  @EE @Dykediaries69 Funny you mention that I tried your online support and I tried your "team" via the phone no help was provided as still having the same issue.

  @EE instead of sending me multiple texts about exclusive rewards is there any chance of sorting out your frustrating broadband service. Ring doorbell still repeatedly going offline... Never had these issues with sky. Wish I'd never changed

  @EE Hi I’ve done all this and been happening since Thursday last week. Everyone else in our area is back up and running. I need to speak with someone right away texting isn’t resolving the issue.

  @EE There’s no point calling the number……All your staff do is say they’ll pass you to the right department and they hang up. Same story over and over again
