@EE I have no coverage for 6 days now. This is just ridiculous. I check your coverage website every single day and it says you know of a problem in the area, but six days?! We can't do our jobs. Please fix it.

@EE I'm not sure why you can't just reopen my case from last year and send the engineer that you were going to, but I cancelled when my local council said you should only have people in the house if its an emergency and since we weren't working from home it didn't seem like one.

Oh hey @EE how long is normal for hold when being transferred to insurance from customer service? Seem to have been forgotten here and wife needs to go to nursery/work!
