@EE No, I'll do it here where others can be made aware of your theft too, you tell me I'm not on a device plan and yet I'm literally paying you for the ha dset I'm typing on now!! Again, I will accept a rise in my talktime but NEVER on the cost of the handset, that's theft.

@EE @Country_fan20 If that's the case why are you putting 14% on the whole of my contract? Surely the rise should be only on the cost of the network portion, and not the portion paying for the handset. It was bought (as part of the contract) at a fixed price at the start of the contract.

@EE Pre ordered the S23 ultra , got it last week. Now anyone who gets it from today gets free samsung buds2 ! Ridiculous. Customer service suggested i return the phone and get a new one with this deal ! Unbelievable
