    @EE what is up with the mobile phone signals? For the past 3-4 months I just can't get good enough signals anywhere i go, yet yous have all these 5g masts up in the area, yet the services are still terrible.

    @ee Why can I not get 5G+ access on we business sim only. Just upgraded only to find out that even on an all-rounder tariff you cannot have access. I will have to cancel this upgrade and move network after 30 years (orange to ee account).

    @EE Tried to speak to someone yesterday and he basically said that EE do not guarantee a data and a voice signal at the same time! I said well it’s been fine for years but recently seems to have an issue where ever I can be in the country. Apparently it’s not a problem so I was told

    @EE Afternoon Guys, just been chatting to 1 of your team about upgrades etc. Really nice guy and helpful but the call dropped out ironically! Please pass on that I didn’t hang up on him and if he wants to call back he can 👍

    Hey @EE As a longtime customer I’m very unimpressed with yr customer service to my Dad (93) You: - Made him move from BT -> EE - Told me you’d switch his DD over - Failed to do this so he missed 1st payment - Ignored his complaint & request for refund - Charged him a late fee!

    @EE Howyou promoting new wifi box when the signal is so weak and slow.. Either fix or might go with virgin media
