    @EE I think you’re just trying to justify it rather than just saying an outright sorry for a poor customer experience and agreeing to pass back the feedback about advisors not doing their job properly.

    @EE how are you the best network ever when I can never get any signal where I work OR live and the mobile data goes on and off constantly. Been a customer for years but after this never again.

    @EE please explain to me why my partner has waited at home all day for our broadband install only for you to text him to say he's missed the engineer and the next available date is in 3 weeks! (we've already waited 1 month) You never phoned to say you were on your way or knocked!

    @EE really poor policy on ID in store when collecting delivered item. Especially since I didn’t require the ID in the first place when I purchased the new phone and contract. Now I’m paying for a new contract but using my old phone. Not what I expect from EE.
