Ridiculous bureaucratic nonsense from @ee means I shall be taking my custom elsewhere when my contracts expire in October. Any recommendations for good UK mobile providers who care about customers? Will be iPhone + 2nd eSIM. Ideally with Apple Watch and visual voicemail support.

@EE Thank you to the Customer Service team on Twitter. I had a frustrating time with #EE Monday due to contradictions lip service, and overall poor customer service. However yesterday and today via DMs and a call from Charlotte you have restored my faith in EE.

@EE The signal at HS95UT Isle of Barra has suddenly gone very weak in the last 24 hours. Normally an excellent 4G now unable to use phone or WiFi we all run off it. Could you investigate and fix ASAP Couldn’t find how to report through your website

@EE why can’t l get through to customer services? I just want to remove roaming!!! It’s easy to sign up for roaming but tricky to remove. Great marketing ploy but terrible for customers

@HarryHowells90 @EE I’m with EE, had loads of issues prevoiusly because of a faulty router and it took the best part of a year to be fixed due to the intermittent nature of it

@EE is one of the most customer-UNfriendly companies I have ever dealt with. I regret using them as my mobile service provider. Cannot wait for the contract to be over so I can deal with a more friendly and professional company. Absolute waste of time.
