@EE Why not just reduce the cost of the phone by £300? I'll tell you why, because then the customer is locked into higher monthly payments for the duration of the contract.

@EE shocking, the level of customer service isnt there anymore. Home working means the staff dont have access to managers to make decisions. It’s sad really great network when it’s working. Unfortunately its now time to look at change its sad as been with you 27 yrs!!

@thinkbroadband @ispreview Are you interested in running a story on an EE and Three mast that has been down since the 6th. @EE claims they can't get access and the land owner claims they haven't been contacted for access.
