@EE We’ve randomly woke up this morning with no tv service just a random notice that EETV is closed or shut off. We were never informed about the TV service shutting down. So Is our only option to get the apple tv service now?

@EE someone has said they are moving into my house and you're switching my broadband over. I am not moving and now I'm having to try and sort this out. I've been on hold for 15 mins listening to crap hold music ... This is absolutely ridiculous!

@VodafoneUK poor customer service. Wanted to move from a business account to personal. That was too much trouble. So went to @EE and then @VodafoneUK manage to **** the PAC process up. Thanks nice reward for many years custom!

@EE I’ve had genuinely no bars of signal now for over a month. I received numerous texts about ‘work in the area’ and rung to check as well, but even with the work now being finished I cannot make or receive calls, or use any 4G data anywhere in my house?
