@EE Absolutely useless. I’ve been a customer for many years, never known it as bad as this! No mobile signal all week….You are really testing your customers’ loyalty. AND ENOUGH WITH THE IRRITATING ADVERTISEMENTS!! YOU ARE CLEARLY NOT THE BEST BY A LONG CHALK!!

@lickle_monster @EE Yes , 8 hours now . I think at least 10 pound per customer refund . Other networks do it

@EE Sorted now, thanks. I was advised to go into a store at the weekend - was an issue with the SIM card. Took a long time to assess that was the problem though. Had to speak to several operatives over the course of a full week to find that out.

@EE absolutely discusted with EE. Cancelling mobile services after 30 years loyal service. Last month blocked my line in error. Month before failed to instal copper broadband because of a hardware line issue. Now asking for 36 to confirm my pak code. Goodbye ee. Shocked

@EE Less than 1 week until my 4G broadband contract ends and it’s been nothing but hideous. The speed is like dial up 90’s. The “service” is as consistent as the weather. The price is higher than the stars. I will never recommend EE to anyone. Never, ever again. It’s pure manure.
