  @EE @MarcAllera Great service in your shop at Stafford yesterday. Two members of staff & a v.busy shop. Each customer was dealt with politely, courteously, professionally, and equally whether buying expensive phones & contracts, SIM only, or just wanting advice. 👍

  @EE I am abroad and been through 3 different departments via LiveChat. I have no access to my data/calls or texts. I’ve been through the scripted “reset roaming, turn off phone, I’ve refreshed your network settings” etc.. someone help?
