    @EE ... Big Screen addition. When I got in touch to cancel my contract, another EE staff member said they are not aware of Big screen being cut from EE. So I cancelled, but now I just got a text saying I can have Big screen @ £10 a month. Its confusing! What's the truth?

    @EE I have had no service since 11.30 last night. I have been sent one update at 10.30 this morning. What's the problem and when will it be fixed. I'm in South Somerset and trying to work from home.

    @Tech_updates0 @EE if i clear the error page (by swiping down) I can get to the "download your esim into this phone" screen. But then nothing happens. So something is still broken.

    After more than 10 years being on @EE I finally switched off after being told "With the quality of network we provide it is hard for us to match deals with other providers" -- Like bruh wdym quality, your site was down half the time😭

    I have already managed to rescue my partner from switching network to @EE as he was literally in the process of doing so. I would urge anyone else to avoid them as well.

    @randomcallsign @EE My 24 down 6 up has been a struggle over lockdown. Reducing stream bitrate has been effective when stable to be fair. Noticed some real crap service recently though. Cabling for the superfast fibre requires access to the house which I guess has mostly been blocked by law 😭
