  • paulparker81 Paul Parker (@paulparker81) reported

@EE My contact started at £165 it is now going to be £212 at the next of the month. Being upfront doesn’t make things right. Your service is shocking so how do you justify this?

  • paulparker81 Paul Parker (@paulparker81) reported

@EE disgusting 14.4% raise on my already extortionate bill. I can’t wait to leave #ee and NEVER use your dreadful service again

  • thebig_n Nick Kelly (@thebig_n) reported

  • ByronAdlam byron (@ByronAdlam) reported

@EE I've received an email saying my contract is to increase by 6.49 a month from March 31st. It states, in line with inflation plus 3.9 %. What is the extra 3.9% for? I am very unhappy with this and will consider leaving EE or maybe going to a pay as you go service. #EE

  • thesallyrawlins Sally 💁🏻‍♀️ (@thesallyrawlins) reported

@RichTea86 @EE I’d move too but the network coverage is shite in all the places I spend my time (home, family etc). They have been absolute arseholes from day 1 and I hate them.

  • rachel_sten Rachel Stenhouse (@rachel_sten) reported

@EE what has happened to your customer service? It’s absolutely dire. Can’t talk to anyone, forced down a visual route which doesn’t work and now on chat for almost an hour!! All I want to do is cancel a sim but tell you what, my entire contract will be getting cancelled!

  • WillDrury17 Will Drury (@WillDrury17) reported

@EE we are in the middle of a cost of living crisis so you really believe it's ok to increase my monthly bill by £9.94 (14%). I've only had the contract for 5 months but have been a loyal customer since you were Orange/TMobile. Absolute disgrace!
