    @EE Have credit on my account, yet totally unable to add a pack to use data etc. Customer service is unresponsive. (nonexistent?) Time to switch to any other network, and recommend nobody ever uses EE.

    So now the @EE webpage isn't working? Hubby's payment didn't go through so his pack didn't renew. Made a top-up payment, but we still can't get the pack to start. Not a great start to the network I've assured him is hassle free 😒

    Hey @bt_uk @EE I got sent a mini hub to use as my BT connection went down. It went down again so tried to use it but apparently I've exceeded my limit (despite NOT having ever used it) - am I to believe I have to top it up with credit to be able to use it? If so, that sucks.

    @RMorgasm @EE I currently have a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra that doesn't work. Why is it taking so long when other providers are proving handsets in 7-10 days!
