    @VodafoneUK I’ve been on web chat with six different people now that cannot solve my account problems. This is very poor service you need to sort out your processes! @EE would you like a loyal customer?

    No @EE network in lower Swaledale since Boxing Day. Time for an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)? O2 signal seems to be ok after any power cuts!

    Hi @bluelightcard can you please help me get a code for an @EE discount I'm unable to get the discount as I don't have an NHS email. I work in a children's hospice and have a valid bluelight card but they can't give me the discount without an NHS email..

    @EE @sparkycaro Why should we have to do that everytime we want to go on the app though?? I've had issues for the last month & shouldn't have to uninstall & reinstall each time I want into it, ridiculous

    @ee what’s the point in a cancellations option on 150 if it routes you to a team who can’t help.

    1hr 5mins (so far) into a call with @EE and they’re still refusing to escalate my complaint because there “no point” Advised call handler that I will now escalate it to the @financialombuds but still wouldn’t escalate my complaint….

    @MarcAllera @EE You need to sort your **** out with your BT Broadband, Openreach and Fibre to the Home Team.....been offline for 4 weeks - still not fixed. Utter shambles Marc. Hope you had a very merry Xmas. 😡
