@EE Just tried calling again and got a different message saying there was a big outage in Edinburgh and might not get fixed until later. Could that affect my broadband in Crieff too?

@EE yet again no signal and told there is no network problem !! This is now a weekly problem and others in area having same problem . Told me to download a speed app to monitor, bit difficult when coverage is down again . 5 hours now

@EE Hi, is there an issue with the mast in SA714NP? Data has been woefully slow over the last week down to 0.03 mbps whilst 6 miles away the mast is putting out 105 mbps, why the massive difference?

1/2 @EE I've been in touch 3 times with EE regarding my lost Samsung watch and to get my new one attached to my plan. On the last phone call I was told to go in store and they would help me with this. I have just been to the Tottenham Court Road one who sent me to the Oxford

@EE DJ, I sent my initial message Thursday, I appreciate you have responded but as I’ve already highlighted your call centre can’t explain the detail of an in app offer. Rather than prolong the issue today I will be in contact at a later date if the offer doesn’t stack up
