@EE The speeds offered were also paltry, though above what we’re scraping- but at the time we had no other option. Yet BT offers guaranteed 10mb. Will be calling tomorrow to complain and cancel.

@EE Hi Russ, yes I have text VM ON to 150 and get the following message: Hi, it looks like you have no voicemail set up for your phone, if you call customer services on 150 they will be happy to sort it out for you

@EE Always been poor but now totally ineffective. EE brightbox. We have had various models. None make a difference. The speed is always poor.

@EE Hi David, thanks for the reply. It's my phone's 4G connection. Tried restarting, turning off mobile data, airplane mode. But nothing seems to help. It's happened a few times before, too.
