@EE thanks for closing my complaint, not sending me my final response or ombudsman rights. You send deceiving text messages to your customers and when the customer is not happy with your service you just let them leave you. Wow your customer service is shocking.

I decided against going in to an @EE shop as it would likely upset me even more. What I don't get is why @EE are hell bent on pushing loyal customers out the door? From my issue to extortionate price hikes with some what dubious claims. Loyalty means nothing.

@EE i preordered an S23 with you on the 1st and yet to receive any confirmation and myee is still suggesting i preorder an s23! I called customer services and a very nice person reprocessed the order but still no email or acknowledgement. Very strange experience

@EE @MaxBrassingt0n Feb 2020, you went via the RPI with NO additional % added. Feb 2020 - RPI (2.2%) Feb 2023 - CPI (10.5%) + your own 3.9% added, care to explain this 3.9%? If you went via RPI this time, it would have been 13.4% You can’t justify this! Signal at work PE7 8HP is poor, 2 bar 4G.

@EE Hi, could you please help. My sister has gone to India and contacted you before to get a data roaming add on (£11.40) She was told when she got there to turn data roaming on and it would work automatically, however it isn’t working.
