Forgottengirl078 (@forgottengirl78) reported@EE Appalling service continues. 2 months of errors and agents never calling me back or making sure the mistakes made are sorted. Stressed and upset. No way to run a supposed award winning service. Total joke.
-
Ads (@Ads__W) reported@EE @philiprlittle Absolutely horrendous service. 5G is slower than dial up!
-
NAWF 5 (@dontaketheMIK) reported@EE you sure you’re the leading network in the UK cause you couldn’t cover a homeless person ! Sort out your “5G” literally have to rely on WiFi all the time
-
Batchie (@BigAl70) reported@DerekAllan61 @EE I use Tesco the piggyback off O2 network. Never had any issues aff them and if you have a clubcard ye get a discount on monthly and fone rental, they do it as 2 separate contracts so can change the usage package you use when needed
-
Emily gregory (@emilygreg22) reported@KimElizabethF @EE They are telling you what to do to get it sorted so why are you not listening? Make a complaint if you want but you still need to ring
-
Not another one (@NicDenso) reported@MichelleBeckett I had a similar problem with @EE, they stuck to their terms and conditions like glue, I only had one request and that was they inform a senior person of the situation, I didn't even want them to concede, just be aware of the issue, they point blank refused. I've had 5 contracts with them for about 6 years now. As each one ends I'm going elsewhere on principle now.

Derek (@DerekAllan61) reportedObviously I @EE don't give a flying **** about customer service

Pete ‘Moose’ Jousiffe 🇬🇧 🏴 (@karakashin) reported@EE what a heap of rubbish! I’m here in AUS trying to renew an add-on and you are making it so difficult! I’m a new customer and wishing I had never moved to EE!

Gaz (@TisSaff) reported@ee Wow, due an upgrade (customer for 25+ years). Samsung S26, same plan, same duration. With @iD_Mobile_UK it's £19 upfront and £29.99 a month. With yourselves its £20 up front £72.81 a month (first month is £92.81).... What the actual hell ?! Think you lost a loyal customer!

Lindsay Brunt (@Lindsay_Brunt) reported@EE Done that today - they reset the mast (even though your system said no internet issues) now it’s even worse than before!! 4 hours I’ve been logged on with minimal activity…. How do I complain so I don’t pay my next bill as am not paying for service we’re not receiving!
