    @EE Support required. Business support is closed. I can’t log into my account for over a year since you upgraded my account to business (known issue). Last 2 days we have partial internet on all 4g/5g devices. Streaming tv, WhatsApp intermittent on all devices. Need help ASAP please.

    @EE I will “reach out” tomorrow, but having just been discharged from hospital after major abdominal surgery I don’t have much strength at present! You have also had the gall to send me a bill for a service I’ve yet to receive,meanwhile statutory compensation accrues at £6.46 per day

    Anybody else had issues with @RiseFibre ? I am not even a customer yet as we're waiting to be connected & already pissed off. Passed me around different departments & then had me on hold for 13mins. Might give @EE another call to see if they can renew my package at a lower price

    @EE 👋🏻 my boyfriend has dropped his phone in the canal. I have called your customer care who advised we can’t get his number back? We need that number for his customer database. Please help!

    @omotforest I've just signed up, when @ee sold their broadband to the ***** at @BT I felt I should just continue the service but then despite being a customer for 8 years they did a hard credit check which ****** my credit score for a year. So cheerio ********.

    @tescomobile @EE It just seems to be everywhere, I have to rely on WiFi to be able to communicate with my phone. It just seems poor on a whole. 😕

    @JohnStokes0uk @EE More radio sites is not necessarily the solution to poor data speeds, if existing coverage levels are good.
