    @EE Hi Ashleigh - the issue is fixed now. I stopped by an EE store on my way home and they confirmed there was a service wide issue.

    @Faymondo73 Exactly. Most contracts are for 24 months. The likes of @ee can do what they like when out of contract but raising mid-agreement is just a con. They can 'invest in the network' with an increase when the agreement is up and allow the customer to decide whether its worth staying.

    @EE It's ok now, had trouble making and receiving calls yesterday afternoon/evening, was ok after a couple of hours

    @EE Like everyone else last night I got call function back by 19:30 hrs but still no indication a service disruprion was going to happen or was happening.

    @EE I pay enough money to you least you can do it sort your “best network coverage” out and do as you say, instead of just caring about money and putting peoples prices up. Your going to lose lots of custom when peoples contracts are up!

    @EE Hi Sarah, Thanks it’s sorted now. Was down across the whole region for over an hour impacting all customers. But no information on service status site. Please can you kindly confirm what outage occurred…
