    @EE So someone would call me but that’s not happened either. This is so bad. Was with BT and never had any issues like this. Customer service is zero

    @EE Could I just ask if the customer support on this thread is genuine or not as I have them calling me from a number that when searched is coming up as a number associated with a scam

    @EE I know you are sick of hearing from me, but I am on the phone to 150 now The agent is not helping, and won't record a complaint What do I do? This has been going on for 6 months

    @EE can’t log in on 4 different devices, been kicked out of all services and on the phone to your team already and they’ve no idea what’s going on. Looks like a major outage to me.
