    @EE the mod phone been agreed, I contacted technical team over concerns that I had transferred my info onto this phone,he said he didn’t know what I was talking about,never heard of a mod phone!The 2nd upgraded phone is still stuck in the system somewhere due to a computer glitch!

    @EE hi, is there a problem with signal in rossendale? I’ve had no signal or 4g for over a week now and have to stay connected to WiFi at all times!! So does my friend

    Still having difficulty with broadband and TV due to @virginmedia having issues!!! At least I've got @EE for some services (signal not brilliant at home).
