    Same problem I'm having with @EE . I want to cancel, but there's no obvious way to do so without calling them up and being hassled by their upselling agents.

    @EE Appalling service continues. 2 months of errors and agents never calling me back or making sure the mistakes made are sorted. Stressed and upset. No way to run a supposed award winning service. Total joke.

    Best network 25 years running" @EE my plan is £25/month. This bill: £137. I called Jamaica. Didn't realise it was £4 PER MINUTE. £116 in out-of-plan charges with zero warning, no spending cap, no alert. Just a £137 bill hitting my Direct Debit on the 28th. How is this fair?

    @EE I thought that too, but unfortunately the delivery doesn't appear there&I still can't access any PIN. I'm a bit at a loss now because I'm uncomfortable with phone calls, yet that's the only solution I've been given. I'd really appreciate any help.
