@m1sslottie77 @EE Ohhhhhh, the reason they can’t get the phones is apples issue but call EE, I spoke to them because i worried about sending mine back but they said they can put a note on if you haven’t got your new one :)

@EE WTF is going on? I’ve been waiting for a week and a half for my phone to come into the store and my old one has just been cut off for non payment.. I haven’t even got my phone to use it let alone rack up a charge. Can someone DM me so we can get this fixed please!!

@EE The best really now so why is it that i can never add the PlayStation 5 as uts always out of stock and also when us customers have struggled with payments on bills ur staff shouldn't have a go

@EE It was Monday evening the entire uk was unable to access the internet at all. Every time I rang to find out the issue your machine hung up on me because you were happy to acknowledge the outage of Facebook at a similar time.
