@EE If you call the number they answer as EE and ask how they can help today! Seemed Legit to me and I’m pretty clued up on Scam Calls, but I genuinely don’t think this is! How did they know that was one of my only PAYG numbers? Knew my name, If you call the number you’ll can tell 👍🏻

@EE The attitude of your customer service. I upgrade online and was accepted and then nothing happened. I phoned up and was told that because I didn’t come direct it would cost me 600+ to upgrade. To me my contract is with you no matter whether I went through 3rd party, dismissive

@EE I'm in the Filey region and my connectivity is very poor. Is there anything I can do? I have found this in many parts of the UK. Including Norfolk and Shropshire.
