@EE Wifi has been dreadfully slow recently, how do I go about getting an engineer out to have a look at what’s going on? An open reach engineer was doing something at the telephone pole by us recently and the speed has gone down since.

@EE I am not sure if I contacted you earlier about this but on my bill which I printed from your website, my latest bill was £24.12 Data Usage was suspended, would this be why I never got emails for a week, so did not get my bill? I renewed my pack on 19th as topped up £15 #Pack

@EE @schoolbusstays All my friends had data and reception with Luther networks. I’ve been to Hyde park twice in the last week - both times zero data despite saying 4G! I’m going again today and I bet it’s the same issue!!! Rubbish!

@EE Issues my girlfriend has experienced so far since upgrading: 1)old sim being deactivated and new sim not being activated for several hours. 2)Being told she has to pay £96 as it included a cancellation fee aswell as her phone number being divided meaning she has to pay both.

@Finstock14 @EE @glastonbury Never mind that, there are wellies, clothes, tents and all sorts at the side of the local roads for weeks after… not to mention they have been caught pumping sewage into the river

@EE Hi Chris. Pointless its been happening for months. Technical team want postcodes of dropped calls which is impossible when on a random road. Shocking service. I will not be upgrading my 2 lines again.
