  @EE My mum has been without broadband for 7 days. Four days ago, my stepfather died at home. She is grieving and vulnerable, yet the service is still not fixed. EE promised a welfare team call at 7pm tonight. No one called. This is beyond unacceptable. We need urgent action NOW.

  @EE I do really need your help my husband had a cardiac arrest while on holiday in spain Valencia area and the phone is with my husband contract. Can you please help me with more roaming to deal with our insurance and call the flight company. Please 🙏.

  @EE why is your roaming in Europe not working today ? I’ve called your service centre three times today. Wasted three hours and nothing was solved. I cannot make or receive calls. Disgraceful service.

  @EE really fed up now of of paying a lot of money for a phone, when I only ever had 2 bars or signal or less? I need this to improve massively? Been a customer for easily 20 years and I’m seriously considering changing providers.

  @paulmatt86 @EE Because the UK is so so broken and has been since they removed the Huawei stuff years ago and never got replaced with anything as good as that . But the likes of EE still ripping the customers by charging us more but get less…

  EE broadband is absolute rubbish @EE talked into switching from sky..told I would be reimbursed for leaving fees (I wasn’t) now my super duper fast broadband fibre buffers all the time. I wish I’d never changed
