I recommend never using @EE to absolutely everyone. Liars and con artists that do not have customers best interests in mind.. Will say one thing and do another. Need a new home internet provider that don't scam their customers any suggestions??

@EE Not really other than it was an eiv response. The 3 valid responses are pass, fail and no more questions. Mine was the latter. Never mind, I’ve gone with Vodafone where there were no such issues
