@EE HORRENDOUS SERVICE!!! My phone cannot get a signal and constantly drops calls it can’t even pick up 3G let alone five! Been on hold for 35 minutes and can’t even get to speak to anybody!!! Business customer absolutely furious 😡😡😡

@EE Im trying not to be rude here but im honestly getting fed up with it- Its impossible for me to believe that a phone battery degrades that much in under a year! my last phone took 3 years to get to this point. Yes the phone has been reset about 3 times by you and apple, no diff

@EE I got told to phone them and explain so i did, to be told the phone lasts 14 hours which im assuming they werent using it so obviously it would. Its on its way back to store now as they just reset the software - which isnt the issue. It is unbelievable 1/2

@EE Its been like it since 9pm it's now 9am that 12 hours so you guys can't try that hard to get it up and running..if I did have an update from your tech team I wouldn't be saying I've not had an up date would I..12 hours the service I pay for has been down.....best network my arse
