    @EE @EEBroadbandUK is your WiFi down because since I’ve joined I’ve not been impressed and it always seems to not work in certain rooms even with a WiFi extender

    @EE Can you instigate a billing query on here via DM? Sadly this is aonthly problem. Months, MONTHS, ago I cancelled TNT Sports, even had one month refunded back. But EVRY month it comes back into the bill inexplicably.

    🚨SECURITY ALERT! If your @EE SIM card fails they require a maskless (& presumably no glasses / hat) scan of your face to replace it 🤬Also means any immunocompromised customer either risks their life or has to get a new phone number (top tip: NOT wt EE!)

    @EE can you tell me how I can cancel my recent sim-only renewal please? I moved to a capped-speed plan (was on uncapped) and it's absolutely rubbish even for normal browsing

    @EE why is your App deliberately difficult to find what you are looking for? I signed up for TNT sport through EE and want to cancel it. Cannot find where it is in the app at all on my account. Everything that should be simple to find in the App is buried and this is deliberate.

    @EE trying to connect my new smart hub to the EE app and it keeps saying it can’t. I keep having similar issues like this with your app. Frustrating please help

    @EE You could’ve kept me as a customer with a new phone for another 2 years but I’m tempted to go elsewhere just purely because that is highly annoying and extremely misleading!
