    @EE are you having outage probs this arvo/evening just that my router is working fine solid aqua bar but websites telling me no internet - only started recently today

    @EE we've had TWO engineers out, there's isn't an issue with our connection, it's literally the router, you guys could of just sent us one 2 weeks ago and none of this would of happened! We now have to wait for the new router to get here.

    @tiny_online Hey @EE I'm with you and I'm wondering if u can help my friends out, they are with Vodafone they have a fault with the line since day 1 and not been online since and also their customer service is shocking could u do them a deal like they have and also get them back online??

    Had @EE for 6 years, got BT too and pay probably nearly £500 per month. Nothing but issues. Executive Complaints don’t keep to their promises. I would avoid EE like the plague. @EE your four Phones, Laptop and Home equipment at the Post Office on the way back. See you in Court.

    @EE the time before. I asked EE to reimburse me for the cost of a local sim, (please see notes on my account). They made an offer but not the full amount, conversation with EE about that aspect very unsatisfactory, will result in me leaving EE after many years as a happy customer.

    Schoked with @EE They sold me a #smartplan in April taking me out of my EU roaming free as old client & getting extra money for my future peace of mind. After 3 months they have charged me for Eu roaming on daily basis and now they ask me for 990 Pounds penalty to cancel contract

    @EE Hi Ashleigh I'm back home in UK now. The problem is that my EE handset has failed to connect with local networks, this is the second time. I have spent a couple of hours with tech support since I got home and noone can figure out the problem, which is exactly what happened
