@EE You are sending a customer's email correspondence to me by mistake. The trouble that I have experienced in trying to report this has at least identified one network I will never use.

@RegardsChief @MissBlack01 @EE Definitely considering leaving as well. Word of caution with 3 - they don’t do voicemail in the same way. EE has visual voicemail so would recommend another network that has it as well - not 3.

@EE If you could feed it back that would be great. I did try contacting support via 150 but I got fed up waiting in the very long queue! Do you need the number in order to report it - if so is it safe to put it in this tweet?
