    @EE Sorry for the delay it is a mobile signal calls are very delayed connecting and the so is the mobile internet connection.

    @TheRedbranch @EE honestly! i called for myself, my mother and my other half to see what they would say... i got three different answers to the problem in my area: 1 - its already fixed 2 - its down but dont know when its fixed 3 - its down and it will be fixed on the 25th! Nonsense!

    @EE I've just seen your ridiculous advert purporting to show someone being shaved remotely. Given that my daughter can barely get any signal where she is in High Wycombe, I could soon look like one of ZZ Top.

    @EE The mast covering LA22 0HY has been intermittently unserviceable for months. EE are aware but the 4G WiFi I pay to use is unreliable. I have been refunded but I’d like some honesty about if/when service will return to normal.

    @EE I have a phone which was previously registered with EE. Not knowing this I've bought a SIM card and contract with Tesco. The phone keeps asking for a SI*M Network unlock PIN. Can you help, please?
