    Using my mobile from @ee in Pembroke is pointless. Two, three or four bars on my signal yet nothing ever loads (I’m using Wi-Fi for this!).

Not hating, just stating facts about people like you who jump to conclusions without understanding the facts in before.     @EE @PokemonGoApp 3 EE stores in Liverpool, visited all 3 and sent from one to another. No staff aware, shocking customer services and I was laughed at out of one, stating 'wasn't I a bit to old to play pokemon'.

    @EE Thank you but I will be taking this further as a complaint. Do not appreciate being made a joke of, over a game I enjoy playing dye to your companies inability to inform its staff of events. 3 stores with no clue.

    @EE Trying to activate at PAYG SIM card for gsm intercom. The sim needs to be full size to work in intercom yet you need the sim to be in a phone for activation. Seeing as customer service doesn’t answer the phone can you provide a quicker solution.

    Phone got stolen over ten days ago and @ThreeUK have basically left me stranded. @EE, have you got a contract for me that actually helps to look after and offers support in case of other such emergencies?
