    @EE really terrible customer service. Only way you can request any kind of support with bills is by cancelling direct debit, missing a bill & incurring a "missed payment" on your credit fike before they will help. Why not help people before they have to miss a bill?

    Massive @EE fail… you pester me to upgrade for months. I upgrade to get a new phone before going abroad. I buy peripherals for new phone. You keep sending me texts about new phone. THEN you tell me you cancelled the upgrade several days ago… how to lose customers….

    @EE can you please advise. I signed up for a contract, £105 a month in February. You then raised the price less than a month into the contract to £120. The problem I have is the same contract I’m now paying £120 a month for is for sale on your website for £99 a month.

    @EE I tried to pay my plan and flexi plan both failed due to your system issues. I have videos of my efforts but your system failed to grant me payment. You best not report me or cancel me due to yours stem issues!

    @EE trying to contact virgin media number worked fine a few min ago now it’s an incorrect number your network is not what it has been pleas sort these issue or I take My business elsewhere price increase but service is not getting better just worse.

    @EE the past few weeks I’ve noticed that in the area where I live, signal dropped massively on some weekdays. I always had full 5G. Currently I have 1 tiny line of 5G Tue-Wed-Thu. Indoors and outdoors. Why is that?
