Ridiculous bureaucratic nonsense from @ee means I shall be taking my custom elsewhere when my contracts expire in October. Any recommendations for good UK mobile providers who care about customers? Will be iPhone + 2nd eSIM. Ideally with Apple Watch and visual voicemail support.

Just wow. How can you get it so wrong. Admit you have it wrong and then say "nothing we can do". @EE probably the worst customer support call I have ever heard.

@Burnsey1985 @EE @spaloney I am the same, got mine and partners email, both eligible plans (as used add to plan before) and got nothing. The process doesnt work but all you get told is its your fault.
