    @EE absolutely disgusted with the customer service my elderly widowed mum had received for changing broadband/land line number. Taking advantage of those who aren’t IT literate and making them cry on the phone in frustration. I’m fuming.

    @EE Hi, I’ve had issues since last week with my data - I’m unable to load anything on 5G, signal cut out early this morning and still having issues. I’m asking about leaving my contract early as your service is nothing short of terrible.

    @carlitaswayy @BOFClareriviera @EE Groverner place to Covent Garden rank I asked the pass if they gonna pay cash or card ,it’s card google search 19 mins journey I asked pre pay £20 got to CG was £19 gave them£1 back they gave me £1 tip,my Twitter would not work by the rank,plan B worked until EE sort out issue.

    @EE I am aware of current issues in my area but I have been having issues for over a week. I went into your store and called online and there was nothing they could do so I’m paying for data I cannot use as nothing will load unless I am on WiFi or private browsing.

    @EE Just been contacted by someone alleging to be one of your Customer Service people. He said his name was Richard Taylor operating out of Nottingham Call Centre on 07782 207029. He offered me a full refund of my subscriptions so far but to get them I had to open a Lemfi account 1/2

    Hey @EE amazing black friday deal sale but please don't be sending your tech items WITHOUT BOXES and just in mailing bags WITH NO PADDING. For such expensive items it sucks to see the the item box itself dented so much!!
