    @EE got lots of problems with my internet connection when i am out and about besides being on full data plan i now see my mobile data is switched off very unhappy with EE as I can no longer call you to sort it

    @EE @EE Jus been told I have to wait while you investigate with multiple teams where my new phone is - in the meantime I’m paying for an upgrade with no new phone and have to wait while you go through a million processes? Rubbish service EE!!!!

    @EE your new customer service method is rubbish, i call, i get a text message browse some bloody site, to get another text message I WANT TO TALK TO A BLOODY HUMAN not do this ridiculous rigamaroll.... Absolutely poor design choices...
