    @EE can you please recommend a shop that has competent staff please? Been to Stevenage and Watford and I've never experienced such inept service..trying to take a phone in for repair is impossible..it really shouldn't be this difficult!!

    @Ubiquiti do your 5g devices support all networks? I’m on @EE your uk site lists T-Mobile but you don’t get that network in the uk.

    @EE Customer service REACHING NEW DEPTHS today!!! Passed from Customer Service (CS) to Local store (Meadowhall) to franchise store (Rotherham) and back to CS - each telling me to speak to the next. Surely to goodness somebody owns a responsibility for something somewhere!

    That’s the filthiest mobile operator , ever. They lie and let down customers. Trusted account closure, promised to do so, months later, they continue to charge.!!!!! When customer complains, they refer him to credit agencies, who slap a credit penalty of 3 strikes???!! @ee
