@tescomobile @EE No mobile phone signal in the village of Southwick, Hampshire (PO17) inside or out. Clearly a 'not spot' as is my golf club, just round the corner. Ridiculous, in this day and age. When will this be sorted? It wasn't an outage, just no signal EVER!

@dustymil59 @EE @ThomserveBAS Anita, why are you waiting to hear back . Many of your customers have reported this problem over several days. You have not even admitted there is a problem, and have certainly not fixed it . What is going on ?

@EE @RichardKennedy There are no issues that you’re aware of? There are loads of tweets going back about 5 days with people having the exact same issue. Some of them have been replied to so claiming you’re unaware of an issue is just a lie.

@EE The app is now showing correctly I'm on a ferry and don't have enough signal for a browser to check that but looks as though it's resolved

@EE Hi Bob I gave up. Needed to know prior to a 500 mile drive which I've just finished. The app and web site told me I had no data text or minutes but the SMS service when you text balance to 150 had correct figures. There's a glitch somewhere
