@EE Stop trying to get customers to pity you by saying digital exclusion it's basically a money grab I'm sure this will cost you as a company overall because when your customers need you now more than ever for help in todays world you decide to be part of the problem disgraceful

Are new phones coming with less and less in the box? Where's my plug? So I've gotta buy a plug since it's not a normal adapter? Where's my headphones? Sad/moany times. Is this on every network or just @EE?

Ten mins on hold to @bt_uk who transfer me to @EE. To pass security I have to give the amount of my last EE bill. The customer service agent doesn’t seem to understand that I don’t have a last bill as I haven’t switched yet. Puts me on hold for 37 mins and then drops the call

@jir1987 @EE Every network, worse with some brands like apple 🍏 (pseudo ewaste argument but as you point out they changed the adapter) better with others

@MoneySavingExp Been an @EE broadband customer for a few years now and mobile customer many more years than that, and found they have always been spot on with customer service and satisfaction 👍🏻

@JoeBaguley @VodafoneUK @EE will let you do it over the phone but then they have to ship you something. It's such an antiquated process for a modern solution.
