@EE @darren_cullen Also, were customers of BT Mobile, Plusnet Mobile and Utility Warehouse also able to use this mast (given that they share network infrastructure with EE customers)?

@EE Less than 1 week until my 4G broadband contract ends and it’s been nothing but dreadful. The speed is like dial up 90’s. The “service” is as consistent as the weather and the price is higher than the stars. I will never touch EE ever again or recommend them to anyone. Manure.

@EE Dont remember asking. V happy with my current supplier who charge me £10 for 30gb 5G enabled data, moved to them after your customer care team were rude when I asked if I could switch my existing £10 5gb data plan to 5G enabled for the same price 🤢🖕🏻

@EE Sorted now, thanks. I was advised to go into a store at the weekend - was an issue with the SIM card. Took a long time to assess that was the problem though. Had to speak to several operatives over the course of a full week to find that out.

@Nudist84 @EE Yeah I’ve been getting that a lot of late. Then 3G sent rubbish. Then even Edge. Avoid em like the plague mate as it’ll never be their service according to them but will be your device or environmental circumstances.

@EE Service came back late last night but now off again this morning. No notification given about any maintenance. This happens regularly and we are out of contact completely. Time this was fixed once and for all
