    @EE Broadband is currently down and there's no way to contact you to try rectify the issue because you are apparently closed. Demand for services doesn't suddenly stop at a certain time of day, help should be 24/7.

    @EE two months of complaining and I’m still being incorrectly charged for two phones, now EE have cut me off so I can’t send texts or make phone calls. This is unbelievable. So much for FCA complaint timelines, I have no luck on email or calling. What do I have to do to fix this?

    @SkyUK what's going on? The lights are all green, but the internet connection is not home. Thankful to @EE for one bar of signal to tweet to you that I'm on the edge here. No internet= no money =no home. FFS

    @Hasanpatel @EE @EE is always poor in Ilford, I can hardly ever have a conversation on mobile without resorting to WhatsApp with the aid of my WiFi

    @EE This is how you treat your vulnerable and mentally disabled customers.been a EE customer for over 15 years and I have now been threatened with all my service being restricted due to financial difficulties. It’s a shame that EE have no compassion!!

    @EE the service I received in two different South London stores was absolutely abysmal. Stratford Westfield staff were rude and instead of answering a question when approached I was told to check in at the front despite there being no one there … (continued in reply)
