Hi @EE. I've been on hold now to cancel a contract for over 30 minutes now, so I'm simply going to cancel my direct debit. I'm sure there will be an outstanding bill but it will be cancelled out by my time you have wasted whilst I have been on hold.

@EE asking how much I earn yearly before tax before they'll give me upgrade options... Haha and then when I refused they quickly found upgrade options but couldn't match my current price (or close to it) been a loyal customer for 15 years... Time to switch I think

40 minutes on hold with @EE from an EE mobile. Finally get through ... they say hello and then immediately hang up. Ahaha. Sigh. What happened to company's wanting to provide a level of service? No need any more perhaps?
