Omar (@OhmLfc1979) reported@JoshCF_ Had the exact same **** with @EE broadband. 18 month contract came to an end, increased the initial price and new customers are £20 cheaper for the exact same deal. Retention is a joke to these bums.
-
Ethan Keating (@TheParagram) reportedSo the cheapest to renew my @bt_uk contract is £57 a month but a new customer can get it for £38 a month? I've already phoned and they can't knock anything off the price... Switching to @EE is no cheaper either... make it make sense

Shaun Adams (@shaundadams) reported@ee Hi, I have problem in establishing with some degree of accuracy when my property is due to be able to access Full Fibre. Having been told last year it would be the end of 2026, now I am told there is no identifiable plan. Not acceptable. Help, please.

Peter Scouse Murphy (@EliteScouser) reported@EE Shocking service regarding my Z Fold 6. Misled by 150 agents, sent to a store that doesn't do repairs, then refused a warranty fix at Liverpool One for "dents" Samsung confirmed are fine. 2yo in tow, wasted train fare, and now your email bounces. DM me for the full complaint.

Nana H Essiful (@nanaessiful) reportedI can’t believe that in this day and age @EE is allowed to offer such atrocious broadband services. Good luck if you can even speak to customer service and if you do they are utter useless and incompetent Can’t even get basic things right. @EE you should be ashamed of yourselves
-
𝐈𝐳𝐳𝐢𝐞 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐬 (@_izzfrancis) reported@EE Furious and appalled with customer service. Your employee gave my phone away to the wrong customer after leaving it for a battery repair yesterday. Went to pick it up at 5pm, for them to have no answer on what to do next!! No, I cannot call, because I have no phone. Please DM

Geraint 🏴 (@Tasaio_Khan) reported@EE You guys might have an issue with service in Wrexham, UK. And, somewhat amusingly, your report-a-problem page has a problem. May I report your report-a-problem problem so that I can report my actual problem problem? 🫡

Stuart Marshall (@MrMclarenNUFC) reported@EE I mean seriously, what is going on with the service around Shrewsbury? Paying full price and getting a 5th rate service. What’s going on?
