Ridiculous bureaucratic nonsense from @ee means I shall be taking my custom elsewhere when my contracts expire in October. Any recommendations for good UK mobile providers who care about customers? Will be iPhone + 2nd eSIM. Ideally with Apple Watch and visual voicemail support.

@virginmedia are so rubbish. Thank God I could hotspot from my phone for my important meetings this afternoon. Thank you @EE for saving me. I swear virgin are down every other day in my area.

Does anyone know how to make a formal complaint 2 ee? They matched my new sim deal from £20 to £8. I had no contract. I signed a new contract, they didn't tell me, 4 £28 a month. So now I'm paying nearmy 4 times as much. Ee refuse to register a complaint @EE
