@EE atrocious service EE. My fault I I lost phone. Reported it lost. Told new sim in 1-2 days. 2 days later told 5 more days. Advised to get SIM from shop. This one was deactivated after 1 day. Because it wasn’t the one posted. Now told to wait. But I have to leave on trip. Angry

It's like @EE doesn't want me to pay my bill errors everytime I make a payment tried multiple cards all with more than enough in the account to pay it even the online chat to speak to someone isn't working

@EE Thanks Ashley - I did manage to get through to someone in the end. The issue isn’t resolved because we know it’s a broadband issue - EE tells us it’s not - but our wifi signal keeps dropping which is affecting our smart heating and other things. It’s happening every day.

@EE Did try to phone them but they're currently busy so for this months bill payment I'm unlikely to pay it unless there's something there thst can support me.
