@EE I had an email this morning advising me of an issue with my latest bill and to follow a link to avoid being disconnected. Addressed to my email address and not my name- my bill payment has gone out as normal. is this legit or a scam?

  • davidhampson Dave Hampson (1.0x engineer) (@davidhampson) reported

@EE Solution for poor mobile reception is signal boxes (which they apparently don't activate anymore) and Wi-Fi calling (which they don't do for PAYG). So if you have poor signal on PAYG then they have no solution. Any other phone providers do Wi-Fi calling on PAYG? I may switch

@NoelClarke @BAFTA @EE There are two sides to every story..people are to quick to judge..plus most of social media is a load of crap

  • simoneleigh22 Simone Leigh (@simoneleigh22) reported

@EE Just like your colleagues, you're focussing on my phone. I've already explained that it's a signal strength issue, NOT my phone. Your company just doesn't listen.

  • kayleighboo22 kayleigh boo (@kayleighboo22) reported

@EE why does your app never work?

  • lilyryan Lily Ryan (@lilyryan) reported

@ee I’m getting so many spam calls and text messages from mobile numbers beginning with 07961 which belong to the EE network, I have blocked & reported via 7726 but they just call from a different number (still beginning 07961).
