My #Samsung phone on contract from @EE has been crashing since yesterday.... tonight it re-started by itself and is now stuck on the start up screen and won't do anything else. Have tried all the problem solving, deleted cache etc and still nothing.

Received a response about my complaint for crazy call charges (when I was told they were free) to call @ThreeUK last night for an updat, I had to wait an hour to speak to them to be told the same as 2 months ago, “there was nothing they could do”! Really glad moved to @EE

@RhiannonV As a boat dweller I use 4G for my main Internet connection, a 4GEE home router from @EE. I get quite impressive speeds and never have a problem even when multiple people are hogging the bandwidth.

Every two years I have the same issue with @EE -Upgrades due -Deals are more expensive than other networks -Back and forth until they eventually match the deal. Can you guys not just save the headache and start actually offering the best deal from the get go..?

@EE Just moved and having to use data as haven't got WiFi yet and I can't even reliably get 4G. I'm literally on Weymouth seafront, I should be reliably getting it right now. Ive had this problem since I joined EE and was told there was an outage nearby. Clearly that was a lie..

@EE No one is happy to help. You have done nothing. Literally nothing. Sent a coiple of emails to 'chase it up' chase what up? You don't know what is wrong with my new account and after 2 weeks have no answers what is wrong or when it will be sorted. Scam company

@EE Why are you punishing contract customer with abusive monthly call rates abroad. Just found out I paid £50 quid for for a 15 min call to Oman but PAYG would be half that. Prices and structure are ***************
