    @EE This takes me through to the same automated system. 1 for mobile phone and 2 for home broadband which my issue isn't either it's a gaming device purchased

    @ee your app is absolutely useless. Been trying to set up WiFi controls for months now. All it does is connect to my WiFi and then does nothing. Just says settings are already saved and to connect to WiFi from my settings. Never sets up WiFi controls. Can't use parents controls.

    @EE Unfortunately ive no 'credit' to call via my turkish sim, and disabled my o2 sim.. @AshersY22 is happy just to continue without network access as we leave on Wednesday.... But please could you DM me for her number to at least get some kind of refund due to this issue

    The very first step to customer retention is showing them empathy when they are frustrated with your service but @EE 's customer service is highly traumatising! The company should listen to the call we had with their sale rep: Marty! THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS!

    @EE I need someone to listen to my calls that I have made to EE from the 29th April, as of today I was told something completely different. I need my complaint dealt with as it's me chasing you to get this resolved.

    @EE terrible service agents miss selling packages told me they would handle all the change over now been told that they won’t contribute to any cancellation fees worst thing I ever did going with your inept company

    @EE I was charged £574.05 after being sold an unlimited plan — plus £25 for “overuse” I wasn’t warned about. My service is now suspended. My Smart Hybrid device never worked (no internet), and I couldn’t reach human support — just AI. No email, no help. Please respond ASAP

    @EE I have managed to somehow get to actually speak to a Guide who has resolved the issue but really @EE it shouldn’t have been so difficult!!!!
