    Switching to @ee broadband, might’ve been the worse thing I’ve done!! Damn near every week something is wrong with it! I’m sitting in the same room as the router, and I can’t get any connection.

Too see it you have to log on and follow our system instructions designed to make our lives easier not your. Same to see why we've raised your charges.     @EE Disgusting you won’t look after your customer. My phone contract finished on February and yet you still charged me for march and April while my phone finished on February and you won’t refund me. Absolutely disgusting. @financialombuds

    @EE your wifi box is so bad! Gave and promised false hope and trust but no the wifi service never seems to connect, always cuts off, just all around problems. Might just have to look into getting virgin media

    so my @EE phone won’t make or receive calls. Tried every solution listed on their website to no avail. Only option to get in touch is to call 150. And how can I do that when I can’t make calls????

    @EE Shocking service today had to buy a 24 hour pass on EE WiFi to have some form of connection today. Would suggest a refund before I have to log a complaint .

    @EE we are away on holiday, I can’t log into my account as you have not amended my new number when I called to change all this in February. I can’t call as we have no signal and we need a helping hand as we are on holiday and our family is going to run out of data
