    @EE I haven’t got it yet, I need my old sim reactivated. I haven’t got another phone to call customer service and WiFi calling isn’t working. How do I resolve this? As I don’t currently have a working phone.

    @EE no idea what’s going on with your service lately, my already prehistoric speed is slower than ever, internet hasn’t been working all weekend while we’ve been away and now the TV can’t connect to the hub! Looking into alternatives tomorrow.

    @EE you turned my internet off erroneously and now wont reconnect me for a week. Your company should be shut down by trading standards or you should be forced to rename your company somewhere sometimes. You really have f'ed me in the a when I really didnt need it. I hope you all catch ebola.
