@EE - My elderly MIL is all stressed after Eltham EE store have clearly mis-sold an IPhone 12 pro @£95/mth with unlimited data - she stated she is retiring soon. No-one answers phone and your online team say they can’t do anything as it’s sold in the store. Great customer service

@slowze_ @EE This reminds me of being on hold with my ISP, having hit the corresponding number for "no internet service" then having the hold music interrupted every 5 seconds with "you know this would be faster if you did it online." :|
