Hi @EE ... I upgraded in October and the person who did this for me assured me that as an NHS worker my Unlimited Data would continue. I just wanted to ensure that this is the case as when I login to MyEE it tells me that my data usage is limited. Can you help?

@EE Hi Russ, bottom line is that I raised a complaint, was told I’d get a call within 2 days and here we are 6 days later. Whether that is the social team, the CS team..I don’t care. If you are able, please **** someone to call me to discuss my complaint

@EE just to let you know i can never get signal whilst in a foreign country, currently in Prague and get absolutely nothing even though i have text stating i can use my data in the Czech Republic

@EE hi, I am so disappointed that your colleague stated “that’s an irritating question” I came in to the Harrogate store just to ask a question about roaming charges and your colleague was rude. Please explain why this happened? It wasn’t nice to be treated this way

@CiscoUKI The reality is somewhat different due to lack of signal around Scotland in my case from @EE. They may have 5G in London but up here two cans connecting with a piece of string works better.
