  @EE Rubbish service - end though I purchased data allowance on roaming in Delhi. Upon arrival my data didn’t work , couldn’t call as outside hrs, recorded message asked me to contact business chat but in the absence of data I could not even do that !

  @EE Hi. Our ee internet and ee phones are rubbish. Service is dropping in and out. Terrible. Our postcode is HD8 9UN. We know you are aware of the problem but you’ve only contacted us today when it’s been going on for quite a few days. How long to fix? It’s impacting our work.

  @EE my data keeps dropping in and out, even though it says I have 5G! As well as my signal. Is there some sort of issue I’m not aware of?

  **** you @ee that's best part of an hour I've wasted trying to view my bills, look at upgrade options - phone & broadband but you website is so shite at loading pages, or not as is the case I'm now exploring other providers options - poor customer service extends to your website

  @EE I can’t get anywhere, I go to order help, put tracking number in and it says “it’s been delivered, click here for refund and return”, I DID NOT receive the item, there’s no option in the help section for this!

  @_Shareen267 Cant comment on Virgin, as its not available in my area. @BT was brilliant, but the prices became ridiculous @EE (basically BT now) customer service is extremely good. Wifi isnt bad. downside, current price is £80+ a month with two boosters. so will see whats available in Sept.
