  Just had an abysmal call with @EE customer service - absolutely terrible, I want someone to listen to the call of the handler who I just spoke to as they are about to lose a customer!

  @EE shocking customer service today so asked to speak to a manager - apparently no one available on Fri afternoon as ‘they’re busy people & have things to do’ 😳

  @EE Or you can answer why is your network getting worse ? Yet you keeps putting prices up for this poor service, won’t be getting another contract out with when mine runs out again

  @EE your network is **** I will be leaving at the end of the contract after 15 years, your network is getting worse and yet you put your prices up

  @EE since we were forced to move from #BT Broadband to #EE we’ve had nothing but trouble - same faults no resolution - we pay for every channel you offer + extras but still can’t watch what we pay for … & what is IA-AU15? Very discontent customer
