@EE Guide says I'll definitely call you back in 10 minutes (1338). Over 30 minutes later still waiting... Support has definitely gone downhill in the last couple of years.

@EE First time as an EE broadband/TV customer Day 1 no internet or TV. Engineer not available till Wednesday no guarantee it will be fixed then. Still being charged from today. Will EE cover my phone data and that of my family or pay me back my annual leave ? Buyer beware

@EE And again, @ee make an appointment and the engineer doesn’t turn up. Appointment has been cancelled at their end. Day 8 of no WiFi. No engineer, no fix in sight… and no one at EE seem to be arsed. Avoid them like the plague.

@JLittledale @EE Try manually connecting to a different local network. That will either resolve the issue, or prove it to (very likely) an international call bar.

I could find Jesus easier than finding my @EE business monthly invoices. 6 weeks trying to get access to them or simply to send my invoices to accounts 🤦🏼 each time someone sets me up on a app or a website and there's never any incoice

NCSC Continuous #cyberattacks 15-07-2025 0000hrs - 21-07-2025 ongoing (DDOS & Bandwidth attenuated, signal suppression) in MK region. Properties (10), 12), (13) in particular involved with UK telecoms interference.@EE please advise asap 100Mbps+ to< 10Mbps 4G in 5G Unlimited area

@Ofcom Thanks, I will. The inability to turn off @EE's voicemail on their digital voice landlines is a serious, unresolved issue.
