    @EE hi, my broadband isnt getting the speed that I should be, I recently upgraded it to full fibre but its very up and down on the download and upload speed

    @EE Well it was either an issue from you or DPD that deliver for you are up to no good. Either way your phone line staff have been nothing but unhelpful saying it’s not your problem at all and I still have to pay for a product I’ve not received!

    @Lauraaa_65 @EE I've never had a problem till now. Tbf, they advised me to cancel automatically connect and manually try different networks and this did work

    @JSS779 @EE I’ve had big issues in the US & Canada with EE. Their customer services are not helpful and I lose signal/data access every time I’m there. I ended up buying an eSIM and activate it when I arrive. It costs but it was a nightmare trying to deal with EE every time I had the issue.

    @scottyf82 @EE We had the same, been loyal for 16+ years, everyone in the house has a phone iPad etc then when we went to take a new line xmass they wanted stupid money so we switched to sky and got it for a quarter the price.
