  @EE,I’m unsure how you’ve managed to issue a deadlock letter prior to sending out a response and details of the investigation. As the FOS states I have to give you a chance to resolve the matter before them, but you don’t want to even follow your own complaint providers

  @EE Hey, I'm trying to ring EE from my EE handset but literally none of the EE numbers will connect. They don't even ring. This includes 150... Just says "calling" for a couple seconds then "call ending". I also can't find an online chat anywhere... How can I get some help?

  @EE I woke up to a huge charge on my account due to a "roaming" glitch, I keep seeing it vanish and come back every 30 minutes or so. I called and they told me it was a known issue but I'm still quite concerned. Can someone let me know what's happening?
