So 5G officially went live in the UK today on the @EE network in 5 major cities, @VodafoneUK will follow suit in a few weeks. 5G compatible smartphones are still pretty thin on the ground, and with no iPhone expected until 2nd half of 2020 this is going to be a slow burner #5G

@BenNeenan @EE They've tried to help me on here! Well, when I say tried just tell me there sorry it's delayed and to keep checking my tracking link! Even got told that the tracking link would give me as much info as ee could over the phone, yet it can't tell me it's 14 days like they can!

@EE I have and nothing comes close to offers from other providers which for 10 plus years as a customer is a little disappointing. Not fussed either way about number which ever way is quicker

@HA11NNH @EE We had no internet at one of the shops for 10 days after the first storm. Lost £15k in sales as no one could pay by card and it seems no one carries cash anymore. Never even got a discount or an apology from my provider! But when the contract is up , I will not forget !

Been a customer with @EE for around about 10 years now. Never had any issues. Since November I’ve had connectivity issues on calls and roaming apps/safari. Countless phone calls with them & they’re resolving nothing, so frustrating, I’ll be leaving EE at the end of this contract

@VodafoneUK terrible service from Vodafone. Wife has been a customer for 10+ years. Refused to try and match an offer from carphone warehouse for a Vodafone deal. PAC number now requested. @EE what are you offering.

@EE seriously what is going on , customer service has all gone to dust , so dissapointed. All we want is sims for our watches , 2 days later and numerous calls only to be found we've been sold the wrong ones , sick of it !!!!!
