    @EE and @VodafoneUK are having a competition to see who's worse ATM. EE's been down in my area since November and Vodafone a rocking a solid 1Mb/s. With neither looking like they intend on fixing their issues. Good job I'm not paying a combined £70 p/m for these services then.

    @EE hey. I’m trying to upgrade my second line. I’m having issues with the online system. Regardless of the phone I choose, I get a message saying there are no suitable plans. I don’t have time to go in store or do it over the phone. Any help is appreciated.

    Finally got data. Turns out @EE can't make their service work on my 'phone, which is nice. Had to buy a new 'phone.

    My head is battered. Changed to @EE 4 days ago, did everything tech support said, been back to the shop twice, got a different SIM card, still no mobile data. Can only get internet over wi-fi. Spent last few hours reading about APN settings and watching YouTube vids. Nope. Wtf?
