    Must say @EE network has been great on the west coast. Only place with zero network was Applecross.

    @EE Has anyone else had @EE send contract terms after sign‑up, ignore service issues, and then hit your credit file? Because this whole experience feels like a masterclass in how not to treat customers.

    @EE Hi, You keep asking me to create a new profile as I'm apparently on an old profile. When I try, it states my email addresses is already in use. Why couldn't you just migrate user accounts to the newer profiles instead of causing issues? Technology is great if you use it properly.

    Once your contract term is done the service on @EE becomes poor. I've experienced it every time my contract runs out. Despite still paying for the service on a rolling contract. Why is that?

    Hi @EE some time @SkyUK did work with @SamsungMobile it does not work for something not understand why hope sky fixing errors & problem i hope ?

    Never known a company so determined to con people than @EE … outrageously bad customer service and they’ve lost 3 potential customers thanks to their con of a website. Avoid.

    @EE It's been 10 days. Every time I speak on the phone to someone, after being put on hold for ages they eventually get back to me with a completely different answer. Today I was told that the original engineer booking was never actioned in the first place! We will be leaving @EE

    @EE Have phoned no. supplied. I just want to report App is not working, despite re installing. The menu system to report an issue with the app seems to be non existent!
