@EE morning! I placed a delivery for an iPad upgrade on Sunday but it’s not been dispatched yet. The online tracker suggests that it is 24hrs from order. It should be an upgrade but it’s showing as ‘additional line’ in the email receipt. Please can you help? Thanks

Horrendous customer service @EE. Terms and conditions should be explained clearly BEFORE the upgrade rather than securing the deal first and keeping the customer ******* with customer services after. Good thing I’m within the returns period.

@SamsungHelpUK Help! How do I claim the earbuds from Sept promotion? @EE is not in your list of retailers but it was on the EE website and promoted on there. I have tried the samsung members app and I can't find it. Can you help?
