    @EE @Apple What is going on? A friends new iPhone 16 was crushed by a car in a carpark by someone else and you can’t do anything about it because no insurance.. even tho it can still be tracked and rings. They are still paying £65 a month for contract. Poor poor service

    @EE in Mauritius and I’m unable to call customer services using my roaming package. It just says call ended, what can I do? I have an iPad coming and I have received no delivery confirmation email/texts but I spoke to a DPD driver on my doorbell as he attempted delivery yesterday

    @EE Hi, the issue isn't the offer, which was an EE One discount code, which I obviously can't share on an open forum. The issue is that in the trade-in section on the app and your website, Samsung Z Fold 7 is not listed, so I'm unable to trade my current phone in and use the offer

    @djp4cm4n @VodafoneUK Left them a few years ago after god awful customer service, no decent signal anywhere , no discounts/ upgrades over my time with them. Now with @EE. Still awful signal at home on a 5G plan but elsewhere perfect

    @chriscollins462 @EE True well it’s already filed but I’d rather just have the router replaced as anyone with a braincell can tell that’s the problem

    @EE Just to report that there seems to be fault with your website. Unable to update an address on 2 accounts. Tried the app as well but not working as well on 2 different devices. Might be worth advising the tech team to investigate the issue.

    @tescomobile @EE It just seems to be everywhere, I have to rely on WiFi to be able to communicate with my phone. It just seems poor on a whole. 😕
