    @EE Weekend's been pretty naff tbh. No data / calls since Friday lunchtime. Network status checker message "We're on it. We expect good service within 16 hours" hasn't changed since Friday. I have an elderly parent who relies on being able to call me. Any update?

    @EE It’s been every day nearly for two months and my signal is still poor. Download very poor. Upload non existent. I pay a lot of money to EE and it is affecting my work. When will it be fixed?

    @EE by definition, advertising a product as £50 a month (even though they advertise the CPI and Inflation increase), means that it's never going to be £50 for the 24 months of the contract. If I purchase a phone in March, my price goes up the next month, so it's wrongly priced.

    @EE Can someone explain why your website and mobile app constantly have problems. I can't top up a family members mobile in the app despite being able to see their phone in my account and can't log in to my account on the website as keep getting a system error.

    @EE Is EE chat down? Was on trying to upgrade, and now everytime I try, it keeps kicking me back. No issues on my side for network.
