    @EE your customer service today has been beyond dreadful and your My EE app has got to be one of the worst apps out there. Terrible for such a big company.

    @EE delivered now I am getting told 14-28 days it is shocking I get told a different story every time I call speak to someone different !!! Lied to over and over again it is out of order then for one of your customer advisers to swear at me down the phone again un acceptable !

    @EE Why should I chase you for a signal? Is £67 not enough for you to provide one ? 15 years not one missed payment yet get treated like this 😡😡😡

    @EE why don’t you have a complaint department, as your not trying to help, there no discussion on sorting things out, they said it going to the ombudsman without even taking in the complaint, there should be a separate complaint number

    @EE really not happy with EE at the moment been a loyal customer since 1994 when it was originally orange & they managed to lose my personal mobile number & lost me countless amounts of business.I phoned to be told 3/5 days. Then 5-7 days process still not complete. Not happy

    It's really **** that @EE stores are by appointment only and there's no browsing. Why waste money on the displays then you pillocks! I'm glad that there are plenty of other providers to choose from.
