@EE Basically anything under 2 bars with 5G it’s pretty much non existent. It’s been an issue ever since I went to 5G 2 years ago. Have been back and forth have had new SIM cards and get asked to make a note of when and where (which I did) but nothing ever changes.

@EE EE is becoming impossible to get in touch with. I’m abroad, need to speak to someone and just get past from one link to another. As I get near to speaking to someone you send me another text and it cuts off the call. Used to have the best customer service now I want to leave

@EE New router same old problems. Disconnects several times every day. Impossible to work, watch EE TV and use any Internet device. So so so bad

Dear @EE it’s nice that you can get my broadband up and running if it fails, it’s nice that there are super deals I can choose. But do you know what would be nice? A mobile signal that works in the flattest area in the country. Please do something about the signal.
