    @robbielockie @VodafoneUK @EE You're not alone. When 5G works it's great, but it rarely does. On 4G I'm getting speeds of 1mbps for a whole month now, and all they do is tell me there's no issue!

    @EE hi, I'm attpting to register with you in order to have a new phone unlocked from your network and I can't verify my email because the email from yourself isn't coming through, so I can't ask to have it unlocked... Losing my mind. Please help?

    @EE took out plan in January for Samsung Galaxy Watch, after 5 months, 2 repairs from Samsung and a lot of headaches, I contacted yourselves to return the watch as clearly its not working as its supposed to. But being constantly told that as its over 30 days, you can't help

    @gadjobeen @MichaelRosenYes @EE I will also say EE ran a line check. A fault, yes we will get that sorted with 4 days. Next day a guy was out. Sorted. So if not router, try getting a line check. Confirms there is a problem.

    @EE Already spent an hour on the phone to you made a complaint after as nothing was resolved literally got off the phone got a text with my case number saying complaint closed please look at this can’t go through the pain of another call
