Hi @Brother_UK the problem that suddenly 2-weeks ago yr Android app iPrintiScan for MFC-6490CW stopped working over @EE home broadband - was due to @SamsungMobile S21+update which turned off settings private DNS!!

@Pope_Urbane Maybe ask the manufacturer aka @SamsungUK about this, instead posting on the EE page that is only selling the phones, seems you an issue with samsung not the sales team @EE who are only trying to provide the best deals.

@EE I’ve not had any service for the last few days yet it says the coverage is fine? Can’t receive messages or calls and can’t connect to my mobile data when outside the house. So frustrating!
