@EE Stop messing about with the masts in Waltham Forest London. Every other week we get a message saying you are working on them but our signal has been on only 1-2 bars for weeks! We're fed up with it. The masts were working perfectly well beforehand. Sort it or lose customers!

.@EE are an absolute joke! Upgraded with them and ordered the wrong colour, told to send back and will swap. Now they’ve cancelled my deal and can’t offer me the same one and want more money off me! Robbing scum! Contract cancelled so need a new phone service. Any suggestions?

@EE @MarcAllera I have been trying to get help since yesterday and no-one is helping. Your online chat function isn’t working, my number is gone due to a PAC mixup so I can’t call, you’re not responding to tweets or DMs. This is ridiculous. I need someone to get in touch.

@EE Well it can’t, it’s terrible. Speeds are so slow compared to what is advertised and promised. Not to mention how often it cuts out. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH EE. Go with another provider instead.

Dear @OpenreachHelp and @EE I'm extremely disappointed with the customer engagement and chuckle brothers approach to work on getting upgraded from copper to Fiber broadband to my house - if only @virginmedia had an NTL cable to my property they'd of been the first I'd of called.

@EE is probably the worst for broadband I’ve absolutely had enough, impossible to get through to customer services and when you do it gets cut off 😠
