@EE worst service in the world

  • CharlesFazacker Charles Fazackerley (@CharlesFazacker) reported

Hey @EE, I've been on the phone to your people for ages now trying to get a PAC code so I can switch to a different supplier. They are transferring me from person to person and giving excuses for not being able to help. It's almost as if they are being deliberately obstructive?

  • AnniePShoreham Ann Palmer (@AnniePShoreham) reported

@EE That is hardly fair as I’m still an EE customer. And probably one of the most loyal there’s ever been. BT and EE are part of the same group so please explain why I’m not being recognised as a customer.

  • JackieKpss JackieKPSS (@JackieKpss) reported

@EE I still have no WiFi, TV or mobile telephone after being passed from pillar to post after changing to EE from BT. Please could you tell me how do I complain and cancel my service?

  • DanielSMediaTe1 DanielS_TechAnalyst (@DanielSMediaTe1) reported

@EE Sounds a silly question, but when your delivery partners make a mistake, instead of processing an entire refund, the requiring the customer to place the same order for the same contract and device again. Why can't your warehouse just: Post it again?

  • cazann66 carol F (@cazann66) reported

@biggerbadderdom @EE We have had no broadband since Sunday early hours. Manchester area. We have had the same messages as you. I think the problem is spreading not getting fixed.

  • bluebells_01 RyRy (@bluebells_01) reported

@EE Your process to change address is terrible. I changed my address via my bank app and it took me minutes. Spending time searching the web to learn home to do this, sign into a forum, then dial 150 to be given a link… you’re killing the customer experience

  • robthetrucker65 robin mawby (@robthetrucker65) reported

@EE The conversation was with your service team desk and I was very concerned as they were asking for my bank card details including the cvv

  • cazann66 carol F (@cazann66) reported

@EE We got a txt this morning to say the problem is fixed. We are still without broadband, TV. I have looked on #downdetector and the problem has spread. More info is needed as AI bot sends out generic messages.
