  @MsVespertilio @EE EE are awful they charged me 270 pounds for a supposed breach of contract , they admitted that they have no proof but I had to pay in protest!! 15 years as a customer down the drain never again with @EE

  @McWhirterAlex @StevenShorrock Agree with those observations. Generally, it’s got worse - places and drives that I used to make calls without issue, now frequently cut out. What’s going on @EE - it’s not like phone contracts are cheap!

  @EE hi I would like to cancel my tv & broadband package & before you say i can't because I have a contract then I will take this further as I'm sure it's illegal to charge for something you can't provide I will phone tomorrow when your so called telephone service 150 opens 🤬

  @WeAreOpenreach @EE so someone comes out today at lunchtime and since then my broadband doesn't work. It wasn't actually broken before you broke it and no one bothers to inform customers either. Non existent customer service as per usual. Charge a fortune for no actual service!!
