@EE No, I always have RCS switched off. And it's been doing it for ages. Never used to happen with PlusNet.. so maybe it's an EE protocol or something?...

@EE absolute mess getting an eSIM sorted. Store staff haven’t a clue, no service for over two days. eSIM doesn’t activate. Round in circles trying to get support. Best part they want to text me a code - er, yeah that would be something I need a connection for I think.

@ItsJamesPowers @EE No way!? What one did you go for? I’ve spoke to several people. Some of them even lying out right telling me “no pro max devices have been shipped”. Response seems to be “awk well you’ll just need to wait”. I ordered at 1.04pm on 12th for them to cancel and make me reorder
