@EE No, yet again EE failed to get this sorted, failed to contact me and seem surprised with my daily call to say the phone has been out of operation for 16 days. Really terrible customer support.

@EE you claim to be the best network for x amount of years in a row yet I barely get any 4g signal 1 bar at a push and most of the time it’s 3G I wouldn’t be mad but I’m using an iPhone 14 pro

@EE Overall between the twitter team, broadband team and tech team coming out to try and fix this, you've been a disaster and added so much stress onto our lives in a time where, not to go into it, but we really didn't need it So we're really gonna have to reconsider staying with you

@EE No not alright. Attempted to cancel contract and haven't been able to speak to an advisor as need to speak to Channel returns or something. Emailed multiple times still no reply. Called number numerous times no answer. Your return department just say contact channel returns.
