Ridiculous bureaucratic nonsense from @ee means I shall be taking my custom elsewhere when my contracts expire in October. Any recommendations for good UK mobile providers who care about customers? Will be iPhone + 2nd eSIM. Ideally with Apple Watch and visual voicemail support.

Hey @EE when are you going to fix your transmitter in the NG11 6 area? Been down for a while now inconveniencing business & public. No 4g or 5g coverage. Shocking service considering the cost of contracts.

my god @EE is shite broadband & mobile. tele buffs all the time can’t get signal in the house on mobile the advert says best this best that it’s far from best of anything apart from false advertising… they say to call and no one’s answers the phone and the local branch is a joke

@EE TV box pro is rubbish. Sound sync issues . U app doesn't work. Itvx freezes after playing ads. Remote response slow.

@EE 14 days without access to the app is absolutely ridiculous by the way. I’m not calling again to be told it’s being looked into. Never get an update. Just get fobbed off. You telling me you’re not aware of app outages concerns me when people on the phone say otherwise.
