@EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

Hi @SkyUK you’ve emailed to say my PAC code has transferred my phone number over from @EE but it’s not happened yet. New phone still has new number and old phone still has old number and service from EE. Any ideas? Thanks.

@Mikki_Wright @EE The EE service is absolutely shocking i didn’t realise this until I actually had to contact them. Been 5 days now and still not resolved. People on the message app say stuff but don’t action it. Going around in circles. Think I may leave and go to three

@EE I haven’t received any DPD tracking details for my watch. The phone was delivered in store and I didn’t receive a single correspondence I had to call up and ask on Monday. I am having the same issue with my watch I have no tracking details or updates for it

@Just_Jonnie @EE Complaints is my day job if you need help writing one up - you don't need the call logs either if you are sure what they told you on that day, they will probably listen to them as part of the complaint if they doubt you anyway

Awful service provided by @EE ! Thanks to shutdown my home broadband because someone else put the wrong address on a internet transfer request. Minimum 2 weeks wait to get it back. What about sending a confirmation email to the registered contact to confirm the transfer?
