    @EE Book an apointment for upgrade in Bury St Edmunds 30 miles a from home got there and their computers are down all that way for nothing so I had to call 150 from home but I got a better deal there than in the shop

    @EE Again, just a scripted reply. I moved on from EE over a year ago because of the ridiculous prices and yearly price increases. This is about another customer of yours that is leaving as soon as their contract us up for the same reasons.

    @EE You're job must be really easy pressing copy and paste all day! Why dont @EE actually listen to the customers and offer some actual help!! You are going to use alot of customers why dont you let people lower Tariffs? I know you will ignore me you have since Thursday!!

    @EE What is going on with your network? For weeks now wherever my go my signal keeps dropping out constantly and when i try to ring out it hangs up in seconds, is there a network issue please? Thanks x

    @EE 3) I’m waiting for the ombudsman letter from your disgusting ‘customer service’. I’ve only been with EE just over a month and this is how you treat me? I have 3 family members I was going to switch to you (I’m a nurse and I had an NHS code for them). NO WAY NOW!!!!!
