@EE I get that, however my current plan is £59 a month and the new one for additional line is £60, yet if I select it as an upgrade it becomes £73. No desire to look after long standing customers anymore, hence why I ran both my iPad and smartwatch plans down and didn't renew them.

@EE Hi, can someone get in touch ASAP please. Had an issue last week with a bill and still hasn’t been resolved and you’ve cut me off. The bill is paid but im without service after being told the app would be updated to show this.

@ThreeUKSupport @EE Also your customer relations team said they will honour the price but it got to your billing them and they refused. And then someone had to break the news to me today saying there is nothing they can do. So they did a massive U turn! Absolutely shocking!

@virginmedia You now take the top spot for worst service from @EE. 89,000 reports of issues in a day on DD, yet their website says no issue. No one to speak to. Get ***** and tell your customers the truth 'apologies, we're giving you 10% of what we promised. We will resolve.'

@EE I ordered an add on to my account, I’ve had to chase it up 3 times by phone and now on live chat ... shocking service . It was supposed to be a present no one knows what’s going on with the order !!!! Customer service terrible!
