  @EE How do I report a case of fraud with you? #ee Basically there is this company that are charging me a fortune each month but are not providing the services I signed up for. For example viewing my bill or trying to use this companies website or app is impossible. I feel like I have had my pants pulled down and my *** spanked by this company.   @EE ee says they the best network lol a joke now our Internet is down home phone line down permanently and we are both vulnerable people's and I can't do my job as I work from home..

  @EE Ee have elderly customers they fail to fix their phone lines and internet with 30 days put vulnerable customers at risk, fail to keep their customers informed of repair dates and times, and BT totally ignore customers, and don’t value when you been with them 20 plus years

  Started new job & get 1st wage end of July. Phoned direct debit companies such as @EE and asked for a payment break until I receive wages, they were great. However, I called Creations @CurrysServices @currys who advised me to let direct debits go unpaid. Very poor and let down!

  I got the iPhone Air. Had to swap to pay monthly for eSIM only, 50p cheaper. But the eSIM didn't hop over. So now I have no phone line. Fraud prevention due to one fail. Modern tech eh? @EE
