  @EE Apparently you have fixed the roaming issue but Im still not connected. I have tried all the 'help' from your AI but nothing has worked, and then that's the end of the conversation! I have no way of calling anyone. What can I do?

  @EE why is it every time I go to Dorset or Somerset the coverage is always terrible ? I have virtually no signal at all . My wife is on Tesco and never has a problem. Why am I paying so much more for poor service? What’s happening to EE ?

  DPD deliveries are so impractical. @EE you need to offer an in store collection option! Delivering large orders during work hours when people arent home doesnt work, especially since DPD doesnt let you pick a day after 5 days. Theyve already failed a Saturday delivery today 😤
