    @EE shame your online customer service isn't as good as the team in Telford Town Centre branch. Tried to order a bundle of bits for my new phone online, you took my money and promptly informed me it's all out of stock and it wont be refunded to me for up to 14 days. Not great!

    @stuuk11 @EE That’s my point. What happens if you need to call ambulance police or fire engine. Or ca a neighbour for help. It’s so dangerous

    @LeilaniDowding @EE We had no landline, no internet and no mobile signal last week due to issues with Vodafone . I had to walk up the road and basically shout my account details at someone to try and fix it. What would happen if there was an emergency? I couldn’t call 999.

    @EE see other people have issues renewing with EE. I’ve got broadband been trying to renew existing contract for nearly 3 months, over 10 calls and chats, one call over 2 hours, today’s chat 1hr. Still not sorted asked ME to call them. your complaint Ref: C10003899253. 4th

    @EE help! Router died 4wks ago=no home broadband/wifi connection,homephone plugs into back of router so no landline either,contacting EETech for help=45min wait in queue-not enough mobile credit for that. Landline needs testing+replacement BTwallsocket-compatible router required.
