    @summers0805 @EE Also been having a nightmare with signal problems the past 2 weeks but it seems EE aren't particularly bothered in assisting over twitter anymore unless you show an interest in wanting to upgrade

    @EE It's fine. I've already had a level 3 tech say its load balancing at peak times, and you can't do anything more or set a preferred tower for the signal to go to. I would rather not waste your and my time on Phone calls and messages that will lead nowhere.

    @EE Morning Chris. It's probably been happening from around xmas-new year time until today. I got a replacement handset around 4 weeks ago and thought it was maybe that but saw a tweet to EE from someone else in the same area as me having the same issues

    @EE WiFi is with BT unfortunately. There must have been an issue this morning with the notifications, telling me the phone wasn’t delivered when it was. Very happy it arrived.
