@EE I understand that but nearly £15 in a year is a joke. I’ve been with EE for years and I’ve never ever paid this much. If I could have afforded a £70 contract I would have got on at the time.

@EE With nearly a twenty percent increase from customers who can’t leave because of locked contracts. Can’t wait to see the bumper profits this year and the CEO bonus! Also just checked if I signed up as a new customer my plan would be £64

@EE shocking internet speed in EX14 area of Devon, any known issues at the moment? Nearest server according to speed test is Manchester…

@EE we have a 4G/5G home router that’s getting very poor signal - often below 1 megabit per second even after restarting. I have to use my phone 4G for work calls. My bill is going from £50 (far more than I’d ever paid for internet) to a whopping £57. Need a reason to stay!

@virginmedia @O2 Match made in heaven - don’t think so. Told my pretty basic package goes up from £60 to £75, yet a new customer can get a better package for £29.99. Phoned to ask if I could have the same & was basically told to bugger off. Not much point sticking around then. Off to @EE we go…

@EE I'll be sorted in a few months when I can cancel my 15yr+ contract, gouging loyal customers with large price hikes is never good for business. Not sure who in EE thought hitting customers with a 14% price rise during a cost of living crisis was a good idea.

The Klopp Stand (@TheKloppStand) reported
@EE @davedavebarlow1 Raise prices by all means but using contract law to threaten people with exit fees when they seek to find better value is available elsewhere is very arguably extortion. Customers must have a legal right to choose an alternative service if cost increases. @michaelgove

@EE how do I contact someone to ask for help with a phone problem? I mean speak with a real person not a text message which then links me through 6 options which ultimately lead me back to a phone number which then sends me another text??

@EE our wifi has been down since 14:30, I have only just come home from work. The box is saying LOS

@KatiesDisorder @EE Will try them again, used to get a poor signal indoors with them before as it's the O2 network. Hopefully, it's improved.
