Jimmy R
(@ElectricBearCom) reported
@EE No home Internet connection since the morning and no way of checking if there's a problem on your end, service status checker seems to be mobile network only. Tried restarting the hub multiple times, unplugging the cable to the socket, even a factory resstart

@EE In January 2021 EE promised there would be no increase in phone charges in Europe, you lied and I will no longer use your network.

@EE Investing in customer services is more than a financial transaction. Small charges grow, it’s the start of a slippery slope. Those of us who travel will gravitate towards other suppliers who honour their zero EU roaming charge promise.

@EE You previously vowed not to reintroduce EU-roaming charges. How can anyone feel confident using a network which lies and gets too grEEdy?. Obviously more interested in satisfying your shareholders. BT fatcats just cannot get enough cream! I hope you lose a lot of customers!

@EE are you aware there’s an issue with login on the ‘my EE’ app? Can get to my account fine on webpage, but app just returns the ‘username or password not recognised’ I’m Absolutely using the same. Quite a few other comments on App Store indicate this is impacting others

@EE Can’t beat trying to upgrade on your website when you get to the final page and it comes up with “can’t find the page”. If it wasn’t bad enough every other company undercuts you on price you make it as difficult as possible

@EE absolutely rubbish customer service called up today to ask what deal they could offer when my contract ends. The call ended with the person saying “we can’t help you. Call back on august 1st to cancel”. Wow.

@EE I understand 5G will depend on my coverage but I was told I was in an area to receive a suitable 5G signal strength to surf, stream etc but with previously mentioned speeds I was unable to do anything at all and just outside of London and not on a mountain having a shave!
