    Hi @EE when I took out my new phone contract, I also took out @bt_uk wifi and I was told I’d get money off my contract. I’ve had my bill through and the money hasn’t come off. Can you help please?

    @EE are you having issues in the EH6 area? My mum has been having connection issues on WiFi and using mobile data for the last few days but today seems to be much worse.

    @bt_uk Awesome they said my service is so bad I should switch to @EE so I’ll be doing that

    @EE I think the whole country was experiencing issues. Soon as fb, Instagram and what's app went down. Networks starting experiencing issues with data and 4g. As I was unable to open Web pages or use data.

    @EE What a woeful response, I lost out on earnings so want to know what you are going to do about it. This is like a conversation with my auntie not the uk’s best network or whatever you report!! Actions not nice words please Craig

    @EE This company has gone really downhill since I was with them. They take the upfront cost whether you pass the credit check or not. Customer service were terrible #refund
