    @EE No you have a find X3 neo listed whereas I have a find X3 pro. This is the second time I've had issue with this - you had previously had it that I was trading in an iPhone 12 pro max (the device I am upgrading to)

    @EE Can't find a link to live chat. New work location, no signal, tried the text INFO feature, to cancel itll cost £300... which I guess while extortionate is the price..., but I can't even find a link to do that.

    @EE I'm not sure why you can't just reopen my case from last year and send the engineer that you were going to, but I cancelled when my local council said you should only have people in the house if its an emergency and since we weren't working from home it didn't seem like one.

    @EE Hiii, I've been sent a bill for a full month's broadband service when I was only with you for the first day of the month (transferred) will this rectify itself or would I need to chase this?
