    @ee how on earth does anyone rearrange a delivery of a phone with you guys when you "help"line is an infinite loop of things I don't want and a recorded message telling me how unusually busy you are?

    @EE why are your colleagues sending an Apple Watch to the repair centre for it just to be sent back as they’re not allowed to repair them, got to wait for it to come back, contact Apple so at least a few more weeks of paying for a service I cannot use through no fault of my own
