@EE some feedback... Your website is truly awful. It's slow, taking far too long for pages to load, and it's very buggy. Trying to apply a couple of changes to my account failed on each occasion, with the message "update not applied, our fault not yours, try again later".

@EE No internet, no TV until next Tuesday at the earliest! So much for ‘always connected’! The hybrid is broken as well as everything else! £100+ a month….not a great service!

@MarinaPurkiss @EE Change company. Also, EE should be aware that you have just told us all about their Customer Care/Service behaviour and standards record in a specific case. A lot of people now know what they are like as a company. There's more than one kind of advertising. #EEdoesn'tCare

It must take serious planning by @EE for them to be this awful at their job. !hr and 5mins on the phone, speaking to 5 people, in 4 different teams, in 2 different countries to try and switch my mobile bill to sim only.......and they just cut me off! They are spectacularly inept!

@EE 20mins on hold. Finally get to speak to someone. They tell me that the case has been transferred to executive team, and they have to transfer my call to them. Instead they transferred me to the Business billing team. Something is very badly broken in EE
