    @EE are there issues in a Coventry with your service? I can make calls & access the Internet via mobile data but when people call me it goes straight to answerphone. I've tried turning on WiFi calling and reset network settings too and it's still happening.

    @bt_uk I feel you are copying me here. I replaced my perpetually broken BT broadband with a 4G connection from @EE. I didn't keep paying you money, and I did receive a far superior service.

    @EE serious question. How many outages do I have to experience before I can get early termination on my contract without penalty . Whilst I know this week has been hard the SA33 area a[pears to have at least 1 every week and don’t start me on how slow the service is on weekends.
