@EE £891.60 bill for a cancelled contract that gives no service for a phone you have back and still you want the early termination fee that you said was waivered. Yes I’m angry and yes I have direct messaged you.

Hey @EE - I’m just arrived in the States, and my phone won’t connect to a network, despite advising you in May I would be away, and arranging relevant packages. It’s now cost me $40+ on a hotel phone to find out that your offices aren’t 24/7. Please DM me urgently to resolve.

@EE BT encourage me to join EE with a exclusive deal encourage me to port my number. Great however no mention there was an unlimited data deal and sell me 100GB immediately called BT to change they said its with EE then get sent back to BT. Told now have to cancel. Joke.
