@EE are there network issues in the DG12 area? I've had no data signal all day & barely enough signal to make calls.

@EE I don't, unfortunately... my old Samsung was replaced because it was giving up the ghost. If I had an old phone available, I'd be less frustrated with the whole experience. That was why I enquired about going down the insurance route.

@EE I shall have to look into obtaining one... I'd still be out of pocket, but at least my phone might work! The frustration for me is that I spent 30 minutes on the phone to get precisely nowhere, taking an already depleted battery down further.

There is something wrong with the charging port; no obstructions within it, no damage. It just doesn't work properly. Why, @EE, should I be out of pocket? The Tech team offered me account credit for the burner; surely they should cover the policy excess?

@EE Are there any issues in the Angus area that you know of. My router internet keeps dying all the time tonight. Incredibly infuriating when I am trying to stream.

Day 3 of patchy/no signal from @EE This is getting ridiculous now.

Here's an idea @EE - self-provisioning for eSIMs. Let the user request an eSIM swap - commit to an additional charge - then provide them with the QR code on the web portal. No need to post, reduce inbound calls, happy customer, win/win.

@ee Hi. I've just swapped to your network and now I can't connect to my work computers at all. How do I get some help? The internet connection is fine other than that. Please help ASAP

@EE Very disappointing from the UKs best network. Extremely slow 4G on all my devices. No help at all from your contact centres keep saying there nothing wrong. Can someone please help or is OFCOM the only way.
