    @EE I’ve been having a problem with my landline for 3 weeks now. I’ve called about 5 times already and they all keep saying it will be fixed in the next 2-3 days but it hasn’t. I’ve seen that I’ve been charged £20 extra despite not being able to use my landline and wifi properly.

    @EE Yes, they simply said that I’m too far away from the 5G mast, this clearly isn’t the problem as my phone works and my 5G router has an external antenna, and it can see a 5G signal

    @EE I'm not sure tbh. Tech guy joined my bb with my 2 mobiles on the 1 account and he said that would solve the issue, but still no joy. My app stopped worked about 2 days ago and I can only view bb details online, no access to mobile account at all.

    @EE please give me a call on +447584167047 or give me a number to call. My broadband is useless, always dropping signal. I don’t want to pay my bill anymore until I receive better service !!!!!

    @EE Its now 4 days without internet or the ability to make calls. Your texts just say it will be up in 7 hours and it never is. Is anyone actually working on this. Broadband has been shocking for a month now. Llandinam, Powys
