    @EE Thanks for the response. If I use the right control it just keeps every half an hour. In order to look at days ahead I have to hold the right control down and skip through the half an hours until I get the day I want. Very slow. Was hoping to skip a day at a time

    @WeAreOpenreach @EE Yet again another failure of Service, Fibre went down on 14th, engineer showed up Daniel Cox today, internet went down again after 1hr that’s all properties on the road again. It’s just not good enough!!!

    @EE @EE this afternoon I've tried your WhatsApp help - the bot kept going round in circles and wouldn't put me through to anyone. Now I've tried 150 and it's a 20 min wait time

    @EE Please can you confirm if there a network issue as boardband is down and there is no fix with the help recommendations. Is there a global outage. In CO11 area.

    @markgregory_ @EE They’re a decent network but their sales operation is disgusting. That’s why I never accept their sales calls. I want everything in writing.

    @CustServ_Hub @EE Have I just given my details out to a scammer? I have just received a call from someone purporting to be EE Support who was very argumentative and rude. They hung up when I refused to download an app. Please tell me what is going on?

    @WirralRanger @EE Almost every big company is a pain in the arse for customer service. From personal experience I exempt Sky tv and @firstdirect as being pretty decent. Virgin is awful.

    @EE Hi, there appears to be a network issue in the SG16 and SG17 postcode regions. Several of us in the region have no mobile phone or data reception. It’s impossible to report via 150 when you have no reception. The Report A Problem web page is down and tells us to phone! 🤯

    Absolutely staggering from @vodafone I explained I’m a 20+ year customer and highlighted both @tescomobile and @EE mobile are £7-10 a month cheaper, same phone, same plan etc. The response was to say sorry, that’s the price, no deal, you can leave. So now I’m leaving.
