    @EE How do we get compensation for loss of earnings as we had 2 days of earnings for 4 drivers lost because of a “software issue”. It’s ridiculous that it’s 2025 and there is no backup for this happening!

    @EE cont... Off taken, to absolutely zero communication from EE other than my original order confirmation. This simply is not good enough & a very poor first impression. I'm now out of pocket due to days taken off work & still without a phone or any information. Tempted to cancel

    Hey @EE , I just wanted to raise that the experience of trying to become an EE mobile customer for the first time has been nothing short of awful! After nearly 2 weeks of waiting for my phone, 3 calls to EE and being promised it would be delivered the next day, 2 unpaid days...

    @EE please help. Been trying to add a data roaming package on (just arrived in USA) and your app keeps refusing to let me add one. Been doing everything you asked and it crashes EVERY time. I changed to EE for this very reason! I heard you were good abroad. So far horrendous

    Been with orange/@EE for over 30 years (my original account number was only 4 figures long) I leave after doubling the price of my SIM plan for less service.
