    @EE It didn’t. It connected to a service called “Free” that would let Mke make ANY calls. I have now manually switched to a service that does work.

    @EE one of your employees added insurance to my phone plan after i refused and now your company is refusing to help me. look into this employee and see how many people call to cancel insurance.

    Due to @EE complete and utter failings I am unable to stream till Friday. This means I have to cancel the TF2 stream that people booked time away from work to be a part of. I am incredibly sorry for this and I hope to be back soon

    @EE what a heap of rubbish! I’m here in AUS trying to renew an add-on and you are making it so difficult! I’m a new customer and wishing I had never moved to EE!

    @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

    @EE Nah, I've been there. You tricked me into accepting a free tablet (because I'm such a good customer) and shafting me with a two year SIM contract on the back of it. You want fool me again. I've been a customer, and loyal, since 1988 when you were Hutchinson Telecom. You blew it..

    @EE Appalling service continues. 2 months of errors and agents never calling me back or making sure the mistakes made are sorted. Stressed and upset. No way to run a supposed award winning service. Total joke.

    @DerekAllan61 @EE I use Tesco the piggyback off O2 network. Never had any issues aff them and if you have a clubcard ye get a discount on monthly and fone rental, they do it as 2 separate contracts so can change the usage package you use when needed

    @EE appalling service from EE following a request for a home move for broadband. Acknowledged call made on 29th June. But apparently the move wasn’t confirmed?! Who calls and gives two addresses and a move date for it not to be booked? Now been told 12th aug!
