    @EE I ordered this on launch day and I was assured I would receive this today. My boy ordered his two days after me. He was a new customer. His phoned arrived first thing this morning, I phoned up and was told I have a 21 day wait. Fumming!

    @EE If there’s issues with the iPhone 13 then why does it say on your website it’s dispatched within one day or collect from store tomorrow? If I cancel my online order can I get it in store?

    @EE can you help please? I upgraded my phone in July and applied the NHS 20% discount. The discount wasn’t taken off my September bill and I was told it would be resubmitted and sorted. Received my Oct bill and still no NHS discount applied?!

    @EE day two without any signal again, you assured me that issue was fixed last time, approx two weeks ago!! What’s going on, here we go round again !

    @Royzer76 @EE Exactly the same experience here: called EE at 13:00 on launch day (among the very first calls), ordered, paid, & assured it would be with me today. Now been notified that delivery has been delayed for 14 days. Really shoddy service & very disappointed #ee #iphone13

    @EE should my eSIM activate fairly quickly when I transfer it to a new device? Worried I’ve done something wrong as now neither phone has a signal after entering the PIN to activate the eSIM
