    @EE Why is your operator refusing to take back and refund my phone which I had bought for ยฃ900! And one of the seal is damaged! I am not a customer of EE and I never will be after this treatment but I've just received this phone 2day sealed in a box only 1 seal damaged

    @EE Kind of pointless doing that. Itโ€™s your general customer service number and, unsurprisingly, none of the options are relevant. The help section on the website is also of no help whatsoever.
