    @smacula @virginmedia Wholeheartedly agree. VM worst level of reliability I've ever come across. We're 18 months into an @EE broadband package and its been outstanding in terms of speed and reliability even when using range extenders.

    @EE Every time we have a dip in service, which can last a month or more, we just get the standard 'we are upgrading our service and we are sorry for the problems it may cause So there's not much point in more details as its always the same a swer sadly

    @EE Please can you confirm is the mast down or works going on in Da17 area london no internet 4g since 10am still not working now. VERY frustrating was bad also yesterday but today dosent work at all!
