Ridiculous bureaucratic nonsense from @ee means I shall be taking my custom elsewhere when my contracts expire in October. Any recommendations for good UK mobile providers who care about customers? Will be iPhone + 2nd eSIM. Ideally with Apple Watch and visual voicemail support.

@EE Been waiting Since 27th December to transfer my number from my Old Network to EE, 6 Different support agents all telling me a different reason as to why its not working, So far wasn't worth moving networks

@EE Thanks Holly but I frankly can’t be bothered. Last time I called, they tried to sell me an Apple Watch, gave me their email in case of any problems, then never replied to my emails. EE have blown it for me I’m afraid. Your service & support is a fraction of what it was.

@EE is a fantastic network, which I have zero complaints for. But my god, their adverts are cringeworthy. Boasting about 100 devices on broadband? You realise IPv4 goes up to 255 (starting from 0) right?

@EE I just ordered and paid for a new phone and pay monthly contract with you, but now it’s asking me to call you and your opening hours are until 8pm.. My current phone contract says it runs out today as I had to request the PAC code.. Is there any way you can help?
