    I don't think people tweet enough about good service - I reported a fault with my broadband to @ee last night and they sent an engineer round and fixed it this morning. I'm really happy.

    @SarahSmithxox @EE Thief customer service is horrible! I can’t believe how rude their staff can be on the phone! It’s been nearly 48 hours and I am still having issues and no one cares to call me back as they promised

    On the phone with @ee, their support person has no idea what Apple Watch and cellular/data means. They want me to explain what getting mobile data on the watch means. 🙄

    If you take too long trying to navigate the @ee 150 telephone support menus, the Apple Watch set up times-out and you're back to square one again.

    @WasemSebi @EE Very rude! I have had my answer via dm for why I was querying but I have put in a complaint now due to the way I was spoken to it was completely shocking
