    Is there some problem with @EE Customer Service? Can't access 'My EE' on the website, tried to call and after going through all the various options just had an automated message to say they were unable to connect me to someone and call back another time! Absolutely great when

    @EE hi my WiFi box keeps telling me that I'm unable to connect to the Internet. Is the server down as when I go to trouble shoot it just says please wait then nothing

    You know what's great? I've been having problems with my broadband all day and the @EE app won't let me in unless I add a phone number but it won't recognise it because it isn't an EE phone rendering it useless.
