@EE hi, internet is still not working. Appreciate if it's a BT OpenReach issue you can't do much, but the fact we have to ring you to find out is a poor experience. Now on our 5th day of no internet and we have to ring you, the provider, to learn the fix is pushed back yet again.

@EE Signed up to 24m contract with 50% discount. There was an issue at the time & 50% discount was only applied for 6 months. Was contacted & told this would be honoured for full 24 months (confirmed by chat agent) but for last 2 months I’ve been charged the full amount 😡

@EE @CarlL4183 Hi EE, I also live in Harrow and have had really poor signal for the last 3 days. My phone can't connect to 5G any more either. Is there any engineering we should know about?
