    @EE Oh what a marvellous system you have for buying data when youve RUN OUT of data ... knock your wifi off and top up ... "You have no internet connection, you need to be on network to top up" I HAVE NO DATA to topup!!!!

    @EE Trying to become a new EE customer & leave O2 Placed an order, got an email saying "Please call us to discuss order" but the email body is just a confirmation receipt Trying to call anyway to be sure - been on hold for 25 mins and counting Not a great start is it..

    @EE Hi there can you help with setting up my 4GEE WIFI MINI? We connected it and used to stream from the TV without registering it and it looks like we've used all the credit. We are unable to register it now.

    @EE just spent an hour on hold to your returns team to be told that office is now closed. 8 weeks now to try and resolve an issue that has resulted in me be double billed and cut off whilst working abroad. And you win awards?

    @EE 55 mins in hold, whilst on a live chat. Still not resolved. I just want to leave. What a poor service. As an ex employee. This really isn't good. Number 1 for customer service? Lol
