@Tech_updates0 @EE if i clear the error page (by swiping down) I can get to the "download your esim into this phone" screen. But then nothing happens. So something is still broken.

@EE I been having problems with your service. Every time I try to turn on internet the service would connect me to a 2G or 3G or non internet tower. Please Help, Thanks.

Sad when you have to call your service provider of over 10 years @EE to upgrade your phone after much thought and deliberation. And then you get a rude and abrasive person with little or no patience. We've all suffered in this pandemic. Been thinking about @VodafoneUK switch too!
