@northolt3103 @EE I got tired of the constant price increases. I to have been with them since the Stone Age. Last price increase took my out of contract bill to £35.00 month. Dumped and joined smarty. £12 a month 100gb data unlimited call and text. Never had a problem.

  • Golfstee Steve (@Golfstee) reported

@northolt3103 @EE They are BT and have always rinsed everyone,a truly awful company.

  • E8VPR Steve Payne (@E8VPR) reported

@northolt3103 @EE Yep 👍🏻 around 18 months too, worst company out there… no reward for loyalty just pure greed with worse than second rate service.

  • genericname10 Kyle Williamson (@genericname10) reported

@northolt3103 @EE Haven’t noticed the signal getting bad, but their customer service of late is terrible.

  • Nick2512 Nick Stern (@Nick2512) reported

@northolt3103 @EE I have noticed how their call centre has moved from the Northeast of England to India and Pakistan used to be a fantastic service not anymore

  • poetictrxgedy Jack (@poetictrxgedy) reported

@northolt3103 @EE It’s pretty bad in my village, but outside is fine

  • StAustellAdam Aether Archer (@StAustellAdam) reported

@northolt3103 @EE When I lived in London I was with Voda, and the signal was great. Moved back to Cornwall 20 years ago and the Voda signal was nonexistent, so I changed to Orange. Through various iterations I am now with EE, and whilst I can't complain too much, I have found that the signal is not as strong or reliable as it once was. And yes, frustrated that they keep charging more for a poorer service.
