  I see posts on here slating @EE I have been a broadband customer since 2017 and earlier this year I took out a phone contract and got a great deal as I now have both with them. I have been very happy with their service.

  Still no internet and @EE are liars who put me as a priority only to reject and say they needed my medical records to put me as a priority again, I do not recommend them to anyone as they do not help in any way and refuse to find solutions for working people who can't be at home

  @EE has the worst app and website to try and upgrade. Nothing works, won’t let me pick store to have it delivered to and then keeps telling me I’ve reached my limit of trying to add my bank details. **** this. I’ll go elsewhere.
