  🚨SECURITY ALERT! If your @EE SIM card fails they require a maskless (& presumably no glasses / hat) scan of your face to replace it 🤬Also means any immunocompromised customer either risks their life or has to get a new phone number (top tip: NOT wt EE!)

  @EE can you please recommend a shop that has competent staff please? Been to Stevenage and Watford and I've never experienced such inept service..trying to take a phone in for repair is impossible..it really shouldn't be this difficult!!

  @SomeUKTeslaGuy @EE Keep the device, i did. Purchase a 1pmobile sim (EE) problem solved and so much cheaper. I use it as a mobile router when i am selling at markets. £10 a month.
