    @EE can you help please? Got an upgrade and put in new sim card but the illustration looks like there should be 2 sims. I only have one and can’t connect to internet

    @ee and the problem in my are still isn’t fixed this has now become a joke absolutely hands down the worst network in the uk! If anyone who lives in the countryside is thinking of going with ee don’t they are crap this problem has been going on for six months #crapnetwork

    @EE No, the service is still shocking and it keeps cutting out. WiFi calling is not really an option when you’re out and about…

    @EE Promise everything, deliver little Why is it so difficult to get the a/c holder changed on my phone? Out of contract, so very easy to move. Shop no help at all, phone useless. Told change can’t happen for 2 months. Now looking for other providers. So disappointed.
