@ee can you do anything to hurry up the activation for a new SIM card (same No kept). This is causing problems not having access to the phone. We weren’t told it takes up to 24 hours !

@EE I have an issue with my device. It's not listed on the repair section on the website to book a repair. What should I do?

@EE and @HBO - if you offer a free trial to customers then don't charge people for it when they sign up. We even called customer services and lo and behold - we get charged. Terrible behaviour.

@EE I need to change my inclusive extra but your app is down. How do I do this?

  • HockeySemp

@EE Your Spend Cap tool has failed. My app shows £0 (attached), but you let a call run up £34 and only texted me after it ended. This is a clear breach of @Ofcom rules on preventing bill shock. I have a formal complaint (C10001911500) and need this credited. Please advise.

@EE Your customer service is appalling - why have I been contacted by Advancers about a debt towards you when I told your CS to cancel it two months ago for free Additionally when I have tried to pay the bill it has told me that EE servers are down and to try again.

@EE I cannot log in. Neither on the website I'm sent on an endless loop of confirming my identity with SMS codes. I rang EE and they told me it was an issue across the board affecting many customers and that it would be solved shortly. Could you help, please? Thank you

@EE I'm already on with a formal complaint about my abysmal service. Hoping you'll let me out of my contract so I can go with a provider that actually delivers what the customer is paying for.

@EE absolute shame you. Do the right and end the contract or just put a pause on it until he gets himself sorted. @Ofcom #DoTheRightThing Please reshare to help my mate out.
