@EE Ahaaa so make a complaint that my previous complaint has not been dealt with properly, even though that complaint was escalated to the highest level within your company? The point of this being? How about no. I am tired of jumping through your hoops.

@Isv71903127 @EE @MartinSLewis I am now of the opinion that they are just there to say someone has oversight. Not there to help people complain about companies as they state. Just another hoop for the little guy to jump through whilst a company gets away with plain theft

Just had a customer service call with someone from EE called Jessica Fletcher and I'm gutted she didn't pick up on (or chose to ignore) the fact I had a certain Chaka Demus & Pliers classic bumping throughout the conversation. Sidenote: @EE customer service is always on point.

@EE Jason, when the support was so bad and they tried to fob me off with a £30 comp, post holiday; I told EE then that I’d leave. Oh, I’ll be very vocal too, telling everyone and anyone. Even now you don’t care. Those companies are usually the ones that whither and go!

Well @EE my smart hub is playing up yet again. I have emailed you as I don’t trust phone calls being acknowledged and being then agreed what was said on a call, bad experience from other companies. Again today I have to reset the smart hub to get the WiFi to work
