  @EE since we were forced to move from #BT Broadband to #EE we’ve had nothing but trouble - same faults no resolution - we pay for every channel you offer + extras but still can’t watch what we pay for … & what is IA-AU15? Very discontent customer

Too see it you have to log on and follow our system instructions designed to make our lives easier not your. Same to see why we've raised your charges.   @EE The problem is that there’s no one staffing your 150 number; I get diverted to an inadequate virtual assistant with no option to get my issue resolved. I need a human being to help me

  @EE I am abit dissapoined with EE I ordered the S26 ultra today that's coming tomorrow I've been a loyal customer for time you guys can't even chuck in a free screen protector especially when I am paying £91 for the contract

  @EE riddle me this, why am I getting no little to no signal at home on the ground floor, upstairs only one bar. Signal checker says no problems but won't let me check further?!

  @EE what on earth is going on with the signal lately it’s appalling up and down the country, also for some reason lately i lose all 3/4/5g when on a phone call never used to be like this.(when losing data also lose phone call quality)
