@OpenreachHelp I called @EE and they’re trying to an engineer now 🙁 someone tried to turn up on Tuesday when I said I couldn’t make it so I think it’s a problem with how your two systems communicate with each other. My husband took time off to be there for this appointment 😭

@EE I entered a contract with you and you have now broken that agreement without providing me with anything in return. My understanding is that I can cancel the contract within 30 day’s notice of the price increase is that correct?

@darrengrimes_ @EE Think yourself lucky. @bt_uk sent me a lovely letter where the envelope said "Important news regarding the improvement to our service". The only improvements to my phone, broadband and tv deal with them was them charging me £ 13.53 extra a month.

@darrengrimes_ @EE That’s what inflation looks like mate. I remember when it was just normal. You got an annual pay rise no matter how good or bad at your job you were because otherwise you couldn’t afford the bus fare.

@EE @Jimbomarshall1 Right, so, you are “protecting vulnerable customers suffering from financial hardship” by adding your own 3.9% hike on top of CPI. Will this price hike include a monthly shipment of whatever ******** is being smoked at EE?
