    @WoodUksparky137 @EE Never ever buy a phone with a contract on a finance agreement. Companies will often charge a premium for the device opposed to buying it outright when often you can negotiate/find a discount. SIM only is usually a lot cheaper and offers more flexibility.

    @EE CUSTOMER SERVICE A DISGRACE 32 days into a complaint and nobody adresed it, I'm on hold to terminate the contract and stil. Over an hour so far @O2 here I come

    @EE shocking customer service today so asked to speak to a manager - apparently no one available on Fri afternoon as ‘they’re busy people & have things to do’ 😳

    @EE you gave DPD the wrong mobile number for my delivery therefore I didn’t get the PIN. The same will happen again tomorrow unless you correct this. Can a person and not a useless virtual assistant or IVR DM me to fix this

    @PolemicTMM @EE Obviously not totally automated but I did use AI to help her. Quick 2 minute query written up in a way that she could understand how to change within the EE app. Sent the output to her and it worked a treat

    @EE I have received a scam letter from a debt collecting agency saying they are collecting a debt for EE. I have never been with EE. I have sent an email to your phishing email address, is there anything else I need to do?

    @EE @owlsfan4eva It’s a problem for a lot of people not just this particular person. The app is down. The website isn’t working either.

    @EE why do you make it so hard to get help for home broadband? The WiFi account isn’t in my name but I have all the details I need, but because I’m using my phone the AI bot will only consider my account. Typically the WiFi stops when the office is shut. EE broadband is so so bad

    I’m fed up of paying @EE a stupid amount of money for internet that is inconsistent, slow and absolutely garbage all round I would not recommend them to anyone!
