    @EE Already spoken to you, apparently it's a rare issue because @WeAreOpenreach made changes with their cables. Your support basically recommended I look elsewhere for a provider as there wasn't much he could do

    @EE can actually get in the App this morning. But can't expand 'MANAGE BROADBAND' to check speeds etc. Is there still a problem?????

    @HappyDa63374790 @EE I would use the website but the drop down bar for choosing device doesn't work so I can upgrade a device. Both knackered

    @EE I'm having issues with my internet for some reason. Is there any issues going on in certain areas? My hub keeps flashing orange and everything is connected.

    @EE number via DM for my broadband and tv before I finish work otherwise I’ll be having lovely call to cancel everything on the drive home!! 😡😡 and don’t worry about the “thanks for choosing us” email from when my services were changed 3 days ago, got lost in sky I’m guessing!!

    @EE What is going on with our network, the signal has just gone down then up then down to where no pages are loading, getting 4G and 2meg???????

    Gotta love he @EE complaints process... they **** up, they ask you to wait 8 days for them to respond, but their communications say they'll close the complaint if they don't hear from you within 7 days!! Except customers are waiting for the outcome so why do they need to chase?!
