@EE Was at Kendal calling at weekend, service was pointless. A remote area where you would definitely need a phone if something bad happened. Must be the 5% you don’t cover

@EE @jono8686 How about you stick to being a service provider and allow the correct professionals to do their job. As a customer in all the different guises since 2001 this campaign saddens me in the way that it is portraying something that is some Men ❌👎🏻

Terrible experience trying for the 6th day in a row to get in touch with @EE customer service on the phone. Emails also sent with no response. Utterly dreadful.

@EE have got to have the worst customer service, ever. After many years with them, I cannot wait to get out of contract, and move to a company that treats its clients better..... Which is probably any of them. I'm a very disgruntled customer at the moment.

@EE I was told by your “customer service” team what the technical issue was and that @EE would email me today to tell me what settings to change in my router. Surprise surprise, no email received.
