @EE Is there anything legalwise I can do about this? I understand the cost of living has gone up, but it seems phone companies can change their agreed monthly payments and you are locked in! I feel sorry for the ppl on the help lines getting all the abuse when it's the ceo's greed.
