    @EE @EE this is not helping us!! As a business customer I expect more information. I need to divert my mobile as I am going on holiday and can not do it. This is not good enough. 2 days of poor service is not acceptable

    @EE Hi EE, I’m in Newcastle (NE2 2TA). My mobile data suddenly stopped working indoors, but works fine outside. Tried on 2 EE phones — same issue. No Wi-Fi at home, so I rely on mobile data. I saw you’re investigating — any update

    @EE @EE still having trouble with voice call, going through sometimes not at all other times and not working on wifi calling

    @EE This has caused havoc with the delivery of medical supplies. More information is required as to what the problem is and when you expect it to be fixed!

    @EE anyone else getting frustrated with a copy paste response, not detail no care. No consideration. Not good customer service. How about explain what the issues actually are and how your fixing them
