@EE @rootmetrics Be better if instead of text saying "it will be fixed in next 14 hours" then one saying "it's fixed" you actually called the people who made the complaint to check if it actually was fixed. Instead engineers supposedly fix it then have to go back and do the bits they missed...

@adrianstrand @EE @rootmetrics Make sure roaming is turned off in your network settings. Will only connect to mainland cell towers then.

@EE my sim card seems to be blocked. The message I see is 'sim card not provisioned'. I have no network, can't call anyone, not even ee on 150. Is your service down atm?
