@EE I'm struggling to make any calls or use any data in BS16 4ED. Has been going on for a few days now, maybe a week. Tried the same SIM card in two different phones (Samsung and Oppo) with the same results. When will the service be working again?

New iPhone day. Leaving @EE due to poor customer relations and ridiculous roaming charges. @O2 mobile offered a great deal, and also allow 20gb of data abroad before introducing charges. Very fair I would say.

@EE Hello, I have a question about simlock. I have a Motorola Moto G locked to Orange in UK. Is it possible to unlock the phone for free? I live outside the UK so I think that may be an issue.
