@EE Won't allow me to do the trade in cos I have a crack in the screen , when you offer 24 month contracts what do u expect people are going to drop there phone or get scratches or cracks on it!! A loyal customer with 4 products with you and not able to offer me an alternative

@EE They are blue but when we lost connection earlier tonight we checked our speed and we was only getting 30s and we have 300 speed. I put it down to floods in places but now I'm not getting any connection to any device

Ordered a new phone as a new customer...chose a time slot for next day delivery...no phone delivered, no explanation as to why...not the best start with @EE @goEnjoy 👎🏼

@EE I was given an early termination figure in November , every day you have your contract the price of the termination comes down , I terminated contract in January based on this figure , plus the extra I had payed only for the termination figure to be more than I was quoted
