Lynda Hull (@lyndannh) reported@ee This is an emergency. I have tried the link in the text you sent, the app and your website. Nothing is working.
-
Nick (@Surviving_LADa) reportedIf you're abroad and your SIM card breaks (or you lose it) you better pray you're not an @EE customer. Absolutely impossible to report it or speak to anyone!
-
HockeySemp (@HockeySemp) reported@EE Your Spend Cap tool has failed. My app shows £0 (attached), but you let a call run up £34 and only texted me after it ended. This is a clear breach of @Ofcom rules on preventing bill shock. I have a formal complaint (C10001911500) and need this credited. Please advise.

Maxine Sweetman-Ive (@sweetmax22) reported@EE I have recently upgraded my phone with Freddie in your upgrade department but I was never told about the flexi pay. I was told I was going to be paying £48.11 per month. Not an additional £24 per month on top of that. I am not happy and feel like I have been scammed

Handsome Nick (@Nicklo2k) reported@EE It's been 10 days. Every time I speak on the phone to someone, after being put on hold for ages they eventually get back to me with a completely different answer. Today I was told that the original engineer booking was never actioned in the first place! We will be leaving @EE

BB 3.0 (he/him) 🇬🇧🇺🇸 🇺🇦🇵🇸💙 (@brucejijones) reported@EE you suck!! you keep threatening to call within 15 minutes. It’s been over a month now! When I’m having issues with text messaging it’s pathetic to keep sending me messages I can’t respond to! Who the hell does you use cases Its an AI loop from hell
-
Michael Knight (@michaelmknight) reported@EE You keep sending me these letters. I informed you that my Mum, Who's bill this is, passed away in December of 2025. I sent you a letter and an original death certificate, which seems to have gone missing or you never returned it to me. As this is my Mum's account, I am not responsible for her debts, even in death. Dealing with a bereavement is hard enough, without receiving letters like this, especially when you were informed last year. Nether of us are/were ever late paying our bills, but things like this make me not want to continue being a customer of EE.

Rachel Bridge (@rachelbbridge) reported@grantaddick100 @EE Those, and all the ones with a ‘higher than average’ call waiting time and then cut the phone off after a set time so you always end up at the back of the queue. Employ more people, pay them better, actually help your customers.
-
Andy Carn (@AndrewCarn1) reported@EE @SJG1007 So annoying...your a tech company with the worst app
-
Simon Patterson (@denkmit) reported@EE my mobile data has stopped working while roaming, your AI chat function is useless, and when I try calling customer support on either 150 or the other number I get a message telling me I've 'restricted these types of call.' What now?
