    @EE @OpenreachHelp EE Openreach. This seems to be the only way to get this resolved now. Intermittent problem with BB reported in September. Further issue reported early November when BB and Phone line went down. Despite many many calls this is still not resolved #poorservice

    @EE early question but need to ask, when does the router get delivered if you are a new broadband customer, my activation date is 7th December and the website says it is 3 days after your broadband order but also says it’s the day before activation it arrives?

    @EE can you advise when you are hoping to get the mobile service going again for hatton aberdeenshire as the signal has been gone since the storm and elderly parents rely on mobiles for. Keeping in touch and there hospital phone apps thanks.

    I want to thanks my wife for coming and rescuing me this morning whilst dragging my 3 children out of bed as @EE took a double payment from me (£395) leaving me stranded with no money stuck at a petrol station as I couldn’t pay! Also thanks for the terrible customer service!

    No phone signal @EE since Friday night. Surely we should not be charged whilst not receiving service!? WiFi calling doesn’t mitigate the issue!
