@EE I had an outcome from the ombudsman, a letter of apology that lasted less than a week. I was told by EE my case would be reviewed so mistakes could be identified with regards to my med-issues. I guess it was a quick review. Loyalty is been abused whilst other handed everything.

@EE £8.57 is a warm meal for a struggling family. A bus ticket to get to work. An NHS prescription. It may not seem much to @MarcAllera, but to some that could be the difference between an okay week and a very bad one. @MartinSLewis #Greed #CostOfLivingCrisis

@EE I’ve received this msg from EE: “Great news! We've updated some of your network settings, please restart your phone to make sure it's up to date” But I don’t have a phone on EE. I have a sim in my iPad. Is this a scam?

@EE I hope everybody who can, will leave your shambles of a company. Absolute rip off merchants. In these awful troubling times you slap people with a 14% hike in prices. Disgusting

@sportingintel @EE You want high-speed, seamless connectivity. Guess what - you have to pay for it! Mobile bills have been unsustainably low for far too long - the companies have to get a return in the investment that their customer base, and today’s interconnected world, demands

I imagine @EE will be losing customers en masse today (or ensuring they won't renew phoine contracts) after hiking prices wage above inflation by 14.4%. Their customer service is utterly dreadful too. Absolute garbage.

1/2 Partner trying to port mobile from @EE to @tescomobile - complete farce. Incomplete process now into 2nd week. Handset not connecting to network, no calls no SMS no Data. She will be staying away alone at end of week with no means of communication.

@EE have raised both my broadband bill & my phone bill. They tell customers to contact them for support if needed. I contacted them to let them know I won't be able to afford medication if my bills increase. They offered me no support. They just told me to contact @Ofcom !
