    @EE Thank you for replying, but after over 3 hours on the phone over two days I hope it's sorted. But if you are trying to get your customers to move over to BT for broadband please be totally clear that they won't receive the same service for a better price!

    @ilohmilo @EE 3) competing against DSLRs- they said the same 10 years ago. I never agreed then and certainly not now. 4)soc- done the same 10 years ago, nothing new. 5) folding displayed-moto wings

    @EE Like many EE customers abroad, my son has recently lost service due to colossal “extra charges” arising from an EE systems problem that’s not recognising his roaming Add On. After many messages & calls he’s had service restored but new extra charges are back & rising @ £6/MB.

    Day 3 of trying to get a new phone. Going to head into my local @EE shop after being let down by Apple and if I don’t leave with a phone I will cry 🥲

    @EE It lets me go through the process and at the point it’s usually complete it shows an error message. I can see that others are experiencing the same. I’ve 3 contracts with 140gb on 2 phones and only 3gb on another which has now run out. Also, I have signal issues with my 5G

    @EE you customer service needs work. I didn’t renew by Mobile contract because of that and I am on the verge of cancellation my broadband/ hope WiFi. Just awful

    @EE you are in danger of losing a customer. My Mother has received about 10 texts from EE in the last 12 hours. Who wants texts in the middle of the night waking them up. How do we get them to stop!
