@EE @glastonbury @_dnsc_ Awful company - experienced them as supplier & customer. Should be called NN nothing nowhere rather than EE everything everywhere.

Supposedly the “best” coverage in the #UK. Well @EE as my 4G broadband contract comes to an early end due the consistently shocking and non existent service, I beg to differ. It’s been truly pants and good riddance to it. Never, ever again. Considering it? Don’t. It’s rubbish.

  • melon13 melanie blackburn (@melon13) reported

@EE I have tried to contact you on 150 to pay a broadband bill and because I gave up waiting on the phone and decided to call back later I’ve received a message threatening to cancel my account for making nuisance calls

@EE great advertisement this for me being a new customer I'm trying to ring to discuss my new order. Been cut off twice not got through to anyone is this standard for EE customer service and I shouldn't bother moving?

  • georgechalhoub George Chalhoub (@georgechalhoub) reported

Been having dead @EE coverage in most spots in Oxford. To my surprise, Google Fi has better coverage than you. Looks like you have more money for ads than to fix your network. How embarassing is it that a US operator has better network coverage in the UK than you do?

@EE can you explain to me why new customers get an offer of half price for 3 months yet I have to pay full price as an existing customer? Can this be explained?
