    @EE Either way it should be better than this. I don’t have anymore info to give you. No matter what number I call. This is your issue with your tech. I have tested at my end many times & know what I am talking about. Just get it fixed or I will use this information to break contact.

    @EE hi ee, there’s a problem with the signal and your 4g is struggling to connect, I understand that there’s no estimated fix date due to Easter weekend, are you able to provide any means of compensation please for this inconvenience? Thank you

    @EE Of course I did. Why can’t you just admit that it’s been down all day up and down the country and be honest with your customers or are you completely unaware that everyone had issues today?

    @EE WiFi is connecting but no Internet on amazon firestick and Xbox when it's close to the hub when firestick is moved upstairs it's working better but buffering alot. Not working great on mobile devices either (tablet or phone)

    @EE Yeah I'd tried that a few times but didn't help it seems to be working ok this morning 🤞 so maybe it was a high traffic day yesterday
