    @EE Yeah - pretty poor isnt it, treated like 2nd class customers those who live here - could expect 10 x that speed in the big cities, but i can still pay the same amount. 🙄🙄

    @EE so apparently if you take more than hour to make up your mind on a deal that is offered to you then you just keep changing the offers? Disgusting customer service if that's what you call it

    Interesting. @EE agree a price plan. Put me on a different price plan. Complaint raised. Confirmation back on agreed plan (although I can’t now upgrade if I wanted to which wasn’t agreed) and My EE still says £12 not £5. PLEASE tell me you haven’t messed up again!
