Jake Murphy (@jake_murphy95) reported.@skytv Β£106 a month my bill has gone up to for sky stream , ridiculously stupid amount. Despite saying I was leaving you advisor said couldnβt do anything to assist as I was on a good deal You have 48 hours to reduce my bill or Iβm heading to @EE tv

Michael Knight (@michaelmknight) reported@EE You keep sending me these letters. I informed you that my Mum, Who's bill this is, passed away in December of 2025. I sent you a letter and an original death certificate, which seems to have gone missing or you never returned it to me. As this is my Mum's account, I am not responsible for her debts, even in death. Dealing with a bereavement is hard enough, without receiving letters like this, especially when you were informed last year. Nether of us are/were ever late paying our bills, but things like this make me not want to continue being a customer of EE.

Tony Crystal (@TonyCrystals) reported@Gwitter93 @EE I had a very similar problem, no one answers the phone either, when k eventually gave up and cancelled the DD they billed me for full 2 years of Sim only use. Β£600 for nothing. EE is shameless in its pursuit for profits. Avoid them at all costs.

Sally Finestone (@SallyFinestone) reported@EE It was suggested I get a WiFi extended but if the signal cuts (sometimes the TV buffers) I'm not sure that would help. Whilst that didn't bother me but explains recording fail because of lost power I didn't realise it was affecting team calls.
