    @EE my home broadband internet connection has been awful since 9pm last night (15/09/2021) the upload&download speed is still bellow 5 when I go throughout wifi speed test!!!

    @EE They will be about as much use as EE shops up and down the country then… not found a useful one yet when I have a problem… looking for a new phone they are on you like leeches..

    @bt_uk No afraid not. You offered the tablet, and to cover the cost. Why would I contact EE? I’ve already spent probably 10 hours + on the phone to BT this past 2 weeks. The problem is caused by your system error so BT need to speak with @EE to resolve and then tell me when👍

    @bt_uk @EE I am a blind customer and I am very confused and worried, from the 17th of September even though I am finishing with BT complete Wi-Fi I now discover I’m getting a new landline which isn’t what I wanted. Please can somebody sort this out
