    @EE I having consistent connection issues with my broadband its a joke. It disconnects then when I try on the EE app it miraculously connects. I cant keep doing it

    @hulllad47 @robbopalmer @EE Same here. They told my parents they could have 2 free tablets and a decrease on their monthly payments. Neither was true. Complained and they said they would get the tablets picked up by DPD. DPD never arrived. After 4 further DPD no-shows we had to send them back via Royal Mail

    @EE I am trying to top up my PAYG account but the app keeps saying “something went wrong” when I log in and when it says it’s sending a passcode to my email. I can’t call customer service because my phone has no data

    @EE Checked all the locations I’ve been and there’s apparently no issues. I’m disabled and currently living alone. This is not safe, and not fair when I’m paying for a service!!
