@EE how can you let customers upgrade online to phones you don’t even have in stock, but happily take their money? Customer services “nothing I can do, not just you effected”…. Great, ‘helpful’ service!!

@EE silly question I want to give my old XS to my dad as his phones broken. Do EE still lock the phones to the EE network only and if so how do I get it unlocked???

@EE After a very lengthy phone call yes I did, had to wait the usual 3-5 days to be refunded the £252 that should never have left my account though!! For a company that is trusted to take money out of customers accounts you should make sure you know what your doing
