@EE Absolutely disgusting customer service from @EE they have taken £414 from my wife’s account without any prior notice. A mistake owing to an insurance claim, notified them of the issue and have had to raise a complaint which may take 8 weeks to resolve! No apology in the call!

@EE Hi, my internet security keeps popping a message that VPN has been switched on because my home broadband "has been compromised". What does this mean? It only shows on my tablet. I contacted the internet security people and they were no help, they told me to contact you.

@SamJBeech @EE What address did she send it to. Wouldn’t be too bad if you could leave find my phone on and then remove it on confirmation of receipt but it’s basically free cash to whoever gets it.

@dorydebby @EE @NWPCyberCrime Never click on the links or update button you see in an email like this. Phone your network you know direct. If they display a number on the email, dont call it. Just call your network direct.

@EE My issue gets resolved in that my blue light on the router comes back on, but it’s a recurring problem. Not enough signal in this area. When my router goes red (again) so I have to resort to 4G there is none. 1 bar at best. It’s 2022. TN33, the land that time and EE forgot
