Great to wake up to no broadband because it seems @bt_uk transferred my landline from @EE prior to equipment being ready because @OpenreachHelp can’t install due to lockdown: even though my new service will not be on the landline! Even the external work isn’t done yet...

@EE Hi. Yeah very slow signal. I've been on a one bar connection for the past 3 days. Also when I try load anything on YouTube or Chrome it takes a while to load up. Never had this issue before....

@EE total blackout in the Fylde area. Internet was completely gone, and I couldn't even use my mobile data either. This lasted around 20 minutes. Very frustrating...

@EE What’s wrong with your service? How come you have had no one to take calls for three days now? Your customer service is quite appalling as it is, and seems to get worse with every call.

@NubiBlue @EE Yes I remember my mum being on virgin and that was really bad as well. I was with BT in last house, wish I'd of kept it when I moved instead of changing to EE

@OpenreachHelp I reported a phone line (broadband) fault to @EE two days ago, phoned again this morning and was told @WeAreOpenreach had 'rejected' it. I'm teaching all this week and have partner and kids working at home. Please fix the fault as matter of urgency!
